Joe: Hey guys, wait for me! Come on!

Tai: Hello? Hey Mom, it's me!

Operator: At the tone, the time will be exactly forty-five miles per hour. And ninety seconds.

Tai: Something's wrong, or Mom's flipped.

Yuuko: ah! Tai why would you say that!

Tai: ugh *puts his hands on his face while groaning* I'm sorry mom

Yuuko: well at least you know

The others were watching in amusement at mother and son talking with each other

[Mimi listens to her telephone as Palmon watches.]

Operator: Tomorrow's forecast calls for clear skies with occasional ice cream.

Mimi: What do you wear for that?

Satoe: oh Mimi

Mimi: I guess the call didn't go through hehe

Satoe: 'sighs' ok Mimi

[Matt and T.K. listen to the operator in the next booth over.]

Operator: This number only exists in your imagination. Please hang up and don't call back.

Matt: What planet did I dial?

Matt: now you got me believing in aliens izzy thanks a lot

Izzy: hey! Don't look at me you believed it on your own if you want to blame someone blame yourself

Hiroaki and nancy: matt!

Kae and Masami:Izzy

Nancy: matt you can't act like that with your friends say you're sorry

Kae: you too Izzy

Matt: sorry Izzy i guess that was kinda mean

Izzy: it's fine and I'm sorry too

(apparently, even though nancy divorced matts father and no longer is considered his mom she still has that protected streak of a mother)

After that everyone is amused seeing how the boys look guilty but what was even more amusing was seeing tai has a bit of jealousy in his eyes while staring at the two the funny part was that Izzy saw and signed that he doesn't like matt since tai understands signed language for some reason but tai looked at Izzy and blushed a bit seeing the hands making tai look away but matt saw him blush looking at Izzy making matt believe that 'he likes Izzy huh not me but why does it hurt' after matt's

Izzy: I'm telling you. It's a twisted alien joke.

Izzy:you know what maybe i should give up seeing as i won't stop

Making some of them to chuckle seeing how izzy didn't like his obsession of aliens being real

Tentomon: Why don't you try that one over there?

Biyomon: I don't think it's any better.

Operator: No telephones are working in your service

area. Hang up and have a nice day.

[Sora hangs up her receiver and crosses her arms.]

Sora: Huh.

Tai: Any luck?

Sora: No.

Tai: Weird. I got a strange feeling about this. 'A bad one and i don't like the feeling of it'

Everyone was shocked that tai felt something bad was going to happen as if something was warning him or someone

Sora:Tai why aren't you telling us about this

Tai: I don't know

Yuuko: oh tai. . . 'Gomen-ne it's my family's side this happen'

Tai: 'i can't exactly tell them this happen many times before'

Joe: Maybe this one will.

Operator: To leave a message, press one now. To leave a fingerprint, press two now. Fifteen dollars for the next three minutes.

Joe: Okay. Next one.

Jim: oh joe

Izzy: how come you keep on trying joe

Joe: I believe it's better to keep on trying and hope one of them works

Jim: How would you know if it works

Joe: well I don't know but I will find out somehow

[The others are relaxing on the beach, watching Joe continue to try the phone.]

Izzy: Very curious. Does Joe always behave like this?

Tai: Every single day.

Matt: No matter what number, or how many times he dials, those phones aren't gonna work!

Yuuko: Tai!

Nancy: matt!

Tai and matt: sorry joe

Joe: it's fine you guys may be right in how i act at times *sigh*

Tai: Well, I'm gonna keep searching for a boat or something. 'i need time to know what i am feeling right now and being near them will distract me'

Susumu and Yuuko: Tai!

