Kitty: Last time... On Dimensional Hearts...

With Jammy and Nintega with Merlin to control Jammy's Darkness, the group is left without two of its best fighters. When waking back up on the ship, we all learned that Cid installed an AI given the name "Wayfinder" as a means to keep us all safe. After being sent through another portal with a chase from the mechanical idiots, the group ends up in the game of Astral Chain. With me taking over the role of leader, the group starts the adventure at Neuron. The true enemy is found out, being the commander of Neuron, Yoseph Calvert, determined to get his hands on the Keyblades for his own goals. During a fight with the Ravens, I began to figure out how to hone my new light powers as I was able to create a shield and conceal myself by being invisible to the light. I even learned how to teleport when being trapped by Ravens to get Yoseph to call them off. Learning Chronos has told about the Keyblades, the group are on high alert to stay as safe as possible and avoid capture. With the fight with Jena, determined to stop Yoseph and his plans, the group head out of Neuron with the goal to stop Yoseph and get out of this world.

Location: Parking Garage, Gummi Ship

After we got to the garage, I looked around and didn't see Yoseph or Akira around. I was glad they got out for safety, but it was time for us to get out as well as I called out to Wayfinder.

Kitty: Wayfinder, are you okay to start flying again?

Coming online, Wayfinder answers me back.

Wayfinder (AI): If by okay to fly, meaning we could go down again if hit by anything, yeah. We can. Just don't expect a soft landing like last time.

I could hear the sass in Wayfinder's voice. It almost sounds like a buzzing mosquito if you really listen closely. Or Claptrap.

Kitty: We'll take the risk of a crash landing over risking the building collapsing on us, sassy.

Wayfinder (AI): Yeah, the place has also been shaking. What the hell is going on out there?

Kitty: Talk while flying. Everyone on the ship, buckle up and be prepared. There's a need for speed right now.

Donald: And who is going to be flying this ship???

Kitty: You or Wayfinder, just someone to get us out!

As if taking cue, Donald was instantly wrapped up in seatbelts. I rolled my eyes as everyone got onto the ship, hearing Wayfinder talking to Donald.

Wayfinder (AI): Hope the belts don't suffocate you, duckers.

Donald: MY NAME IS NOT DUCKERS! IT'S DONALD!

Hearing a beeping sound, Wayfinder had this to say.

Wayfinder (AI): Do you wish to change your name to "Duckers"?

Donald: NOOOOOOO!!

Another beep happens as a check mark appears on the screen.

Wayfinder (AI): Confirmation confirmed. Hello Duckers.

Donald: MY NAME IS DONALD!!

Wayfinder (AI): What? My thrusters are engaging, Duckers. I can't hear you over my jets!

Donald was screaming and yelling even though Wayfinder was just now starting the engine to toy with Donald.

Donald: THOSE JETS WERE NOT ON YET AND YOU KNOW IT!!!

Wayfinder (AI): Sorry, unable to hear you over the sound of getting out of here. Please keep buckled up, and enjoy the ride.

At this point, Donald is letting out rage filled quacks while trying to escape from the confines of his seat. Unfortunately for him, Wayfinder made sure the seatbeats stayed on as we were soon heading out of the building and into the sky. With being out of the building, Wayfinder wanted an explanation.

Wayfinder (AI): So now that we're flying, can someone now please explain what is happening with all the shaking? We're on a floating ship above Earth, yet there are tremors. That shouldn't be possible.

Sora: I'm... Not really sure how to describe it, but there was a giant creature attacking trying to get to a hated person. A big need for revenge it seems.

Goofy: I just hope that nobody gets hurt, she seemed really tough to fight. And if the building does collapse, I hope that nobody gets hurt.

Wayfinder (AI): A giant creature out for revenge? Not something that you hear about every day. Maybe a vengeful Duck, but really?

Donald: WHAT IS THAT MEANT TO MEAN?!

Wayfinder (AI): What? Don't tell me you haven't been staring daggers into me the entire time?

Donald: The sooner Cid gets this AI off, the better...

Wayfinder (AI): And there's the vengefulness.

Donald: Why you little-!

As Donald and Wayfinder were fighting with each other, Sora, Riku and Goofy were trying to calm it down or just listening. I was just listening, but remained silent as I was lost in my thoughts. As soon as the male sibling comes, the real fight with Jena will begin. If only she wasn't in that form... There could have been a chance to talk, and she could have been saved... When thinking about this, I remember that there was a moment where she did speak again, but that moment was brief and very little chance.

Kitty: (Actually... If I am able to protect Jena with one of my new shields, I could protect her and keep her alive. It might even allow me a chance to get her to safety and maybe redeem her??)

As I kept thinking while looking out the window, I could see the fight happening in the distance. I knew it was easier to do long distance attacks with Jena until getting the chance to hit, Jena being able to use projectiles to hit. And they can really hit hard. Neuron officers were using all they had to attempt on bringing Jena down, but no matter what they threw, it was ineffective with her chimeric body. If they had any chance of surviving, it has to be a Legion or one on the likeness like SP. I just hope the officers will be able to get away safely, there doesn't need for any more innocent lives to be ruined. When thinking about the many lives ruined, I think about my friends with how our lives were being affected even when being dropped into this universe. Going on crazy adventures, coming out of tough battles, and even learning conspiracies happening in any corner of this place or other worlds. Everything I know is changing... Even if it is bad, some good is coming from this. The only question is... How will this affect even me when this is all over...?

Kitty: (This is the most unexpected adventure ever, and I never want to see another portal for the rest of my life... But it has honestly been fun, especially being able to explore the different Disney worlds and Astral Chain. Learning different skills and magic too, that still feels like some sort of dream. But being able to do something to help and protect my friends? That honestly feels like the most fun part of all this, instead of being useless on the sidelines all the time.)

Feeling my arm being tapped on the shoulder, I looked to see it was Riku.

Riku: You okay?

Kitty: I'm fine, just got lost in thought for a moment.

Riku: Want to talk about it?

Kitty: Just thinking about what events are coming up and how to deal with them, just so we can get out of here faster.

So it's not a complete lie, I am thinking about the events. Just... Not the whole truth about not having to be useless all the time. Those hard to talk about thoughts stay with me, I'll deal with them and keep them controlled.

Riku: It's okay to need help. Everyone here is good at something. Goofy in making sure we're unharmed with his shield when he can, you and Sora learning how to harness your abilities, Donald... Could use some work.

Donald: I HEARD THAT!

I snickered at Donald's reaction, giving my own comment.

Kitty: It is true though. You can use some work, especially on being a leader~

Donald began to quack angrily as Riku and I laughed at Donald's dismay.

Riku: There you go. A good laugh is all you need.

I looked at Riku while tilting my head as he explained.

Riku: I think I get why Jammy commits to being played for as a fool. He may act like one, but his actions speak on numerous scales of what he really thinks. Because when he knows his friends are in danger, he'll switch gears from being this idiot, but a protector against threats he perceives in his eyes. Like Chronos, or when you were captured by the Heartless. He even took down a giant shark. A SHARK. And he wasted no time with it.

Kitty: And somehow seeing him take down the shark is not surprising to me... He's just always been that way, always making his friends a priority.

Riku: So, yeah. He gets carried away. But I see his worry as his way of caring for us and doing stupid stuff when danger is nowhere in sight is supposed to help us be distracted by the bigger picture. Because of it, we laugh, we smile and even still have clear thoughts when danger comes our way. When we're constantly worried, we'll lose sight of what is important and end up making multiple mistakes.

Kitty: Now you're just beginning to sound like one of those self help books. Ever thought about writing one of them? But honestly, thank you Riku.

Riku: We can't lose sight of our happiness. It's okay to let some worry go, but let go too much, and you become open to other attacks.

Kitty: Have you always been a fighting expert like this? If so, you have to be the youngest expert ever.

Riku shook his head as he looked out the window.

Riku: It's just, I made a promise to someone. Someone important.

Kitty: Promises are important, but make sure you don't focus so much on that you don't enjoy others things. You're still a kid, enjoy your time and have fun too.

Riku: Right. But this promise, this one is also important. And the reason why I wanted to get off the island.

I looked at Riku, raising a brow.

Kitty: What promise is this? And is it part of the reason you, Sora and Kairi were building the raft?

Riku: I wanted off the world for a special reason. Sora and Kairi, they just got tangled up in what I wanted. In a way... Knowing Kairi is still lost somewhere, I'm worried for her.

Kitty: And we'll find Kairi. We're not giving up the search until we find her and anyone missing.

Riku looked at me and smiled from my wishful thinking.

Riku: Thank you, Kitty.

Kitty: I should be thanking you for the pep talk, so thank you, Riku.

I looked at Riku, smiling back.

As I shared a moment with Riku, we heard explosions close by with Wayfinder speaking.

Wayfinder (AI): Sorry to interrupt the heartwarming talk you two are having, but if all the passengers can look to the right of the windows, WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!!

I grew confused and wondering what was attacking, looking out the windows with everyone else. If it's the damn robots again I am going to do more then short circ- Oh this is even worse!!

Kitty: Wayfinder! Go as fast as you can, please!! These are Jena's projectiles!!

Wayfinder (AI): Activating: Soejammy Flight Protocols!!

Donald: Soejammy flight protocols...? I get the feeling this is not good...

Goofy: What are those protocols, Wayfinder?

Wayfinder (AI): Why explain, when I can show.

With the protocols activating, Donald's steering wheel goes down into the floor with an AI Soejammy popping up with a pilot's hat. WHAT HAS THE IDIOT DONE THIS TIME?!

Soejammy (AI): Hello everyone! I am your pilot, Soejammy! You have activated the escape or dodge protocols! I was made in accordance with Wayfinder based on my skills due to the black box recordings, and with it, it is like I am still here!

Donald: One thing! I just wanted one thing, to get a break from the palooka!!

Soejammy (AI): Yeah, who let the talking duck in the pilot seat?

Kitty: I did. Considering he can actually fly the ship normally unlike a mad man...

Soejammy (AI): And I take those compliments with great pride, dear Kitty!

