In the hospital, there is a rush. Three of the CID team members are admitted. Two of them got conscious soon and they will be discharged in 3 days as the injuries are not fatal. DCP came back from conference along with others. Divya, Pankaj, Freddy, Ishita are in the bureau and remaining of them are waiting outside Purvi's ward. Kavin is strictly ordered not to leave the ward.

Dushyant (with teary eyes) – Sorry sir..meri wajah se Purvi ki life khatre me aa gayi

Daya – Dushyant sambhalo apne aap ko. Aur khudko dosh dena band karo. Hum mese kisiko nahi pata tha ki waha bomb hai. Wo to hum kafi aage nikal chuke the isliye bach gaye. Aur tumhari kismat se bomb tumhare bhi thoda peeche futa jis wajah se tum log bhi khatre se bahar ho.

Doctor comes out.

Doctor – Don't worry, she is out of danger. Jald hi hosh bhi aa jayega. Aap unhe dekh sakte hai. Excuse me 😊

ACP, Daya, Abhijeet, Dushyant, Nikhil and Shreya are in Purvi's ward.

Daya – Kitni chot lagi hai sir ise.

ACP – Ha Daya..

Abhijeet – Shreya tum aaj raat iske saath rehna. Aur Dushyant tum aur Kavin..

Dushyant – Sir mai Kavin ke saath rehne wala hu...

Abhijeet – Haa. Chaliye sir. Waise bhi Purvi se is haalat me baat nahi kar payengi.

Nikhil – Sir mai thodi der yaha Pari ke saath ruk sakta hu?

ACP nods. And the three leave.

After sometime, Nikhil leaves for bureau and Dushyant in his room. Kavyant have shared the room here too. Dushyant holds Kavin's hand.

Dushyant – Kaisa hai?

Kavin – Mai thik hu. Purvi..?

Dushyant smiles – Purvi bhi thik hai. Hosh aaya use thodi der pehle. Abhi so rahi hai.

Kavin nods. – Aaj in logo ne mujhe kisise milne hi nahi diya. Tujhse bhi jyada rok lagate hai ye log mujhpe.

Dushyant laughs a bit. – Agar maine lagayi hui rok paali hoti to yaha aake roktok ki jaroorat hi nahi padti.

Kavin – Mai aaya na isiliye tu at least mera haath thaame hue hai. Warna wo Pascal to tum logo ko tapkane ki puri preparation ke saath aaya tha.

Dushyant – Jaise ki hum aise hi apni jaan de dete. Hum mission pe gaye the. Kuch planning to ki hogi humne.

Kavin – Huh! Ha ab tu kaha meri baat manega? Mujhe credit to de hi nahi sakta kabhi tu.

Dushyant – Ab tune credit dene layak kuch kaam kiya ho to credit du.

Kavin – Maina bohot se credit lene wale kaam karta hu. Tujhe dikhta nahi hai. Bass meri galtiya dekhta rehta hai tu.

Dushyant – Ha ab tu galtiya hi karta hai to wahi dikhegi na?

Nurse- Ssssh! Ye hospital hai. Jhagadna ho ghar pe jaiyye.

And she leaves while Kavin-Dushyant look at each other.

Next Day, the team is waiting outside Purvi's ward for her to get up.

Shreya – Sir..Purvi uth gayi hai. Doctor ne milne ki permission de di hai hume.

Everyone enters the ward. ACP is sitting on a stool. Daya, Abhijeet are standing near ACP. Others are standing near wall.

Purvi looks at Nikhil and is surprised to see him.

Purvi – Nikki tu jinda hai? Lekin abhi 2-3 mahine pehle hi mujhe ye khabar mili thi ki tu ek mission ke waqt..

Nikhil – Kya? Pari ye kya bol rahi hai tu?

Purvi – Ha..Abhijeet sir, Daya sir, Shreya tumhe yaad nahi? Us din bureau me hume call aaya tha?

Abhijeet, Daya and Shreya look at each other.

Purvi – Ye paancho* kaun hai? Aur Sachin sir, Vivek aur Kajal kaha hai? Case me busy hai?

*[Paancho = Pankaj, Kavin, Dushyant, Ishita and Divya]

Now everyone is looking at each other.