The rest were shocked to know tai was willing to leave them just to find out what was wrong by himself

Susumu: no matter what you feel we do not abandon our friends have we not taught you that or drilled it in your head since you were a baby

Yuuko: listen to your father tai i mean why would you leave them

Wen they were saying all of this tai could be seen putting his head down in shame ever since he was born they drilled into his head that we may follow the rules but if the rules hurt your friends then it's ok to break them to protect your friends there was this weird saying that happened millions of years ago when civilization was happening in the family the phrase goes like this "those who break the rule are trash but those who abandon their comrades are worst then trash they don't deserve to exist" this sentence has stayed in the family for a long time but no one knows who first said it it was just in the family

Tai: Gomen-ne I'm sorry guys I don't know what came over me

Tai was facing the others when he said this making a guilty expression on his face once the shock was over they looked at him and can see how guilty he looked for thinking it was better for him to leave and because of that and matt's crush on tai they believe him and accepted his apology

Sora: oh tai it's alright you didn't mean it besides you now know not to do it

Matt: it's fine i guess you didn't really mean it 'not too mention how adorable you look with that pout on your face i just want to kiss you . . . . . wait no that's not what i thought i mean never mind i am so lucky i didn't say this out loud'

Without realising it matt did in fact said it loud enough to hear but he doesn't notice but every one was looking at tai with smug smirks while yuuko was thinking about their wedding and how it would look if tai was pregnant and grandchildren (apparently tai's family knows a way to get male pregnancies it's a family secret) while tai was all blushing full red when no one continued it seems matt still hasn't notice the screen continued with tai still blushing

Matt: Hey, wait a minute! Even though we can't call out of here, there's always a chance someone else might be able to call into us. 'please don't leave I feel like we might lose you and that is something I will not forgive'

Once that was said now matt blushed

Matt: Tai . . . . don't get the wrong idea idiot!

Tai blushed even more but still, he felt a bit hurt knowing matt was saying was right meaning he was right that he doesn't like tai in a romantic sense and with that the rest were smirking a bit and looked amuse while mimi, yuuko, toshiko, sora, kae, satoe and nancy were fantasizing about matt and tai being together not to mention how cute their children might be

Tai: It's a waste of time doing nothing but sitting here. 'Not to mention how i need to keep all of you safe joe may be the oldest but i understand when i know this feeling is when something might happen i need to protect you all of you'

With the joking aside they started to understand that tai was only worried that something may happen to the rest of them but what they don't know is why he feels the way he feels they felt touched that he wants to protect them all

Matt: I'm going to stay here for a little while and see if anyone calls. Besides, everyone could use a little rest.

[Tai looks over to where T.K., Mimi, Palmon, and Patamon are sitting, looking utterly exhausted.]

Izzy: And I'm getting pretty hungry, too.

That's when everyone remembered that they were dumped there with no help no parents and no food once that was processed they were a little worried but only a little bit because they had to hope they were able to survive this digital world

Tai: You know why? Because we haven't eaten anything all day. Okay, break time, everybody!

Sora: Ahh. Does anybody else have any food? I think the only thing I have is.... huh? Is that gadget that fell out of the sky at camp!

[Sora and Tai reach for their gadgets and examine them.]

Tai: I forgot all about those weird gizmos.

Mimi: If anybody's got a pink one, I'll trade.

T.K.: What are they, anyway?

Matt: We wouldn't have them if they weren't important.

Izzy: If I could take mine apart....

[Izzy's mutterings are interrupted by a rather loud growl of his stomach.]

Izzy: Ummm.... That is after I get something to eat. I'm really famished.

Sora: Well, the only thing I've got is my emergency supplies. It's got a first aid kit, some bandages, and some medicine, but that's about all I've got.

Izzy: I have my trusty laptop computer and a digital camera. Oh, and I've got a small cell phone, too. Of course, not one of them's worked since we got here.

Tai: I can't believe you dragged all that computer stuff to summer camp.

Izzy: And what do you have?

Tai: Uhh, let's see. There's my mini-telescope. 'i wasn't exactly planning on going on a hike just sitting back and see what camp has to show us' *sweatdropping a bit*

Matt: Sorry, but I don't have anything to eat, either.

T.K.: Hey, look at what I got. Check it out!

[T.K. opens his backpack to reveal a stash of junk food.]

Mimi: Wow, look at all those goodies! Why don't you be a good little boy and share those treats with dear, sweet Mimi?

T.K.: Ahh, you don't have to be so nice, Mimi. I'm happy to share. You're the best. Isn't she cute?

Matt: Forget it! 'besides i like someone else i don't exactly like her but my eyes are set on someone else' *he's discreetly looking at tai who doesn't notice

both tai's don't notice while the others notice matt's feelings for tai it was adorable

Tai: I'm so hungry I could eat a horse.

Izzy: I'd settle for a small cow.