Kitty: NOT A COMPLIMENT! Ugh, whatever! Just get us out of this, not planning to die to Jena!

Soejammy (AI): One super fast escape route cooooooooming up!!!

Donald: Don't you dare! I'll get us out of this, then trusting a palooka's AI!

Soejammy (AI): Wayfinder, if you could make the duck move?

Wayfinder (AI): With pleasure~

Donald: What are you two talking about?!

As Donald asked that question, his seat belts came undone with Wayfinder taking a sharp incline. This caused a G-Force effect that sent Doanld flying to the back wall with more seatbelts strapping him against it. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY BELTS!? With Donald stuck to the wall, the AI version of Soejammy walked on what would be the floor to him due to the incline as he looked at Donald.

Soejammy (AI): Let this be a lesson, don't mouth off to the damn protocols.

Donald was only groaning from being sent flying into the wall again, I sense this is another running gag. With the seat cleared off, the AI Jammy took his seat with his arms crossed.

Soejammy (AI): Dear guests! Thank you for taking the time to use this protocol! Now let me get us out of here and have a safe landing~

Powering up the engines, I saw a projectile heading towards us as I was about to scream, but we began moving fast as the projectile missed us.

Kitty: CUTTING IT CLOSE ARE WE!?

Sora: Not the time to mess around here!!

Soejammy (AI): Not my fault the duck was distracting me the entire time. I can't pilot the ship if he is in the seat. But rest assured, I would never let anyone get harmed on this ship. Except for the duck.

Donald: I HEARD THAT!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING SINGLED OUT!

Pulling out digital documents, AI Jammy began to read it off.

Soejammy (AI): Well, from these reports, you and spikes here have been somewhat trouble in the flights that even led to crashing. So, my actions are justified in protecting the passengers of this ship.

Riku: What???

Sora: My name is SORA!

Kitty: You're focused on the Spikes part over the crash landings...?

Soejammy (AI): Second World visit: Deep Jungle. Cause of crash: Duck and Spikers take the steering wheel while the ship is in motion and tries to commit mutiny and ends up breaking it. Causing the ship to spiral out of control to crash land on the planet. Need I explain further???

The group looked at both Donald and Sora to see if they would say anything, but neither were speaking up. AI Jammy... Honestly had a good point there.

Soejammy (AI): I thought so. Now, if you can let me focus. I can lose Jena and land safely. From there, you all can potentially explore the other area around here, but if you do plan on fighting Jena, I recommend at least someone who can fly and make sure magic reserves are at optimal power. With how big she is, it would be a miracle to get out of the fight unscathed.

Kitty: Fight... Jena...? ARE YOU INSANE?! That's a death wish!!

Soejammy (AI): And yet, this group has faced off against a Heartless 10 times their size in Wonderland. Or was it 5 times...?

Kitty: Heartless are completely different!!

Soejammy (AI): Doesn't change the fact this isn't your first giant enemy.

Kitty: And yet, we don't have numerous lives to face her!

Soejammy (AI): Yet, your powers of light are getting stronger, aren't they?

Kitty: I don't have full control...

Soejammy (AI): Yet, you are learning to harness it better. The only limitation is the mind. Imagine. An endless space full of possibility. Where anything can happen. The only thing that blocks you, is yourself.

Kitty: Easy for some to say...

Soejammy (AI): I don't have all the answers I can give you. Only advice based on the real Soejammy. But if he was here right now, he would be pushing you to try your hardest and overcome the obstacles before you.

I rolled my eyes, but knew that's what Jammy would say as he's pushed me in the past, yet it's always helped... Thinking about it, I looked at the group.

Kitty: Your choice as well. Would you be wanting to fight Jena? The main character would be there too with all five legions to help.

Looking at Riku, he looked back at me with an answer.

Riku: Knowing Jammy, he would probably jump at the chance to help. Even if facing a big enemy like this. With the city being destroyed, who knows how long it's got before it's destroyed. They need all the help they can get.

I thought Riku would say something like that, but I did see his point. Looking at Sora, I asked what he thought.

Kitty: I'd want to say you'd do the fight too with how you jump at the chance of a challenge, am I right Sora?

Sora: From how Jena looks, anyone would be scared. But we fought many enemies that are like her. The Heartless back in Wonderland, that Heartless in that Persian world, Jafar as a Genie, and that armor Heartless back in Traverse Town. It may be something to be scared about, but if we can do something to help, we have to try, right?

Kitty: You and Riku both have good hearts, it's really admirable.

I was scared to ask Donald, but looked at the duck stuck on the wall.

Kitty: Your thoughts Donald?

Donald: You all have to be NUTS to face off against something of that size!! It can fly AND is still shooting at us!!

Soejammy (AI): Working on it.

Donald: Work on it faster!!!

Kitty: Going to decide to ignore that opinion...

Ignoring Donald and wondering why I even asked him, I looked at Goofy for his thoughts.

Kitty: What about you Goofy?

Goofy looked at Donald even though he felt sorry for Donald, but had to speak his mind.

Goofy: Even though we're just people passing by, we still should try to help if we can. From the look of it, this won't end until Jena attacks Yoseph. And with him trying to escape her, she'll keep destroying the city just to get to him. What about the people living here? Wouldn't you be doing everything you could to protect the King and Queen, Donald?

Kitty: Goofy is right. With struggling to get any control over that form, Jena has her mind set completely on revenge. It's going to be like the worlds being destroyed by Heartless, she could destroy the Ark and all innocent lives doing this...

Donald looked away before sighing, knowing what we were saying was true and had to accept that he had a duty to still protect.

Donald: Fine. But the ship stays with that AI away from the fight!!

Soejammy (AI): Ha! You expect an AI to fight? A being like me made out of light and data?? You really are insane!!!

Before Donald could say anything, I butted in. If we were fighting, we're not doing it without a plan.

Kitty: So with it being settled we're helping fight Jena, then we're making a plan now. Donald, I'll need you to keep focus on healing magic. The AI is right, we're not getting out unscathed, and I don't know how badly we'll get hurt during the fight. That means if someone gets hit, you need to be ready to send healing magic right away to help. Take as much Ethers as you need to keep your energy up. Jena hits HARD, I'm not taking chances on anyone's health. Do you understand?

Donald: Hey! What's wrong with me getting-

Soejammy (AI): Your defense is weak as hell and you could take a slap and end up in a Family Guy dead pose. Or Yamcha's, they're the same thing.

Donald: I am not THAT weak!

Soejammy (AI): Riku. Slap him.

Looking at Donald, Riku shrugged as Donald became free from the belts and took a hard slap to the face. Donald went to the floor in a Yamcha pose just as AI Jammy predicted.

Soejammy (AI): See? Yamcha pose.

I rolled my eyes again, but got up to speak to Donald personally as I really needed him to do this for the plan.

Kitty: I'm not doing this because I agree with the palooka, but because I know you're magic focused. I'm not sure how well magic is going to work again Jena, but I trust your magic completely. Which is why I need your healing magic for this, please can you trust me?

Donald got up slowly and rubbed his jaw, but sighed.

Donald: Fine. But don't ask me to even jump in to help if things go haywire.

Kitty: Not a problem at all.

I sighed in relief to myself, glad Donald agreed. With having healing sorted, defense was also needed as I looked at Goofy.

Kitty: I'm really going to need to rely on your shield for this fight, Goof. I'll be in the air, but with Sora, Riku and Donald on the ground, can you help block any attacks if someone isn't able to dodge in time?

Goofy: Leave it to me! I'm not Captain of the Royal Guard for nothin'!

Kitty: A title that's very deserved for you!

I smiled as the plan was going well so far being made, looking at Riku and Sora next.

Kitty: Despite being unsure how well magic would work, it may still be useful to try and weaken Jena. But in the fight, she does slam her hands down which leaves her open to physical attacks. When that happens, be prepared to strike with your weapons as much as you can. If you can get to the core, even better as that's the weakness of hers.

Sora & Riku: Got it.

Riku: What will you do, Kitty?

I thought about it, biting my lip as I knew this was extremely risky.

Kitty: I'll be up in the air, attacking from a distance and causing distractions when possible to get her open for the core strikes. When the explosion happens when she's beaten, you all RUN FAST and get away. I'll protect myself, this should give me a chance to try and talk to her.

Sora: Just be careful!

Kitty: That's what I should be saying to you! I've seen your recklessness in fights!

Sora would say something, but AI Jammy butted in.

Soejammy (AI): Don't you dare jump in when you know you made mistakes! I've seen you been thrown into a wall before, and not listening when not to attack the amour Heartless' head and getting hit by a different body part. I will call you out on that shit!

Kitty: Okay, let's not get heated up right now when we need full focus. But I'm warning you all now, if you don't listen to a single order I give, I am personally giving you hell myself! I'm not messing around in this fight, especially if having to attack on the rooftop with it being a small space. If the main character also tells you to do something, listen to him. Everyone understand?

Everyone, including Sora nods their heads as the ship makes a sharp turn.

Soejammy (AI): Found a place to land. Can't take it in too close. Already damaged as it is. Without replacement parts, this ship is basically clinging onto life as we speak. I'll have to take the ship back out of the world and keep it parked for teleportation uses only.

Crap, we only just got the ship repaired and it's in the worst shape it's ever been in... Cid is going to be furious... Note to self: Avoid his shop for the rest of this adventure to avoid wrath even the Devil would be scared of.

Kitty: Just bring us in as close as you can, please.

Nodding his head, the AI began to take us down as the highway was in disarray at the moment. Oh boy... Here we go...

Location: ARK, Highway.

As everyone got out of the ship, there was complete shock at how much damage had already happened. Jena needs to be stopped and fast! Focusing on activating the disk's power, I got my wings ready to fly as I looked at the group.

Kitty: Everyone ready? I'll have SP help where possible too to get you out of danger if needed.

The ship began to take off as I looked towards the others. With needing to get to a roof nearby, I would have to take the others up by myself. But before I could attempt it, Abarations began to appear. These enemy types are that of those who used to be humans, but because of the Redshift, it has caused many humans to become something that would be Human-Chimera hybrids.

Sora: What the heck are these?!

