It's time for the flight. TD is now stable, so they took him in a wheelchair to the flight. After a 2-hour journey, they safely reached Mumbai.

Soon, they went to the hospital and admitted TD there.. First, they monitored him for 2 hours, then the surgery started..

Till the surgery started, Teju was with Td full time,, holding his hand tightly and sitting near his bed.

Karan looked at her through the glass and a lone tear fell from his eyes.. Arjun and Omi noticed that and took him to the terrace..

Omi : kya pata hai? Karan, tell me.. Tuje kya hua?.. Kya chupa rahe ho tum dono?

Karan : voh... Voh... Poonam di ne call kiya.. She checked uncle's reports.. She told me few things..

Karan : mm..

Arjun : uncle won't survive for more days.. Surgery ke baad bhi.. His survival span thoda extend hosakta hai, phir bhi he can't survive longer

The surgery started. Teju sat alone in the chair outside the operating room. She looked around, but no one was beside her.

Teju : enga ponanga elarum? ( sablog kahaan gaye hein? )

Teju took her phone and called Sreetu first.. Her phone rang, but she didn't pick up the call..

Teju : ye phone nhi utha rahi hai..

Teju called everyone's number.. but no one picked her call..

Teju : sab ko pata hai mei Appa ( papa) ko leke tension me hun.. Phir bhi ye sab muje akele chod ke chale gaye...this Karan.. Where did he go?

Teju looked here and there.. There she saw Td walking towards her.. Her eyes couldn't believe that her father was in front of her..

Teju : Appa( papa) ... You are fine.. Aap bilkul thik ho? Par abhi abhi toh aapke surgery shuru hua.. phir kaise?

Td pulled her into a hug.. He caressed her hair and kissed her forehead..Teju hugged him tightly..

Teju : Appa( papa) aapke iss hug ko bohot miss kiya .. Do dinse aapse naaraz thi mein.. Issliye aapse thik se baat nhi karpayi . But now, I'll talk a lot with you...

Td : I am sorry Teju.. But muje jaana hoga..

Teju : jaana hai? Kahaan ? Aapke surgery abhi khatam hue hai.. Aap bahar nhi jaa sakte ho..

Td : Teju.. Naan kelamburathukana neram vanthuruchu ( mere jaane ka vakth aagaya) I need to go..

Teju : aap kahi nahi jaare ho..

Td : apna dyaan rakh Teju.. Amma( maa) ko dyaan rakna... Do more projects.. Make me proud.. Achieve your dreams.. I love you bacha.. Mei jaara hun..

Td left her hand and took steps back, leading into the white light..

Teju : illa... Illaa..( No ) Appa (papa) don't leave me... Don't leave me... Appa(papa) ...

Teju shouted.... Someone caressed her head...

Karan : laddoo.. Laddoo.. Shant baba... Kuch nhi hai.. Sirf sapna hai.. Kuch nhi hai laddoo.. Shaant hoja..

Teju opened her eyes, sweat formed on her head, and tears ran down her cheeks.😭..

Teju : Appa ( papa)  ennoda Appa ( mere papa) ... No.. He can't leave me.. How can he leave me? No never ever.. He won't..

Teju started blabbering.. She repeated the same..

Karan : laddoo.. Bass.. Shaant hoja... Usshh...

Teju continued saying the same, continuously

Teju : Appa ( papa) .. He is fine.. Abhi uth ke aayenge.. No... He will.. Hum surgery karvayenge.. Surgery ke baad appa thik hojayenge.. Zarur muje aake daatenge.. He won't leave me..

Looking at her, everyone's eyes filled with tears 😢..

Tm : Teju, bass kar beta..

Teju : maa.. appa is fine... He will come to me.. Unhone promise kiya tha.. He will be there with us.. Unhone promise kia tha..

Tm took Teju in her embrace..

Teju : papa... Papa aayenge.. He won't leave me..

Karan got up and left from there.. He couldn't see her like this.. Kd, Arjun, Omi went behind him..

Karan sat on a bench and was crying silently...kd sat beside him and rubbed his back..

Karan : papa.. Kyun? Kyun uske saath ye sab hora hai? Voh bichari kya galti ki thi?

Kd : sunny.. Jo hora hai.. Hum usko nhi badal sakte hain..Teja se bhi zyada dukh uski maa ko hai.. Par voh Teju keliye chup baithe hai.. Yaad hai na.. Jab tumlogon ke baathe humne suna tha, tab
Ritu ke haalat dekha tha na.. Voh kaise toot gayi thi..

FLASHBACK

Arjun : uncle won't survive for more days.. Surgery ke baad, His survival span thoda extend hosakta hai, phir bhi he can't survive longer..

Someone : what..?

Omi, Karan and Arjun turned back to see whose voice it was..

There stood the whole family ... Tm came forward ...

Tm : Arjun.. Tu ye kya bolra hai?.. Sunil thik nhi honge kya?.. Doc ne toh bola tha, surgery ke baad Sunil thik hojayega, phir tu kya bolra hai ..

Karan : aunty, ye bakwaas karra hai.. Aap iske baat mat suno..

Omi : Karan, tu chup re.. Reality ko face karne do.. Aunty, uncle ke survival rate bohot low hai..

Tm stumbled a little, but Sreetu held her securely..

Tm : arjun.. Omi solrathu.. unmaya ( omi jo bolra hai, kya voh sach hai? )

Arjun : Aunty, it's true.. Uncle ke survival rate bohot kam hai.. He may survive one or two weeks after surgery.. But surgery ke success rate bhi bohot low hai.. Situation bohot critical hai..

She was brokenhearted when she heard Sunil won't survive longer. She fell down on her knees and poured her heart out, crying uncontrollably. Karan and Arjun kneeled down and hugged her. They consoled her for an hour, making her understand the reality and to move on.

Karan : aunty, joh honewala hai.. Voh hum baadme dekhenege.. Jab tak uncle humare saath hai, unko khush rakhna hai .. Unke saath time spend karna hai.. memories create karenge.... Agar aap hi toot jaoge toh Teju ka kya haalat hoga.. Voh toh kal hi bohot pareshaan thi.. Agar usko ye sab pata chal gaya toh aur bhi pareshaan ho jayegi.. Sambhalo aunty.. Hum sab haai aapke saath.. Aap rona band kijiye.. Mene uncle ko promise kia thaa aap dono ko kyaal rakne ka.. Phir uncle utke muje daatenge.. Please..

Tm stopped crying.. She just kept hugging karan.. She knew for a fact that this cancer can't be cured.. She knew this, yet her heart refused to accept it... She loves him like anything.. She had left her family for him, to be with him, and spent nearly 30 years by his side. Her only closed one is him.. Losing him was too hard for her.

Kd : kitne mushkil se usko sambhala tha.. Tune hi usko samjhaya .. Abh kya hua?

Karan : phir bhi... Mein nhi dekh para hun Teju ko aise.. Dil dukh raha hai.. Aise lagta hai jaise koi dil ko tod raha hai..

Kd : kyun? Sunny, tuje uski fikar kyun hai ? Teju, sirf Sreetu ke dost hai.. Tum dono toh humesha ladte rehte ho.. Tuje kyun dard hora hai? Kyun?

Karan : pyaar karta hun usse...
