" Pallavi , what happened? " I tapped on her cheek and tried to wake her up ..

" What happened Arjun ?? , " Mahesh's uncle exclaimed by seeing pallavi who was in my arms .

Hearing her scream everyone came to the living room , everyone was worried for my pallavi .

" Koi doctor ko bhulana " my dad exclaimed.

" Kithni baar yaad dilaav , ki mein khud ek doctor hunn " Goutham uncle hit my dad's shoulder and reminded him that he is also a reputed doctor in the city ..

" Arey bhul gaya hoga , tumhare harkate hi ayise hai , toh kabhi kabhi hum bhul jate hai ki tum ek doctor ho " my father and his timing , why on earth these three people became best friends..

" Arjun , what happened to pallu " Abrahm enquired

" Mein kya antaryami hunn ?? " I groaned and glared at him .

" Ab uncle ji check bhi karo iss pagal chori ko kya hua hai " janvi bhabhi groaned..

" Kisko pagal bolri hai aap " I scoffed at her .

" First take her to your room Arjun and Goutham see what happened to her all of sudden" Jaya aunty scolded both of us and she is the only sensible person in this house .

I took her to my room , followed by everyone. Yes, my room , the Khurana mansion, is just like my home. I have a room in this mansion , whenever I want to stay in the mansion I will stay there ..

I laid her on the bed , Goutham uncle checked her for a few minutes , checked her pulse and eyes and pierced an injection needle on her shoulder ..

" Bcoz of stress , she might have gone unconscious. I gave an injection and she will get conscious within 5 to 6 hours. Her mind has to relax so don't disturb her .... Come to hospital tomorrow we will do some tests and I will prescribe some medicine " Goutham uncle implored and I can see everyone was concerned for her ..

I didn't think too much and lifted her in my arms ..

" Where are you going, Arjun ? " Jaya aunty enquired while I was on my way towards my car .

" Stop Arjun , where are you going with pallavi in this condition " Abrahm tried to stop me by holding my forearm..

Honestly, the old version of Arjun Srivastav aroused inside me by seeing her in this conditions. I wish I could take away her pain and make everything better. But I feel like I'm not doing enough.

Neil came with my car and was followed by vipul and my bodyguards , no one had any guts to stop me , even Abrahm after seeing my old version ..

We reached our mansion within an hour , I took her to our room in my arms , dadi , Anant adit tried to ask me something but my glare didn't give them any chance to say something ..

I came to my room , maybe dad informed them about everything. I made up my mind that I will talk to them tomorrow. I laid her on our bed and ducked her with a comforter , reduced the AC temperature, I sat beside her and kept caressing her hair until I got a little nap ..

Ahhh my head is so heavy , and I am trying to open my eyes , after a lot of efforts I opened my eyes and only found a blur picture , rubes my eyes with my palm and and again seen the picture , it was our room's ceiling, but we are at khurana mansion right , then how i came here ??

I sat on my bed and leaned towards the head rest and found his hand on my waist , he was sleeping so uncomfortably in a sitting position ,

He woke up with a jolt as he heard my bangles clinking and sat straight on the chair .

" Did you wake up ?? How are you feeling now ? " He inquired anxiously while checking my forehead and neck region , checking my temperature , concern was evident in his eyes ..

" Yeah , I am good , but why are we in our home , we are at Khurana mansion right ? " I questioned him .

" Umm you suddenly screamed and took your Mumma 's name and felt unconscious, so i led you to our home " he asserted and i tried to remember what happened with me last night ..

" Did you remember something ?? " He questioned by looking into my eyes and the same flashes came into my eyes , but I didn't remember those conversations. Only I can see a group of people in the Khurana mansion celebrating a festival and a group of children were playing in the living room, and out of them two children were running in the whole room ..

" Arjun , I felt weird yesterday, like I have stayed in khurana mansion before aur sar mein tez dard hua , and kuch log hai , face yaad nahi hai but do ba...bache hai .. uss kamre mein ...bhaag rahe hai aur uss bacchi ko sar par chot la..........."

Immediately he hugged me in his tight embrace and kept his head on my shoulder. I didn't understand what happened to him all of a sudden, I was bewildered by his sudden action ..

" Aa....Arjun what happened ?? , me..mean teek hunn "I implored , in return he cupped my face and kept his face in front of me. I gulped hard with his sudden change ..