Kitty: You're looking at Abarations. Remember the Redshift talked about before? This is the effect... These are humans affected by it. Turned into a Human-Chimera hybrid. And if you turn into one, there is no chance to come back from this. You would be giving mercy just... Giving them peace from this existence... Stay close, don't go getting reckless, because we won't be able to help you if you turn. SP?

I was testing to see if Star Platinum responded to that, looking to my side and relieved it worked. At least I won't have to use his full name.

Kitty: Attack from a distance if you can, push them away if they get too close to you. SP and I will deal with close up attacks if needed.

Gaining nods of approval, we all began to get to work by staying close and dealing what we could around us. I had to deactivate Power of Flight to save it's power for when we were ready to get to where Jena was. Never thought I'd be grateful it's not got the five minute timer, it's going to take longer than that with Jena. But focusing on the fight for now, SP was punching them away when getting too close along with everyone pushing them back with their weapons and shield. Magic was being used to attack from a distance, ice being used to keep them in place to get better attacks, lightning for trying to hit multiple at once and fire to try and aim at the heads or chest. When feeling a shot hit me from behind, I saw flying variations of these enemies begin to appear as I grit my teeth in frustration. When another shot was about to be fired, a blast from an Arrow Legion shot it down in one blow. Looking at the source, my eyes went wide in seeing who had just appeared. It was the other sibling, the MC of this world and story. Basically Akira's brother, but unlike her, the MC had more control over his power first.

MC: Hey! You okay!?

Kitty: Yeah! You saved me just in time! Thank you sir.

When getting distracted for a moment when seeing the MC appear, I almost screamed seeing another getting close. But reacted just in time to push it away from me, giving the MC a chance to shoot it down. With him now here, it made it easier to be able to take the enemies down. Pushing and freezing them in place, or getting them stunned with magic, they were being shot down as fast as an arrow due to literally being shot down by arrows. MC held the chain on the Arrow Legion as he broke it. Releasing the Arrow Legion from control, it began to be unrestricted in releasing multiple shots that would do harm to the surrounding enemies. To the others, it would be like the enemies were just getting defeated by nothing due to not having a Stand or Legion of their own. But with SP being with me, I saw arrows being shot constantly as the enemies had no chance to react. It almost felt like a blink of an eye and all enemies were down. I said it when I first played the game, and I'm saying it again, Legions are freaking powerful! When all the Abarations were down, the group was able to relax for a moment.

Sora: I never want to see... Another one of those things again...!

Donald: For once, I agree with you...

Goofy looked at the MC, giving his thanks for the help.

Goofy: Thank you for the rescue. I don't know what we would have done without you.

MC: You're welcome. Though, I have never seen a talking dog before. Always a first.

Donald: Always about the talking dog, but never the talking duck!

Riku: Can you please keep your temper in control, for five minutes?

Donald: I'll show you a temper!

Before Donald could say anything, I shut his bill with my hand and glared at him to shut up. I'm not wanting us to be on the MC's bad side when he's the biggest help we have here.

Kitty: Sorry about my friend! He usually has a bad temper... But all of us are grateful for the save. Even if this one has a strange way of showing it. If it's not rude, can I get your name so we can thank you better?

MC: Oh, sorry. My name is Officer Ryder Howard. I work for the police here on the ARK.

I could see Donald wanted to say something and knew it wouldn't be good, so I kept his bill shut so he didn't say anything to make things bad for us.

Kitty: Nice to meet you Officer Ryder. I'm Kitty, the duck is Donald, the dog is Goofy, and the two kids are Riku and Sora. Thank you once more for the save, you really worked fast getting the enemies down.

Ryder: Thank you. But please, get to safety wherever you can. You all shouldn't be out here right now.

Kitty: Has something been causing damage to the ARK? The highway doesn't usually look so... Ruined.

Ryder: That's none of your concern right now. What should be your concern is getting to safety.

Kitty: As much as we would love too, we can't. We're looking for some people, and we're not going to be able to rest without knowing their safe too.

Sora: If there is anything we can do to help, we'll be happy too! All help is good with whatever's happening right?

Ryder shook his head and held up a hand.

Ryder: Civilians should not do anything to endanger themselves. It's not safe right now. Please hurry and- Huh?!

Looking to where Ryder was looking at, I saw a car speeding down heading towards us. It was a standard issue police car as it was running away from Aberrations. Getting into action, Ryder began selecting the Legion of his next choice as to handle the next situation. When the car got closer, Ryder dashed forward and jumped just as the car came close. What I saw next was the Sword Legion being summoned in mid-jump. Taking a stance, Ryder and the Sword prepared to strike. When the Aberrations got close enough, Ryder commanded his Legion to strike in the line and took both Aberrations down at the same time. The police vehicle soon skidded to a stop just as Ryder landed on his feet. What I didn't expect was a quick reunion as Akira and Yoseph got out of the car.

Akira: Ryder?!

Ryder: Akira?!

Yoseph: Ryder!?

Goofy: Goofy!

The group looked at Goofy as I let go of Donald's bill, allowing him to say something as I knew he wouldn't cause trouble right now.

Donald: Not the time Goofy!

Ryder: Akira, what are you doing out here with the Commander???

Akira: Getting the Commander away from Jena, who last we saw her was attacking Neuron. She's not exactly in the mood to talk, especially with how she looks to be destroying everything to get to him. But that's not what I want to worry about, how did THEY get here before us!?

Insert the bleep machine in my head which is screaming a million curse words per second right now. Ryder looked at us, before looking back at Akira.

Ryder: What do you mean?

Akira: They were with us when the Station got attacked. Even had front row seats seeing Jena.

Ryder: That can't be possible. I just saw them having to fight off a group of Aberrations. I just arrived in time to save them.

Ryder must be talking about the Astral Plane, but can't really talk about it in front of us. But if we remain silent, it's going to seem suspicious.

Kitty: We took our ship to get away fast, to avoid being trapped if the building fell.

Ryder: What ship???

Yoseph: One with an intelligent AI in it.

Ryder: WHAT!?

Kitty: I know, they're rare to find. Our friend who built the ship had one and we only knew after it was installed.

Ryder: This... Is just getting crazy...

Yoseph: Not as crazy if Jena doesn't stop her assault.

Akira: I'm just trying to get the Commander somewhere safe. Maybe you could help stop Jena, Ryder?

Ryder looked to see Jena sky high above where she was at with how big she had gotten.

Ryder: THAT'S Jena!? How did she turn into that!?

Yoseph: My theory is that Blue Evolve you discovered during your trip in Zone 9, that she drank it to turn into that. The main concern though isn't how Jena turned into that, but stopping the rampage.

Ryder looked up at Jena as she was still trying to search for her targets.

Ryder: Okay, any idea HOW we take her down?

Akira: Shoot at her maybe?

Ryder: With what super gun?

Akira: Wait until she comes down? This isn't exactly like anything we've seen before!

Kitty: How about going up there and attacking her core? Doesn't everything have a weak point? When we were still on the rooftop, I saw the core and thought it seemed weird. Could be the best shot.

Akira and Ryder looked at me and then at each other as they wanted to figure out anything else, but couldn't really come up with an excuse.

Sora: The offer for help is still there. Ryder saw us fighting against those creatures, so surely you know we can fight.

Akira looked at Ryder in anger at how he let them fight as he shrugged.

Ryder: Hey. I had just arrived. It wasn't my fault.

Riku: It wasn't his fault. We were attacked and had no choice. Please don't be angry with him.

Akira looked at Riku and then at Ryder. Ryder was shrugging his shoulders as he didn't know how to respond. Akira sighed and looked at me.

Akira: Okay, you said you saw her core? Where exactly?

Kitty: Middle of her chest.

Akira: "Middle of her-!" You realize how high she is!?

Kitty: Is there any other clear weakness on her???

Ryder: Some say the chest IS where a weakness would usually be.

Kitty: That truly is the only thing I could think of to bring Jena down. I don't want to see anything else destroyed or people getting hurt, and if I could think of any other way to take her down, I would tell you.

Akira and Ryder looked at each other while Yoseph interjected.

Yoseph: All we can do is what we need to do now. If the weak point is in her chest, we have to try anything. Even if it means using the Legions...

Akira and Ryder: But Commander!

I know why they're freaking out, Legions are meant to be completely secret to civilians. Only people with a Legatus are meant to know about this, so hearing Yoseph say that aloud in front of us would be confusing.

Yoseph: That's an order! It's the Ark or Jena. It's our duty to protect the Ark!

Akira and Ryder couldn't say anything to that, knowing Yoseph was right.

Ryder: If we use the arrow legions, we could try and shoot at the core while Jena is in the air.

Akira: No, we need to get as close as possible. The arrows this far will lose power over distance and with our target being so small as her core, it's nearly impossible.

Ryder: But then how do we even get up there?

As if to answer his question, rumbling could be heard as I had a sinking feeling as I looked up to see Jena looking down at us.

Kitty: I don't think we'll have to try that hard...

Akira, Ryder and Yoseph all looked up along with the group. When seeing Jena looking down at us, it's almost as if time stop was used with how still and silent everyone was in trying not to panic. But as if a switch was flipped, panic soon ensured.

Akira: We have to get you away from here, Commander! If Jena is distracted for long enough, we can get you away before she realizes! Ryder should be able to beat Jena before she can search for you again!

In finally noticing her, Jena let out a loud roar as it began to make cracks around the area as some of the road was beginning to be lifted up by a powerful force. Ryder was on one of them, I unfortunately was on the other as well. Why... Is it NOTHING GOES RIGHT?!

Ryder: Hey! You okay!?

Kitty: I'm fine! What about the others!?

Looking back down, I could see the others worried that I got separated from them as I looked at Ryder.

Kitty: I think we're on our own from up here... At least you don't need to worry about how to attack the core?

I was trying to keep calm and try to see a bright side to this, but it was seriously high and I did not want to end up paralyzed in fear. Looking at the others, I gave a signal to run and hide, hoping they were able to see it and they'll be somewhere safe. With all that was going on, I didn't know if they could see my sign or not as I hoped they stayed by Akira if they couldn't find a way to get away from here. Moving away from the edge to be able to breathe again, I looked back at Ryder.

