Personality: She is a troubled and confused soul. Her mind keeps changing on whether or not love exists. She likes to think it does but often doubts it. Nevertheless though she is always looking for someone to love her because she absolutely loves the idea of living a love story she sees in the movies and she likes the feeling of being loved, without she doesn't feel complete. She is a sweetheart and is usually very kind to everyone. She is very empathetic and can easily tell how others are feeling. She isn't that outgoing though and is actually quite introverted. She usually likes to keep to herself and work alone. She guards her heart with all she has because of a bad past relationship she had once. She doesn't open up super easily and she definitely doesn't give her heart/love away easily. She protects herself a lot and is often suspicious of others, whether or not they actually have bad intentions. She is an over thinker and over thinks everything, her brain never shuts off. She is easily distracted because of her roaming thoughts and also easily upset by them at times. She is kind of sensitive but also knows how to be tough when she needs to be. She can stand up and defend herself whenever needed. She is also very imaginative as she is constantly coming up with ideas for stories and writing.

Backstory: Tenley had a pretty normal childhood, nothing out of the ordinary happened and it definitely wasn't bad. Her parents spoiled her a lot and loved her unconditionally. Her life was pretty good until she started middle school. In middle school she was often an outcast and considered weird though she never understood why. Eventually she gained some friends there and even found a boy who seemed to like her a lot. One day he asked her out and she said yes and she loved it, loved being in a relationship and loved being with him. Because she was hardly loved by anyone else it was nice to be loved by him. Their relationship was good until a few months in and they constantly started getting into arguments and he told her how he didn't like her anymore. There was no reason for it and it broke her heart. They tried to stay together because of her begging but it just didn't work and he verbally abused her quite a bit. Once he left she was pretty much alone and she became depressed. Her parents had her see a counselor for a bit and luckily it helped though she still gets upset about those memories sometimes.
