(Amanda's P.O.V.)

The man in front of us was sitting down on the infarmy table.

Jeri had a arm on his shoulder. He was trying to get up from where he was sitting. "I don't think you should get up so fast. You should be careful, you don't want to pass out again." She instructed him.

"Dad?" James and Jeffrey said in unison.

The man grinned back at the two of them. "It's great to see you two."

James had tears streaming down his face as he raced over to him and hugged him.

Jeffrey followed after him.

I was kind of suprised. I thought Jeffrey told me before that their father died in a fire. How could he still be alive?

James look at his dad sadly and shook his head. "I don't understand...how are you still alive... we thought you died in the fire." He mumbled.

Just then the door to the infirmary open and Shade walked in.

The dragon humanoid look at James' father with shock.

"It's you."

James' dad raised am eyebrow. "It's sorry have we meet before?" He asked.

Shade barred his fangs. "Don't act like you don't know me. You work for the high chandler just like me."

I remember hearing about the high chandler before. But none of my friends or myself have ever seen the high chandler before. But it was still suprising that James' father was working for him.

James father frowned. "Sorry I must have some sort of amnesia I don't remember anything up until I fainted in the fire." He informed all of us.

I turned to the dragon. "Do you know how he was saved?" I asked.

Huitzomon nodded. "If you were working alongside him wouldn't you remember how he was saved?"

Phemon and Ariomon also look like they wanted to know how James' and Jeffrey' father was saved from the fire.

Shade nodded and sat down in a wooden chair. "It was me who saved him from the fire. The high chandler commanded me to save him from the rubble. And I took him to the digital world along with me. He was then force to work for the high chandler, he was given a cloak that hide his identity. One of his recent missions was to release the legends from their cell in Azulongmon' kingdom. " he excalimed.

Phemon' eyes grew wide. "So that means James' father saved my friends and I from that prison?" He asked.

Shade nodded.

James smiled. "I really don't care, I'm just glad to see your alive." James said as he hugged his dad one more time.

James' father smiled. "I'm glad to see you two, where is your mom. And my Digimon partner Skidemon?" He asked looking around the room half expecting for the two to show up.

I bit my lip at the mention of those two. They were both dead... how hard would that be to explain. And it would be by the hands of Shade.

I grabbed Shade's arm. "I think we should leave those to two to explain everything to him." I instructed.

Shade nodded. He seem to understand were I was getting at.

I just hope that those two would be able to keep their father from freaking out.

(Crystal's P.O.V.)

I stood in front of the window in my room. I had my arms crossing over my chest as I look down at the meadow below.

Glaciamon sat to my right looking up at me.

"Crystal..." she whispered sadly.

I didn't want to fight. I didn't even like fighting in general. I fought to protect my friends. But this time it was different, wars are ten times different than that.

Their was going to innocent life's lost in this fight...and I didn't want any of my friends to get hurt. I just wish I could activate some new form of power to prevent that.

I felt arms wrapped around me. I look behind me to see Riley.

I smiled at him. He knew what I must be thinking right now. And he must be trying to calm me down.

I was glad that Riley, his sister, his friend Jason and even my sister Ruby were able to make it to rebellion headquarters safely.

Even Alec was here so I didn't have to worry about any of them.

I just hope that Ruby won't try to get involve in the war.

I know her Digimon Lopmon some how is one of the three other not that big major legends. I don't really understand. I guess their really not that important major legends. Which didn't make sense. Lopmon once was the legend of peace, and that seems pretty big to me.

Riley smiled as he held me in his arms. "What's wrong?" He asked.

I sighed. I look down to see that Gaomon had sat next to Glaciamon.

I look out the window once more. "James said were going to be going to war... I don't know if I'm cut out for it." I whispered sadly.

Riley hugged me tigther. "Crystal you are a very strong person I know you can do. You just have to believe that you have the ability to do so. But you have to remember that people are depending on you to fight in this war. You can't let them down."

I bit my lip and nodded. He was right... I had to fight for my friends, and the ones that I had lost.... I had to save this world because it was the only one I had left to fight for. I wasn't going to stop until I protect everyone I cared about... I didn't want to lose Riley and Ruby too...

