As the sun began to raise over the city. Traffic sat at a red light. The streets was filled with back to back traffic. People sat behind their wheels with irritated looks. Most of them were heading to work, or on their way home from a long night work shift. 

A man in his black Volvo threw his hands in the air in exasperation. "Will this stupid light ever change?!" He roared angrily. 

Just then the man jumped as he heard something land on top of his roof of his car. He rolled down his window and stuck his head out. Sitting on top of his car was somewhat of a large white feline. The feline had yellow gloves over her paws. 

"Hey you! Get off my car!" He roared angrily. 

The feline hissed and jumped off his car. The creature hopped from top of cars throughout the street. Then the cat seem to be laughing as people continue to yell after it. 

Everything is going according to plan. The creature thought in the back of it's head. 

Blaine frowned as he stared at a poster that was hanging on the wall at the school. Their was a contest that had just started. It involved two friends getting together and writing papers on the other person. The paper's topic was why does this person make a good friend? 

The first person to come to his mind was Tiffany. She was always so friendly and kind. And always there for everyone. So she would make a great partner for this contest. 

The green haired boy pulled out his cell phone, and stared at picture of him and his sister standing in front of the Niagara falls. Him and family went to America three years ago, for a vacation. And he kept this picture as his home screen for a while now. 

Blaine walked away from his locker and looked up when he heard a female voice. "Hey Blaine" 

The green haired boy turned in the direction of the voice and saw Tiffany starring at him with a soft smile. "How are you doing today?" she asked brightly. 

Blaine shrugged. "Could be better. I am just glad that fight with the robotic turkey is over." He grumbled. 

Tiffany chuckled as she nodded to agree with him. "I can agree with you there." 

Blaine blushed as he stared at Tiffany. I wonder if she has similar feelings for me, that I do for her. I know she is waiting to get older. But does she have any feelings for me? 

"Hey Tiffany!" 

Blaine watched as Tiffany turned on her heels and looked over to the sound of the voice that had called out to her. She waved towards them, and a huge grin appeared on her face. "What's up Takato?!" She called out. 

The boy stopped in front of the blonde and smiled. "I had a question to ask you." 

Tiffany brushed some of her blonde hair out of her eyes. "And that is?" Blaine narrowed his eyes as he watched the blonde battered her eyelashes her eyelashes a few times. Is she doing this on purpose? 

"I was wondering if you want to do the friendship speech with me" 

Tiffany's smile only grew as she threw a fist into the air. "That sounds like a great idea Takato!" She cheered causing a few people to stare at them. Tiffany blushed as she realized she had caught a few people's attention. "Sorry" She whispered out loud rubbing the back of her neck. She looked really embarrassed. 

Blaine took a step forward. "Hey wait, I was going to as Tiffany to be my partner. I only grew quiet. Because I didn't want to interrupt you too." 

Tiffany stared between the two boys. With a confused look. 

"But...I had already started working on my speech about Tiffany. I had said that she may have come out to be a bully at first. But the true Tiffany is a true friend indeed. She always looks out for everyone. And she always tries her hardest to come on top." 

Tiffany blushed. "Awe Takato-" The blonde girl was about to say something more. But was stopped when Blaine spoke over her. 

"Get out of here kid. Tiffany and I are going to do the project." He pointed a thumb at his chest. 

"But Tiffany and I were friends first." Takato challenged as he bawled his fists and narrowed her eyes. 

Kids in the hallway slowly started to come to a halt. And started to surround the three of them. Some of them pulling out their cellphones. Thinking that a full blown fight was about to break out. 

"It's beyond me, what Tiffany sees in you." Blaine said spitefully. 

Takato shook his head. "You know what!? Why are you jealous of us? Do you really think Tiffany and I like each other? We are just friends!" He shouted. 

Tiffany held her hands up. She looked like she was trying to make up something to say. But she couldn't find the courage to say it. Back in the past, she always dreamed of two guys. Or even more fighting over her. But ever since she became a tamer, she became a new person. She didn't want her friends fighting over something stupid. 

"Jealous?!" Blaine said angrily. "Jealous of you?!" Blaine stepped forward and grabbed Takato by his shirt. "Listen, if anyone is jealous it is you! Every time Tiffany and I wanted to hang out by ourselves. You always want to tag along and play third wheel. But listen up kid. She and I will be the ones to end up together" 

"Let go off me!" Takato shouted angrily. The boy stared to struggle to get out of his grip. 

Tiffany's face turned dark red. She stepped in between the two. She pushed them away from each other and narrowed her eyes. "Quit it! You both are being so immature right now. I am tired of you both always fighting over me." The blonde shook her head. " We are supposed to be friends." Tears started to appear in her eyes. "If you guys can't be good friends too. I don't want nothing to do with the both of you! Just leave me alone!" She cried. 

She raced through the crowd of onlookers. A few students laughed as she had started to burst into tears. 

Takato and Blaine exchanged looks. The two of them had started to look guilty. 

"Blaine! Takato!" A female voice shouted over the range of disappointed of students who wanted to see a fight started to disband. Ms. Asaji stormed down the hallway and grabbed the two of them by their shoulders. "The two of you are coming with me to the principal's office" She said angrily and dragged them along the hallway. 

(Principal office) 

"What do you two have to say for yourselves?!" The principal shouted as he stared between the two boys sitting before him. The principal face was blood red. He not listening to the full story, thought the two of them had started a fight. 

