Aman was checking Roshni's diet as she was having some complications. He then started questioning the maid about her what she is eating nowadays. He was so worried.

Roshni: Doctor, bas na..

Aman: Kya bas Roshni? Ek toh maine apko diet plan karkey diya.. apko pata bhi hai apko kitni problem ho sakti hai?

Roshni: Im sorry.

She downed her head. Aman told the maid to go. He sat closer to her. He placed her head on his chest. She could hear his hearbeat.

Aman: Sunn rahi hai na ap?

Roshni nodded in yes.

Aman: Agar apko kuch hogaya ye dhadkanein ruk jayegi, Roshni. Ap bohot important hai mere liye..

Roshni was feeling that he was hiding something from her for a long time. The way Parveen had convinced her seemed she was so worried about her son. Roshni never asked. She felt inappropriate to ask him anything but this time, she couldnt stop herself to ask.

Roshni: Aisa kuch hai jo ap mujhse chupa rahe hai?

Aman broke the hug and moved his face other side. He wiped his tears and tried to smile. He then faced her.

Aman: Kyun? Aisa kyun..laga apko?

Roshni: Just asking..hamare shadi ko Bohot dinn hochukey hai. If you feel kuch batana hai toh ap bata saktey hai. I'm there for you always..

Aman hugged her.

Aman: Sab bataunga apko.. Par abhi nahi please Roshni. Main khush hun, ham khush hai..

Roshni nodded and hugged him back. She knew that Aman was pure hearted. If he was hiding something, there must be reasons to do so. She used to believe him blindly. She broke the hug and cupped his face.

Roshni: Please ap pareshan matt hoiye. Maine bas aise hi pucha..Main puchti nahi bas mujhe laga aur pata nahi kaise puch liya..

Aman: Haq hai apka, biwi hai meri. Apko sab janne ka haq hai par.. kuch baatein aisi hai jo shayad hamare bich mein aa sakti hai aur main nahi chahta koi aur baat hamare bich ayein.

Roshni: Hamare bich sirf hamare bacche a saktey hai aur koi nahi (giggled)

Aman was sweating hearing her. He somehow managed himself and smiled.

It was a announcement party of Saima's engagement. Yes, Sara was back and she invited her boyfriend's family. The party was going on. Aman was checking the arrangements.

Roshni kept Raya on the baby toddler. She bend to her.

Roshni: Meli bacchi ne new kapde pehne hai? Aww..

Parveen entered havung a big smile on her face.

Parveen: Maa beti taiyar hai? Raya taiyar hui kya apne phuppo ke shadi mein jaane ke liye?

Roshni: Han ammi taiyar hai apki poti aur bahu dono. Ap jara ise lengi? Wo Mujhe thoda food area check karna hai..

Parveen: Han dedo. Aur tum thik ho na? Aisi haalat mein zyada bhag daudh matt karna!

Roshni: Ji ammi.

She left the room. While going, she collided with someone.

Roshni: Ahh, dekhke chala karein ap bhai sahab..aur..

She looked at the man who was already starring at her.

Roshni: Bhai..

So yes, it was her brother, Mirza Ahmed who happens to be Sara's boyfriend and Roshni's parents were there in the party. Aman didnt see them and Roshni's parents were present there in the party. About Mirza, he is an army officer, often stays on missions.

Mirza: Roshni..

They hugged each-other. Mirza broke the hug.

Mirza: Ap ek bar apne bhai ko bolke toh dekhti, bhag kyun gayi ghar se.. Aur yeh chehre pe daag kaise laga.. Uss admi ne kuch kiya hoga na jisse tune shaadi ki?

Roshni was staring him cluelessly.

Mirza: Ammi abbu ne bola ladka bhi accha nahi hai jiske sath ap bhaagi ho. Apko mana kiya gaya phir bhi.. Aisa kyun kiya apne, princess? Apne bhai ka thoda toh intezaar kar sakti thi.. Apne shaadi kis admi se kiya wo batayein..

Roshni was speechless by hearing all these as her parents lied to his brother.

Roshni: Aisa..kuch nahi hai bhai.. Ap..Apne mujhe.. dhoondne ki koshish bhi nahi kiya.. Mere..shauhar bohot acche hai...

Mirza: Apka chehre ka ghav bata raha hai kaise family mein apne nikaah kiya hoga. Bas hogaya chaliye ap, main ghar leke jaunga apko.

He held hand and was about to go. But Roshni stopped him and nodded in no. She was shedding tears. She felt dizzy and was about to fall but Aman ran to her and held her in his arms. She was semi concious.

Aman: Rosh..apko bola tha na maine sorf araam karna hai?

Roshni: Doctor.. wo ..Mirza bhai..

She passed out in his arms. Mirza became tensed as well.

Mirza: Roshni.. akhein kholiye, princess..

Both were tensed. Aman picked her in his arms and went to the room taking her. Mirza followed.

After a few minutes, Aman caressed her face. Sara and Mirza were standing there.

Mirza: Kab uthegi meri behen?? Aur uska yeh haal..

Aman was calmly caressing her head. He gave her a forehead kiss. She was still unconcious. The party was going on in the hall.