" You ok ? i mean abhi bhi sar mein dard hai ? " he inquired and I nodded vigorously in no ..

" Ab sach batav , dard ho Rahi hai na ? " He again questioned but this time politely, I gave a nod in yes slowly ..

He again hugged me to his chest and implored a feathery kiss on my hairline. I was so confused at this juncture, I mean I know he loves me , but he never shows his emotions like this but what happened to him today ?? Maybe he was afraid of losing me ..

" Don't think so much mi amor, don't stress your little brain , it's not good for you , we will go to the hospital tomorrow and you are not allowed to take stress or overthink , understand ? " He commanded ..

" Umm by any chance you are commanding me ? " I frowned at him by lifting my head a little because my face is still on his chest .

" Nahi baba , meri ithni himmat ki mein command karu ?? I am requesting you , now don't think too much , ok ? " He implored and my lips curved into a smile and I hid my face in his chest and wrapped my hands around his stomach ..

" Ok fine if you are requesting this much , then I won't take stress " i said and giggled and little ..

He again implored a feathery kiss on my forehead and followed by my cheeks , eyes , nose and every inch of my face ,

I felt a fluttering sensation in my stomach and knots formed in my lower abdomen, a lump formed in my throat and I gulped it hard. What is this nervous wreck ?? Is my period close ?? Maybe no , then what is this new feeling in my body ? Not only in my body this change is also there in my heart ..

" Now it's only 4 am , sleep for sometime mi amor, " he uttered and came beside me , I slept beside him while keeping my head on his chest and to be honest , my head is in pain like hell , so I slept within no time ..

We came to hospital and Goutham uncle did some tests to pallavi , honestly I am eagerly waiting for reports , i am waiting in Goutham uncle's cabin since 15 minutes but he didn't came back yet , she was giving a tight smile to me ,

What is she hiding from me ??

I gave a look like , " beta tum lakh chupalo , mein bhi tumhara hi pati hun jaan kar hi rahunga '

She gulped hard and pretended like reading a magazine ,

" Kum se kum seedha karke pad lete " I grunted and made that magazine straight which is reversed till now ..

" Aap dono gaye nahi ? " Goutham uncle implored while coming into our cabin ..

" Yes, I would have definitely gone if you had given the reports by now?? " I grunted in my old Arjun swag while standing straight in front of him ..

He tiptoed me and looked at her, who was giving a pleasing look , Goutham uncle giving a look like " how can I ? "

" Now I will use my own ways sweetheart " i thought and continued my driving ,

" Stop Arjun " she bellowed and I pushed the break , she pointed her finger towards something or someone, I followed her gaze and saw Prateeksh along with simi maasi on the other side of the road ..

" Prathuuuuu " she bellowed and prateeksh saw her , they both shared a wide grin , she unbuckled her seat belt and came down from the car , without seeing the vehicles she ran to the other side of the road , my breath got hitched by seeing a truck towards her , she too saw the truck and stood at her place by closing her eyes tightly , I felt like my breath swept away for a second .

I was in the middle of the road , seeing prateeksh after these many days ,i couldn't resist to ran towards him , but I forgot that I am in a busy road , suddenly i found a truck with is coming towards me , he was giving horn but I was too afraid to move , I stood with closed eyes , until I found on the other side of the road ,

Yes he pulled me along with him on the other side of the road , thank you mahadev bacha liya aap ne aaj ..

" Are you out of your mind pallavi ?? Who runs without thinking or understanding, what if something happened to you by now ? " He bellowed but I felt that pain in his voice .

" Didi aap teek ho ? " prateeksh inquired, followed by maasi , i nodded in yes .

" Get in the car maasi , we will go to our mansion " he commanded in the most authoritative tone , I felt like my legs were shaken for a second, Massi too understood that he was not at all in a good mood ..

The trio sat in the car , he too followed us and he dropped us in front of the shree mansion and left from there without glancing at me for once ..

I know he is mad at me right now. I was the one who made this mistake. With a heavy heart I went into the mansion along with pratheeksh and maasi ...

We came out of the car and without saying anything he just left from there , all the way he didn't glance at me for once ..

I plastered a smile on my face because of prateeksh, after all I know what might he have gone through at that time ,

We talked for some time. I felt very proud and happy for prateeksh because he got admission in his dream college in Delhi , finally he was going to fulfil his dreams soon.

