(Yuya's pov)

"You don't deserve a nice girl like that! She'd be better off with a pro duelist not some wannabe clown!"

No matter how hard I try those words always replayed in my mind, those guys were right. I didn't deserve (y/n) she deserved so much better than some loser like me! I held my blanket tighter to my body as I thought about it. They were right I...I didn't deserve someone like (y/n)!

"Yuya...honey....My little tomato? Can you hear me? It's me, (y/n). Please Yuya let me in, please eat something, please Yuya I'm here for you...you know that.", I could hear her voice break near the end.

I was making her cry, tears started to brim at the corners of my red hues so I pulled my goggles down to hide my eyes. I can't face her she deserves better then me.

"(Y/n).....I-I...you deserve better than some clown like me." I started to speak as I got closer to the door, "A beautiful girl like you deserves someone who can make her happy, someone who could please her and make her smile and give her everything she wants."

I pressed my head against the door as I slid down to the ground.

"That's stupid Yuya, I'm not so special that I need to be treated like a princess and if I really did want anything than the only person I would want is you. You make me happy because you're you besides I could never see myself with one of those pricks from Leo institute.", (Y/n) joked.

"You've always been there for me whenever I was down....*hic*...so why can't I be there for you...Yuya please let me in. Don't block me out when your upset.. I'm your girlfriend so you should allow me to help you when your upset...or... or is it because I'm a bad girlfriend that you won't let me-"

Just hearing that made me break, I can't believe that I made her feel this way! She's important to me she's my one and only...and I'm blocking myself from her! I rushed to open the door and hold her, my body trembled as I once again started to cry! There she was a beautiful (h/c) haired angel crying over some idiot like me.

"I'm sorry....I shouldn't have made you feel like this! I told you I'm not meant for someone like you, I'm sorry... I'm so sorry!", (Y/n) frowned a bit before moving my goggles off my head, all the tears that had built up spilled out as I stared at her.

"Don't block me out and don't listen to those idiots. I'm here for you because I love you so please.... please don't block me out like everyone else.", She begged me before kissing the tears away from my eyes. 

I couldn't help but smile because of her, I held her close before kissing her cheek.

"Ok I promise... I'm ok now. I promise I won't block you out and your an amazing girlfriend don't ever think otherwise. I love you."

"Love you more...now let's go get you something to eat."

"Yeah ok."

(Y/n's pov)
I don't know how but Yuto and Ruri got into a fight and he's been sad ever since. It's times like these when I wish that I didn't get jealous over her, they're childhood friends so she kinda outranks me.

"I'm just looking out for her! Why would she get mad at me for kicking that guy's ass after he tried gropping her! Ugh Ruri is to innocent to understand!", Yuto screamed as he wrapped himself up in his black blanket and flopped onto his side.

All I could do was giggle but that soon turned into a laugh. Yuto pouted at me before tackling me into a hug.

"And what exactly is so funny? Do you find my personal struggles humorous?", Yuto growled.

I smiled as I leaned forward and kissed his purple bangs. He only smiled at me as I did, yup there's the goofy Yuto I know and love.

"You and Ruri will get over it. She'll see you were right and come apologize. If not Shun will totally do it!", I cheered kissing his forehead once more.

He smiled before kissing my lips.

"I can never be upset around you it's too hard. I swear you always know how to make me feel better.", Yuto smiled throwing the blanket off him.

"Let's buy ice cream and watch stupid movies?", I asked.

Yuto thought for a minute then nodded as he helped me up. This was so normal it was almost like a daily routine but it's on because I love him.

(Narrator's pov)
Yugo would do nothing but spend his time in the garage, he would contstantly be working on his bike because he was upset. He has lost a  duel race and it hurt him badly because he promised you he'd win. Working on his duel runner was the only thing he could do to keep his mind off of it.

"Guess who~", (Y/n) cheered as covered Yugo's eyes with her hands.

Yugo just moved her hands away and went back to working. He couldn't face her not after breaking his promise. (Y/n) frowned, she hated seeing Yugo like this. She kneeled behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him.

"Let me go.", Yugo growled.

"No."

"Why are you bothering me so much?"

"Why are you so angry?"

"Why do you care? Let me go!"

"Nope. Why are you angry?"

"Let go!"

"Why are you so mad?"

"Because I failed you!!!", Yugo finally admitted as he threw his wrench at the garage door.

You jumped at his sudden anger but you kept your cool and held him close!

"You didn't fail me idiot. You lost one race, it's ok you're still my Racing Champ so stop.", (Y/n) smiled.

Yugo escaped her grip and stared at her, his blue eyes were sad and (y/n) didn't like it. She hugged Yugo once more and this time he hugged back.

"Why aren't you mad? You should be mad I broke our promise....I broke my promise to you.", Yugo frowned nuzzling his head into the crook of your neck.

"It's ok because there's always next time. So it's ok. Besides I'd rather have my happy Yugo than an upset one.", You giggled as you kissed his neck.

"Umm don't mean to be rude but can you guys stop being sappy it's making my stomach hurt.", Rin teased making you blush but Yugo just held you closer and started sucking and biting at your neck.

Rin left making barfing noises as Yugo started teasing more. You got your normal boyfriend back but now he was getting outta line. To bad for you.

(Yuri's pov)
"He's just a lapdog to the professor!" "If he wasn't a favorite he'd definitely be the most hated kid in the academy." "Geez what was (y/n) thinking when she accepted his feelings?" "He probably threatened her if she didn't!" "He's nothing but a walking time bomb!"

Again and again...sometimes those are the only things I would hear. I might be a cruel duelist in academia but it doesn't mean that I should be treated like an outcast. The Professor choose be because he saw potential, not because I was some special child that was meant to be spoiled. Although, (y/n) on the other hand didn't really have a reasoning to be with me. Those students could say anything they'd like about me but when (y/n) was mentioned it made me think and it pissed me off.

"Yuri you carded more students? You really need to stop old chum or you'll be punished.", Dennis chuckled. 

"Shut up you fool. I'll be in my room.", I growled.

Was I not good enough for her? Was I worth her feelings? Just as I reached my room I felt a tug on my sleeve. Looking up I was met by the gorgeous (e/c) hues that I loved so much.

"Dennis told me you were angry again. Was it those students again? I told you not to listen to them. They aren't worth your time.", (Y/n) frowned stepping closer to me.

"Leave me be, it doesn't matter I can solve my own conflicts."

"Yuri....you know I hate seeing you like this."

"And you know I hate listening to those annoying fools because what they say is probably true!", I finally admitted.

She looked a bit surprised as I covered my eyes with my arm and rushed into my room. (Y/n) smiled sadly and followed me in. This isn't the first she's seen me like this.

"Yuri I love you. You know that and whatever those underlings tell you isn't true. I'll do whatever it takes to prove that to you."

"Just say those words like you mean them and I should be fine. As long as you're here.", (Y/n) smiled warmly petting my cheek.

"I promise Yuri. I love you...I love you so much.",(Y/n) cheered.

"Good."
