(Kratomon's P.O.V., flying down a ravine, looking for Elizabeth)

I now held my sword out in front of me looking for any sign of Elizabeth or Miragemon. I needed to find them both quickly before it was too late. I didn't want to think what would happen if I was too late to stop them.

My wings were flapping quickly as I soured through the darkness. I couldn't stop looking for a fraction of second.

I finally caught a glimpse of light shining from a flash from a digivice. I soared in the direction and saw Elizabeth holding Miragemon. She had her eyes closed as she fell down through the ravine.

"Elizabeth!" I shouted.

The girl slowly open her eyes.

(Elizabeth P.O.V.)

I heard my name called out to me. But how was that possible. I was in the middle of a ravine falling to my death along with my digimon Miragemon, who was currently knocked out from the injuries that she received from the battle against Blackwargreymon.

I just hope that James and Phemon were able to escape Blackwargreymon, I hope they will also be able to find the others, and defeat the sovereigns once and for all.

I felt stinging cold felt my face, as I continue my descend through the ravine. The wind that came up at me from me plummeting. I knew I was going to die, my wings were wounded, I have already tried to fly before but with the huge gaping wound where Blackwargreymon's dramon killers went through, wouldn't help me fly.

Miragemon wouldn't be any much help either, she as I thought earlier, was passed out. And my digivice wasn't working for some reason, so there was really no hope for either of us surviving this.

"I will see you soon, daddy." I whispered to myself, as I continue keeping my eyes shut. "At least I have my friend here this time, maybe dying wouldn't be that bad as it was the first time." I held Miragemon closer to me. I really didn't want to die again, I wanted to live, and I wanted to continue the fight against the sovereigns.

"Elizabeth!" I heard my voice again but it was louder this time. I slowly open my eyes and looked up in the direction which I thought I heard the voice was coming from. I only saw pitch darkness for a few seconds but my eyes finally adjusted, so I would be able to see Kratomon quickly flying in my direction. His hand held a flaming sword which he must have been using like a flashlight.

"Kratomon!" I shouted. I had so many questions floating around in my head so quickly. How could he have accomplish digivoultion right now? Our digivices weren't working properly, maybe he was able to fix the problem and was finally able to correction evolve.

Kratomon was now a few inches in front of me. "Elizabeth." He whispered in relief. He slowly put his sword in his holster and grabbed me in his arms.

"I got you." He whispered.

I put my head against his chest and started to cry. "I thought I was going to die...again." I sobbed.

Kratomon continue to fly down through the ravine which confused me but I didn't question him for right now. "You don't need to worry now, I got you know." He continue to whisper to me, to comfort me.

I just kept on sobbing, the terror of him not being here, would be so terrifying. If I kept on falling it would only be a matter of time for me to finally hit the bottom and become an Elizabeth and Miragemon blood pancake.

"Elizabeth calm down, I can see the bottom now." he reassured me. With that he slowly started to fly down closer to the ground.

I could see the light brown soil getting closer up.

Kratomon reared up some so he could land feet first. He landed and slowly put me on the ground on my feet.

I quickly hugged him. "Thank you for saving me." I whispered.

Kratomon hugged me back and rubbed his hand through my hair. "It's okay."

With a bright red flash, James appeared in my arms. He was now hugging me.

Shuinemon was in the air, flying around us. "We saved you." He cheered with his little wings in the air for joy.

I broke the hug and kissed James on the cheek. "What happen to Blackwargreymon?" I asked scared of the answer.

"I wasn't able to defeat him but I was able to knock him off his feet. And this happen." He lifted up his wrist to show me that his digivice has changed.

My eyebrows raised and my eyes widen. "Your digivice changed?" I asked in bewilderment staring at the new model comparing it my own.

James nodded. "Yes right when you let go, I felt so much rage I attack Blackwargreymon in my digimon self, and I raced over to where the ravine was. I started to think about how I couldn't lose you again. And I concentrated all of my energy and slammed my hand over my digivice and it changed." He informed me.