He mingled with adit and Anant so soon , they went to gaming room to play some video games , me and Massi engrossed in our talks and I got to know that Arjun used to call maasi every week to ask how she's doing, and about prateeksh ,

I felt overwhelmed with his small gestures. After spending some time, both maasi and prateeksh left back home , everyone completed their dinner and left back to their room. I was just waiting for his arrival , I know I have to persuade him now , no matter what..

Finally his car stopped at the main gate , , he came inside while unbuttoning his coat button , he ignored me and went towards the steps to go to our room .

" stop , come , i will warm the food , we will eat together " i stopped him, he stopped his track but didn't turn towards me ..

" I ate dinner in a meeting , you finish your dinner ." He grunted in a cold voice and my eyes were welling up with tears ..

" At least give me company, " I mumbled ..

" I didn't ask you to wait for me , it's your choice to wait for me " he groaned and left the room .

I ordered Meera to pack the food in some packets and distribute it to people who are sleeping with empty stomachs on the streets. I don't want to waste food anyways , Meera gave a nod and left for the kitchen .

I came to my room and found him tapping on the laptop , no no he was removing his anger on that poor electronic device ..

" Are you still angry with me ? " I said and he didn't shift his gaze from his laptop ..

" ohhh then you realise that I can get angry too ?? " He implored it in a sarcastic tone .

" Sorry na Arjun , woh Maine truck ko dekhi nahi thi " I said .

" Yeh samne kya hai ? " He pointed his index finger towards a pen .

" Pen " I mumbled ..

" Toh itna chota sa pen dikhai deta hai lekin itna bada truck nahi dikhayi diya ? " I gulped by hearing his flaring voice which was filled with fury ..

"And tell me one thing , which school did you attend, where they only taught 'sorry', 'thank you', 'please', and overthinking, and nothing else was taught at all?" He groaned and I kept mum ..

" Maine Goutham uncle se baat karke aara hunn " he implored and I parted my lips ..

" Kitna bewafa admi hai woh Maine bola kuch mat......" I gulped hard by seeing his eyes who were filled with pain and anger ..

" Woh aise hi nahi bola tha , deal huyi thi humari , i offered a deal that I will convince Aman for his marriage " he asserted..

" Ahhhh why is this Goutham uncle so desperate for Aman's marriage ?? " I thought

Now I can't stop my tears anyway , Goutham uncle informed me that those flashes I have seen yesterday night maybe they are erased from my mind in an accident and my brain is not ready recall the moments , if I try to recall those memories forcefully it will affect my brain , so I have to leave it on the time ,

If I have shared this news with Arjun he will definitely became an overprotective husband and take too much stress for me , i know he is already dealing with many things , and i don't want to be an another burden for him , that's why I requested Goutham uncle hide this thing from him .

But this desperate dusht papa , sab kuch ugaal diya , meri Haye lagega , Aman ko bahut jaldi shadhi hogi aur do do bacche bhi honge aur Goutham uncle ko bahut pareshaan karengey ,

Arey yeh toh sharp jaisa nahi hai ashirvaad jaisa hai , kya karu mein itni acchi hunn ki meri shraap bhi ashirvaad jaisa hai ,

" Hogaya ?? " I came out of my thoughts with his raspy voice ..

" Yeh jo aasu hai , I hate them , they will not allow me to show my anger on you , i can't be able to scold you bcoz of these tears " he groaned and I kept my gaze on him ..

" From now , I will not hide anything from you, promise" i mumbled by holding my ears .

" And i take care while crossing the road " i continued..

" Ab toh mein bura maan gaya , acchese manav mujhe " he made a face , went near the window and looked outside , I went near him and back hugged him , leaned face on his back ..

I am sure his lips also curved into a smile .I slid my hands into his free hands ..

" " Would you like to come with me on a date , Mr. Srivastav ? " I stood on my toes whispered in his ear , immediately he turned towards me and embraced me in his hug

" But Mr Srivastav is no more a billionaire to offer an expensive and luxurious date to his wife , now he is a responsible middle class employee in a company " he too played along with me

" But Mrs. Srivastav didn't want any expensive date in a lavish resort or on a beach side , come I will show the real happiness in Mumbai nights , aaj ki humari shaam vada pav aur chai ke naam ." I asserted in a low feminine voice and he traced his knuckles on my cheek , I am sure they turned into crimson red ..
