Night time, 10 : 30 pm 

Vineet was getting ready in his room as he had to leave for the airport while Anupam was packing his bag despite his denial. He knows his father will not listen to him no matter how much he says that he can manage with everything.

Vineet looked at his father through the mirror who was rechecking the packing for the 5th time.

He turns to Anupam, holding his tie, "Dad, aap itna kya check kar rahe ho aur ye do - do bags kyun? Sirf 15 din ke liye itne saman ki jaroorat kahan padhne wali hai" Vineet says receiving a glare from his father.

"padd gayi toh, wahan kahan dhundhte firoge batao. Pata bhi hai 15 din kitne jyada hote hai" he glared at him but Vineet could feel the sadness in his voice.

Vineet marched towards him, keeping the tie on the bed. He held his father by his arm and said, "Dad! Aap kyun itna sad ho rahe ho, main pehli baar thodi jaa raha hoon. Bas 15 din ki toh baat hai na, kaam khatam hote hi aa jaunga wapas lekin agar aap itne sad ho jaoge na toh main jaa hi nahi paayunga" seeing his father's sad face his heart flips. 

"Nahi nahi main bilkul sad nahi hoon wo toh bas main ye soch raha tha ye 15 din kaise gujrenge mere, maje se rahunga main" Anupam stated trying to be cheerful. 

Vineet giggle, "Haan haan dekhenge, pehle aap abhi toh apna mood thik karo" he says side hugging his father who patted his cheek. 

After a while, they were in the hall all set to leave the house. Anupam shouted for the servant, 

"Bansi, Dahi Shakkar lao jaldi baba ko nikalna hai Airport ke liye" Anupam shouted, a mid aged man came running with a bowl of curd. 

"Ye lo bhaiya" he handed over the bowl to Anupam who fed Vineet with a spoon full of curd. Vineet smiled at his father and the elderly man who blessed him for a safe journey. 

Soon, they leave the house for the airport.

On the other side, the Raizyada family was in their favourite restaurant. They were almost done with their dinner or say the other three were done and it was Anamika who's still busy with her ice cream. 

Anil glance at her, "beta jaldi karo, tumhari Di ki flight choot jaayegi nahi toh" he says as it was already 10 :30 and Ruhana had to catch the flight of 12:30 and if unfortunately they get stuck in the traffic then it will be impossible for them to reach airport. 

Anamika looked at her father, "Papa bas 5 minute na" she pouted, Anil shook his head. She has been saying the same from past 20 minutes and he's 100 %sure that she'll take more 20 minute to end her ice cream after all she's sitting with 6 different flavours of ice - creams and had completed 3 till now.

"Ye ladki apni ice cream ke chakkar mei flight miss karwa degi" Shakshi said to Ruhana who giggled in return.

"khane do na mumma, abhi time hai thoda" Ruhana says to which Shakshi shook her head knowing that she is only gonna favour Anamika.

Their attention drew towards Anamika who said, "hum... Sss..short cut leeeee lengeeeeee na main jjjjjj... janti hoon ek rasta" Anamika says holding the spoon in between her teeth while her mouth was full with ice cream.

"Nooooooo" the other three shouted in unison, Anamika almost got scared by their loud voices. She gazed at them in horror while the other three glanced at each other then calmed themselves.

"kya ho gaya?" Anamika question, she was still surprised by their reaction.

Ruhana caressed her arm lightly, "tu kha na jaane ki tension kyun leti hai, chale jaayenge hum" she exclaims in a convincing tone, Anamika nodded and concentrated on her ice-cream and the other three sigh in relief because it won't be a good idea to trust Anamika and headed to the short cut that she knows as they know that it will only create problems for them.

They had experienced this before, not once but many times so for now they don't want to take any risk!

An hour passed, thankfully they reached the Airport in time as they didn't find much traffic on their way. Before leaving for the flight, Ruhana again reminded her parents and Anamika to not to fight in her absence, they assure her for the same after which she headed towards the boarding area leaving them behind. 

Ruhana was about to check in when some sounds attracted her attention. She turned her head only to find a guy and a mid aged man talking. The elderly man seems to be the father of another guy and he seems to be sad because his son was going. He was holding his hand while the other was trying to calm him. 

"Dad please calm down!" the guy says holding his father's hand securely who says, 

"Arey main thik hoon yaar" he tried to normal but failed as a sigh escaped his mouth. 

"itna sab se aacha hai aap bhi mere saath hi chalo nahi toh yahan aap tension mei rahoge aur wahan main bhi!" the young lad exclaims but his father denied. 

"nahi nahi main thik hoon. Tu bas apna khayal rakhna wahan, time se khana kha lena, time se sona aur zaroorat se zyada workload na lena bas" the elderly man says as he moves his fingers in the lad's hair, setting them. 

"Ye baat aap 20 baar bol chuke ho" the guy said making a face.

"Haan haan thik hai, jaa ab nahi toh flight nikal jaayegi" the elderly man said, still holding his hand. 

"pehle aap chodo toh sahi Dad!" the guy pouted. 

The elderly man left his hand and cupped his face one last time after which the guy left the place and checked in. Ruhana smiles to see their bonding, she finds them cute and sweet as well. 

She was staring at the elderly man whose eyes were still staring at his son. Ruhana came out of her trance when she heard her name being announced. She immediately checked in for the flight and sighed in relief. 

A new journey was to begin!!
