(James' P.O.V.)

My friends and I were screaming as we were falling through pitch darkness.

I couldn't see anything around me. In only a matter minutes i started to lose consciousness.

Everything was gone. When i woke up i found myself in what could only be describe as a office room.

My friends were all around me. Their digimon were all awake as well.

"Is everything alright?" I asked.

Zen nodded and rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah everything is fine. Im just a little spook on where we are." He mummbled

Fanny rubbed her face. "You know... i dont get why villians have to send us to strange weird places." She mummbled.

Cody laughed. "Who know we could be back in your mind again Fanny. Time to find some secrets on you."

Panthemon nodded to agree with him. "Yeah we can see if you like Kouji or not."

Fanny rolled her eyes.

Jiwon walked behind Cody and slapped him in the back of the head

"Ow! What was that for?" He asked angrily.

"For being stupid." She mummbled.

Egaramon turned to Wormon who was sitting on a desk with Chicamon. The worm digimon was eating a donut.

"Do you know where we are?" She asked

Wormon shrugged. "The first time i have ever been here." He mummbled.

Elizabeth sighed sadly. "That's great...we dont know where we are."

Amanda nodded sadly to agree with her. "I just hope the other digidestined can hold off the soliders long enough for us to figure out a way out of here." She mummbled

Huitzomon pointed to a pair of doors that were open. On the outside was a huge forest. The trees didnt seem to have any color at all. "Well i guess we can take that way out." He suggested.

Ariomon shrugged. "It could be a trap."

Jeffrey rolled his eyes. "Not everything is a trap you know."

The pegasus Digimon turn to her tamer. "Yes i do know that but everytime i say something is a trap. I usually im right."

Spadamon frowned. "She does have a point."

Reymon rubbed his paws together uneasily. "Well we can't stay in here forever though." He mummbled.

Miragemon nodded. "We have to get back to the fight." She announced.

Crystal the whole time we were in the office was looking at the ground. She look up at all of us with tears in her eyes. "Im not going back!" She screamed.

Glaciamon look puzzled. "But Crystal...you have to help... we need you." She whispered.

I rested a hand on my friend's shoulder. "What's wrong Cry-"

Before i could say anythint Crystal step back and yelled at me. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT JAMES!" she sobbed.

"My fault? What did i do?" I asked confused.

Phemon nodded. "James did nothing wrong."

Crystal barred her teeth. "Why do you care for the digimon more than your friends and family! WHEN DID YOU EVER ASK IF ANYONE OF US WAS OKAY?! I BET YOUR HAPPY THAT EARTH IS DESTROYED AREN'T YOU?" She cried.

I barred my teeth. "When did you start acting like a spoiled brat?" I asked back.

Elizabeth held up a hand. "James..."

I held up a hand to stop her from talking. "No i want to here how this girl always have to make things about her."

Crystal bawled her fists. "Come on Glaciamon." She instructed.

Glaciamon and her walk to the door

The both walked through and i growled.

"Oh no you dont. Your going to talk to me." I said. Phemon flew on my shoulder.

"James calm down. Your not thinking straight."

I walk through the doors and suddenly behind me the doors to the office were slammed shut and their was a click. The doors were locked.

"Oh crap." I mummbled.

"Are you guys okay in there?!" I shouted.

Zen answered. "Yes were fine, and we can see you on a glaze crystal in here. James... i have a bad feeling that maybe that Ariomon was right. Crystal and you just walk into a trap."

Ariomon snickered. "I knew it."

Amanda gasped. "Wait a second...the prophecy...the chosen heroes will fall into darkness...the portal...love and friendship will turn on each other... James and Crystal fighting... but where is the enemy that was sent to destroy them..." She mummbled

My eyes grew wide when i saw something slowly walking out of the woods. "I might have a clue"

The creature stepping out of the woods was a demon like dog creature. The creature had to be at least ten feet tall. It completely towered over me. It had light dirty brown fur, on the right side of his body was a skeleton poking through. His left eye was a light blue, while his right eye was blood red.

Phemom gulped. "Not good..."

I look at the phoenix. "What is it?!" I asked.

Phemon sighed. "Its not a digimon... its a mutation..."