Kitty: I know you said about getting somewhere safe, but if I'm stuck up here then I'm helping.

Ryder: Are you going to be okay? I know you had a giant Key, but this isn't an anime kid.

Looking at Ryder, I focused on SP as he appeared behind me.

Kitty: Not an anime, but I have my own version of a legion. May as well be an anime. I can fight, or at least protect myself. And it's Kitty, not kid.

Ryder was surprised I just did something that would be impossible, but not the strangest thing yet it seems.

Ryder: Huh. That's new. Strange, but new.

Kitty: Isn't it strange to be talking when we could end up falling to the ground if not careful? Giant Jena, wanting to attack remember?

Ryder: O-Oh! Right! Sorry!

Kitty: It's fine, no need for sorry! Just really rather be on anything but a floating death trap... Solid ground is much better.

Ryder: Heh. If you think that's bad? Try nearly falling into an endless abyss at times.

Kitty: Questioning if the police force are brave or idiotic for being in these situations, yet still being in the force.

From me speaking that, Ryder gave a deadpan look at me.

Ryder: Hey, give me some credit here...

Kitty: Eh, still brave but stupid. I'll say mainly brave, just for the save earlier.

Ryder: I'll take what I can get.

Before we could continue the talk, a loud roar brought us back to the reality of a mad Jena. Ow... I may have had my ears ringing from Simba's roar, but that is way worse!

Kitty: Is Jena usually this... Angry or irritable? Any plans on what to do?

Ryder: Could be on her period?

I gave a shocked look at Ryder before using SP to punch him in the back of the head. Officer or not, no way that comment is being let go of!

Kitty: Say that again?!

Ryder: N-No... Point made...

I rolled my eyes with a huff, wondering how Akira deals with this guy if he makes comments like that.

Kitty: Yeesh... Men...

Ryder: But... If we're done playing around, I think we have bigger problems.

Kitty: And until I know what plan there is, I'm not fighting the bigger problem. There's no way to just randomly attack without risk.

Ryder: Simple. We use her own height advantage against her. The more mass something has, the slower they get.

Kitty: That's... A fair point.

Ryder: Make use of our speed and wear her down.

Kitty: Sounds like the best shot there is. I'll trust you on this.

Ryder: And I trust you with my life here.

Kitty: No pressure or anything there, Officer...

Summoning out a Legion, Ryder began to make quick movement towards where Jena was. Looking around, I could feel my heart pump, feel my hands sweat up, feel goosebumps on my arms. I knew that jumping onto different platforms is needed in this fight, but I'd be stuck without a Legion. The only thing I could use was my wings, but would that be risky with Ryder? He's seen SP, maybe it wouldn't be too bad? Taking a deep breath, I took a running start as I reached the cliff of the platform I was on before jumping at the last moment. What seemed like time slowing down for me, made my heart beat faster as I landed on the next platform in a skid. That's gonna leave a mark... Who cares, I'm still alive! With my heart still pounding fast like it's going to burst, I focused magic into my Oathkeeper to perform some spells. If I could cause a distraction, something to get attention away from Ryder then it should give chances to strike the core. I hope...

Kitty: I could at least try and get attention away from you to get closer to the core.

Ryder: Very much appreciated!

Giving a salute, I focused my magic as I looked at Jena. Maybe attacking from different sides would cause lost focus if trying to find where the magic is coming from. Focusing on Fire magic, I made some small fireballs around Jena but kept them still in the air. With enough to surround her, I began focusing on one at a time to be thrown at her from different angles. I could see them hitting Jena, not enough to cause any significant damage, but to at least cause attention to go to them for now.

Kitty: Now's your chance!

Nodding his head, Ryder was able to get in close with some homunculi trying to go after him! Focusing my magic, the fireballs I still had nearby were focused towards them.

Kitty: No you don't!!!

With being able to distract Jena for the time being, I was able to use the remaining Fireballs to get the homunculi away from Ryder. Hitting them, I was able to get one down at least, getting some damage on the other. Summoning the Axe Legion, Ryder set up a shield just before the attack struck to initiate a counter-attack that obliterated the homunculi attacking him. Seriously, how strong ARE these Legions and WHERE can I get some!? Focus mind! Battle to win, jealousy later! Not focusing on the thoughts, I looked at Jena as a giant fist from Jena was being launched at Ryder. Summoning the Arm Legion, Ryder merged with his Legion before launching a punch to counter Jena. Even with the size difference, it would see the Arm Legion was pushed to the limit to bounce the attack away from Ryder before going in close to begin delivering a barrage of punches. With being able to get close to Jena like this, I sent SP out to help with the punches to try and increase the damage. There were a good amount of punches being made, but it felt like the time to get damage was too short as Jena soon recovered from the distraction to keep fighting again.

Kitty: I'm not done yet! Star Platinum!!!

Star Platinum: ORA!!!

Sensing my need to continue the attack, Star Platinum activated Time Stop to keep delivering damage before Jena could recover from the shock of the multiple strikes. Delivering a powerful strike with Star Platinum, time resumed just moments after the final punch as the blows occurred simultaneously. This evidently cracked Jena's core as she let out a loud painful cry. With the pain she felt, she raised both her arms to aim for the platform we were on. Quickly taking Ryder's hand I had Star Platinum throw us as we escaped to another platform nearby while I launched Ryder up into the air.

Kitty: Her core's cracked!! DO IT!!

Using the X-Baton in the sword form and with the Sword legion next to him, when they got to the core both striked their sword straight into it. As Ryder was digging the baton deeper into the core, I knew the explosion was coming as I moved onto a platform with SP's help as far as possible from Jena. But even then, the explosion was strong as it sent all platforms barreling to the ground. I almost screamed when about to hit the ground, but got caught in time by SP by using its body to skid across the ground. Because of his durability, any damage impacting the ground was very minimal. Akira, Yoseph and the group were nearby, seeing Ryder falling to the ground fast with the Legion following after him fast. Unfortunately... Ryder wasn't so lucky as he hit the ground and left him in a critical condition... As everyone rushed over, Jena was getting back up in her human form as she saw the Legatus going crazy. As Akira got closer, Olive was heard over the coms.

Olive (Communication): I... I'm not picking up any... A-Any vitals...

This sent Akira into distress, rushing over to Ryder and kneeling down to look for any vitals.

Akira: No...

The Legatus kept getting crazier in movements, the core turning purple as sparks were appearing around Ryder. Getting up slowly, I quickly yelled out to Akira in being worried for her safety.

Kitty: Akira! Get back!! You're not safe being that close to him!!!

The sparks were growing around Ryder more, himself getting up slowly, but looking like his movements were being controlled. Akira was slowly getting up before moving away, Yoseph watching closely at what was happening. As Ryder kept getting up, his movements almost looked robotic before his eyes were seen glowing purple as he screamed with a light growing strong around him, causing everyone to cover their eyes.

Donald: What's going on?!

Sora: It's way too bright!

Kitty: Nothing good, that's for sure...

As I muttered this to myself, the light began dying down until it completely stopped. Once everyone was able to see again, Akira was the first to react as her eyes widened, her mouth open in shock from seeing Ryder.

Akira: B-Brother...?

I knew this form all too well... It was when the Legionis was fatally injured, and with that happening, it triggered the Legion's instinctual ability to save its host. As a way to save its host, the Legion would fuse with them. In this case, it happened because of how Ryder was on the verge of death. But with this happening, Ryder doesn't have control...

Kitty: This... Is not good... Not good at all...

Goofy: What's going on?!

I wasn't even able to answer as things were happening so fast. As Ryder saw Akira, with the lack of control, he dashed up and slashed at Akira before holding onto her head and was ready to strike with the claws. But instead, he managed to stop himself before throwing and kicking her onto the ground in midair. As Ryder roared, Akira began speaking to him.

Akira: Stop! It's me! I know you can hear me!

As Akira spoke, she began getting up slowly as Ryder was beginning to approach her. In this part of the game, you'd need to mash buttons fast to stop before Akira got struck with the claws. But now I'm not sure what's even going to happen...!

Kitty: (Think...! Think...! What can I do in this situation...!?)

It's as if my heart knew what to do before my mind thought of it, dashing in front of Akira as I immediately created a light shield just before the claws could strike. The strike sent me sliding backwards into Akira as we were pushed back a few feet.

Kitty: Keep talking to him! He's got to be able to recognize his own sister!

Akira: You don't think I'm trying!?

Kitty: Try HARDER or we're BOTH DEAD!!

As I saw Ryder approaching, I focused on making the shield stronger to try and avoid it breaking. As I heard Akira keep talking to him, I closed my eyes in fear when seeing the claws were getting closer to us. Waiting a moment, I peeked one eye open and sighed relief when the purple was changing into blue as I knew it was Ryder fighting to get control back. I kept the shield up and kept magic pouring into it, watching Ryder closely. As the color kept shifting from blue to purple when fighting for control, Akira kept speaking.

Akira: You recognize me, I know it! Come on, control it!

Ryder kept approaching, claws raised ready for the attack. As he kept getting closer, my eyes widened when seeing the shield weakening. If I keep losing focus, it's going to weaken the shield! Can't let fear get to me now! As Ryder kept fighting for control, I kept the shield up as much as I could with the claws ready for harm. Tensing up when fearing the worst, a voice broke through the tension.

Jena: Over here. I tried to warn you, but you didn't listen...

Nononononono! This is far from good, Jena...! As I took down the shield when Ryder's attention went to Jena, I wanted to try and get there to stop what was coming. But no matter how fast I ran, Ryder was too fast... Jena was ready, as I fell onto my knees when I saw the scene... In the blink of an eye, Ryder's claws went straight through Jena...

Jena: ...Now, you understand. This is... The true form of your Legion's power. All it can do is... Is cause pain... Nothing more.

As Akira was watching the scene, distress clouding her expression, Jena looked up at Ryder.

Jena: ...We have that in common. In this form... E-Even if you do survive... In the end... Can you...

Placing one hand on Ryder's face, Jena spoke one last time.