Aman: Sara apni bhabi ke paas betho thoda, main innse baat karkey ata hun.

Sara nodded. Aman took him to the library. They both sat down.

Mirza: Ap kuch batayenge Dr. Aman? Wo yahan kaise ayi hai aur apke saath.. Ammi abbu ne toh bola tha kisi lucche lafange ke saath bhag gayi.. Maine koshish ki thi dhoondne ki par.. aur maine Sara se suna apki family bohot acchi hai par aplog meri behen ke sath pata nahi kaisa suluuk karrahe honge..

Aman: Apki behen kisi ke saath bhaagi nahi thi..

Mirza: Matlab? Par ammi abbu..

Aman: Uss raat.. use wolog hospital mein layein the.. bejaan si.. chehra jala hua..pure..pure body pe ..pure body pe kharoch..nishaan.. kapde fatey huye.. Unn begairat ladko ne.. wo bas ghar laut rahi thi aur wo ek raat ne uski zindegi badal di. Uske chehre tak ko nahi chhora jisse wo itni mohabbat karti hai.

Mirza was shocked. Aman wiped his tears.

Aman: She was raped, brutally raped!

A drop of tear fell from Mirza's eyes. He just couldnt take that.

Aman: Meri rooh kaanp uthi thi.. aur apke ammi abbu ne use apnane se inkaar kiya. According to them, unki beti napaak hogayi.  1.5 mahinaa wo coma mein thi aur uthte apni ammu abbu ko dhoondti thi..

Mirza was dumbstruck.

Aman: Par uske ammi abbu toh chhorchyke the usko. Naapak thi wo unke liye. Par mere liye, wo bohot khaas banchuki thi. Wo pak hai, uski rooh paak hai jo ab sirf meri hai. Bohot zyada mohabbat karta hun unse aur apne baccho se.. Yeh unki pehli pregnancy hai, thoda dara hua hun main par wo sab asaan kardeti hai hamesha!

Mirza was listening all the things with heavy heart. Aman told him the whole matter while having tears.  It wasnt easy for both of them. Mirza kept his hand on his shoulder as he was assured that Aman was the perfect guy for his little sister whom he used to love more than his life. He was guilty as well as he believed all those things. He was feeling low as he wasnt there for his sister instead doubted on her.

Aman: Apki behen bohot pyaari hai. Jahan bhi jaati hai sirf khushiyaan phelati hai. Meei berukh zindegi ko usne gulzaar bana diya! I am thankful to her.

Mirza: Mujhe toh..pata hi nahi tha..itna kuch..hogaya meri princess ke saath! Aur main ek bhai hokey kuch nahi karsaka uskey liye!

Aman helplessly looked at him. Just then, Sara came there running.

Sara: Bhai, bhabi ko hosh aya.. wo apko dhoond rahi hai..

Aman ran toward the room. Mirza followed him but Sara held his hand.

Sara: Tum badloge toh nahi na? I mean hamara relationship..jo tha.. wo sab badlega toh nahi?

Mirza: Filhaal Roshni ko dekhtey hai, ham baadmein baat karenge.

He went toward the room leaving Sara alone. Sara upsetly saw him going.

In the room, Aman sat beside Roshni.

Aman: Jaan, main yahan pe hun, dekhein?

He made her sit and cupped her face.

Aman: I know ap kya puchengi, sab kuch thik hai. Kuch galat hai hai. Apka doctor hai na?

Roshni: Doctor ..wo bhai.. wo the wahan..aur unko sabkuch galat galat pata hai.. Ap please bolo na unko meri koi galti nahi hai?

Aman: Main sab thik kardunga. Ap baas araam karein..

Mirza was watching them from the door.

Roshni: Mujhe please milnaa hai, ap bulao na unko..

Mirza slowly went to her. Aman was trying to handle her as she was anxious. Mirza sat beside her slowly downing his head. Roshni felt his presence and turned to him. She hugged him.

Roshni: Please bhai maine kuch nahi kiya please please please.. Wo log .. mere sath unlogon ne..

Mirza: Apka bhai ap pe trust karta hai princess. I am just feeling..so guilty that I wasnt there. I couldnt save you from those bustards. I believed the others and didnt even think that agar aisa kuch hota toh meri behen akey batati mujhe.. apka bhai sharminda hai..

She broke the hug.

Roshni: Nahi bhai, apki koi galti nahi hai..

Just then, the whole family came there and Sara told them everything. The party was over.

Parveen: Roshni ki yeh haalat hai aur tune hamein bataya bhi nahi wo toh tum dono kabse gayab ho phir Sara ne bataya ki Roshni ki tabiyat kharaab hai. Saima ke saaural wale bhi chale gaye..

Roshni's parents also came from behind and were shocked seeing Roshni with Mirza there. Roshni held Aman's hands tightly seeing her parents. Aman's anger was on peak seeing them. Mirza noticed all of these.

Writer's note- There are some parents who sacrifices everything for their children and also there are some parents who consider a daughter as a burden. A big portion society goes like the 2nd type of parents. This needs to be changed.