Sora: Mimi, what have you got in that big bag? Some hairbrushes and makeup?

Mimi: Uhh, well, let's take a look. Here's a compass, cooking fuel, flashlight, one of those knives with all the things, and some other stuff.

satoe: oh that's right i made sure you had all you need just in case

Matt: Why didn't you tell us you had a compass back when we needed one?

Mimi: I thought it might be kind of fun to see how far we could get without one. Besides, it's broken.

satoe: i guess that explains how i get lost easily

Keisuke: it's ok honey you did your best

satoe: thank you so much honey

Tai: Well, so much for finding our way out of here.

Matt: Although, we could use the cooking fuel to make a signal fire.

Sora: That's true, or I guess we could barbecue some telephones.

Tai: Oh boy. Check out the genius. See? He's trying to call the telephone repair man because the telephones don't work. Problem is-- Look! Joe's got the emergency food!

[The other kids turn to look at Joe, who is still trying the phones with a dogged determination, while Gomamon sits patiently. And on his shoulder they see a bag with a red cross-stitched onto it.]

Izzy: No way!

Tai: Joe! Hey Joe! Look, you've got all the food!

Joe: Hey! Don't you know it's rude to interrupt

someone when they're on the telephone?

Izzy: But that bag-

Joe: This? I just brought it to give to Mimi. Today

was her day to carry the bag!

Palmon: Think he likes ya!

Mimi: No way!

Satoe: Mimi! That is not nice say you are sorry Mimi

Mimi: sorry joe

Joe: it's fine Mimi really beside's I actually don't have a crush on you I'm too busy with finishing school so that I can do my dream job. So we're good.

Mimi: haha yeah we're good

[Joe carries the hefty bag over to where Mimi is sitting.]

Joe: Mimi, you have got to stop thinking of yourself and do something to help somebody else for once! Take a little responsibility!

Mimi: But that bag is too heavy for me!

Joe: Listen, you never hear me complaining.

That got the rest of the digidestined to chuckle quietly while joe was not amuse well maybe a little bit

Joe:yeah yeah laugh it up guys i know how ironic that i would say that

Tai: Guys, guys! Listen, the most important thing now is that we've got some food to eat. So let's sit down and have some lunch.

Sora: Uh huh!

Joe: Okay, let's figure this out. There's seven people in the group times three days, times three meals, that comes to...

Tai: 'sixty-three meals and enough food for three days but the Digimon need to eat as well mmm'

Izzy: Sixty-three meals.

Joe: Uh, right. So, split evenly between us, we have uhh....

Izzy: Enough food for three days.

Everyone was shocked that tai was able to guess the amount and what izzy and joe were thinking

Joe: Right! Oh, exactly, I guess you knew that.

Tai:'for the digimon will be about half an hour'

Sora: But you guys, when you add in the digimon, we really only have enough for about half an hour.

Again they were shocked that tai guessed right again

Sora: Tai how come your not telling us anything

Tai: I don't know why gomen sora

Joe: Oh, that's right....

Gabumon: Not a problem at all. We digimon hunt and forage for ourselves.

Tentomon: No need to include us in your calculations.

Sora: You sure, Biyomon?

Biyomon: Oh, absolutely! We can do alright for ourselves.

Joe: Okay. Now that that's taken care of, let's go ahead and divide this between the seven people here.

Tai: This is great. I could eat a dozen of these!

Tai and Agumon are off to the side of the group, stuffing their faces.

Yuuko: tai you need to share

Tai: sorry mom sorry guys

Which the others accepted his apology but they were confused on how he was acting one minute he was smart, cool, calm and collected and the next he's hot blooded temper and courage comes back

Joe: Just what do you think you're doing?

Tai: I'm glad we never hear you complaining.

Joe: Hmmm! You people make me crazy!

The others laugh at joe when he said that making joe a bit angry and amused

Joe: hey thats mean guys

Joe was just joking around and the look on his face made the others to continue to chuckle

[Out in the water, Gomamon sits up at the distinctive sound of the roar of a large beast. Biyomon looks out toward the water and hums, eyes narrowed.]

Sora: Now what's the matter?

Biyomon: Trouble.

Sora: Oh!

