Two Weeks Later

Lucy's P.O.V

Ruki has been more estranged since the day of our 'date'. Every day he would lock himself inside his room and trying to get him to come out became harder and harder. The longer he had been inside the more my heart ached. It was always somehow fun when we were together and now he had been away. He was always away.

At least he accepted Plue. As I heard him speak to him I couldn't help but want to listen to his words. I leaned my head against the door. "Everyday gets harder. The fact that I am a vampire and yet feel these emotions that would not stop, I can't help but wonder if I am still human." He was still hurt.

"Plue Plue"

"Even when I want to be alone or want to drink I can't. It would be against Lucy's wishes. Even though she is my servant, at times I feel like I am serving her." He sighed. "Should I talk to her?"

"Plue"

"Fine" I heard him stand up and quickly ran to the kitchen, starting to clean it. Ruki's door opened. I felt his stare but pretended to not feel it. I heard his footsteps walk close to me causing me to look up only to see his usually collected hair messy, his suit like attire, in house clothes, his appearance, he seemed not to care for. It was different and yet I couldn't ignore how much I might have liked it.

"Master" He looked away from me.

"Come" He walked back inside his room. I put down the broom and walked into his room. "Send Plue back and close the door." I was worried. What did he have planned? I went into my room and grabbed my keys before sending Plue back. I set my keys down and went back inside Ruki's room, closing it behind me. Seeing the face he made, how empty he appeared, it made me fear of love. When you love someone it was normal to feel pain but the way he showed it, seemed to be the most painful of all. I looked around his room and took knowledge of its simplicity which somehow fit him. My eyes stopped on him who had been sitting on his bed. "Sit in front of me." I nodded before I followed his orders. "You are only to listen, any other thing you choose to do, I will punish you. Do you understand?" I nodded.

"Yes"

"At times I can only think of Yui and yet it takes you to forget her. The way you act, the way you smile, it annoys me. It makes me feel anger just with you being around me. You hurt people and do not even know it, do you?"

"Hur-" I stopped. I couldn't say anything else could I? I couldn't do anything but listen.

"You may answer."

"Master, what do you mean by hurt people?"

"Your innocence, your actions, everything about you can tempt a person but you are so naive that you do not know how much they actually like you."

"Like me?" He arched a brow.

"I didn't give you permission to speak." He grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him. "Do you want me to punish you?" I shook my head. He was someone who knew my every fear and every inhibition. I didn't know what to do. "That look you have seems like you want me to." My cheeks darkened. I didn't want it. I wanted to apologize but I knew that he couldn't let me. Especially when he didn't allow me to. He moved my face an inch from his. "Speak" His cold eyes froze my heart. My intuitions belonged only to him, I felt so needy of his acceptance.

"I am so sorry master." He stared at me before a faint blush dusted his cheeks.

"Your disobedient, stubborn, and thoughtless, yet I can't help but want you to only listen to me. It is strange right?" He let out a dry chuckle. I blushed at his words. To only listen to him, what did he mean by that?

"Master" He arched a brow.

"I didn't allow you to speak did I?" I shook my head.

"You really are those things, aren't you?" He moved me the closest we had ever been. Our lips were measurements away from each other and yet I wanted them to be closer. "I want you to admit it." My cheeks reddened in embarrassment. "Speak" Should I say it? He yanked down the left side of my shirt. "Why are you disobeying me?"

I really had no choice but to admit it. Even though I didn't feel like it was true, to him I was. "I am a disobedient, stubborn, thought-" I couldn't say that. I wasn't that. I shook my head.

"Are you going to finish?"

"I rather take the punishment than become someone who I was not. " His eyes scanned down to my shoulder before he moved his face to it.

"As you wish"His clutch moved to my hips while he sank his teeth into my left shoulder. He lowered down my shirt before he moved his face to chest. "You have to be this way, don't you?" He sank his teeth into my chest. The blood in my cheeks grew again and I couldn't help but try to push him away but it only caused him to pin me to his bed. "Lucy" He looked at me with his reddened cheeks before he moved his face to mine again. "You are mine."