I nodded. "That seems strange, maybe our digivices are not working because they need an update...?" I suggested staring at my own in confusion

James shrugged. "I have no idea, but when I digivovle with Phemon to Kratomon this time, I felt so much energy. More than I ever did the first time I did when I correction evolve the first time."

Miragemon gasped out of random and she shot up from the ground where I laid her. She was frantically looking around. "Where is Blackwargreymon?' she asked looking at us in worry.

I walked over to her and helped the rat digimon to her feet. "We were able to get away, but a lot of stuff happen when you were knocked out."

With James' help, we explained to Miragemon how Blackwargreymon attack me, and how her and I were thrown into the ravine, I then went on to tell her about How James fought Blackwargreymon, and then his digivice received an upgrade, and how he was able to correction evolve and be able to save us.

Miragemon listen the whole time, not once interrupting what I had to say. When I was finished she put her right paw to her chin. "You know, I have a theory, about how your guy's digivices not working."

Shuinemon landed on James shoulder and held on to his shoulder by his little talons. "What do you think the reason is?"

Miragemon sighed. "Emotions."

James tilted his head in confusion. "Emotions?" he asked

Miragemon nodded. "When you guys digivovle us to our champion level what did you guys feel?" she asked.

I started to remember how that crept little demon almost killed Miragemon and Gabumon in the woods. When Miragemon was getting hurt, I felt terrified but I knew I wouldn't be able to go on without her. I saw her as a family member, and when I thought that I felt great happiness fill me and light started to surround my hand. Was it really emotions that affected our digivoultions?

James nodded. "When we were out Palmon's house, I felt so much rage when FLymon attacked the Palmon's sisters, brother. I was able to use that rage so I could protect the people I could care about. Which help Phemon to digivovle into Blazemon." He pointed out.

Miragemon nodded.

Shuinemon chirped from James' shoulder. "But what does that have to deal with why their digivices weren't working in the first place?" he asked

Miragemon sighed. "I was getting to that. You see, I think when you lost your family, and seeing the Earth get destroyed must have clouded your emotions. You believed that all was lost, but James' digivice being upgraded, I have no theory for that. It's just really strange." She mumbled staring at the digivice on James' wrist.

James coughed. "I would like to solve the mystery as well but I recommend that we get out of this location. I wouldn't allow it to pass my mind that Blackwargreymon is still after us."

I nodded and we started to walk through the bottom of the ravine. I stared up at the rocky surface that surrounded us. The sound of bats field the ravine which kept me on edge.

The stinging pain of the wound on my wings, was pain sickening. I had already tried to turn back to my complete human self but my wings couldn't disappear. Even my wings on the side of my forehead. I wanted to tell James about it but I didn't want him to worry about me.

Shuinemon flew into the air and red light started to surround him. "Shuinemon digivovle too....Phemon!" he chirped and circled into the air.

"Yep the digivices are defiantly working!" he shouted out in joy and flew around our heads.

Miragemon looked over at me with a questioning stare. "Do you think your digivice is working?" she asked looking up at my digivice on my wrist.

I stared down at the pink watch that used to comfort me through much tough times. But know I felt like it was intimidating me.

I look at Miragemon now and slowly sighed. "There is one way to find out." I whispered. Light started to surround my hand. I slammed my hand over my watch. "Light charge!" I shouted.

I waited for my digivice to collect my energy but nothing happen. "Well I guess my emotions are still in the way of the digivoultion" I mumbled.

Miragemon gave me a small smile. "It's okay we will try again later, after you calm down. I mean you did thought you were about to fall to your death." She pointed out as she slowly patted me on the side with her paw.

James nodded. "Don't worry Elizabeth, just keep on practicing and Miragemon will digivovle again."

Phemon nodded and landed on my shoulder. "Yep, you will be able to accomplish anything if you put your mind to it."

I now saw light coming from a slight hole in the ravine we started to walk towards the opening. It was an exit. We were back in the woods.