[From beneath the sand, a column of water shoots up high into the air. The kids shout and run away as the column moves, knocking the telephone booths far into the air with its force.]

Tai: What's that?

[The telephone booths, now mangled and broken, drop onto the beach, where a tornado of sand rises to reveal a huge horned shell rising from the beach.]

Tentomon: Shellmon!

Izzy: What's a Shellmon?

Tentomon: Something that gets mad for no reason!

Joe: Attacked by two digital monsters on the same day! And doesn't Shellmon know I'm allergic to shellfish?

Jim: oh joe *his hand was on his head while shaking his head left and right*

Joe: hehe i guess i wanted to make the tension lighter

[From the shell emerge two great legs and a head with an angry expression.]

Joe: Everybody, up here!

[Joe climbs up the cliff face by the beach, but Shellmon blows a jet of water from the top of his head, knocking Joe back to the ground.]

Gomamon: Joe!

Jim: otouto!

Gomamon: joe! Oh, why couldn't i protect you!

Joe: it's ok onee-chan and gomamon i don't blame you. You tried your best

Once joe said all of this Jim grabbed gomamon and went to hug joe with gomamon hugging him with joe hugging back

The others look at this sweet scene feeling bad that joe's parent's aren't here and only his big brother came for him it must have been so lonely

[Shellmon shoots a blast of water at Gomamon as well. Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon and Tentomon face the attacking digimon.]

Agumon: Digimon, attack!

Tai: Agumon, you show him!

Agumon: Pepper Breath!

Gabumon: Blue Blaster!

Biyomon: Spiral Twister!

Tentomon: Super Shocker!

[Agumon's fireball hits Shellmon in the face, and he rears back, but the other digimon's attacks fizzle out and don't even reach the larger digimon.]

The parents: what? No! Our children!

The parents were worried that the digimon might disappear hurting their children both physical and mentally considering that their children and their digimon seem to be more connected than it seems to look on the surface

Izzy: What's happening to them?

Matt: They look like they've lost their powers.

[Shellmon aims a blast of water that blows the smaller digimon back.]

Tai: Agumon! 'It's because they didn't eat ugh why do i have to be so stupid i should have noticed'

Everyone was shocked that tai got it right away

Patamon: Boom Bubble!

Palmon: Poison Ivy!

[Despite their efforts, both of their attacks fail as well. Shellmon slaps Patamon from the air, and knocks Palmon away with a swipe of his head. Agumon steps up and blows another fireball that again hits Shellmon square in the face.]

Tai: Go get him, Agumon!

Izzy: Why is it only Agumon?

Tentomon: We're just too hungry.

Matt: Gabumon!

Gabumon: I don't have any strength....

Sora: That's it! Agumon is the only one who had anything to eat.

Izzy: Now I see.

Matt: Then the other digimon don't have enough strength left to fight.

Tai: Agumon! Looks like it's just you and me now!

Agumon: Then give me a diversion!

Tai: Hey Shellmon! Ugly! Over here!

Yuuko and susumu and kari: tai!

Yuuko: Tai why are you distracting him! Agumon! Protect him!

Agumon: don't worry tai's mom i will stay by tai's side forever i will protect him with my digi - life

Tai: Agumon . . . thank you just don't leave me

Sora: No, don't!

[As Shellmon watches Tai, Agumon hits him again from the side. Tai picks up a long pole, broken off of one of the telephone booths.]

Tai: This'll work! 'I hope'

[Tai jabs the stick into Shellmon's shell, but is lifted into the air in one of the long vines growing from Shellmon's head.]

Agumon: Hold on, Tai!

[Shellmon steps on Agumon, holding him immobile beneath his foot, and aims a blast of water at the other kids and digimon.]

Everyone: Tai!

When all of this was happening tai is feeling horrible for causing everyone to care for him for them to be scared he didn't want them to be scared it was all his fault tai began blaming himself because he felt so bad when they show how much they care for him

Tai: Watch out! He's gonna get everyone, and there's nothing I can do!

[Tai yells in pain as Shellmon crushes him in his vine.]

Yuuko, susumu, agumon and kari:tai!

Agumon: Tai, no!

Kari: onee - chan! No!

Kari hugged tai when she was starting to believe he might die

Yuuko: please no . . . tai..