Doctor – Are ACP sir aap yaha aayenge please?

ACP goes to her.

ACP - Doctor ye Purvi itni puraani baatein kyu yaad kar rahi hai?

Doctor – Hume jis baat ka darr tha shayad wahi hua hai. Purvi ke sir ki chot ki wajah se uski kuch saalo ki yaaddasht mit gayi hai.

ACP – Par uski yaaddasht wapas bhi aa sakti hai na?

Doctor – Ha aa to sakti hai. Par chances kam hai.

After some discussion, ACP comes to seat.

ACP – Purvi beta. Abhi kal hi tumhara ek chotasa accident hua tha. Usse tumhare sir pe chot aayi hai. Aur tum beech ke kuch saalo ka sabkuch bhul gayi ho.

Purvi – Kya?

Everyone looks at each other in astonishment.

ACP – Ha. Par tum chinta mat karo. Hum sab haina.?

Purvi nods. ACP introduces Kavin, Dushyant, Pankaj, Ishita and Divya to Purvi. Purvi meets everyone and is happy to see her Nikki back.

Outside the ward. Dushyant, Nikhil and Kavin are talking.

Kavin – Par yarr...Purvi hum sab ko bhul gayi. Bura lag raha hai.

Nikhil – Acchi hi baat haina Sir. Aap to ek buri yaad banke hi use yaad aate. Usse accha hai ki wo aapko bhul gayi. At least khush to rahegi. [Kavin knows that Ishyant and Shreya have told everything to Nikhil]

Kavin looks down with guilt. His eyes wet. Nikhil looks at Dushyant who assures him that he'll handle Kavin. Nikhil goes to Daya.

Dushyant – Kuch galat to nahi kaha usne waise.

Kavin nods..

Kavyant are discharged from the hospital. Few days later, Purvi got discharge too.

In the bureau,

Purvi – Sub-Inspector Purvi reporting on Duty sir!

Abhijeet – Are Purvi tum ab S.I nahi rahi. Tum Inspector ban chuki ho.

Purvi smiles a bit– Oh accha? Sorry sir. Inspector Purvi reporting on Duty sir!

Purvi goes on her desk and sees Kavin looking at her. [Actually, taade jaa raha tha use]

Purvi – Sir kuch help chahiye?

Everyone looks at him.

Kavin – Nahi. Bass wo kuch soch raha tha.

Purvi – Okay sir.

And she and Shreya get busy in computer. Kavin stares at her again.

Kavin pov: Paas hoke bhi kitne door ho gaye hai hum Purvi. Tumhe to mai yaad hi nahi hu. Mai humesha tumse kehta tha mujhe bhul jao, mujhe bhul jao. Aur ab jab tum sachme mujhe bhul gayi...to..itna bura lag raha hai mujhe..maano sab kuch mujhse dur ho gaya ho. Sach kehta hai Dushu...Gadha hu mai. Bohot pareshaan kiya maine tumhe. Accha hi hai shayad ki tum mujhe bhul gayi....

Just then bureau's phone rings. A case is reported and everyone gets busy solving the case. Days pass like this. Purvi is getting used to the new environment. She learnt many things about her past, but not remembered anything yet. Many times Kavin goes to talk with Purvi, but goes elsewhere when she looks at him. He stares her in the bureau, but looks elsewhere as soon as she looks at him. Many times Kavin tries to make her remember their relation, but fails as Purvi and he have very very formal talks. Kavin has become desperate to have their tom and jerry relation with Purvi again, but couldn't do anything.

One day, Kavin comes with a bouquet of fresh yellow roses. And hands it over to Purvi.

Purvi looks at the bouquet with anger.

Abhijeet – Boss..ye Kavin kya kar raha hai? Ye Purvi wo nahi hai jo wo jaanta hai. Ye pehle wali Purvi hai. Sherni.

Daya – Ha boss...lagta hai aaj kuch tootne wala hai.

Dushyant – Sir, Kavin ko roke kya?

Abhijeet – Ab baat rokne ke bhi aage pohoch gayi hai. Dekhana Purvi ne bouquet pakad bhi liya hai. Ye to gaya aaj.

Purvi takes the bouquet and looks at Kavin.