Ms. Asaji stood in the back of the room with her arms over her chest. Her eyes narrowed as she shook her head. 

Takato and Blaine looked down at the ground in front of them. 

With not saying a word. The principal only grew angrier. "I have the right mind to expel the both of you. But seeing that both of you don't really have a record. I am going to let you go with a detention. " 

Ms. Asaji nodded. "And I will be calling your parents." She added. 

The two of them nodded. "We're sorry." They said in unison. 

"Get out of my office!" He shouted. 

The two boys got out of their chairs and walked out of the office. 

The two exchange looks before they walked away from one another to their own classrooms. 

(Ms. Asaji class) 

Tiffany walked into her classroom with tears in her eyes. The blonde hair girl sniffed and walked slowly towards her seat. She wiped her eyes and finally caught attention of two of her friends. 

Jeri and Julia quickly walked over to join their sides.  The two girls slowly rubbed the blonde's back. 

"What's wrong Tiffany?" Jeri asked sadly. 

Tiffany shook her head and tried her best to wipe her tears away. "Sorry...it just annoys me when people I care about fights." She whispers sadly. 

Julia frowned as she patted her friend softly on the back. "Who was fighting?" She asked. 

"Blaine and Takato" 

Jeri and Julia exchange looks. "Of course those two would." They mumble. 

Kazu and Kenta walked over as they overheard. 

"Takato got into a fight?" Kenta asked in surprise. 

"Who won?" Kazu added in. 

Tiffany narrowed her eyes at the two boys. "Now is not the time for your stupid jokes." 

Just as she said this, she frowned. "I'm sorry." She whispered as she rubbed her temples. "Just...ever since my parents got divorced. When people fight...it just...messes with me. I just don't want to see my friends fighting. Especially if It is over something stupid..." 

Julia raised an eyebrow. "What were they fighting over anyways." 

The blonde blushed but quickly recovered. As she decided not to tell the whole truth. Because didn't want to upset Jeri. "They wanted me to be their partner for that essay contest. But then they decided to fight over. Who I wanted to work with." She shook her head. "I finally had enough and told them both. That I would be neither of their partners." 

Tiffany looked over at her purple hair friend. "Do you want to be my partner for the contest?" she asked hopefully. 

Julia frowned as she shook her head. "Sorry Tiffany. I would totally would be your partner. But Jeri and I decided to work on the contest together." 

"I already beat you to the punch" Jeri teased as she spoke through her puppet. 

Tiffany giggled as little bit. And a smile slowly crept on her face. 

"There you go. I'm glad to see you smiling again." Jeri said happily. 

Just then the door to the classroom opened and the door was seen held open by their teacher. She was holding the door open for Takato. "Go to your seat. You better count yourself lucky that the principal didn't expel the two of you." 

Takato walked with his head down to his seat and sighed sadly. 

Tiffany watched as her friends quickly found their way to their seats. 

"Okay, everyone pull your textbooks out and please turn to page 24." She instructed. 

Everyone in the classroom pulled out their textbooks and their notebooks. So they could write down any notes if needed. 

Takato was the only one who didn't do so. The brown haired boy put his head down to his desk and sighed sadly. 

"Dude, you doing okay?" Kazu whispered over to his friend. 

"Do you want to talk about it after school?" Kenta added.

 Ms. Asaji whirled around. "No talking" 

Kazu and Kenta closed their mouths and quickly flipped through their textbooks to their rightful page. Takato remained quiet with his head to his desk. 

(Park) 

A white blur was seen running through the park. 

"What should I do next?" A voice cackled in laughter. "What mayhem should I cause? So much to do. Such little time to do it."

Henry and Tiffany were both walking through the park. Julia trailed behind them. 

Terriermon sat on top of Henry's head. Tapirmon sat on Tiffany's shoulder. And Pansamon was held tightly in Julia's arms. 

"You cant be serious. Blaine and Takato got into a fight?" Henry asked in complete shock. 

Tiffany shook her head. "They didn't get into a physical fight. But yeah they had an argument. It was silly, if you asked me." She grumbled. 

"They should be ashamed of themselves." Terriermon said boldly. 

"Were they fighting over you?" Tapirmon asked the blonde with a questioning stare. 

The blonde's face turning quickly pink. And she covered it in embarrassment. "No" 

Pansamon shook a finger. "That doesn't sound like a true statement to me." He grinned. 

Terriermon nodded to agree with him. 

Julia frowned. "Guilmon was so upset when he found out that Takato had to stay in school a little longer. He didn't want to leave the school grounds." She whispered. "At least Gatomon is keeping him company." She pointed out. 

"It is the geek squid." A voice called over Julia. 

The group stared up into the trees, to see Impmon staring down at them. 

"Oh great...it's Impmon." They all groaned  in unison.

Impmon crossed his arms over his chest. "Why do you guys never seem happy to see me. Huh?" he asked.

"Let me see. I think it's because your annoying." Pansamon said out loud.

Julia bonked the panther digimon on top of his head.

"Ouch" he cried.

"That isn't nice"  

Impmon chuckled as he watched Pansamon looked down at Pansamon. "Yeah, you got to play nice. When you human friends are around." He teased. "You pet!" 

Pansamon barred his fangs, and growled in the back of his throat. 