James, Miragemon, Phemon and I started to head towards the woods. The sound of animals could be heard, Birds were chirping their musical tone as the sun slowly peak out from the top of a mountain nearby.

Phemon smiled and cleared his throat. He started to sing his terrible tone. "I don't want to write you a love song, if you need it today." He voice was cracking the whole time.

I covered my ears with my hands along with James and Miragemon doing the same thing.

"Can you be quiet?!" Miragemon snarled loudly

Phemon looked highly offended by he stopped when he was asked too.

Once we were in the woods, we walked over the grassy fields and logs that littered the wood floors.

"Gosh I wonder where the others are." I whispered as I stared down at my digivice and clicked the map app. None of the other digivice locations picked up, it was just like it was on Earth.

James stared down at his wrist and raised his eyebrow. He clicked on his map app and grinned. "Hey look." He said excitedly.

I looked down at his wrist and saw two dots in a green location. Which I figured must be the woods. The dots were a dark red, and a bright pink. Which must have been James and I. I looked around the area where we were in but the others dots didn't appear on the screen. "They must not be in range.' I suggested.

James nodded to agree with me, we both didn't want to think of the alternative, that those evil digimon were able to capture our friends and kill them.

Phemon pointed at a log. "Elizabeth sit down." He instructed.

"Why?"

"Because we want to check out your wing." Miragemon exclaimed.

I sighed and sat down on the log.

James sat down next to me and held my hand. I smiled and waited for a paw, or winged hand to start feeling the wound.

Miragemon was the one to walk behind me. Her paw was careful as she touch the wound. "We have to find some medication for this, or it will get infected and won't be able to heal." She informed us.

I nodded and slowly started to get up but Phemon shake his head. "James and you should stay here, we don't want you guys to run into any more trouble today. If Miragemon and I go by ourselves, we will be able to travel faster, and if we do run into trouble we will be able to avoid it."

James didn't look so thrilled about the plan but sighed. "Just be careful, if you guys do run into trouble just come back and we can try to all hide together.

"Will do." Phemon reassured him.

I looked down at my feet. "But what happens if Blackwargreymon will go after you two?" I asked. "Or if you guys leave, he will come after us."

Miragemon put a paw on my shoulder. 'Elizabeth if we see Blackwargreymon we will hide the best we can, and if he does come after us, we will come right back here. And if he comes after you and James. Just try your best to run away. James and you will know how to survive until we come back."

"Okay" I whispered.

Miragemon and Phemon nodded and took off with Phemon flying deeper into the forest with Miragemon running after him.

James got up and clap his hands. "So what should we do now?" he asked.

I shrugged. "I really don't know..."

"Maybe we could look for some food." He suggested.

"I guess..."

"Are you okay?"

I looked down at my hands. "It just that...I feel like I should be able to do more you know. I mean come on, I already was able to digivovle to Gnoweemon with Miragemon before. I should be able to provide more.' I cried.

James put his hand on my shoulder. "Come on let's go find something to eat, just don't think about it." He exclaimed as he held out his hand.

I grabbed it and he helped me up to my feet.

We both smiled and started to continue in the forest. "SO James, what did you do before you go to the digital world?" I asked to lighten the mood.

James smiled. "Well of course I went to school, I was in the tenth grade. I used to like writing stories about the paranormal. I guess this would make a very good book. "He teased.

I caught myself laughing. He was right this would make a good story. But...being in the story wasn't the greatest thing in the world.

"So what about you?" He asked me with a smile. 'Well besides the time when you were with your step mom." He mumbled.

I rubbed my shoulder. "I never really had any free time from my step mom. She was always there, to remind me that I was worthless but I guess now... I am not. Well when I did had free time, I liked to play tennis. I also enjoyed bird watching."

James smiled and stop in his tracks when he pointed out a blueberry bush. "There is some food, looks like are luck is changing." He chuckled.

I ran towards the bush alongside James and we both started to pick the small blue berries. When I plop one in my mouth, the sweet juice seem to fill my mouth instantly. "Mmm... This taste so good." I exclaimed and ate a few more.

