A mysterious figure walked in the Foot headquarters with her head bowed down. She approached the throne room where Shredder sat on his throne, waiting patiently for his guest's arrival. She stopped at the foot of the stairs and bowed down to the leader of the Foot.

"You're late, Jaakuna Tamashī," Shredder said.

"Many apologies, Oroku Saki. I was planning on delivering the girl to you, but it seems you found her on your own," the figure responded.

"I still have use for you. I want you to find her and make sure she tells you exactly where the turtles are located. Once done, you may do what you wish to her," Shredder remarked.

"It will be my pleasure. It was satisfying when I killed her parents. But this will be even better," the figure smirked.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it. But this girl is smart. Are you sure you can handle her...Penelope?" Shredder asked.

Penelope removed her hood and said with a smirk, "Yes, Master Shredder. And I know just how to do it."

"I also have a plan. We will do mine first and if it fails, I will allow you to take over," he negotiated.

"Very well," she agreed.