I felt completely confused. A mutation...? "What's that."

"You see the anchient digimon name Promemon. He was obsessed with testing the digimon in the past. He use to kidnap poor digimon that was misfortune in stumbling upon him. He fused mutated digimon together and made them creatures like this one. They hunt for him and kill." He informed.

The creature was slowly walking towards us

"You know i have a feeling that we should run now." I suggested

Phemon nodded "I like that idea very much. I second that option."

I started to sprint towards the other directions of the woods. I was jumping over logs and branches that lay in my path. I was so glad that i use to run around my neighborhood.

Phemon cried out when he was slapped in the face from a branch.

I turn to go back for him but Phemon was nowhere in sight. "Phemon!" I shouted.

I was about to run to the spot where i heard Phemon cried out but i saw the mutated demon dog running full speed at me

I had a made a decision to turn and start sprinting again. Hopefully i could find Phemon again... I just hope Crystal is okay.

(Crystal's P.O.V.)

I had my arms crossed over my stomach. I felt sick to my stomach when i walk through the woods

"I feel so bad for what i said...Glaciamon." i cried.

I felt tears stream down my face.

The dragon look up at me sadly. "Maybe you should apologize. You and James were both stupid for what you said to each other. But from what i know... you and James were friends ever sense you were little. Why would you want to give that up?" She asked.

Crystal sighed. "I dont know...." i whispered.

I look through the dark woods. It was just like primary village, their was no color whatsoever anywhere.

I look down at the ground and rubbed my arms.

Just then their was a snort. I look up to see a bull like creature a few feet in front of us. The creature was about six feet tall. It had red skin that seem to look like it lay out in the sun to long and got a sun burn. His eyes were bright yellow, and flames appeared from his snout.

Glaciamon eyes shot open. "We have to get out of here now!" She instructed.

"Why?" I asked as i stared down the bull like creature that was started to kick up the ground.

Glaciamon barred her fangs. "No time to explain. Lets get out of here now!" She yelled. The dragon took off flying in the woods

I look back at the bull one more time and then sprinted into the woods after Glaciamon.

I could hear the bull digimon running after me.

I grimaced when i realize i couldnt see Glaciamon anywhere. "Glaciamon! Where are you!" I shouted.

The dragon didn't answer. I was probably all alone now. I continue running and jumped into a ditch. The bull digimon ran past the ditch. The creature was probably stupid and thought i ran super fast away from him or something because it was still running through the woods

I heard the sound of wings and look up to see Phemon landing on a log. The phoenix look at me with worry.

"You look like you just got hit by a car."

I held up my wrist to see that my black hairband slid down my head a little, and my hair was all over the place. I groaned and pushed my hearband back a little.

I got up from where i was hiding and look at the bird. "Where is James?" I asked. "I feel bad for what i said."

Phemon sighed. "I dont know where he is. I lost track of him." He mummbled.

"I lost track of Glaciamon, what was that bull like creature."

Phemon sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "A mutation."

(James' P.O.V.)

I still ran through the woods. The demon dog digimon still on my tail.

"This is bad!" I yelled out in the woods. I hope i wasn't attracting anymore mutations to swarm me. But i was half expecting that i could try to alert my friends that i was in the area.

Suddenly the wolf gasped and turn around when a blast of ice formed in front of it.

I stopped running when i notice Glaciamon landing to my right.

"Thank you so much for saving me." I sighed in relief. I rested my hand over my heart to catch my breath. "Where is Crystal...i feel really bad for what i said to her."

Glaciamon shook her head. "I dont know where she is either. I just hope she is okay. I flew off without even checking if she was running after me."

The dragon look really sad that she left her tamer behind. The Dragon held a hand over her face.

"What would happen is she was killed by that mutation... it would be all my fault..." she cried

I put a hand on the dragon's shoulder . "Don't worry. I know Crystal, she can solve any challenge that is given to her."

The dragon smiled at me and nodded. "Your right." She rubbed away her tears.

"So did the legends locked away the ancient digimon Promemon here?" I asked as we started to walk through the woods.