Kavin – Fresh yellow roses. Pasand hai na tumhe? Kya hua aise kyu dekh rahi ho?

Purvi is just staring angrily at Kavin. Nikhil and Shreya are simultaneously looking at each other and then at Purvi.

Purvi threw the bouquet on ground. She crushed the flowers with her shoes. And gave a tight punch on nose to Kavin.

Kavin's nose starts bleeding.

Dushyant – Sachme sir..dil aur naak ek saath tod diya.

Kavin – Aah! Ye kya tha?

Purvi holds Kavin's jacket.

Purvi – Batau kya tha ye? Maine maange phool aapko? Nahi na. Aur mujhe waise bhi roses pasand nahi hai. Aur yellow to mera least favourite colour hai. Aage se maine maange bina mujhe kuch dena mat. Samjhe? Certified Tharki.

Daya – Purvi tum jaisa samajh rahi ho waisa nahi hai Kavin.

Dushyant – Ha Purvi. 

Purvi smirks – Aur kitno ye dialogue suna chuke hai aaplog?

Shreya – Purvi..

Kavin shows his hand to Shreya telling her to not say anything.

Shreya – Par sir..

Kavin hasn't put his hand down.

Purvi – Kiski side le rahi hai tu bhi Shreya. Inhe pata hai ye kya hai. Inhone to flirt karne ke liye parking lot bhi nahi choda. Dekha maine ki aap kaise us ladki ke gale pad rahe the kal shaam.

Kavin – Mai? Kal shaam? Oh...Aashna..

Purvi – Mujhe kya pata uska naam.

Kavin – Dekho Purvi...

Purvi – Mujhe kuch nahi dekhna aur kuch nahi sunna. Aap ladkiyo ko gale lage ya kiss kijiye. I don't care. Bas mera peecha chod dijiye. Warna ACP sir se baat karke transfer karwa dungi.

Daya – Pur...

Purvi gives him an angry glare.

Purvi – Samjhe aap?

Kavin nods.

Purvi goes back to her desk. Kavin picks up the crumbled flowers. A tear drops down his eyes unknown to everyone. He puts the flowers in a dustbin saying 'Sorry' to them. And goes out of bureau. Dushyant follows him.

Here, Shreya and Nikhil go to Purvi.

Shreya – Kya tha ye sab?

Purvi – Shreya please....

Shreya – Tujhe sunna padega. Kyu kiya aisa Kavin sir ke saath?

Purvi – Meri marzi.

Nikhil – Pari par unke saath aisa bartaav kyu? Tujhe pata hai. Tum dono ka kitna accha relation tha?

Purvi – Hoga. Mujhe yaad nahi. Aur shayad accha hai yaad nahi. Kyuki pata nahi kyu us insaan ko dekhke mujhe bohot gussa aata hai.

Shreya – Kal tak to thik thi tu. Kahi uss Aashna ki wajah se to..

Purvi – Will you please shut up? Maine kaha na wo jo bhi kare I don't care.

Shreya – Purvi par..

Daya – Shreya. Purvi is baare me baat nahi karna chahti to it's okay. Koi jabardasti nahi hai.

On the other side,

Dushyant – Kavin....Kavin......Kavin! Ruk! Kavin

Kavin – Kya hai? Tujhe bhi kuch bolna hai mujhe?

Dushyant – Isiliye aaya hu. Tu aise kyu aa gaya?

Kavin – To kya karta?

Dushyant – Dekh..use abhi tere baare me kuch yaad nahi hai. Wo khud abhi itni confused state me hai. Aur Abhijeet sir ne kaha tha ki Purvi pehle aisi hi thi. Use ye sab roses wagera pasand nahi tha.

Kavin – Par maine diya hua har ek rose usne liya hai.

Dushyant – Obviously...Wo tab tujhse pyaar karti thi. Ab nahi karti.

Kavin's heart pained after he heard 'Ab nahi karti'.

Dushyant continued – Aur tu waise bhi chahta tha na ki wo sab bhul jaaye. To ek hisaab se thik hi hua na. Wo at least khush to hai.