The berries were a bit tart but they tasted very sweet of course. Just then I heard voices from a distance away.

"Can you stop acting like a child? Your eighteen years old! I would have expected you staying in the digital world for four years would make you wiser!" a male voice shouted. It sounded very commanding and very high of himself.

I pulled on James' shirt sleeve. "Did you hear that?" I asked.

James looked up from the bush and turned his left ear, to a wolf one.

"Oh shut it nerdstien! I just thought that it would be a good idea, if we get some food." Another male chuckled.

James pushed me towards a shrub and we both hid inside. "We should hide here until they pass." He informed me.

We waited as we heard footsteps walking closer to where we hid. I literally wanted to scream at the intense atmosphere. I was scared that those voices belong to some evil digimon.

Something sniffed the air. "Hey boss!" a male voice whispered. It sounded somewhat annoying but also somewhat childish.

"What is it pal?" the male tough voice from earlier asked. The one that chuckled about the nerd.

"I think I smell digimon."

James and I tensed up at the same time. Did he mean us? We were part digimon. Was that thing nose really that strong?

I looked at James. "What should we do?" I asked in a whisper.

He put a finger on his lips. "We should stay here, until they pass. We have to stay around in this area so Phemon and Miragemon can be able to find us. We have to wait for that medication." He whispered back.

I nodded and waited with intensity. My heart seem to be beating at a million beats for a second.

"Are you sure?" a female voice asked in a questioning voice. She sounded like she wasn't the one to usually listen to those people.

"Hey if he thought he smelt a digimon, then he smelled a digimon. You know he is never wrong. When did his nose ever fail us." The male voice from earlier asked.

Footsteps seem to edge closer to us. I wanted to scream and wanted to run into the other direction.

"Thanks boss, I think they are hiding somewhere in this area." He exclaimed excitedly.

A flash of yellow skin pass before my eyes. I whimpered. That was close, I hope they don't find us and just walk past us.

"Well I guess it wouldn't waste our time in just checking it out." Another light sounding female voice whispered.

I looked towards James and I know he could see my worry. He gave me a comforting smile. I was about to say something but then a fist came right through the shrubbery and connected with James' jaw. James was sent sprawling backwards.

"I found them." The male voice shouted. A tall figured walked into the shrubbery. He look about a year older than James and I. He had long brown hair that almost came to his shoulder. He didn't look like he had a hair cut in ages. His face was somewhat brushed by clean from smudges. His eyes were a bright hazel. He wore a black shirt with a red jacket over it. Around his neck was a dog tag. He also wore tan jeans and red sneakers. Which surprised me the most was what was going on with his fist. Orange data was flying around it. This not only confused me but also confused him. He slowly stared down at his fist.

"What the..."

The boy also looked built like a brick wall. He look like he, exercise every day. His arms and chest were bulging with muscle.

This time I didn't let back I started to scream.

The figure was surprised when he saw I was there as well.

James got back up from where he had fallen and he held up his fists. "Leave her alone!"

The figure held up his own fists. "Kid I don't know what the hell is going on but if I don't get some answers soon, I am going to be knocking you back down on your ass." He threaten.

James barred his teeth. "I don't think so." He snarled. Fur started to cover his body as he started to change.

The figure looked in complete shock as James changed into his half digimon self. James used this to his advantage and pounced at the figure with his fangs barred.

The figure snapped out of his trance and charged head on. This caused the both of them to fall to their feet's when they ran into one another.

A young woman now ran into the shrubbery. She has short pink hair that came close to her ears. Bright pink eyes which were different to see for a human. She had a surprised look when she saw what was going on in front of her. She had a short pink sleeveless t-shirt and blue shorts on. "Marcus! What the hell is going on?!" she shouted out.

The boy who was called Marcus ignored her and continue to wrestle with James. Neither of them look like they had the advantage.

It only took me a few seconds to realize that I was still screaming and I hope they don't think that James is a bad digimon trying to hurt me.