Glaciamon was flying by my side. The dragon nodded "Yes we trapped him here with his mutation. Because once a digimon is turned into a mutation, their is no cure...they are stuck mindless zombies." She whispered sasly.

I frowned "that sounds terrible... i couldn't even imagine how that could be like."

The dragon sighed. "I can... i used to have many followers back when i was Khionemon.... I was kind to all of them." The dragon look off into the woods. "Promemon helped the legends back in the war against the anchients. So he was spared his life after the war was over. But one day when i was helping with the winter festival, he kidnap a few children from the village. I was outrage that he fused them together to make them a mutation...and even more furious that he caused a lot of digimon to become mutations. With the help of the other legends...we trapped him here to live here for an eternity with his mutations."

My eyes grew wide at this story. "That digimon sounds terrible. The anchient digimon sound like they were very cruel rulers."

Glaciamon nodded "Most of them were, but their was a rare few anchient digimon that were gentle and kind. They were also spared their life when the war was over. Most of them even join a legends side to help them with ruling a territory. The legend of peace mostly spend her time spending her time with the anchient digimon to spread peace across the land."

I sighed and look up at the black sky. I hope that Crystal wouldn't run into Promemon.

(Crystal's P.O.V.)

I look off into the distance to see a looming tower. The tower was covered in green vines that wrapped around the base of it.

I pointed at the tower. "Do you know what that is?" I asked.

Phemon raised an eyeborw. "A tower...Crystal are becoming slow?" He asked

I rolled my eyes at the Phoenix lame answer. "I meant do you know what its purpose is, or if its special in some way?" I asked.

"Oh" Phemon said. The phoenix put a feather finger to his beak as he thought. "I guess Promemon could have built it but i dont think we should go anywhere-"

I started to walk in the direction of the tower.

Phemon flew after me. "Where are you going!?" He asked worridly.

I smiled at him. "If i know James, which i do. He would probably check out everything here. If he saw that tower that would be the first place he will go to." I said aloud.

Phemon rubbed his face sheepishly. "I hope so because i dont think Promemon wouldnt be happy to see Glaciamon and I. We locked him in this world for an enternity."

I rubbed my face. Great this got worse and worse by the second. "Of course you guys did..." i grumbled.

(Near the tower)

I look around the tower. Hoping i could see any sign of James or Glaciamon.

But then i finally saw them.

James and Glaciamon were heading straight for the tower.

"I dont like saying i told you so, but i told you so." I teased Phemon.

Phemon crossed his winged arms across his chest. "Fuck you..."

I headed over to James and Glaciamon. "Guys! Over here!"

(James' P.O.V.)

I turn my head just in time to see Phemon and Crystal. Crystal was smiling as she ran towards Glaciamon and I.

"Your okay!" I shouted happily.

Crystal nodded "Your okay too."

Before Crystal and I could get close to one another their was a door to the tower that open and a humanoid weasel left the building.

The digimon had bright brown fur. Glasses rested at the edge of his little pink nose. He wore a long purple cloak and he was holdng a scroll in front of his face.

" absolutely marvelous it seems as if test subject number one is doing very well as a mutation. But i just need to do a little more research." He whispered to himself.

I hear Crystal whisper to Phemon. "That's Promemon?" She asked aloud. She seem like she didnt believe it

To be honest i didnt believe it either.

Phemon nodded his head. "Yes, what did you except? Some super powerful creature?" He asked teasingly.

Crystal shrugged "yeah."

The weasel look up from his scroll to see us four. His eyes grew wide when they landed on Phemon and Glaciamon. "Khionemon and Kratomon... you have a lot of nerve to show your faces here." He growled angrily.

Glaciamon bawled her fists. "You know why we locked you away here!" She snarled.

Promemon shook his head. "I could never understand why you legends could never see my genius. The mutations are mindless they listen to every command i give them. If you all would have listen to me. You would've have the mutations protect you from the soverigns and minor legends that killed you long ago." He snickered.

Phemon narrowed his eyes. "Promemon, you are one sick digimon. You are forcing digimon to make a fusion. You are forcing them to be no longer a digimon but something more sickening. Fusion between digimon should be by friendship, not by having the advantage." He growled.