Jena: Can you... Call yourself "human"?

And with these last words to Ryder... Jena faded away in sparks... Jena, you may have made mistakes, but your heart was always in the right place for mankind. Rest in peace... When she faded away, Ryder roared as cracks were forming around him as he kept fighting for control. As Akira kept watching, she asked a question aloud.

Akira: What... What's happening...?

With Akira trying to figure out what is happening with her brother, she never saw the Ravens appearing behind Yoseph, or his command. But thank the cat ears for the sensitive hearing, causing me to look at Yoseph and growl with pure rage. I'm going to enjoy every moment when I get my hands on him!

Yoseph: Alright. Aim for the legion and the stupid cat.

After hearing the order, I quickly got up with my Keyblade appearing in my hand. But before I could do anything, I began to feel pain as if something was burning on me. I look to see that it was blaster fire coming from the Ravens with their Arrow Legions firing at me and Ryder. I looked to my friends as they saw what was happening as my ears could still hear them.

Riku: HEY!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?

Sora: STOP SHOOTING HER!!

Sora and Riku were the first to act in trying to rush towards Yoseph, but as I ran to try and avoid being hit too much and get closer to the group, I hoped I was able to yell loud enough for them to hear me.

Kitty: STAND DOWN! YOU CAN'T FIGHT THEM AND WILL BE HURT FOR NO REASON!

Riku and Sora looked at me in shock when I gave the order. They were going to argue against me, but then two Ravens came up and hit them both over the head.

Kitty: SORA! RIKU!!

Yoseph: Take the kids and their little pets. Some... "Studies" are needed.

Kitty: Do ANYTHING to hurt them and your death is going to be even more painful, and I'll be sure to make it as slow as possible!

Yoseph: If you live long enough to try.

I hissed under my breath, trying not to let Yoseph get to me. But with the Ravens focusing on me and Ryder, it was getting harder to get away as we were being pushed back. I don't even have an Ether to refuel my magic and I've been using that a lot... Glancing behind me, I screamed internally when seeing the edge getting closer, knowing what was going to happen. SP was trying to get the Ravens away, but it was a full army and we had no chance in this weakened state. Glancing at the group and giving what I hope was a convincing smile that things will be okay, me and Ryder were soon going to be pushed over the edge. Even if I tried to use my wings now, it would just give Yoseph another power he'll want and I'd still have the Ravens to deal with. When looking at a Raven launching an Arm Legion to go after both Ryder and I, it then did a double uppercut on us as we were sent over the edge with hearing Akira scream in horror of what she saw. With nothing else that can be done, I just braced for the impact as we were sent to the ground fast. When the impact happened, black spots were swimming around in my vision, worrying about my friends and their safety was the last thought I had before blacking out.

Five Days Later...

Location: Zone 9, Apartment building, Temporary Base of Operations.

Ugh... My skull feels like someone's trying to break it in two halves, but shattering it into a million pieces... If this is the first thing I feel when I assume to be waking up, this sure can't be Heaven... Either Hell or I'm somehow still alive. As I tried to open my eyes, I hissed softly from the light as I tried getting adjusted to it. Able to open my eyes a little, I gave a glance around the area. Doesn't look like any sort of Heaven or Hell, not the highway, some sort of apartment maybe? When chapter 10 starts, the MC in the game wakes up in the apartment after 3 days and is brought to... Hal's apartment. Hal is the definition of an introvert, a great guy when it comes to work but uses a drone to talk to people to stay in his apartment. Maybe this is his apartment? Has 3 days passed, is Ryder awake? What about my-

Kitty: MY FRIENDS! I HAVE TO- AUGH!!!

Okay, maybe the sudden yell and getting up fast was not the best idea. That's just made the skull shattering feeling worse, and every bone in my body feels like it's ready to break. Guess that's what happens falling from a height like that... Screw you heights, you're forever my mortal enemy. Rubbing my head to try and stop the feeling, I moved up slowly this time and at least managed to stand up. Holding onto the bed for support to stop the feeling of going to fall, I looked around the area more. Yep, Hal's apartment. So, we're in Zone 9 right now... Crap, danger never seems to stop, going to need a plan. First thing, see if there's any painkillers or medicine. Second thing, see if Ryder's awake. Finally, find my friends and give Yoseph his own living hell. As I tried walking, I felt my legs give out on me again as I crashed to the floor and knocked a table over. Hearing the commotion I was making, I heard someone gasp.

???: My stuff!!

Kitty: I'm sorry! I'll replace anything broken!

Well if that isn't a good start... The drone, I mean Hal, would be the one to see the commotion and the stuff broken in his OWN HOME!! Give me some luck... Please...

Hal: "Broken"?? What about you!? How are you able to move!?

Kitty: If you consider barely even able to take a step without breaking everything in sight moving, then easily.

I could hear Hal groan at having been said back to him. No wonder Jammy loves messing with people, it's fun when you need a distraction from excruciating pain. As Hal was about to berate me, Ryder and Olive soon came in as they saw me on the floor.

Ryder: Hal! Stop yelling at them!

Olive: Furthermore, she shouldn't be moving with how damaged she got from the fall!

Kitty: That was my fault... Didn't realize how bad the pain was until trying to move... Good to see you up though Ryder, after having the same fall and all. How are you able to move so easily though???

Ryder: Apparently, Legionis genes.

I stared at Ryder as I began to groan and moved onto my back. I'm laying here and not moving until normal genes actually do their work...

Kitty: CURSE YOU GENEEEES-! Ow... Got any Legion genes spare...?

Olive: We don't have those, but we do have super strong medicine to help those wounds. Thankfully I was able to steal some gear before I was forced out of Neuron.

I raised a brow and looked at Olive confused, even though I knew what she was talking about. I don't know what Yoseph said to anyone, so keeping the act up is safer.

Kitty: Forced out of Neuron? You're the dispatcher, how are they meant to do police work without you?

Olive: Because I was feeding Hal here information on the Ravens of what I could get before getting caught. I lost my job, had to get out of the building, had Ravens chase me... Hal certainly was no help. Could have stepped out to help me, but I somehow got here safely.

Kitty: How did you even get here with Ravens chasing you? Actually, another question is how the hell did Ryder and I get here?? Unless head injuries can now cause sleepwalking...

Hal: I... Found you both hanging on a pipe when you both were... Well... Attacked by the Ravens.

One way to put it... Attacked under orders of the worst tyrant in the history of tyrants would be the more accurate description. But maybe Hal or Olive were able to see my friends...?

Kitty: Did you see anyone else...? Two kids, and a talking dog and duck to be specific...?

Olive looked at me and then to the side.

Olive: I... Saw your friends being taken somewhere last time I had a chance to see them... After that...

Olive didn't need to finish her sentence as I made a fist with my hand. Closing my eyes and taking deep breaths, remembering the sword incident when my anger got hold of me, I kept calm as much as I could.

Kitty: Taken by Yoseph... He did say about "studies", but I got to get them back...!

Ryder: And how do you suppose we even do that?

Hal: Well, I may have an idea where they could be.

Everyone, including me, looked at the drone as Hal began to voice his thoughts.

Hal: If Yoseph needs to study, the only good place to do that is somewhere in the ARI (Aegis Research Institute).)

I looked at Hal and not said anything, I didn't need to as I was just panicking internally. If it's the ARI, that's where the Ravens were made when Akira was cloned. It's not hard to figure out what Yoseph's plans are for my friends. Or at least Sora.

Kitty: Where is the ARI?

Ryder: Somewhere back in the main city where the Raven Corp members get their Legions?? You got a death wish or something girly???

I looked at Ryder, fisting both hands before I was tempted to show how serious I am with Claws.

Kitty: First, it's Kitty. Not kid or girly. Secondly, I don't care if it's going to cost my goddamn LIFE, I am getting my friends back! So you can either come with me, or just get me a way to ARI.

Ryder groaned in annoyance as he was having no luck in convincing me to back down from this. Olive stepped forward and looked me in the eyes.

Olive: Do you have ANY idea what you're thinking?? You almost died AND you are thinking something THIS nuts??? What are you thinking in there!?

As I think to myself, I'm asked that kind of question when thinking when being confronted by Olive. I didn't look at her at first when she asked me that as I responded.

Kitty: It's my life over four lives, two who are just kids and shouldn't have even been caught up in this mess.

I then gazed at Olive with a stare of my own conviction and worry as I kept giving her my reason.

Kitty: If you could risk losing everyone you love, who would just sit there and do nothing...? I'm terrified of dying, but terrified of losing everyone more.

Summoning my Keyblade, I just hoped I had enough magic to at least heal the pain away and fix myself with it.

Kitty: Cure!

Casting the spell, I felt the green hue of the magic surround my body as I felt my strength return to me fast. I was able to begin taking deeper breaths again before getting back up on my feet.

Kitty: There we go... Good as new... Try anything you want, but I'm not staying with my friends in danger.

Seeing me be able to move smoother, the three looked at me with Hal being the most shocked of all.

Hal: HOW ARE YOU HEALED!!! YOUR BRUISES!! YOUR INJURIES!!!

Kitty: Magic.

Hal: What?

Seeing if I still had any magic to use, I focused on seeing if I could just make a ball of light in my hand. It wasn't big, but I still had some magic to use until I could restore it.

Kitty: Me and Sora.. Our giant keys, well Keyblades, allow us to do magic. And we don't mean fake or figurative magic...

Channeling my energy, I focused on the ball of light in my hand to let it float towards Ryder.

Kitty: I mean quite LITERALLY. Mine's just more... Special. How else do you think I was making shields or the fireballs to distract Jena?

Ryder touched the ball of light before it disappeared in front of him with Hal contemplating with what he knows.

Hal: How is- That doesn't- This girl can't-!

Kitty: Yoseph knows the truth as much as I know what he has planned, and I will tell you if it helps gain any trust. I know why my friends have been taken... He plans to probably clone them to make their skills, their powers his to use and control... Yoseph using them would just cause trouble for you all and everyone on the ARK. And with their power for his use, he wouldn't have just Legions to control, it would be magic that my friends know and can use. That's WHY I have to save them! Please, I really need your help on this...