(Amanda's P.O.V.)

I yawned. It was probably midnight and yes I was still up.

Gosh it was so late...

The only light that was helping me to get through the dark halls of the hotel was the moonlight that peek through the windows.

I wore my pink pajamas as I walk quietly through the halls.

I had left Huitzomon in our room. I didn't want to wake up the reptile from his nap. That would be rude.

In only a few hours my friends and I would be fighting Azulongmon. I found it hard to sleep.... just a simple mistake for any of my friends and I could mean death.

I couldn't find any ability to go to sleep. I wonder how the others were handling this situation.

I wonder if they were having trouble going to sleep too.

I wanted something to eat. Maybe if I got some food in my stomach that will help me go to sleep.

I walk down the hallway staring out the window. The moon was a full one. I laughed at this.

I teased Fanny that her and her boyfriend were perfect together. In being that she had the element of the night, and her boyfriend could spirit evolve into a wolf. They were perfect for each other.

Fanny told me that her and Kouji were boyfriend and girlfriend yet.

Which only caused me to tease her more because she said 'yet'.

I stopped in my tracks when I notice the meeting room door was open.

That is strange we usually keep that door closed and locked up because we didn't want anyone to get in there and look at our plans for attack.

I walk to the opening of the meeting room and look in.

Standing in the middle of the room was James' father he was wearing a dark green cloak.

He slowly walked over to the table. The table was filled with many different scrolls.

James' father grinned as he reach down at the scrolls and pick up one of them. He open the scroll read it a few times, and slid the scroll into a satchel that was on his side.

I gasped at this. He was lying that he had forgot who he was! He was truly working for the high chandler.

I wonder how much information he was going to steal.

James' father put two more scrolls into his bag and turn for the door.

I sweat drop when I notice this. I ran back into the hallway. I needed somewhere to hide so he wouldn't notice me.

Then I saw it, a perfect place to hide. I ran to the curtain of the window and hide behind it. I was glad that it was dark red, and long enough that it hid my whole body.

James' father turn off the light to the meeting room and closed the door behind him.

He smiled as he turn down to the left of the hallway and started to walk down the hall.

I barred my teeth as I followed after him. I wanted to see what he was going to do with that information.

I followed closely behind him. I hid behind a curtain every time he look back down the hallway.

I just hope that he was making me believe that I was doing well in hiding.

James' father walked out the front door of the hotel and started to walk through the meadow.

I waited for a minute for him to walk through the meadow. Then I quickly followed after him.

I knew I should have woke someone else to inform them about what was going on but I might not have enough time to do so.

I needed to find out for myself what was going on.

I just hope that none of the others were going to get mad at me for doing this alone.

It was a few minutes of walking through the woods. I wonder where he was going.

Was he setting us up? Gosh this was going to destroy James and Jeffrey. They both seem so happy to see their father alive.

How could he betray them like this?

James' father stop in the clearing. A Patamon flew down to the man.

The bat like Digimon saluted to him. "Do you have the information?" He asked with a grin.

James' father nodded and handed over the satchel. "Here gives this information to Azulongmon. Tell him to be prepared for the fight tomorrow. Those kids will be suprised that he will know all of his moves. Their will be no way to stop him now." He laughed evilly.

Patamon chuckled along with him. "So how is the high chandler doing? Is his plans for the new world set up yet?" He asked.

James' father nodded. "He has already planned out what the new world will be like. A world where people are ruled, and listen to their kings without ever protesting them."

That world sounded terrible...if people had no free will. Then that would mean they would be controlled by the high chandler to do everything and anything he says.

My friends and I had to win this war. We have to prevent this from happening. I had to warn everyone.

I turned on my heels and started to run back in the direction of the hotel.

But suddenly I felt something wrap around my chest.

"Where do you think your going little girl." A hissing voice laughed.

I turn my head to see a Naga like creature. The creature had red scales and yellow scales on his chest. He had a cobra like head and red eyes. He had a human like body from the waist up but from the waist down he had a long coiling tail that seem to stretch about three feet.