Just then, everyone gasped as they watched Gatomon jump into the tree. The feline digimon had her back turn to everyone. The cat even shocked Impmon who jumped back in surprise. 

"What the..." 

Gatomon pulled out a rope from a small bag that was wrapped around her hip. And she quickly started to tie Impmon up. She then tied the other end of the rope to the tree branch. "Have fun" She laughed and pushed Impmon off the side of the branch. 

Impmon yelled out in surprise when he fell over the edge. He started to be pulled up and back down, as if he was going bungee cording. "This isn't my idea of fun! You stupid cat. Someone get me down from here." He cried. 

"Gatomon! Why did you do that?" Henry yelled up to her. 

The cat slowly turn her head back to them and winked. "My little secret" She then jumped off quickly. And ran away. 

Pansamon blinked in surprise. "I know Gatomon...she wouldn't do something like that." 

Julia shook her head. "I do too...but we just saw her...." 

Tiffany raised her eyebrow. "Impmon do you need help." 

Impmon shook his head as he was being held up side down. "Nope, just give me a few seconds. And I will be free." 

Tapirmon titled his head in confusion. "Do you ever want friends?" 

Impmon shook his head. "I don't need or want friends. They just hold you back." He spat. 

Tiffany gasped as the memory of her dream appeared in her head. She just realized this had happened in her dreams. Could I really be a dream walker?  Tiffany thought to herself. 

"We should go after her" Terriermon suggested. 

"That isn't a bad idea." Henry agreed. 

Tiffany pulled out her cell phone. "I am going to call Rika. She might be able to help find out what's going on." 

Tiffany dialed Rika's cell phone. 

Rika picked up on the second ring. 

"Hello?" Rika's voice asked in annoyance. 

"Rika we need your help." 

Rika sighed "What is the problem blondie? Their isn't a digimon attack. Please don't tell me. You want to have a sleepover. I don't do girlie parties." She grumbled. 

Tiffany rolled her eyes. "That isn't it at all. Gatomon is acting strangely. She just made Impmon do a bungee jump. She isn't acting like herself. So we need your help." She exclaimed.

Rika shook her head. The orange hair girl remained silent and walked over to her bed where her blue D-power sat. She grabbed it and her card pack.  

"Hmm...fine. I will meet up with you guys. I don't have anything better to do."  

"Thank you. Meet us up here at the park." She exclaimed. 

(School) 

Takato and Blaine sat in the same class room. The two of them sat far apart from one another. As they stared around the classroom. 

Sitting up front of the classroom was Ms. Asaji. She was reading from her book. 

Takato put his chin in the palm of his hand and frowned. He sighed sadly and wished that he could be hanging out with everyone else. I wonder if their is a digimon attack going on right now. I just wish that Blaine and I didn't get into a fight. 

"No complaining Takato. You know why you both are here." The woman shook her head. "Gosh I need some coffee right now." She stood up from her chair and pointed a finger at the two boys. "You both stay here. If either of you leave. You will either face more days of detention. Plus no fighting, if I come back in here and you both are arguing up a storm. I will personally make sure you both get expelled." 

She walked over to the door of the classroom and left the room. 

Blaine tapped his fingers on his desk impatiently. 

The green haired boy looked over at Takato and sighed. The fourteen year old boy rubbed his hand through his short hair. 

"Hey Takato" 

The brown hair boy looked up at him. "What?" The twelve year old asked. 

"I'm really sorry for what I said. I guess I was a little jealous of you." 

Takato was surprise to hear Blaine apologizing to him. He looked down at his desk. "I'm sorry too." 

"Dude, you don't have to apologize for anything. I should be the one who should feel bad here. You and Tiffany are just friends. Hell she even told me, she doesn't want to date anyone. I feel as if I am not only trying to hurt you. But I am forcing Tiffany to like me. If anything Tiffany should choose the person she cares about. And whoever it may be. If it is me, you, or even some other guy. It should be her choice." 

Takato nods. "Your right. Plus she is our friend." 

Blaine sighed. The green haired boy stood up from his desk and walked over to sit next to the brown haired boy. "How about this. Why don't we start over." "My name is Blaine Glare, I am fourteen years old. I like to play videogames, and my favorite anime is of course digimon." He held out his hand. 

Takato smiled and grabbed his hand and shook it. "My name is Takato Matsuki, I am twelve years old. I like to play videogames, playing the card and watching the anime of digimon." 

The green haired boy suddenly got an idea in his head. He grabbed his bad from underneath his desk and placed it in his lap. He unzipped the bag and pulled out his notebook. He rip out two pages from the book and handed one to Takato. 

"I have a question I want to ask you. Do you want to be my essay partner?" Blaine asked with a smile. 

Takato nods and grabbed the page from Blaine. "Sure that sounds like a good idea. If we cane show Tiffany that we want to be friends. Then she will forgive us for fighting with each other." '

Blaine and Takato smiled and pulled out pencils. And started to work on their essays. 

"So what kind of videogames do you like to play?" Blaine asked with a grin. 

Takato shrugged. "Anything that deals with adventures, or role playing . My favorite videogame series is Pokémon though." 

Blaine chuckles. "I think a lot of people like Pokémon. Myself included. I have to say my least favorite gym leader in all the games. Is Whitney in Jotho. She is such a pain." 

Takato laughed. "Tell me about it. Her Miltank, knocked out my entire team in what felt like thirty seconds. And that was my fifth time trying to battle her." He rubbed the back of his neck as he laughed. 