Looking at everyone, they looked at me as if they didn't know what to think. But looking at Ryder, all he gave was a look of his own and nodded his head. It felt like some hope was being gained back in my heart from having someone believe in me.

Ryder: Honestly, with how Yoseph almost tried to kill me, I can give two craps for any forgiveness from him. I would rather destroy his life's work and just be done. Can't say I can't abandon my duty as an officer, but he can't be allowed to stay.

Kitty: I guess technically helping a civilian is still Officer work, thank you Ryder. Hopefully this won't involve being pushed off an edge again...

Ryder: Just be glad there wasn't a truck that one time...

Kitty: Despite you saying this is no anime, that seriously sounds like an opening for an Isekai anime...

Hal: What are you talking about? A truck shouldn't be able to do that. What does Isekai even mean???

Kitty: It's an anime type. Isekai is being transported to another world, usually a magic one. Can be portals, magic itself, or... Well being hit by a truck.

Hal just looked at me and looked at the others.

Hal: I think we need to rethink the plan to get to ARI.

Kitty: HEY! I may joke around, but this is still my friends in danger here! At least I'm not hiding behind a drone...

Hal wanted to say something, but then Olive jumped in.

Olive: Yeah, Hal. Why not come out of your little hiding place and talk to us then. You have some nerves hiding with that drone of yours, it almost makes me wish I could break that drone so you have to!

Hal: H-HEY! LET'S NOT THINK THAT CRAZY HERE!!

Kitty: It's okay to think I'M crazy, but not crazy for you to talk through a DRONE?! Wow... Talk about double standards here... Honestly, Olive has the right idea.

Hal: HEY!!!

Ryder: Permission to break the hover-bot?

Olive: Permission granted.

Kitty: Oh for sure.

Fearing for his drone's safety, Hal began to pilot the bot out of the place to keep it safe.

Kitty: COWARD!!! Yeesh, it's hard talking to people, but that's a new extreme...

Olive: Oh no, that's how Hal usually is.

Kitty: How does he even, assuming he works or worked for Neuron, get his job done?

Ryder: I still wonder that same question and yet I worked with him twice before.

Sighing, I rather move on from the topic as we were getting nowhere right now with talking about the drone obsessed maniac.

Kitty: Well either way, Hal still seems like a good guy with the rescue and info given. Speaking of, still need to learn how to get to ARI.

Before the group could discuss things further, there was a transmission coming in, though a little choppy.

Olive: Huh? What's that?

Going to the receiver, Olive began to work her magic to see who was trying to come over the frequency. We were surprised at hearing the voice that came in.

Brenda (Coms): Come in! I need help!

Ryder: Is that Brenda???

Kitty: It sure sounds like her, and in trouble at that!

Olive: Brenda, what's going on? Where are you?!

Brenda (Coms): In the sewers! There's a Chimera here too! There's people guarding the place too, there isn't any way out of here!

Olive: Who is chasing you?!

Brenda (Coms): The Police! I'm now a fugitive!

Hearing the situation she was in, I looked at Ryder and Olive.

Kitty: We got to go help her.

Ryder: And how are we going to find her in the sewers???

Kitty: Don't you have anything to track people??? I thought Officers were supposed to have equipment for that!

Olive: We do, but we don't have effective equipment like that to be effective. And If she is in the sewers, it will be harder because of interference.

Kitty: Okay, forget the equipment. We'll just have to look.

Ryder: Sure. Not like a good game for finding Brenda in the offer.

I rolled my eyes, which seems to be happening a lot, as I looked at Ryder.

Kitty: So then you just want to leave Brenda being chased AND with a Chimera?

Ryder looked at me and sighed.

Ryder: Do you REALLY take me to leave someone in danger like that? No.

I shrugged, thinking of his previous comment as I repeated it.

Kitty: "Sure. Not like a good game for finding Brenda in the offer." Yeah, that really gives confidence there, Ryder. Now are we going or not?

Ryder groaned when being made fun of like that as I giggled to myself.

Kitty: I know you wouldn't leave anyone in danger like that. You're kind and have a good heart to help.

Ryder sighed as he looked at me.

Ryder: Know where the sewers are at?

That got me to shut up, cursing my lack of knowledge of where the areas are like this.

Olive: I'll take us, I was able to get a signal off to trace the communication to get to where she is. From there, we're on our own to navigate the sewers...

Hearing the plan, Ryder and I nodded our heads as the three of us began to head towards the sewer where the signal was coming from.

Location: Sewers

As we got to the sewers, I looked to see that the whole place was swarming with police officers as I widened my eyes with how scary this was. Stealth missions were already bad enough in the game, this is way worse!

Kitty: Knew there was going to be police, never expected this many though... Did they really have to send the entire force...?

Ryder: She DID say she was being hunted by the police.

I looked at Ryder and puffed my cheeks from his comment.

Kitty: Thank you, Captain Obvious... That could have meant anything. It could have been one, a few, but the whole force? Seems extreme for one person who's not even dangerous.

Ryder: Thank you, Ms. Oblivious.

Kitty: I hate you and your dumb names.

Ryder: Thank you, I'm here every night.

Kitty: It would be more entertaining seeing you get booed off the stage.

Ryder and I began to glare at each other as Olive took another look at their situation.

Olive: Will you two STOP this...!? We just got here and we need to look for a way to sneak past these guys and find where Brenda is...

Kitty: Sorry Olive... If we can cause distractions, it should get some guard's attention to make it easier. Might be a case of having to knock some guards out too...

Olive: IF that's what we need to do to reach Brenda, I'll do anything.

Taking a look myself at the guards, I was trying to see how many there were. I could see a few, but it was hard to tell how many there were exactly. Damn these stealth missions... With no way of knowing how many guards there were, all we could do was hope for the best. There were a few close calls when guards turned around or we took the wrong turn. But with distractions by causing pipes to fall or wrapping guards up with chains from the Legions, we somehow managed to make it to our needed destination. While sneaking past the guards, we listened in on a conversation to learn about a control room to be able to drain the water in the canal, which was actually just below us. A little more sneaking, we got in the control room and wrapped the guards up with the Legion. A simple press of a button made it so the water was draining. With binding one last guard when leaving the room and dropping a ladder, that was the end of the sneaking, and no more stealth missions to do. Sweet relief!

Kitty: Never... Doing a stealth mission... Ever again...!

Ryder: Would it help if we used a cardboard box next time?

Kitty: That... Has worked in a game before. But a better idea, using you to cause a commotion when getting chased by the force. If you're meant to be a dead guy, it might cause a scare.

Ryder: How is that a better idea!?

Kitty: Because we don't risk getting caught over a wrong turn!!

Ryder and I glared at each other based on what we talked as Olive fired her gun upward with her eyes closed before looking at us.

Olive: WILL YOU TWO STOP!?

Ryder: Did you just shoot with your eyes closed?

Ryder looked up to see where the projectile hit against and then to Olive.

Ryder: Olive, I'm gonna say this once. Don't EVER fire with your eyes closed!

Kitty: Huh, so it's actually possible to agree with you.

Olive: Sorry if I never had any gun safety training.

Ryder: Just, don't close your eyes again. And don't use that gun unless you really need to.

Kitty: Maybe we should just get out of here... Who knows what attention the gun shot could attract?

Ryder: Agreed. For all we know, it could-

As if to finish what Ryder would say, a big Chimera suddenly appears and roars that causes some debris to go flying.

Ryder: A DAMN CHIMERA COULD APPEAR!!!

Kitty: At least it's away from Brenda? Silver lining there?

Ryder: How is THIS a silver lining!?

Kitty: WE CAN FIGHT, YOU DOOFUS!! Brenda couldn't fight it!!

Ryder: I know that, doesn't change how this- Whatever! We got to get Olive to safety first BEFORE we deal with this!

Kitty: Good to know you can have some good ideas! Now, move it and run!

Beginning to go first, I began to run as fast as I could. Seeing the Chimera focus on me, I saw it charging up an attack as it began to throw a fist at me.

Kitty: Oh for the love of-! SP!

Star Platinum: ORA!!!

Throwing a punch back, Star Platinum collided with the Chimera as the force of the punches were not balanced. Star Platinum held the fist back for a moment, before he was sent flying into a wall. With being connected to Star Platinum, I felt some of that damage as it transferred to my nervous system too.

Kitty: Fuuu- Gonna owe a big apology to all Stand users for not realizing how bad that hurts...

Getting up, I kept running as the Chimera focused on Ryder and Olive right now. Looking at it and how far it was from me, I couldn't deal a regular attack from where I was except for magic damage. But I still didn't have enough magic to cast any... Even if I did, this thing could fire forever using the fingers to fire bolts of energy at us and is currently in an indestructible shield!! Talk about having the Shield Hero on the wrong side. Wait.. That's how you dealt with this fight! Get the shield down with the Gladius form on the X-Baton and Axe legion, then get damage in fast! But the only problem was, it had to be down in an area where there was more room to fight. We're basically on a catwalk type of area that will go down if too many supports are hit.

Kitty: Ryder! Lead it down to a safer area! We need to take care of this thing!!

Ryder: Easy for you to say! I got to make sure Olive is safe first!

Kitty: None of us will be safe staying up here!! We're sitting ducks if we can't even fight!

Ryder: Then lead it somewhere then and get it off us! I can only summon my Legions for so long before I have to give them a rest!

And using Star Platinum is risky because it could easily end up with me in the critical state I was before...! Ugh..! Really need to practice using Star Platinum more. With no other option, there was only one thing I could think of. Just please let the medicine be strong in this world from all the pain I am going to feel...

Kitty: I'll keep it's attention on me with SP while running to get it to a more open area, just get Olive safe!

Calling upon Star Platinum again, I didn't hesitate as I climbed down the ladder fast. I sent Star Platinum to use Star Finger to attack it as it did leave just a crack from the attack being a piercing attack. Although... It meant it was focusing on me now as I had to continue running fast! Not waiting a moment to run for my life, I left through the first door I saw as I could hear the roar and loud footsteps from the chase. The beast legion would be great now to ride fast! Maybe I could summon Simba? Damnit, that would need whatever magic I have left!