Tai: mom . . . kari . . dad. . . i'm sorry for making you worry and i'm sorry agumon for causing you trouble

Agumon: no tai i'm supposed to protect you

With that Agumon came in the hug as well

Everyone else were looking at the family with sad eyes knowing how it will fell when it will be one of the other children

Matt: 'tai! Please you cant die. I never said I L-!'

Just when Matt was about to continue in his mind and when tai's family started to get scared for tai they heard Agumon on screen

Agumon: Digivolve!

[A bright light glows from beneath Shellmon's foot, and Tai and the others watch, surprised.]

Tai: What's going on?

Matt: 'what? What's happening'

Everyone didn't dare hope but what can they do except watch

Agumon: Agumon digivolve to.... Greymon!

[Shellmon flings Tai out of the way as the tiny digimon suddenly grows into a giant tiger-striped tyrannosaur.]

Tai: Whoa! He did it again! Now he's Greymon!

[Shellmon charges his new opponent, and Greymon grapples with him.]

Tai: Now you're getting him. Go, Greymon!

Everyone: go! greymon!

Everyone was so happy they didn't remember that tai was on the verge of death once they were only happy that greymon saved tai

[Shellmon fires a stream of water at Greymon, who counters it with a stream of fire. Shellmon relents first, and Greymon takes advantage of the pause by using the horn on his snout as a scoop, throwing the other digimon out over the sea.]

Greymon: Digi-Nova Blast!

[The huge ball of fire propels Shellmon so far out to sea that when he lands, the splash looks tiny from the shore. Greymon shrinks down back to Agumon.]

Tai: What! Agumon! Oh, are you alright? You poor little guy. Agumon!

Agumon: Tai? Tai! Do you have anything to eat?

[Tai laughs, relieved. Later, Joe is kneeling on the beach next to a demolished payphone, talking into the receiver.]

Tai: Agumon are you really alright I'm worried crazy little guy

Agumon: don't worry tai we need to eat so we can fight more for more energy it's going to be ok

Joe: Hello? Come on, I know you're there! Operator? Operator!

Tai: There's really no reason to stay here now.

Matt: Who wants to break the bad news to Joe?

Jim: oh joe *a small smile was on his face*

Joe: hehe well atleast i now know what todo hehe *while his hand rub the back of his head sweat dropping a bit

[The Digimon, along with Sora, Mimi and T.K. are circled around a spread of food which is being gulped down quickly. Sora smiles.]

Sora: You want some more, just say so.

Izzy: Shellmon wasn't destroyed. He was just temporarily removed. We should pack up and leave before he decides he wants to come back for round two.

Matt: Good idea.

Joe: In that case, we should go right back to the forest. Because if anybody's looking for us, that's the place they'll go!

Sora: Joe, I said this before. We fell off a cliff and floated down a river to get here. And getting back there's a really big job.

Mimi: And we could run into Kuwagamon!

Izzy: Now listen. Logically speaking, if there are telephones here, then there must be people to use them. So, I think it makes good sense to try and find those people.

Joe: That makes sense?

Sora: It certainly does.

Joe: Hmmm.

Tai: Then let's all get going!

Agumon: Anywhere you want to go, I'll go, Tai. You just pick the direction.

Tai: Then let's get outta this place!

Matt: And let the monsters beware!

Joe: Mmm hmmm. Well, my plan is to avoid all monsters. Yep, that's my plan.

Tai: Okay, here we go!

The digimon: Digimon!

Mysterious voice: The group laughs, and they all head off, ready for

whatever adventure the digital world will throw at

them next.[than it showed someone with a digimon still watching them than it showed the person's eyes looking at them than it goes black]

(this is how he is looking at them but it isn't what he looks like)

(This is what his eye color looks like with slitted pupil plus the color is icy green.)

The episode finished and once it did everyone had questions on who this mysterious person is but tai seems to be in a world of his own until his eyes widen in shock but no one noticed 'no! It couldn't be him! Why. . . he was my friend. He disappeared what happened to him. I never told anyone about him mostly because I gave up on finding him plus I was afraid. 'they'. might have done something to him. But to see him or his eyes and that smirk it really is him he really is safe but what will he do is he against us or with us i . . respect whatever he believes in but . . .' and with that tai's thoughts ended