Kavin – Ha par...mujhe uska presence chahiye yaar meri life me. Uske bina life adhuri si lagti hai...uske jokes, humari fights, uska mujhe sambhalna..wo saath nahi hai mere ye baat (wet eyes, taking heavy long breath).....khaaye jaa rahi hai mujhe. Aur mai Aashna ko hug nahi kar raha tha. Wo khud lipti.

Dushyant – Ha to thik hai. Kafi saari ladkiyo ne tujhpar kitne saare iljaam lagaye hai. Purvi ke bolne se aisa kyahi farq..

Kavin (cutting Dushyant's sentence)– Farq padta hai. Purvi mere baare me kya sochti hai us baat ka mujhe farq padta hai. Her opinion matters for me. Samjha?

Dushyant nods smilingly- Waise ye Aashna ka kya naya chakkar hai?

Kavin – Propose karne aayi thi.

Dushyant – Kya? Phir tune kya kaha?

Kavin – Obviously Naa, No, Never. Yahi kaha. Jo har ek ladki ko kaha hai aajtak. [He remembers how he rejected Purvi. His heart still fills with guilt whenever he remembers the incident]

Dushyant – Kaha kho gaya?

Kavin- Um..Ha..Kahi nahi.

Dushyant – To Aashna chali gayi?

Kavin – Surprisingly yes.

Dushyant – Kamaal hai.

Kavin shrugs.

Kavin's phone rings. – Ji bol raha hu. Kaha? Ha. Ha hum aate hai chinta mat kijiye. Ha. Aa rahe hai hum. Ji. Chalo. Murder hua hai.

They inform the team and everyone gets busy solving the case. Few days again pass like this. One night, Kavin is returning home after meeting his khabri.

Kavin – Dushu ke maze hai. Wo buddha DCP hi Mama Sasur hai. To mahine me ek do din wahi khana bhi ho jaata hai. Apna kya. Khud khana banao khud khao. Waise thik bhi hai. Roj wahi to khana banata hai. Ek do din chutti milni bhi chahiye. Mujhe bhi mast baahar ka khana khane milega. Us DCP ke haath ka bina masalewala, bina tel- namak wala khana Dushu hi kha sakta hai. Mai nahi...

But he sees someone and stops the car. He sees a lady standing with a car. Her face was covered with scarf. Kavin felt as if he saw Purvi. Kavin takes his gun and goes towards the lady.

Kavin – Ma'am aapko koi problem hai?

The lady who was changing some wires stood still.

Kavin – Ma'am dekhiye mai ek CID officer hu. Aapki help kar sakta hu agar aapko aitraaz na ho to..

The lady – Mujhe pata hai aap ek CID officer hai.

Kavin smiles listening the voice – Purvi tum yaha?. Koi help chahiye to batana.

Purvi turns around – Nahi. Aur chahiye bhi hogi to aapki nahi lungi.

Kavin becomes sad – Purvi dekho ye raasta sumsaan hai. Ekto tum aise raaste pe kar kya rahi thi?

Purvi – Aapse matlab?

Kavin – Sorry. Par ye raasta thoda khatarnak hai to yaha mat ruko. Hum kal subah tumhari gaadi thik karwa lenge. Abhi chaho to mere saath chalo.

Purvi – Thanks but no thanks. Mai apne aap ko protect kar sakti hu officer.

Kavin – Purvi meri baat..

Purvi – Maine kaha na.

Kavin sighs – Okay. Koi bhi help chahiye to mujhe call karna.

Kavin leaves in his car. But as he goes little ahead, he feels uneasy and so he turns back the car. Kavin is shocked to see the scene in front.

5-6 goons are attacking Purvi while she is single handedly fighting with them. One gets inside her car and drives it towards her.

Kavin takes his gun and fires at the goon and saves Purvi. Both of them shoot at the goons. All of them are down on ground.

Kavin comes out of the car.

Kavin – Purvi...tum thik ho?

Purvi nods. She is looking at the goons.

Purvi – Maine kaha tha aapse wapas jaane ko. Nahi gaye na aap?

Kavin – I am sorry par mujhe thik nahi laga tumhe aise akele chodke jaana.

Purvi sighs – Help kar di na? Ab aap jaa sakte hai. Thank you.

Kavin opens his mouth to say something but stops – Take care

And he leaves.