The girl turned her head around and shouted. "Lalamon! Come here now!" she shouted.

"Coming Yoshi." The light sounding voice from ealier sounded. A small flouting creature pop into the shrubbery.

The creature was flouting in midair with the help of a small yellow leaf on top of its head that was spinning around slowly like a propeller. It had a pink head design to look like a flower. It had no eyes, or mouth. In place of that was two dark black holes that were in the place where its eyes were supposed to be and one hole underneath the two others, which must be its mouth. It had a green small body, with tiny arms stubs and two stubby legs.

The women looked at me for a second with concern but turned her attention back to Marcus and James.

"Lalamon do your thing." She instructed.

The small plant like digimon nodded and started to sing in the direction of James and Marcus. "Sing a song." She sang happily.

As soon as the attack left the digimon lips. James and Marcus yawned and sprawled out on the ground in a deep slumber.

Yoshi smiled. "Well know that is taken care of." She smiled. She turned to me and finally notice my angel wings on my forehead and on my back. She stepped back in surprise. "Thomas! Come here!"

Two figures now ran into the shrubbery. I recognized one of them, it was a Gaomon. But this wasn't the one that was partnered to Riley. This look like a different one. It look a lot taller than Riley's partner.

The figure next to Gaomon was a tall boy. He look about the same age as Marcus. He had short blonde hair and blue eyes. He had a light face. Small glasses were on the edge of his nose. He wore a blue work out shirt and tan shorts. "What?!" he was shocked when he notice me.

Yoshi looked at Thomas with worry. "Do you think that she is... one of those bio hybrid digimon?" she asked.

The boy named Thomas looked at me closely but shake his head. "I don't think so, do you see those wings. They don't look like any digimon I have ever seen before. This does not have Kurata written all over it." He exclaimed.

I started to talk but it came out in a whisper. "Um..."

The two didn't hear me.

Gaomon was the only one who notice. "Ah sir, I think you guys are scaring her. I think you should try to talk to her, instead of treating her like an animal." He informed Thomas.

The two turned to me. I bit my lip, I was indeed scared by what was going on.

Thomas sighed. "My name is Thomas H. Norstein. We aren't going to hurt you." He reassured me.

But I slowly back away from him when he tried to walk close to me.

Yoshi held up her hands. "Don't worry, he is telling the truth. We know that you were scared of that digimon that was about to attack you. But looks like Marcus was able to save you in time. My name is Yoshino Fujieda, but you can call me Yoshi." She greeted with a comforting smile.

I was still uneasy. But then suddenly a yellow snout appeared from my right and a small reptile digimon stared back at me. He look like an Agumon, I have seen some before, so I would know but this one was taller and he had somewhat of a gut. He had two red finger less gloves on his paws. "Hi." He greeted in that annoying male voice I heard from ealier.

I didn't know why but I felt somewhat better. I smiled at the reptile. "Hi." I whispered.

The reptile digimon grinned. "My name is Agumon, what's yours?" he asked tilting his head.

I gave him a warm smile. 'My name is Elizabeth Dare." I said loud enough for him, and the other two humans and their digimon to hear.

Yoshi walked over to me. "We are telling the truth we aren't going to hurt you."

I nodded slowly and looked at where James laid on the ground. His stomach slowly rising and falling slowly matching his slow breathing. He would snore a little every few seconds.

Marcus on the other hand snored loudly.

Lalamon looked at where I was looking and said. "You don't have to worry about that big bad wolf anymore, he won't be getting up in a while."

I started to chuckle at this statement which cause Lalamon to look confused.

Thomas stared at James. "I have never seen a digimon like this before, it looks like he is more of a werewolf than digimon."

I coughed to catch his attention. "That is my boyfriend."

Thomas and Yoshi looked at me with shock. "What??!!" they shouted in unison.

I held my hands up. "He is just in his half digimon form, like I am." I informed them.

Thomas raised his eyebrow. "That is strange." He whispered.

He looked towards James and just on que, his fur started to fade away until he was completely human.