I grimaced as more of his tail wrapped around my body.

"Who are you?" He asked as he touched my chin with his scale like hand.

"Let me go." I snarlred.

The Naga look down at my neck to see my necklace that prove that I was the warrior of knowledge.

He grinned. "Ahh you are one of the chosen children of the prophecy. Where is your little legend friend?" He asked smiling at me now.

I felt tears stinging in my eyes. Was I going to die? Was he going to kill me? I failed my friends, their was nothing I could do.

"Please let me go." I cried.

The snake grinned now showing his fangs. "But why...we are having fun aren't we?" He asked with a smirk. "I want to ask what you saw in the woods today."

I flinched. He definitely was working for Azulongmon. Oh Huitzomon...please help me.

The snake look up when their was a twig that snap in the woods. He look around through the trees. "Anyone there!?" He asked loudly.

I look around hopefully. I was half expecting Huitzomon to come running at the Naga Digimon but the reptile didn't show up at all.

My heart fell in my chest. I had lost everything...

The Naga smiled. "Must have been a Digimon traveling by. Now little girl you are going to tell me what I need to know...or I will kill you." He chuckled as he dug his snake like claws into my neck.

It wasn't enough to cause any wounds to form but it was enough to cause his claws to start digging into my skin.

The pain was unbearable. "I won't tell you anything!" I sobbed.

The Naga Digimon grinned. "You made your choice little girl-"

He was cut off when a loud cry was heard. I turn in the direction of the nose to see Shade running full speed at the two of us.

His sword was drawn. The dragon sliced the Naga's tail that held me. The Naga screamed out in pain as the sword digged into tail.

His tail let go off me and I was free from his grasp. I fell flat on the ground.

Shade ran over to me and placed a hand on my shoulder. "Are you okay?" He asked.

I nodded, I still felt tears streaming down my face. "Thank you."

The dragon turn to the Naga, the snake like Digimon was bearing his fangs. "You fool!" He hissed angrily.

Micah walked out of the woods holding his digivice. "You shouldn't mess with our friends." He said.

Micah's digivice started to glow with purple light. My eyes grew wide when Micah shouted. "Shade! Mode change!"

The purple light surrounded the dragon humanoid as his appearance started to change.

"Shade warrior mode!" He roared.

Purple energy started to form in Shade's hands. "Deletion destroyer!" He roared. Shade aimed his attack at the Naga and he was destroyed on contact. Red data flew into the air.

My eyes grew wide...Shade was literally able to take that snake out with one hit...

Shade turn back to his original appearance. Micah ran over to me.

"Are you okay?" He asked in a worried voice.

I nodded as I got up to my feet. I nodded and I look over at Shade. "James' father is still working for the high chandler. He just gave information away to a Patamon. Who is going to give it to Azulongmon." I told him quickly.

Shade's eyes grew wide. "Come on Micah. Come with me quickly. I might need your power to take him on. Amanda go back to the hotel and tell them what's going on. We might need more help."

I nodded and look at the two of them. "Please be careful."

The two nodded and ran off to the way I came.

I took a deep breathe... I could have died...but Shade...Shade saved my life.... I used to think he was evil...but he just saved me... maybe my friends and I were wrong about him...maybe he really wanted to change...

I ran back in the direction of the hotel.

By the time I reached the hotel. I was painting. I ran through the front door and started to sprint down the hallway.

I stopped when I notice the library door was open. I look in and notice Jiwon and Fanny were sitting at a table.

The two of them were taking quietly.

"Fanny! Jiwon!" I screamed. I ran to the two of them.

I grabbed both of their hands an tried to tug on them to move. "We have to go!" I instructed

Jiwon and Fanny didn't budge but the two of them gave me a look of concern.

"Amanda what's wrong?" Jiwon asked.

"Their not enough time to explain."

Fanny raised an eyebrow. "Why?" She asked.

"Shade needs our help." I informed them.

The two of them narrowed there eyes.

Jiwon started to put some books in her bag and got up from the table. "Find someone else. I will never trust him." She spat.

Jiwon left the library without another word.

