Here's "Ghost Eye" Kichiro and yes, he is also a free-runner/criminal. I think I'm just gonna list all of them back-to-back in order to fully introduce the group. After that, I'll try to give a somewhat detailed background story for each of them.

Now then, let's start with Kichiro's disability. He is completely blind in his left eye and approximately 85% blind in his right. He was born with his left eye blind but the right eye leads to a long story that I will elaborate on later. As a child, he was quite timid and prone to panic due to his blindness but grew exceptionally in confidence and self-esteem as he got older. Not to mention that he is now easily able to cope with his so-called disability. The general public wouldn't even be able to tell he was blind now because his movements are relaxed and precise.

Which leads to his unique advantage. It is said that once one sense is lost, the others are heightened. In Kichiro's case, that is definitely true. His sense of hearing and touch are extraordinary, to the point that he can technically "see" his surroundings. Also, despite the fact that he is blind, he is capable to seeing his childhood friend's/love interest's blurry outline.

Personality wise, Kichiro is cocky, relaxed and a jokster but he also has an unhealthy addiction to gambling and money in general. He'll never turn down a bet or a game of poker. His addiction comes with a reason though and, because of this, Cho, his lifelong friend, does not intervene.

Fortunately, his gambling problems are not too severe.