"He really is a human." Yoshi whispered in shock staring between James and I.

"I suggest we take those two in the clearing and we can talk more about this when James and Marcus wakes up." Gaomon suggested.

Yoshi sighed in annoyance. "Fine." She mumbled. She didn't look like she wanted Marcus to wake up anytime soon.

With Agumon's help I was able to start dragging James towards the opening.

"I am surprised that he was able to fight with boss, usually boss knocks people out in a few seconds." He laughed. "Maybe boss is on edge."

I smiled lightly and stopped when I found a perfect log laying out in the middle of the clearing. I sat James down with the help of Agumon.

Thomas and Yoshi sat Marcus next to James.

Yoshi rubbed her hands together and sighed. "Well that is done." She whispered as she dusted off her hands.

Lalamon nodded to agree with her. "Yep, now what?" she asked.

Thomas stared at me. "You wouldn't mind if you tell us how you and your boyfriend got to the digital world." He suggested.

I nodded and started to tell them the story. I first started talking about how James and his other friends were sent into the digital world. I then told them how I came in, and then all our other adventures. Then I ended when we came across them.

When I was finished Thomas was checking out my wings with his magnifying glass. "Fascinating, your wings contain the same data as digimon does. This is very interesting, hmm...so you say that your friends our half digimon and half human and that you were given Digimon D.N.A. when you were a baby?" he asked.

I nodded. "Yes, I met the digimon who gave me their D.N.A.." I reminded him.

Yoshi put her hand to her chin. "So it looks like it was the sovereigns fault for the destruction of Earth." She whispered.

"Yes, they were the cause of it." I pointed out.

Gaomon hummed. "Hmm...What should we do? Blackwargreymon could be coming after Elizabeth and James. Should we try to hide?" he asked as he tilted his head in confusion.

Yoshi nodded. "Maybe we should try to find a safe place to hide" she exclaimed.

"But what about Miragemon and Phemon, we should wait for them to come back." I suggested as I put my hand out, for empathies to say that we should wait for James' and I's partners to come back.

"She does have a point, we should wait for their partners, and that medication that they are bringing for Elizabeth. That wound looks like it's started to get infected. She shouldn't move until that wound has some medication on it. "

A loud groan was heard and James slowly awoke. "Why do I feel like I got hit by a bus?' He mumbled as he rubbed his forehead.

"Hey look he is awake." Agumon pointed out staring at him.

"Why is there a big Agumon in front of me, and who are these people!?" he asked falling over off backwards off the log and hitting his forehead. James slowly got up and held his forehead. "Ouch"

I ran over to James. "James calm down, there not going to hurt us. There digidestinied like us." I informed him.

"Well that's good, I wonder what happen to-"

"Good looks like your awake, time for round two." Marcus growled and grabbed James collar and was about to punch him.

"Burning flame!" Phemon's voice shouted from a distance away.

Phemon flew towards Marcus completely on fire and nearly struck him but pull up when Marcus let go.

"Who is the burning chicken?" Marcus asked.

Phemon put his winged hand on his hip. "Who is mister wannabe hipster here?"

Marcus held up his fists. "Hey Birdy, shut up!" he snarled.

Yoshi sighed. "Even when Marcus wakes up he wants to get into a fight." She mumbled as she face palms.

Miragemon walked up to the group. "Oh you guys, made some friends while we are away." She chuckled and motioned for me to sit down.

Marcus narrowed his eyes and turned to Thomas. "Okay I was knocked by Lalamon, and the only thing I can remember is fighting wolf boy over there. So nerdstein care to explain?" he asked. "Now there is a rat digimon and a chicken who came to this kids rescue."

Thomas sighed and began to tell the story that I had told Yoshi and him.

While Thomas told the story, Miragemon received help from Yoshi to spread the medication on my wound.

"Gosh that stings." I cried.

Miragemon patted my shoulder and applied more of the purple gooey liquid that she had in a small fruit, which had kept the liquid safe.