I nodded to agree with my partner. "We are going to destroy you for what you done."

Crystal and I both hold up are wrist. "Correction digivoultion start!" We both shouted in unison.

Nothing happen...

Crystal and I exchange looks.

Promemon grinned. "Oh children... you are so foolish. I bet your little partners didnt tell you everything about this place yet." He cackled.

Crystal look down at Glaciamon. "Why cant we correction evovle?" She asked worridly.

Glaciamon sighed. "Back then it was a good idea. The other legends and myself were worried that Promemon might decide to lose his anchient tittle, which pretty much turns him into a regualar old digimon. He would be able to digivovle freely. So to do that we made this area have the ability to stop any digivoultion of all kinds." She informed her.

Phemon nodded sadly. "It was a great idea...until it blows up in our faces." He mummbled. "I cant become Kratomon right now."

I barred my teeth. This is bad. The weasel had the advantage. Not only did he know the area but he was a higher level of power.

The weasel smirked. "But their is at least one digivoultion that can work here." He chuckled.

Glaciamon raised an eyebrow. "But we made sure that all digivoultion will not work." She whispered mostly to herself.

The weasel burst into laughter. "Well back then, you all knew nothing about the tamien digivoultion. Even to you legends it was held in secrecy. I have study some digimon D.N.A. and found that all digimon can digivovle past the mega level form into tamien level. Which i have done to one of my mutations. I wonder how you all will be able to handle him." He cackled once more.

Their was a huge metal door on the side of the castle that open up. Stepping outside from the castle was a large bird digimon. It had ugly looking green feathers, and a twisted beak.

The bird look extremely old, but still powerful at the same time. I didnt know how that was possible but it showed in this bird.

The bird let out a mighty call

The weasel gestured for the four of us. "Kill them!"

The bird flew towards us and threw feathers at us.

My friends and I went diffrent directions to dodge the attacks.

Phemon turn to me. "James get out of here!" He instructed.

I shook my head. "Im not leaving you here. And besides i have to protect Crystal and my friends that are stuck in the office."

Glaciamon now turn to Crystal. "Crystal go get James, and both of yu head back to the office. Try to find another way in!"

Crystal shook her head. "I am going to stay here and help you fight."

Crystal and I were staying. Weither if our digimon liked it or not.

Phemon growled but it was mostly before he caught on fire. "Burning Flame!" He slammed into the bird'a chest but it did little to no damage at all.

The bird slashed out with razor sharp claws, which cause Phemon to slam into a tree.

"Phemon!" I shouted worridly.

Glaciamon flew in front of the bird before it could cause anymore damage to Phemon. "Ice breath!" She blasted the bird in the face with an ice blast.

The bird let out another mighty cry and threw feathers at the dragon. The dragon was hit by the attack, she plummeted to the ground and slammed hard.

"Glaciamon!" Crystal cried out sadly.

Crystal and I were heading straight for our digimon but we were both stopped when the bird digimon step out in front of us.

Promemon smiled. "Okay kids who wants to go first. You know what im feelimg generous. How about the both of you die at the same time."

The bird grabbed Crystal and I and flew straight in the air.

(Fanny's P.O.V.)

I look out the window of the office. I was scared of what was happening out there. James and Crystal were being flown up in the air by some ugly bird looking digimon and their was nothing we could-

I stop when a thought crossed my mind. I unzip my purse and pulled out Baihumon's life energy.

Spadamon raised an eyebrow. "What are you doing?" He asked.

"I want to see if this will work." I whispered outloud.

I put the orb of light next to my forehead. I could feel heat and calmness from the orbs. It made me feel less stress. "Please... please help my friends. In any way possible. Please help." I whispered outloud.

Suddenly the orb in my hand vibrated and a white beam of light shot of the orb and went right through the window of the office.

I look at the glazed crystal, just in time to see the white light not only hit James' necklace but also Crystal's.

(James P.O.V.)

"I am so sorry Crystal for what i said. You were right. Maybe i dont keep account on how others feel around me. And i am really sorry i did that to you."

Crystal shook her head. "Im sorry too James. I should have realized that you are trying to save the reminder of a world we have left. Im sorry for what i said to you."