The two started to write stuff down on their papers. 

"What do you plan to do after school? Any ideas? Work related I mean" Takato asked. 

Blaine thought about it. "You know. I haven't really thought about it yet. But I feel like I want to join the police force. Or be a detective. Solving murder cases." The green haired boy turned to Takato. "How about you? Have any ideas?" 

Takato nodded. "I was thinking about taking over my father's bakery. I really like baking. Either that or design my own videogames." He exclaimed. 

The two friends continue talking to one another. While Ms. Asaji stood outside. The brown haired woman was smiling to herself as she took a sip of her coffee. She was happy to see that the two have forgiven one another, and was trying to be friends. She was going to allow them to finish their essays before she went back on. 

(Outside the school) 

Guilmon wiped his eyes. "Takatomon where are you." Guilmon whined as he sat in the bushes. 

Gatomon sighed for what felt like the hundredth time for her. "Don't worry Guilmon. Takato and Blaine only have a few more minutes of detention left. Then we will be able to meet up with the others." She reassured him. 

Guilmon whimpers. "But I'm hungry." The reptile places a hand on his stomach as it growls. 

Gatomon frowns as she stares at him. "Don't be sad Guilmon. If you want I could go and get you some food." 

Guilmon's eyes started to sparkle. "You would do that?" he asked hopefully. 

The feline digimon nods. "Of course, it would only take me a few minutes to get into town and back. I would be able to get into Julia's house, and grab us a couple of snacks. Have any suggestions?" she asked with a bright smile. 

Guilmon began to wag his tail. "If they have any. Can you bring me some bread?" he asked hopefully. 

The feline digimon nods. "I will be back before you even know it." The feline digimon turns and rushes off in the shrubbery. 

(Park) 

Tiffany and her friends were running through the park. They were trying to find where Gatomon went. 

"Where did she go?" Julia asked looking around the park for any sign of the white feline digimon. 

Rika ran over to them. The orange haired girl stopped in front of them and placed a hand on her hip. "So, what is wrong with Gatomon?" she asked. 

Tiffany shook her head. "We don't have any idea. She isn't acting like herself." The blonde frowned. 

Henry nodded to agree with her. "She truly prank Impmon. When did you ever see Gatomon messing with someone. She does teasing people. But making Impmon going bungee diving, isn't her style." 

Terriermon chuckles. "She is more of a girl who likes to tease people. Instead of pulling pranks on them." The bunny digimon waved his hand. 

"Hey you! Get away from my shop!" A man shouted. 

The group turned towards the sound of the voice. Renamon appeared by Rika's side. "Gatomon is over there" Renamon pointed in the direction of the voice. 

The group runs in the direction of the scream and noticed the while feline was in front of a fish stand. 

The feline grabbed a fish from the stand and smiled evilly. She started to eat the fish quickly. 

"Get out of here you stupid cat!" 

Gatomon finished eating the fish. And threw the bone to the side. 

Julia quickly raced over to the side of Gatomon. "Oh my god. Sorry my cat loves eating fish. I guess she couldn't wait to get home. Mrs. Tickles., Mr tickles and I was looking everywhere for you." 

Julia held Pansamon in one arm while she reached out for Gatomon. The feline digimon unseen smirked and pounced towards an open window ledge. She quickly jumped from ledge to ledge. Going towards the top of the building. 

"Come on! We have to get up there!" Henry shouted. 

The group nods and heads towards the entrance of the building. The raced up the stairs and finally made it to the roof of the building. 

Once there they all saw Gatomon waiting for them. The feline digimon had its back turned to all of them.  

"Well hello there. It is funny meeting you here." 

Tapirmon titled his head to the feline. "Gatomon why are you doing this. This isn't like you at all." He shouted. 

Terriermon nodded. "He is right. Your being a butt." He complained. 

Henry hushed him. "Gatomon what ever is going on. You can tell us. We won't judge you." 

The feline started to pretend to cry. "I am so glad that you think so." The feline turned around and Tiffany and her friends all made a sick look as they all stared at the digimon in front of them. 

The digimon had a feline face but it was way different than Gatomon's face. It almost appeared to have makeup on it's face. The digimon wore a Gatomon costume. It wore large yellow paws with sharp gray claws. At the end of his tail was a black tail ring. 

Rika quickly pulled out her D-power and held it out in front of her. A hologram of the digimon appeared in front of the screen in front of her. "That is Betsumon. It is...great not another one. It is an ultimate level digimon. Depending to cosplay as other digimon. Betsumon can be a strong digimon, if you let your guard down." 

"Renamon!" 

The fox digimon nodded and jumped forward. "Diamond storm!" 

The cat digimon grinned and jumped backwards. The creature quickly pulls something out of his bag and everyone gasps as Betsumon is now wearing a Renamon outfit. 

"I am Renamon. No one will stand in my way." He chuckled. 

"Now that is a creepy sight." Terriermon announced. 

"Your telling me" Henry mumbled. 

Terriermon, Tapirmon, and Pansamon joined Renamon's side. The four digimon stood off against Betsumon. 

"Haha, let's try this." Betsumon pounced into his air and held out his arms like a plain. "Diamond storm!" He shouted. Sharp white diamonds flew towards the four digimon. 

"Watch out!" Tiffany shouted. 

Tapirmon narrowed his eyes. "Nightmare syndrome!" He produced a small pink cloud of energy. 