Kitty: HOW DO THOSE BUMBLING IDIOTS MAKE THIS LOOK EASY!!!

Some, just a little, respect was being made for the idiots at Merlin's when dealing with this kind of thing. But I couldn't focus on that for long, screaming when about to be hit by a piece of debris if I didn't dodge in time. Got to get to the open area fast, or it's going to be risking everything falling on us like at Neuron! Continuing to run fast while looking around, I was able to avoid a falling piece, but yelped and groaned when tripping on a debris piece instead. Ow! That ankle's going to be sore... Least I can still move it, so it's not broken... As I got up to continue, I was limping right now with how my ankle hurts. I was able to get to the open area I was talking about as the enemy soon began to charge up a dash attack to rush towards me.

Kitty: Shit... Shit, shit, shit, shit...!

In a state of panic, I did the first thing I could think of and hid behind the closest wall and prayed it wasn't going to break through it. As I kept silent to hear where the Chimera was, I heard it dashing but didn't seem to hit the wall. I'm going to guess it's somewhere in the middle, giving me a chance to figure out what to do. I could try and keep moving behind different walls while using a little magic and SP, but it's just going to grow more angry and I can't take it down. Ryder, hurry the hell up! Peeking out a little, I was right in assuming the Chimera is in the middle. At least it's clear to get in here without coming face to face with it. I peeked my head out more to see if the Chimera is looking this way, I could see its back. But it would try and turn around fast as I quickly hid behind the wall again to stay out of sight of it. Think, think, think! It's got the shield, and the strikes. But it's best to avoid them by getting up close and dealing with the punches instead. As I prepared to head out, I turned the corner to see the Chimera right in front of me as it was waiting for me to come out.

Kitty: Huh... Smart guy... Not every day you see this happen...!

I was trying to back up fast, wincing when putting too much pressure on my ankle. SP can't stop all punches, and I can't keep a shield up for long. As I was trying to think of what I could do, I had to cover my head quickly from a punch coming straight at me. So glad I healed earlier or that would be my arms broken, this guy packs some literal punch! The punch sent me flying as I rolled against the ground in pain as I groaned in trying to get up.

Kitty: Note to self: The guys make it look so much easier than needed...

Groaning, I got up slowly while keeping an eye on the Chimera. I know the punches are easier to deal with, but I'd risk a teleport if I could get some more space to fight.The Chimera raised its hands as the fingers were getting ready to charge up its shots again.

Kitty: Oh this just isn't fair...!

The options right now were to take the attack, back away and hope to dodge, teleport, or run towards it and hope to use my size to the advantage by using any gaps to get past it. As I contemplated my choices, I didn't have much time to make a decision. But then I heard a voice, it was Ryder.

Ryder: Thanks for distracting it. Olive is safe for right now.

Kitty: If you haven't said Olive is safe, you'd be getting the longest rant about the sweet time you took getting here... Just get the Chimera away from me, please!

The Chimera began to fire at us as I quickly took cover, but the impacts didn't hit as I looked to see the Axe Legion with the barrier deployed.

Ryder: Think I would let you get hit while I'm here? Sorry, but you did all you could with this guy. Now... It's my turn~

Kitty: If I was the enemy, the tone would be scary. But right now? I am more than happy just letting you fight! Thanks for the save, I mean it when I say it helps a lot.

Hurrying over to let my injuries recover, Olive rushed over to me where she was put to help me get healed up.

Olive: Are you okay? You look like you've been through the wringer.

Kitty: All good here. Think I may have twisted my ankle a little, but that's all. The main thing is, are you okay?? Did you get hurt?

Olive: No, Ryder protected me the entire time. But right now, I'm focused on if YOU'RE okay???

Kitty: I'm fine, I'm fine!

Explosions and sounds of knuckles cracking could be heard as I watched the Chimera fly down the hall with Ryder zooming on the Arm Legion to chase it.

Ryder: CHIMERA SCUM!!!

Kitty: And now I'm not sure whether Chimeras or an angry Ryder is the scariest thing...

Olive: A person with 5 Legions in their control is scary enough...

Kitty: Touche...

As the fight kept happening, roars could be heard from the chimera when getting angry from all the damage, but Ryder seemed to be getting some good damage in. When the Chimera roared one last time, there was only silence before Ryder met up with us and sat down.

Ryder: Hardest, Chimera yet.

Kitty: Hardest Chimera and yet you took it down pretty easily... Are you human?!

Ryder: Pretty sure I was. Though, the fusion that Hal and Jena explained do make it seem like I'm not. I leave it up to interpretation.

I honestly wasn't sure what I was expecting, but truthfully that was a good answer.

Kitty: Human, Legion, some sort of mixture. Whatever you are doesn't really matter. What matters is the Chimera is down. Thank you for that.

I sighed knowing we were finally safe for now. But knowing what is coming up ahead of us, I know it's going to be difficult for Akira and Ryder to accept... I can't say anything, which sucks... But I'll just be there to help. Just got to keep focusing on the main task for now.

Kitty: Were there any sightings of Brenda while you two were finding a safe place?

Olive: No. I was waiting here for when Ryder was done fighting the Chimera.

Kitty: Well with the Chimera defeated, it should hopefully be safer to find her.

Ryder: Yup... Haa...

Getting up, Ryder began to stretch softly.

Ryder: Are ya able to move?

Ryder was asking me as I checked with the medicine Olive was applying to me. Getting up, there was a small stinging on my ankle, but nothing unbearable with the pain not being so bad now. Shouldn't be limping as much at least.

Kitty: Nothing I couldn't handle, I'll be fine.

Ryder nods his head as Olive also gets up too. We kept going in the sewers to look for Brenda, stopping for a moment to check the location.

Olive: Brenda should be just up ahead...

As we were ready to keep moving ahead, we heard a voice behind us.

???: Hey, wait for me!

Olive: Huh, that voice...

Before anything else could be said, a familiar looking drone soon zoomed over and stopped in front of us.

Olive: Oh, Hal! Nice of you to show up.

Hal: I had a bad feeling and I was worried... You know, about... You... I just had to come. I'm glad you're okay. All of you. Besides, I could come in handy! You never know!

Olive: Heh heh... Maybe if we need a doorstop or decoy.

As Olive said this, I bit my lip to hold the laugh back as Ryder's shoulders were shaking. Hal didn't see the humor in the comment though.

Hal: H-Hey, I-I'm serious!

Olive: Alright, let's go find Brenda!

Going back to being serious ourselves, me and Ryder were both able to hold the laughs back to get back on track as we nodded. With Hal now joining us, we kept the search going for Brenda. Entering an open space ahead, Olive was looking around frantically while shouting.

Olive: Brenda! Where are you?! Brenda!

Stopping the shouting when seeing Brenda heading up some stairs, both Olive and Brenda were both happy to see the other.

Brenda: Olive!

As Olive rushed over to where Brenda is, Hal and Ryder followed after her to see if Brenda got hurt. I kept some distance from knowing what's going to happen, but still watched and listened in.

Olive: Are you hurt?

Brenda: No... It's good to see you Olive, thank you.

I smiled to myself seeing this, always loving seeing the reunion between the pair. But the reunion gets cut short, the drone zooming over to the pair.

Hal: Hey, guys, let's maybe save the catching up until we get out of the big, dangerous sewer. This way!

Well... I do always love the reunion scene, until things take a 180 turn to the bad side. Just like it's about too... As Hal's drone turns around to show the way, Akira is instead seen who doesn't look happy in the slightest...

Olive: Akira!

I kept silent, but kept a close eye on Akira. Everyone was tense when Akira was walking over, even when she spoke up.

Akira: Relax, I came alone. I just want to talk to him. That's all.

Saying this, Akira looked at Ryder who was looking surprised but kept silent to listen to what she had to say. Akira stopped walking, leaving distance between her and the group as she kept talking.

Akira: So you made it out alive...

Keeping the distance, Akira walked more to look at Ryder directly to look at him as she crossed her arms.

Akira: It's good to know you're safe, why didn't you tell me? I'm your sister... Ah well, I guess it's not surprising. This isn't the first time.

Uncrossing her arms, Akira began walking closer to Ryder.

Akira: Come back with me. I'll talk to the Commander... Just like before. It'll all go back to normal.

Holding out a hand for Ryder to take, Akira looked at Olive, Hal and Brenda as she put her hand down as she talked to them.

Akira: I know we can all be Neuron again.

No one said anything, before Ryder was the one to break the silence.

Ryder: I'm sorry, Akira. I will be continuing my work as an Officer. But after his killing attempt? I am never working for him again.

Olive began speaking next as she stepped forward to speak to Akira.

Olive: I appreciate the thought, Akira, but I... I can't go back there. Ever since the Ravens showed up, Neuron... It's changed. The Commander barely mentions Chimeras. He's buried in some NEW project.

Project Noah... He's buried in Project Noah... I need to get my friends back before anything happens to them if he's focusing on that... Following on from Olive, Brenda spoke up next as she stepped forward to stand next to Olive

Brenda: That's not all. Dr. Calvert sent the Ravens after me when he realized I knew too much. Luckily, I did grab some of his notes on the way out. I still haven't figured out what he's trying to do, but whatever it is... I hope to God he doesn't succeed. And Akira... You're part of that project.

Akira: What are you saying?

Before anyone could say anything else, a bright light was beginning to shine down on our location. As I looked up, it was a helicopter filled with Ravens. After the fall, Yoseph revealed the Ravens to Akira, telling her that it's the new forces and team she was going to be leader of. Things seemed to have changed quickly there. As the Ravens were surrounding the area prepared to fight, Ryder gave a nod to Olive, Brenda and Hal, who nodded back and ran while they could. I myself focused what energy I could to heal the remaining damage dealt to my ankle as it didn't seem to hurt anymore. I'm hoping once I can get some hits in, I'll replenish it. Something Jammy told me on the side said that whenever we strike with our weapons, when making a clean hit, we absorb some energy from the enemies we attack and it fills our reserves to use. Better make sure I get any clean hits then. Looks like I'm going to need lots of magic soon... Summoning my Keyblade, I moved closer to where the Ravens are to fight myself.