A bright white light hit our necklaces. "Huh? What was that i asked aloud."

Before Crystal could even answer a bright blue beam of light shot out of her necklace. The beam of light hit me . The blue light felt warm and comferting. Like someone was giving me a hug.

Right after the energy fully surronded me. A red beam of light shot out of my necklace and hit Crystal. She seem suprised by the energy surronding her.

I felt like i could hear Crystal's heartbeat. Our hearts were beating in perfect unison. It was strange, but comforting.

The bird threw Crystal and I in the air. I knew what i had to try. Even though this could kill me. I was going to try it anyway.

"Phemon!" I shouted.

Phemon slowly look up at me as i was falling from the air.

"James...."

I barred my teeth. "Dont give up. We will fight for our friends. AND WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP WHAT WE BELIEVE IN!" I shouted as the blue energy started to radiate like crazy around me. "I believe we could do anything with the power of our friends behind us!"

Images of my friends appeared in my mind.

"Phemon!"

Phemon eyes suddenly started to glow blue.

"James!"

(My digivice shows up in front of a white screen) Tamien digivoultion appears across the screen.

I started to scream in pain as the energy started to burn through my body. But i had to stay strong. This wasnt only for Phemon and I to achieve the tamien level. But it was for all my friends too.

Crystal, Zen, Cody, Elizabeth, my brother, Amanda, Jiwon and Fanny. I had to stay strong for them. I had to make this work.

"Friendship!" Phemon and I shouted in perfect unison.

Suddenly blue light flashed from my the watch's center

(No P.O.V.)

The crest of friendship appeared in front of James. He was standing in a center of a circle that was marked with the crest of friendship around it James' eyes were glowing light blue. Phemon spoke somewhere in the background. "Phemon tamien evovle too..." Fire started to form around James. The fire started to change his body. His body remained humanoid. Feathers started to appear on the figures body. The feathers seem to cause a ripple affect giving it the appearance of flames. The figure stood tall as wings appeared from his back, the wings were long and powerful. The figure was suddenly revealed as the fire disappeared. Thie figure was a humanoid phoenix. His blue eyes was blazing with power and energy. His beak was gold, and barred. He wore a gold chestplate with gold amour pads. The figure also had on gold leggings. The figure held up a winged hand as a sword appeared in it. The sword immediately burst into flames and the crest of friendship appeared in the middle of the blade. "RoyalKratomon!" He roared out.

(Crystal's P.O.V.)

I look down at the new tamien digimon and smiled. My friend was able to accomplish the digivoultion and I like to live by the old code... if he could do it i can do it.

I look down at Glaciamon as i was still plumting to the ground. "Glaciamon!"

Glaciamon look up sadly. "In too weak."

I smiled as i still fell from the sky. "Dont worry were going to win. Trust me because WE WILL ALWAYS FIGHT FOR THE PEOPLE WE CARE ABOUT!" I screamed as red energy started to radiate around me.

"Glaciamon!" I screamed loudly.

Glaciamon look up at me as her eyes started to glow red with energy. "Crystal!"

(My digivice shows up in front of a white screen) Tamein digivoultion write across the screen.

I still felt pain as the energy coursed through my body. This was worse than the soul charge...it felt like someone was trying to rip my body in half .

But i had to comtinue fighting. For my family, for my friends. I still needed to fight in this war

"Love!" Glaciamon and I shouted in perfect unison.

Suddenly red light fired from the center of my digivice.

(No P.O.V.)

The crest of love appeared in front of Crystal. She was standing in a center of a cirle that was marked with the crest of love around it. Crystal's eyes were glowing dark red. Glaciamon spoke somewhere in the background. "Glaciamon tamien evovle too..." Ice started to form around Crystal. She danced around the cirle as the ice seem to incase her body. Her body structure still remaining humanoid. Light blue scales started to take place of the skin. Her blonde hair started to become longer and become snowy white. Her eyes were a light blue now. Dragonic wings spread across her back. When the ice broke apart a dragon humanoid stood in Crystal's place. She wore a light blue jumpsuit and white boots. A white cape covered her wings a little. The figure had Camellia flowers in her white hair. "MistressKhionemon!" She announced loudly. A necklace was shown around her neck, an emblem of the crest of love hung at the end of the necklace.