Betsumon did a somersault in the air to avoid the pink cloud. 

"Terrier Tornado!" Terriermon called out. 

"Diamond storm!" 

"Shadow Frenzy!" 

Betsumon grinned as he stood in place. The three attacks struck in front of where the ultimate level digimon stood moments before. 

"We got him!" Henry shouted with a grin. 

"That was actually pretty easy." 

Rika shook her head. "He isn't down yet." 

Everyone looks through the cloud of mist to see Betsumon was now wearing a Terriermon costume. "Henry! Why are you picking on me." He cried in a fake manner. 

Henry sweat drop. "This guy is just toying with us." 

Tiffany narrowed her eyes. "If rookie level is doing nothing. We have to kick it up a notch." 

The other three nod as they all pulled out a card. 

The screen split up into a four screen. Four cards spun around on the screen. Until they were caught by their owner. Henry looks at the screen with his eyes narrowed, Rika looks determined, Julia smiles brightly, while Tiffany winks. 

"Digimodiffy!" They shouted in unison. 

They all slashed their cards through their D-powers. 

"Digivoultion activate!" 

"Digivoultion" Their digivices announced in unison. 

"Renamon" 

"Pansamon" 

"Terriermon" 

"Tapirmon" 

"Digivovle too..." 

"Kyubimon" 

"Gamimon!" 

"Gargomon!" 

"Airdramon!" 

The four champion level digimon appeared from the data swarm bubbles they were once surrounded in. 

Betsumon grinned as he once again changed into a different costume. 

Betsumon was now wearing a Gamimon costume. "I am Gamimon. A dark warrior digimon. Don't mess with me, or I will break your back." He taunted. 

Gamimon barred his fangs. "He is going to get it!" He roared. Gamimon raced forward with his fists bawled. 

"Gamimon don't!" Julia called after him. 

"Hellfire blossom!" Gamimon's fists were engulfed in red energy as he pounced towards the cosplaying digimon. 

Betsumon jumped towards the panther digimon. Which caused the champion digimon to be caught off guard. 

"Quoth the raven!" He laughed as dark energy surrounded him. He slammed his side against Gamimon's chest. Sending the panther digimon crashing to the ground. 

"Gamimon!" Julia shouted. 

"Dragon wheel!" Kyubimon called out as she became a burning ball of energy. 

Gargomon pointed his Vulcans at Betsumon. "Take this Gargo pellets!" He shouted. 

Betsumon quickly changed into another costume. He now was wearing a Tapirmon costume. He closed his eyes as the attacks phased through his body. 

"This is completely unfair" Tiffany shouted. "Airdramon go for him!" 

Before the dragon could move. 

Betsumon turned towards Gargomon and chuckled. "Nightmare syndrome!" He produced a small pink cloud of energy at the rabbit digimon. 

Gargomon eyes slowly shut as the energy surrounded him. "Henry...I feel tired." He whispered as he fell over backwards and fell asleep. 

"Gargomon!" Henry shouted worriedly. 

Julia was shuffling around her card deck. "A blue card would be great right now." She grumbled. 

"Thousand needles!" Airdramon called out as he started to spin around like a top. 

Betsumon quickly changed costumes once again. He now was wearing a Kyubimon costume. 

"This guy is a freak show" Rika complained. "Nothing we do, sends him on the ropes." 

"Dragon wheel!" Betsumon shouted. He turned into a burning wheel of flame and deflected the needles. 

Tiffany took a step forward. "What do you want?! Why are you here." 

Betsumon smirked. "I am here to prevent the next tamer to get the blue card. My master wants you chosen children to get out of his way." he snickered. 

"Master?" Henry asked puzzled. 

"Did he just say someone else is about to get the blue card?" Julia said in surprise. 

"I will give you all a hint" He chuckled as he switched costumes once again. He now flew in the air. He was now wearing an Angewomon costume. 

He held out a bow towards us and pulled back on the string. "Celestial arrow!" He released the bow of arrow. The beam of pink energy flew towards Kyubimon.

"Oh no, you don't!" Rika shouted as she pulled out a card.

"Digi-Modify!" She shouted. She slashed the card through her D-power.

"Seasarmon activate, Holy wall!"  

Kyubimon closed her eyes as a wall of yellow energy appeared in front of her. The arrow slammed into the wall of energy and disappeared in thin air. 

A thick cloud appeared where Betsumon flew. When the cloud disappeared. Betsumon was gone. 

Julia covered her mouth with her free hand. "That freak is going to go after my brother ." She whispered in fear. 

Rika shook her head. "How does it even know, when one of us is about to receive the blue card?" She asked in mock surprise. 

Tiffany shook her head. "I don't know. But I am going to try to call him." She pulls out her cell phone and quickly dials up Blaine. 

Three rings later and she gets his answer machine. "Blaine! Their is a digimon on your way. Please stay safe. It is one tough ultimate level digimon. Call me as soon as you get this message." She warned. 

Julia frowned. "We need to get to the school. And fast" The purple hair girl quickly rushed to Gamimon's side. "Are you okay?" She asked the champion. The panther digimon placed a left paw on his face. 

"I'll be fine" He slowly struggled to his feet and got up. 

"We have to hurry up and get there." Henry suggested. 

They all nodded and headed straight towards the stairs of the building. 

"May I suggest we take the elevator this time?" Gargomon asked sleepily. 

