I sighed and laid back on the sofa, running my hand through my hair. My head was throbbing from all her drunk talk and trying to understand what she meant. I closed my eyes and stoop up, turning off the TV which was nothing but used for adding background noise in dead silent room. Kids were long asleep, and I was enjoying when I got Raemi's message, after days of not talking, again.

I was surprised. Lately I don't know why she stopped messaging me like she used to do. I can understand she has life, but it still hurt me when I kept waiting for her to message me whole night. I knew that I shouldn't get attached to a stranger but I couldn't help. And now seeing her drifting apart broke my heart but as they say, you can't hold on to those who don't wanna stay.

After turning off the dim light I walked to my room. I narrowed my eyes when I walked passed the roomer Raemi's room. It was locked, she wasn't there. I saw her getting out with bunch of painted canvas, which was too much for her. She could barely hold them, I thought of helping her to carry them but again, it was not my problem. It has been almost midnight yet there was no sign of her coming back. I rolled my eyes, that was so irresponsible of her. At least she could have let me know if she wasn't coming to home, but no, she had to go missing in action.

I shook my head and slowly opened the door of my room, making sure it doesn't make noise that might wake up Minwoo. I close the door and padded towards the bed. I sighed when I saw Minwoo soundly sleeping, I ran my hand on his forehead but frowned when my hand met with his sweaty damp body. I turned on the AC, sighing in relief when the cold air began to fill the room. I placed a small kiss on his forehead and laid down, closing my eyes and was about to drift in dreamland when I sensed vibration coming from my phone.

My left eye twitched as I stood and grabbed my phone, about to curse on whoever fucker decided to call me. I was hella angry, but all that anger vanished when I saw who was calling me. Ramen flashed on the screen, which made my heart beat wild in concern. All possible thoughts came in my mind, what if she got in trouble, what if she is in danger. It was already concerning that she was calling me, for the first time. And what made more concerned was how wasted she was.

Without wasting another minute, I received the call.

"Hello, Raemi?" I whispered, keeling my voice low for Minwoo.

"Uh, Shawty?" I heard a foreign voice.

"Excuse me?" I stood up in alarm. "Who are you and how do you have Raemi's phone?"

"Uh, I'm Kim Sungo, uh bartender at Sweet Mimosa club. Uh, this Ma'am— ma'am what's your name?" He stammer.

"My name is Kim Raemi, happy happy happy." I heard a distance voice, which made my heart beat wild. It was Raemi 's voice, the woman I was talking since months— my online friend Raemi.

"Yeah so Kim Raemi came to me with her phone and ask her to call her friend to pick her up. And she has only 3 contacts in her phone. I tried to call Kookie but they are switched off, and I don't think so the contact 'Cunt Landlord' will be helpful with this situation so it left me with your contact.