The two tamien level digimon spread their wings to stop their descend to the ground.

The two flew high in the air.

Promemon stared up at the two tamin digimon in suprise. "You both...were able to Tamein evovle. I didn't calculate this..." he mummbled.

RoyalKratomon barred his teeth. "It's time to end his mutation life. Are you with me MistressKhionemon?" He asked

The dragon humanoid smirked. "If you can keep up old friend." She teased.

The two flew towards the mutated bird digimon. The bird threw feathers at them but the two dodge the attack.

MistressKhionemon covered her body with her arms as she started to glow with white energy. "Dragon's wrath!" She cried.

A beam of white light left her body and hit the bird digimon.

The bird cried out in pain.

"Royal flame!" RoyalKratomon called out as fire left his winged hands.

The fire burn at the mutated bird's feathers.

"Together!" RoyalKratomon shouted. "Phoenix's fall!"

A huge phoenix made of fire appeared above the phoenix humanoid's hand.

MistressKhionemon smiled as she spun around. Ice and snow were flying around her body. "Artic misery!" She shouted.

The two attacks struck true causing the mutation to scream in pain. Suddenly the bird burst in green data.

RoyalKratomon and MistressKhionemon flew down next to the weasil anchient digimon.

"We may not be able to kill you. But your punishment still stands. You will stay here for an enternity." RoyalKratomon growled.

MistressKhionemon nodded. "Your crimes against you should be punishble by death. But you are lucky that anchient digimon cannot die." She whispered.

The weasil snarled. "I will get out of here one day. And once i do, my mutations and I will be ready to rule the digital world." He laughed crazily.

RoyalKratomon ignored the crazed weasel and turn back to MistressKhionemon. "Let's take our leave." He instructed.

The dragon nodded and the two of them flew off to the office. When they both reached the office. The office doors open.

The children and digimon gasp when they saw the tamien digimon.

"Okay i know we saw those two on the glazed crystal, but seeing them in person. Is awesome!" Cody shouted.

Wormon smiled. "Well Chicamon, i think it's time for us to digivovle. It's time to help in this war."

Chicamon nodded. " lets"

"Wormon warp digivovle too..."

"Chicamon warp digivovle too..."

"Melvemon!" He cried. Melvemon was a man. He had long green hair and silver eyes. He had a very caring face. He was thin and very tall. He wore long purple robes that made him look like a magician. He held a brown book in his right hand.

"Oriomon!" Oriomon was also a man. He has short brown hair. He wore a green cloak. The hood was up so it covered most of his face. He held a brown bow in his right hand.

Melvemon snapped his fingers and a portal of light open up "Lets go." He instructed

RoyalKratomon nodded "Let's end this war, once and for all." He instructed

RoyalKratomon and MistressKhionemon flew into the portal.

The other tamers and their Digimon jump in behind them.

Once inside the portal spheres of light surronded the other children.

"Reymon correction evovle too...Anubimon!"

"Panthemon correction evovle too...Ehecatmon!"

"Miragemon correction evovle too...Gnoweemon!"

"Ariomon correction evovle too...Hebemon!"

"Huitzomon correction evovle too...Suijinmon!"

"Egaramon correction evovle too...Brontamon!"

"Spadamon correction evovle too...SlashAngemon!"

The legends flew through the portal, until they appeared in the throne room where the fight with Azulongmon just ended.

RoyalKratomon look around the room to see Azulongmon was nowhere in sight

"He must have decided to join the fight." He informed the others

"Well why dont we join the fight too." Gnoweemon said as she placed a hand on his shoulder.

Shade roared as his eyes glowed with red energy

Author's note: I just wanted to tell you guys who Crystal is based off of. Crystal was actually a true friend i had. Crystal and i were best friends through kindergarten and first grade 

We played pokemon card games together and even Yu-Gi-Oh.

We noth like watchint digimon.

But i havent seen her sense first grade.... i moved away from her. I wish i still kept in touch with her. I hope she is okay.

Crystal was really a great friend.