(School) 

Blaine and Takato smiled as they both finished their essays. 

"Looks like I am done" Blaine said with a grin. 

"I am too. It looks like we could be good friends after all." He laughed. 

Ms. Asaji walked into the classroom as she took a sip from her coffee mug. 

"Well it looks like both of your time is up. Please for the next time you both have an argument. Do not let it get into an all out fight. I hope you both learned your lesion." She shook her head. 

"We did Ms. Asaji" They both said in unison. 

She gestured to the door. "Okay go" 

The two friends grinned and put their essays in their bags. "Have a good night Ms. Asaji." 

The brown haired woman waved after the two of them. "You too." She called after them. 

(Outside of school) 

Gatomon smiled as she ran through a field. She had just finished grabbing some snacks from Julia's house. She had a bag held in her fangs. In the bag she had slices of bread, and a bag of tuna fish for herself. 

She couldn't wait to dig into the food. She had to admit that she was starting to get hungry herself. 

Gatomon was almost to the school when she felt a sudden urge to look up into the air.

"Heaven's charm!" A male voice shouted. 

Gatomon shouted in complete surprise when a pink blast of energy was fired straight at her. She dodge the blast of energy. And the bag of food was sent falling to the ground. 

Gatomon looked up in the air to see an Angewomon. 

The feline digimon was confused to see the angel digimon. Why was this angel digimon attacking her? She had thought angel digimon were good digimon. They were supposed to protect the weak and innocent digimon in the digital world. Was something controlling her? 

"Angewomon, why are you attacking me? Is something wrong with you?!" She asked worriedly. 

The angel digimon sneered and landed in front of her. Suddenly the angel tore her skin off as if it was a costume. And then Gatomon was surprised to see a digimon that looked similar to her. 

"Who are you?" she asked. 

"I am Betsumon. And I am here to take you out." He chuckles. He raced forward and tried to slash at her with his large claws. 

Gatomon jumped back and barred her fangs. " Leave me alone, unless you want to start something." She threaten. 

"Straight man punch!" Betsumon punched the feline digimon across her face. 

Gatomon cried out in pain. But gritted her fangs. She stood up straight from the attack. Electricity started to surround her right paw. "Electric paw!" She shouted as she jumped forward and slammed her paw in his chest. 

Betsumon started to cry out in pain as static started to surge around his body. "Ow, ow" He cried out in pain. 

Betsumon shook his head quickly and threw his fist out. Gatomon returned the punch with her own. The two of them skidded backwards from the surge of energy that meet between the two of them. 

Gatomon hissed at Betsumon. "Leave me alone!" 

Betsumon snickered. "Hey did you hear this joke?  What did the green grapes say to the purple grape. Breathe idiot! Breathe!" 

Gatomon shook her head at the stupid joke. Suddenly she felt her body feel as if it became frozen. She couldn't  no matter how much she tried. 

Betsumon snicker. "Can't move. I am going to consume your data." Betsumon barred his claws and pounced towards her. 

"Pyro sphere!" Guilmon shouted. 

Betsumon cried out in pain as the attack struck him in the back.

"Good job Guilmon!" Takato grinned. 

Takato and Blaine ran over to where Gatomon was. 

"Gatomon are you okay?" Blaine asked the feline digimon worriedly. 

The feline digimon nodded. 

"I think so" She whispered. 

Betsumon turned his attention to Takato and Blaine. "So one of you two is the tamer of Gatomon. I will stop you, and my master will finally be happy." 

Takato narrowed his eyes as he pulled out his D-Power out. "I don't think so." 

A card spun around on the screen. "Digi-Modify!" Takato shouted as he grabbed the card. He slashed the card through his digivice. 

"Digivoultion activate!" He shouted. 

"Digivoultion" His digivice announced. 

"Guilmon digivovle too..." 

"Growlmon!" 

Growlmon dashed forward at the feline digimon. "Pyro blaster!" 

Betsumon laughed. "When will tamers ever learn, No matter what they throw at me. I am one step ahead of them. I have learned all of your guys moves. And when your precious Gatomon digivovles. I will know her move set too. Their is nothing you guys can do to stop me now." He cackled. 

Betsumon quickly put on a Growlmon costume. "Raiden blade!" He called out. He slashed out at Growlmon causing the champion to cry out in pain. 

Blaine looked over at his digimon. "Can you still fight." She quickly nodded and raced forward. 

"Takato, if we want to win. We have to work together." 

The brown haired boy nodded. "Let's do it!" 

"Digi-Modify!" They both shouted as they both swiped a card through their digivices.

"hyper wing activate!"

"Hyper speed activate!" Blaine yelled.

Wings sprouted from Growlmon's back. The reptile digimon flew towards Betsumon. The feline digimon eyes grew wide in surprise. "Pyro blaster!" 

Betsumon cried out in pain as he skidded backwards. 

Gatomon dashed forward and pounced forward with her claws extended. "Eclectic paw!" She called out. 

"Raiden blade!" Betsumon deflected the attack with his own attack. 

"Come on Takato! Get your head in the game" Blaine growled. 

Takato raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" 

Blaine shook his head. "If you come up with a good battle strategy. Maybe Growlmon can hit him" 

Takato raised an eyebrow. "Blaine why are you acting like a jerk again?" 