Kitty: So much for peaceful negotiations.

Ryder: You thought that was peaceful? Might have to get your definitions revised.

Kitty: Considering we just survived a fall that knocked us out for days? I'll consider what just happened now peaceful considering no one got hurt, thank you. Unless you want to go through another fall?

Ryder: Whatever. Looks like we might have another fight with these chuckle heads.

Oh if only he knew who he was going to be fighting soon... This was NOT going to end well for everybody... But... What if... What if I could prevent something from happening? Thinking of how Yoseph discovers how to complete Project Noah, it all began with Akira fusing with her Legion. What if...

Kitty: I've got a way to be able to get some magic back, if I can get clean hits. If a Raven is close to being defeated, let me get the final strike.

If I get enough magic, even just for one summon, then I can get Genie out. With Genie using random magic spells, it should stop the fusion happening with Akira if she doesn't get the injuries like Ryder did to cause a fusion. That should cause at least a delay in Yoseph's plans too.

Ryder: What are you planning?

Kitty: Someone that's going to make me look even more crazy, but I'll need you to please trust me for this to work.

Ryder: Okay. I'll trust you on that.

Kitty: I'm holding you to that.

At least being able to have some sort of plan, Ravens are truly impatient clones with how they went straight for the fighting. I could see all five legions, and each with their own weapon. If I focus on the Ravens more than the legions, the fight will be easier.

Ryder: So, I get the three on the left, you get the two on the right?

Kitty: Sounds like a plan.

Nodding in agreement, Ryder and I began to rush towards the Ravens as they were prepared to fight. I summoned SP to help in dealing with the enemy in my blind spot while I focused on the Raven with their Sword Legion. Raising my Keyblade to block the strikes from the Legion, I moved behind it fast to get a strike on the back. When the Raven tried to attack me from behind, I leaned to my right while turning to my left before delivering a kick to their shoulder. Using the momentum of my spin, I then stabbed the Sword Legion in the back before tossing it behind me. Looking to where Star Platinum was, I focused on helping him as I quickly went up to the Raven to deal some strikes from behind the Raven. Star Platinum was in a barrage with the Arm Legion in delivering blows.

Star Platinum: Ora ora ora ora ora ora ora ora!

Arm Legion: OOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!

When looking at this scene, why does it make me think of the Dio fight with Jotaro in the anime? Almost makes you want to grab snacks to watch the finale. Not the time though! I was almost distracted to where I almost took a gladius to the head before swinging my Keyblade to the side to send the Raven flying.

Kitty: (Mind, please focus! Give whatever random thoughts you want when I'm trying to sleep, but let me win this fight!)

Getting my focus back up, I then got my Keyblade ready as I rushed up to the two Ravens trying to regroup as I got in between them. I then swung my Keyblade to smack one in the head to stun them, while I turned around quickly to swing my Keyblade to knock the other's baton out of their hand. I jumped to deliver a double kick to the Raven behind me while pushing off to push my Keyblade to the Raven I was facing towards to launch them away. I was breathing hard at this point as it was getting to be too much for me to take, but with feeling my magic returning to me, I felt I had enough for what I wanted to plan for.

Kitty: (Now or never...! If this doesn't work, I'm screwed...!)

Looking at the two Raven's about to rush towards me, I reached and grabbed the Magic Lamp I still had on me when we finished Agrabah and Genie let me keep his lamp. Dashing to avoid being grabbed by the approaching Ravens, I rubbed the lamp to get Genie out. Please Genie, I really need you..! Please let me have enough magic...! When focusing my magic to call Genie here, it's like the lights in the area turn out before it becomes dark in here.

Ryder: Huh!? Why did it get dark all of a sudden!?

Brenda: There aren't even electrical lights! The sun is out above us right now!

I sweat dropped as I knew it was Genie going to be making a dramatic entrance. But at least it worked as a spotlight lit up above me to draw attention, oh come on Genie! As I held onto the lamp, I felt it shaking and soon saw fireworks shooting out of it as a blue smoke was beginning to appear in the area. I sighed at the dramatics, but smiled at just seeing Genie appearing in the smoke. As his top half was being seen, he held a great smile on his face as he twirled around in the smoke when being released. I do remember what he said about the cramped condition, so it was good to be able to get him out.

Genie: Hello! So glad to be out of there again! Talk about being so cramped in there, eh kid? How come you let me sleep for so long???

Kitty: Hehe... Umm, oops? Sorry about that Genie, but it's not easy when you use magic to get out. Magic to get a magic being out... The irony.

Genie: And let me tell you, it's one heck of a doozy. I mean so many things require magic and to help an EX-genie of the lamp do this again? We all know how that feels. I mean sheeeeeesh.

Genie kept talking as an Axe Legion came up behind him and sliced him in two as two parts of his body hobbled around before looking at the Axe Legion and hopped to him with both sides looking at it.

Genie (Left): Hey~ Buddy~?

Genie (Right): We were in the middle of a talk~ If you could~?

Both halves of the Genie then uppercut the Axe Legion to go skyward that also makes the Raven linked to it go flying up due to the lack of chain it has. Going to stick with wings instead of Genie's special flying lesson... Genie then pulls out a needle to begin stitching himself up again to recover from the damage he took.

Genie: Now, before I get cut in half again, what is goin' on here kid?

Kitty: Hmmm... To summarize. The guys in black armor are trying to either capture or kill us, again... And I NEED YOUR HELP! I used the magic I had to summon you, so kind of weak right now.

Genie looked at me and then to the other armored Ravens and looked at Akira.

Genie: And what about her?

Kitty: Oh, she's good. Just the one with helmets.

Spinning around and having a waitress uniform on with lipstick, Genie wrote down the order.

Genie: Okay, one order of kick butt, coming up~ Don't you worry sweetie~ I'll get your order nice and done soon enough~ FRANK!!!

Another Genie soon appeared with a stove and looked at the Waitress version. I could look and see the others were just confused and shocked from seeing what was going on that they stopped fighting entirely.

Genie (Frank): Yeah?

Genie (Waitress): We got the big one here!

Looking at the order, Genie Frank pushed a button as an alarm began to go off.

Ryder: What is happening!?

Olive: Want to stick in that spot to find out!? Get Akira over here, NOW!!

Ryder rushed to get Akira and pulled her over to safety. With the alarm going off, the Genie turned back to normal and began to hold a radio up.

Genie: Calling all units: We got a Code Red!

When that was sounded off, I began to see more Genies appear as gates and fences were appearing around the area. Genies in swat suits began to run around with guns in their hands yelling "Code Red" repeatedly while some were repelling down the wall. I am not paying for this damage... Genie is magicing up the money! Bagpipes began to sound off with Genie calvary began to ride horses to the fight. Circling above us was army Genies yelling when- IS THAT A POCAHONTAS GENIE!? Oh for the love of... THIS IS NOT THE KING OF THIEVES HERE!! As all the Genies soon encircled the enemy, they all aimed at the Ravens with their guns.

Genie (Army): Do not attempt to move or we will be shooting ourselves.

Kitty: Not much of a threat there, Genie. That's just going to harm you... And... However many you summoned here of yourselves. Geez, this is just clone wars at this point.

Genie: Someone say Clone Wars?

Genie then snapped his fingers to- OH FOR THE LOVE OF-!! GENIE TURNED INTO AN ARMY OF CLONE TROOPERS!!!

Kitty: TURN BACK! THIS ISN'T STAR WARS!!! I'd rather see hundreds of my Genie friend than this!

Genie then turned back to normal and pulled up a seat for me.

Genie: Then what can I do for my friend here~?

Kitty: Just make sure that the others get to safety, please? Everyone needs to get away from the Ravens, and I need to rescue the others.

Genie: Okay, so create an escape route for you all while dealing with the enemy threat, correct? Anything else special for that or will you just be having the chicken salad~?

At the mention of chicken salad, my stomach decided to make its presence known. Ugh... Got to eat something when Yoseph is dealt with.

Kitty: Save the salad for after the bad guy is defeated. They're really good and deserve the time to be enjoyed, not in a rush. Just the escape route for now, please.

Writing down the order, Genie then made a chicken appear and gave it to me to hold. WHY A LIVE CHICKEN THOUGH!?

Genie: Chicken without the salad and ONE escape route coming up!

Kitty: Why the chicken?

Genie: You said save the salad for later, I'm giving you the chicken now.

I... Can't deny that. Eh, maybe I could do a Zelda and throw the chicken at an enemy. If it's one Genie made, maybe it would summon a group of them to attack. Throwing the chicken, the Raven officer then smacked it to the side. It got back up and tried to peck at the leg, but it got kicked. Jumping up and down, the chicken tried to peck again, but the Raven smacked it with the baton. Being hit for a third time, the chicken let out a loud chicken sound as a bunch of Cucoos began to swarm around the Raven officers!!! Death by chickens I always say.

Kitty: I may not always get your magic, but it truly is the best!

Genie: Anytime kid~

Looking at his watch, Genie then looked at me.

Genie: Looks like my time is up~ Glad to see you again, Kitty~ Call me again if you need my help!

Kitty: Thanks for the help, Genie! I'll try not to leave you in the lamp again too long.

As Genie went back into the lamp, I put it back for safekeeping until I could summon him again. I do wonder how cramped it is there though... Well, at least I can get him out for a limited time. Looking back at the Ravens being attacked by the ruthless Cucoos, I looked back at the others and smiled sheepishly.

Kitty: Well, there's our escape at least. Best take advantage and get moving.

As I ran, the other followed suit to begin getting away. When Akira got away from the place, I thought to myself that Akira had been rescued from being betrayed by Yoseph. The shock of seeing her unit attacking us did leave her silent. Not that I blame her, but knowing how she would have been attacked and found out she was cloned, it would have left Yoseph to try and kill her, and unintentionally discovered how to finish Noah. With getting out of there, we began to escape and get out of there with Akira's tracker being disabled when the fight was happening. All that's left is the final stage. Yoseph himself.