"You are so lucky this was still in the market. The store keeper said it was their last one." She exclaimed.

Yoshi patted her hands. "Okay I think, that will do it. It also seems if you can correction evolve later, I'm I right about the term?" she asked. Miragemon nodded and Yoshi continue. "That maybe you can get healed the rest of the way because that time when you were killed by that Minotaur digimon, and you correction evolve all of you wounds were healed."

I nodded to agree with her, which was true. All of my wounds did heal. So if I can just correction evolve I would feel all better.

I heard Thomas finish the rest of the story. Marcus turned to James. "I am sorry for attacking you." He informed him.

"It's okay you just wanted to protect your friends. I would do the same." He said and held his hand out for a handshake.

Markus smiled and nodded and shake James' hand.

I smiled at the two. "At least those two are friends now" Lalamon whispered.

"Well Elizabeth do you think that medication while keep up?" Yoshi asked

I nodded. "I think I will be able to manage."

Yoshi smiled. "Then let's go." She suggested.

With that we all started to walk through the woods. We were heading towards the mountain that was only a few miles away. It was the same one that Phemon and Miragemon went to. On top of the mountain was a small town, which was filled with bird digimon.

Or at least that was what Phemon had said.

As we walked Miragemon walked close by my side and Agumon who seem to like to talk to me right now.

Miragemon looked at me with worry. "So does your wound feel better?" she asked.

I thought about if for a second and realized that I felt no pain. My wings disappeared into data. "Okay, I feel a lot better now' I exclaimed with a smile.

Agumon grinned. "Well at least you're feeling better now."

The reptile digimon looked towards his tamer who was talking to James now. "Yeah I guess so." James mumbled.

"What let me get this you were trying to stop that data swarm but you couldn't?"

James looked down and shake his head. "We tried everything, but at the end we couldn't do anything. All my friends and I watched everyone we care about turn into data in front of us." He whispered.

Marcus patted him on the shoulder. "Hey it wasn't your fault...It's just that my mother was also caught in that data swarm...I didn't know what to do. My father, my sister Kristy were all jumping in the portal with her to the digital world. But when we did so, we looked back to see if she was behind us. And my mom was standing at the entrance of the portal. I couldn't do anything but watch as she turned into data" he whispered.

Thomas nodded. "The same thing happen to my father, and my sister...Relena."

Yoshi eyes grew wide. "It seems that only people who were partnered with digimon were allowed to enter the digital world. Do you think the sovereigns made the portals to be designed that way?" she asked.

Thomas put his hand to his chin. "That could be the reason, but we should test the theory more when we get more information." He whispered.

We continue to walk in silence towards the mountain. IN the mean time Marcus and James were talking about their others adventures in the digital world.

"So kratomon used to be the king of the digital world?" he asked.

James nodded. 'Yep, Phemon here used to be king. But he was killed by Azulongmon and his brothers. My friends and I are trying to help the legends return to power...I guess." He whispered.

"I would never expect that bird brain to run a whole digital world." He teased.

"Hey take that back!" Phemon shouted angrily.

I looked down at the ground. I sighed and slowly started to walk back from the group. I do understand how James tries to make friends with new people but how can all them forget about their family, and friends so easily?

"Elizabeth are you okay?" Yoshi voice asked.

I look up from the ground to see Yoshi had stopped walking for a few seconds so she could allow me to catch up with her.

I look back at the ground and continue to walk.

"Come on you can tell me."

I sighed and look at her. "I am scared" I whispered.

Yoshino raised an eyebrow. "Why?" she asked.

"Is it because of Blackwargreymon?" Lalamon asked flying around us.

I shake my head. "It's just everything, the destruction of Earth. Everything we care about on Earth is dead who couldn't escape and... I just feel like I should give up. I am scared that more people I care about will die in a fight because of me. I don't want to see my friends die, or James. I would never forgive myself." I cried.

Yoshi gave me a soft smile. "You know Elizabeth, you don't have to be afraid of losing people you know"

As we talked we started to head up an incline towards the top of the mountain where the small town was supposed to be located.