Blaine blinked in surprise as he saw Gatomon thrown backwards. Her data scrambled around as she tried to stay in her champion form. 

Betsumon cackled. "Come on feline. Get back up and fight me" He taunted. 

Gatomon struggled to get back to her feet. 

Takato watched as Growlmon raced forward to Betsumon. "Leave my friend alone" Betsumon snickered as he quickly changed costumes. He now wore a Leomon costume. He grabbed Growlmon by the right arm and threw him over his shoulder. Growlmon cried out in pain as he slammed into the ground. 

Takato bawled his fists. "You know Blaine. If you want to be friends. You have to realize. You can't blame others for your mistakes." 

Blaine stared down at his D-power. A flash of Tiffany's crying face was shown across the screen. 

To protect the people I love...

A image of Julia smiling brightly with Pansamon in her arms flashed across the screen. 

To protect my family...

Suddenly Blaine realized what he was doing for the past few days. Ever since the battle with that tiger digimon. Instead of blaming himself for his faults. He would blame people he cared about. 

Blaine chuckled. 

Takato stared at the green haired boy. "What's wrong?" 

Blaine smiled. "Thank you, Takato. Now I realize. What I am doing wrong." He held out a card. "I need to stop blaming others. If I keep pushing everyone away, I won't have anyone left. I need my friends to fight by my side. Gatomon!" Blaine shouted at the top of his lungs. 

The feline open her eyes in surprise. Betsumon was thrown off the champion level digimon by an unknown force. 

Blaine was shocked to see the card he was only holding a second before was now the blue card. 

"Blaine! You got the blue card. Use it!" 

Blaine smile grew. "Okay Gatomon, let's do it" 

Gatomon nodded as she bawled her fists. "Time for payback Betsumon." 

Betsumon smirked. "Even if you digivovle. I know what you will turn into. Their is no way you will defeat me" 

Calumon watched from a distance. The small digimon covered her mouth with a tiny hand. 

"Your wrong. No matter what Gatomon turns into. With my friends by my side. We can do anything!" Blaine shouted. 

The blue card spun across the screen until Blaine caught the card. 

"Let's see what this thing can do" 

Blaine narrowed his eyes as he swiped the card through his D-Power. "Digi-Modify!" Blaine shouted. 

"Matrix Digivoultion!" He shouted. 

Calumon closed her eyes as the symbol on her forehead started to glow. "Crystal matrix activate!" 

"Matrix Digivoultion" Blaine's digivice announced. 

Blaine's yellow D-power was shown on the screen. A hologram of a digital egg was shown being put together until, the D-power zoomed off the screen. 

"Gatomon digivovle too..." A red diamond with Calumon in the center of the diamond was shown flying around until it struck Gatomon's golden tail ring. 

Gatomon was shown suddenly becoming a bright yellow being. Her body glowing with elegant bright light.  The figure raised it's right wrist as Gatomon's glove slowly flew off and was replaced with a white glove. The figure spun around as the light started to dissolve quicker. The figure wore a pure white dress, with a light pink robe over her dress. She raised her left wrist as her other Gatomon's glove was removed and another white glove flew to take it's place. The tail ring flew from her dissolving tail and become a bracelet around her left wrist. The figure kicked out with her left leg as boots appeared on both of her feet. On either side of the top of the boots small white wings designs seem to flutter in the wind. The figure held her gloved hands over her chest, as a pink ribbon tied itself around the figure's neck. The figure face was finally revealed. A young woman's face was shown from the bright yellow light. She blinked as she waved a white gloved hand over her face. A small swan mask covered her eyes. And her lips were now covered in a light red lipstick. The figure's hair was long and brown. A pink witch hat appeared on top of her head, and small white cat like ears stuck out on either side of the hat. 

The figure spun around the digital space with a huge grin on her face. She let out a bright giggle as a staff appeared in her gloved hands. "Sorceressmon!" She called out. 

Sorceressmon stood in front of Blaine and Takato with a warm smile on her face. The ultimate digimon held her staff out. 

"She didn't digivovle into Angewomon" Takato said in surprise. 

Blaine held up his D-power to the new digimon in front of him. A hologram version of his digimon partner appeared on the screen. "Sorceressmon, they are known apprentices to any wizards or witch digimon in the digital world. Seeking to want to know magic. They try to learn magic as quick as possible. They are seen to be fairy god mothers of the digital world, and is willing to fight when the need calls for it." 

Blaine blinked in surprise as he stared at the ultimate in front of him. "I can't believe you turn into this." 

Sorceressmon turned her head to him and winked. "You made me this way Blaine. The feeling of friendship that you produce. You made me digivovle to Sorceressmon, the power of friendship is surging through me." 

Betsumon barred his fangs. "Wait...you didn't become an Angewomon? My...calculations were wrong?" He asked himself in confusion 

Sorceressmon smiled softly as she spun her staff around in the air. "Mystical light!" She sang cheerfully. Pink energy slammed into Betsumon causing him to cry out in pain. 

Betsumon shook his head. "This doesn't make any since. How could I be wrong." 

Sorceressmon shook her head as she raced forward to the cosplaying digimon. "You may not believe in the power of friendship. But I feel the energy from Blaine. I am willing to fight for the people he wants to protect. He may be somewhat of a jerk at times." 

Blaine blinks at this. "I take offense to that." He mumbles. 