I turn to Fanny who still look angry, but I was happy that she decided to stay to listen to me.

"Fanny it's about James' and Jeffrey' dad!" I shouted.

Fanny crossed her arms over her chest. "What about him?"

I look at Fanny worriedly. "Fanny... I don't think I trust that guy. Their something that doesn't seem right about it. I just caught him going into the meeting room. He stole information about our plans for the fight against Azulongmon! I followed him into the woods and saw him give that information to a Patamon!" I shouted.

Fanny rolled her eyes. "Amanda you know you could have been dreaming."

I shook my head. "No Fanny, it was real. When I was running back to the hotel I was nearly killed by a Digimon that look like a Naga. But Shade saved my life, he went with Micah to stop James' dad. But he said he needed help."

Fanny sighed somewhat annyoed. "Amanda... I don't really care...that dragon doesn't have any of my trust and for all I care...he could fall of a cliff. So have a good night." She muttered as she grab her purse and left the library.

I groaned and walked out of the libary. I flinched when I notice the girl from yesterday who was yelling at Fanny and Kouji. I think her name was Skylar.

Skylar had a bowl of ice cream in her left hand.

Labramon was standing next to her with a plate of chicken.

"Hey" Skylar said.

I then remembered that Skylar said she traveled with the dragon.

"Skylar! Shade and Micah are in danger."

Skylar dropped the bowl of ice cream. "Where are they!?" She asked worridly.

"They are in the woods. But-"

Skylar didn't wait to hear the details. She started to run for the entrance of the hotel with Labramon sprinting after her.

"Skylar wait!"

I turn to see Joe. He was running towards her with Gomamon behind him.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"Shade and Micah needs my help. I can't stay here and do nothing." She exclaimed.

Joe shook his head. "I'm not going to stop you. But you have to bring me along."

Skylar smiled and kissed him on his cheek. "Let's go."

The two teens ran out the door with their Digimon running behind them.

I smiled and ran after the two as well. I hope we weren't too late.

The three of us raced through the woods looking for any sign of Shadow dragon or Micah.

When we finally saw them. Shade had his hand over a wound on his chest. The dragon was grimacing. Micah was following after him with a worried expression.

"Are you okay!?" Skylar shouted as she raced over to the dragon humanoid.

The dragon grinned. "I'm completely fine. He only grazed me."

The dragon moved his hand a little to show a large cut across his chest.

Joe look over at the four year old. "What happen?" He asked.

Micah frowned. "The man who stole the information attacked Shade. He slashed him in his chest with a sword, and the two fought for a while but the man was able to get away when a portal of black mist appeared behind him and took him away. But he left this..." Micah said as he handed Joe a scroll.

Joe open the scrool and look down at it with a confused look. "Tamien digivoultuon..." he whispered.

I look over his shoulder to see those two words in the middle of the scrool.

Underneath it was something that look like a prophecy.

Tamien Digivoultuon
When the time is called for the chosen heroes will be thrown into darkness.
A light must be casted for strength to follow.
Love and friendship will turn on each other.
A great evil will try to destroy the two.
Unless Love and friendship, unite and understand one another.
Unless the light is casted...
The world as you know it...will be destroyed.

I frowned when I read the prophecy. What did it mean that my friends and I were going to be plunged into darkness?

Also what did it mean that love and friendship were going to turn on each other? That didn't make any sense at all.

Joe frowned. "This doesn't really make sense...." he whispered.

Skylar nodded. "I don't understand it at all."

Shade grimaced. " I understand who Love and Friendship are supposed to represent....James and Crystal."

My eyes grew wide. Why would those two turn on each other?

(High chandler P.O.V.)

I sat on my thrown looking at the growing darkness outside my castle. The darkness was looming over the digital world.

The only thing left in existence... the only thing left that was standing in my way to create my new universe.

A green cloak figure appeared in front of me. He remove his cloak hood to show he was Robert. The man was the father of two of the chosen heroes that was supposed to prevent my destruction.

The man grin at me. "I gave the information to one of Azulongmon 's Messengers." He informed me.

I smiled at this news. "The war begins today... let's see how this million year war will turn out...."