Sorceressmon giggles. "I thought you would. But first let me finish this guy." The sorceress digimon started to raise her gloved hands in the air. "Mystical magic!" She called out. The gold bracelet around her wrist started to glow. Gold light struck Betsumon in his chest. 

The cosplaying digimon cried out in pain as he burst into data. 

Blaine and Takato quickly joined Sorceressmon's side. The sorceress digimon smiled softly as she stared at the green haired boy. "I finally digivovled to ultimate. Just like you wanted." 

Blaine's eyes started to water. As he remembered how he wanted her to digivovle...to fight that tiger digimon. 

"I'm sorry Sorceressmon. I may not have apologize for that before. But please know, how truly sorry I am." 

Sorceressmon smiled softly. "I will always forgive you Blaine. You are my best friend after all. Where would I get my tuna from anyways?" she asked with a teasing smile. 

Blaine wiped tears from his eyes. 

Sorceressmon closed her eyes and smiled. 

"Blaine!" Tiffany voice was heard. 

Blaine and Takato saw Tiffany and the others racing over with their champion level digimon. "Are you guys okay?" She asked quickly. 

Blaine nodded. "Everything is fine. Gatomon was able to digivovle to the ultimate level." He said with a grin pointing to Sorcermon. 

The sorceress curtseyed towards everyone.

"You finally reached ultimate. How does it feel Gatomon?" Gamimon asked.

The sorceress smile brighten. "The power is completely amazing. I can't wait to become a mega level digimon." She said with a huge grin. 

Henry frowned at the mention of the mega level. He was still worried about the power a mega could bring. How dangerous it could be to fight one of those digimon. Hell, they just had a hard time fighting Betsumon today...and he wasn't even a Deva. 

Rika sighed. "Well I recommend we all get home. It's getting late" 

At this everyone looks up into the night sky. Finally realizing how late it was. 

"We should hurry up and get home." Tiffany suggested. 

Airdramon nods. "Do you want me to fly you there?" 

The blonde smiled and nodded. "Goodnight everyone" 

She got on the back of the dragon digimon and held on tightly to him as he flew off. I wonder what Airdramon will look like when he digivovles. 

(later) 

When Tiffany was in her apartment she sat at her computer desk. Airdramon had flown back to the park after dropping her off. He was going to stay with the other digimon. While they wait to dedigivovle. 

Tiffany went to goggle and typed in Joe and Skylar fanfiction. One quickly pop up from a website called Wattpad. She clicked the first story she saw. It was about Skylar and the group from the first series. Cassie, Mimi, Skylar, and their boyfriends going to the bar. And the girls got drunk...and started singing. It was a strange but funny story. Mimi was a sad drunk, Cassie was a happy drunk, and Skylar was a flirty drunk. The blonde added the story to her favorites. 

She noticed that the story was written by a girl named Haru Amari. Or her profile name on Wattpad was random_lover_anime

She smiled as she wanted to see some fanart of Jolar. The blonde had to admit she did like the ship of Jolar.

She then moved on to the next picture

Tiffany decided to look down at one more picture

Tiffany smiled as she stared at her old friend. Reading and seeing all these fan art, and stories. She was happy to see her old friend happy. She just wished she could apologize for everything she did to her. 

Tiffany took a deep breathe and crawled into bed. She clicked off her lamp and went to bed. 

(Elsewhere) 

An eleven year old girl was sitting on a computer. She had black shoulder blade length hair bunny shaped ribbons in her hair. Her eyes were bright green. She had fair skin and she was currently wearing a white black stripped shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers. In her left ear was a small device. 

The girl was silently typing on her computer. A small smile on her face. 

"Haru" A female voice whispered. 

The black hair girl didn't seem to notice the voice. 

Suddenly a plant like creature stepped out from a closet in the girl's room. The creature appeared to be the size of a small child. The creature had light green skin, and yellow weed like hair flowing down the side of her face. The creature was wearing a torn bluebell flower dress. Over the plant's creature face was a mask. The mask was a plain gray with the designs of narrowed eyes and a twisted smirk with sharp teeth. The mask was held to the digimon's face with vines with sharp thorns. 

'Haru" The female digimon tried again. She placed a soft hand on the girl's back. 

Haru quickly turned her head back to face the plant digimon. "Oh" She said in a soft voice. 

She touched the small device in her left ear. She quickly dived for her notebook on her bed. And grabbed a pencil. "How late is it?" She wrote down on her notebook. She showed the notebook to the plant digimon. 

"It is way past your bed time. It is midnight." The plant digimon informed. 

The girl frowned. "I was having so much fun writing my digimon fanfictions. I must have lost track of time." She wrote down. 

The plant digimon shook her head. "Haru, you should go to sleep. You have a long day ahead of you." 

Haru nodded and smiled as she walked over to her bed. She got under her bedsheets. She removed the hearing aid from her ear. And closed her eyes. 

On the bed side next to her was a white D-power with a light blue ring in the center. 

The girl closed her eyes and fell asleep.

So yes! Finally a new chapter! Sorry for the late delay. But with work and school. And working on my official story. I have no time to work on my fanfictions as much as I used to. 

I have shown the contest winners in this chapter now. And yes a new character. Haru she is owned by random_lover_anime  

Haru is definitely going to be an interesting character to add to the series. The plant digimon in the book. I have made the oc, along with my brother's help. The mask she is wearing is an object called. The mask of inner beauty. More will be explained soon. Talk to you all later!