I stared back at her. "I am just scared, I am just going to let everyone down."

"Don't be, use that to your advantage. If you don't fear and want to protect others. You will be able to fight with complete ease.'

I stared at Yoshi with a surprised look. "Really?" I asked. "Use my fear as strength?" I asked.

Yoshi nodded. "You see I know that fighting might look so appealing but it might be the only way to stop problems at times. Maybe I learn that from someone." She whispered as she looked over to Marcus who was still talking to James. Both of them were laughing now.

Thomas on the other hand look annoyed about what they just said.

"Why don't you two play the quiet game?" he asked angrily.

Phemon laughed. "Don't get your diapers in a bunch blonde." He chuckled.

Agumon who had already joined them ealier laughed along with the phoenix digimon. "Yeah, blonde." He chuckled.

Thomas sighed in annoyance.

I watch as Yoshi blushed.

"You like Marcus, do you?' I asked.

Yoshi looked back at me with embarrassment. "What makes you say that?" she asked in shock.

Thomas look back at us. "Is everything okay back there?" he asked.

Yoshi nodded and waved him off. "Everything is fine and dandy." She fake laughed.

Miragemon started to burst into laughter. "You do like him" She chuckled.

Yoshi bawled her fist. "I do not furball!"

"Yoshi we aren't trying to make fun of you. It's just the way you look at him." I informed her.

Yoshi sighed and slowly put her hand on her forehead. "So what if I do like him..." she trailed off.

"Maybe you should talk to him about it." I suggested.

"Well I don't know, I am like four years older than him." She mumbled.

I shrugged. "It's normal, there is a few people who are older than people. Love is love, and if Marcus feels the same way. He won't care about your age. How long did you like him?" I asked.

Yoshi blushed and rubbed her arm. "Well when we closed the digital gate, and Marcus decided to go with the digimon. I guess I was depressed that he was gone. There wasn't a day that went by that I would think about him." She whispered.

Lalamon laughed. "I knew it."

Yoshi eyes narrowed. "Quiet you."

When we were talking the others had already walked into town.

A few bird digimon greeted us by waving.

All kinds of bird digimon walked around us. Some were called Biyomon, Hawkmon, and some other champion bird digimon. Like Aquailamon.

I turned back to Yoshi as we walked into town. "I forgot to ask but what happen to the other survivors that traveled to the digital world with you?" I asked.

Yoshi put her hand on her chin. "Well that's the weird thing. I traveled to the digital world with my friends Miki, and Megumi, plus our commander Sampson who used to run the DATS agency. Which was an organization of people who were partnered with digimon who stopped digimon from entering the real world. But when I came through the portal I didn't see them anywhere. Then Marcus and Thomas came along, Marcus had the same problem. His sister Kristy and his father was nowhere to be seen." She informed me.

We walked towards the center of the village where Lalamon had decided where we should all set up a place to eat.

Lalamon flew off to check out Yoshi's backpack. Which she pulled out a pink blanket and a picnic basket.

In only a matter of seconds the rookie flower digimon had set up the small picnic. "Okay now who is going to be cooking?" Lalamon asked.

The group looked around at one another.

Yoshi sighed she smiled and sighed. "Well looks like we are going to leave the cooking with me." She said as she pulled out an apron and wrapped it around herself.

Lalamon face palms. "Yoshi, you're not that great of a cook. I mean you burnt water, who does that?"

Yoshi barred her teeth. 'Be quiet you!" she snarled.

As Yoshi yelled at Lalamon. James and Phemon left to go look for food at one of the local restaurants.

Gaomon looked at me as he was pulling up a few cups from Thomas backpack. "Excuse Elizabeth, can you please get me some water, I was planning to make some tea." He exclaimed.

I nodded and started to walk off. Miragemon ran after me.

We walked through the town. A few street venders tried yelling out to me, to catch my attention. I ignored them. After the last time from listening to a street vender. A bearmon stole our digivices, luckily enough Crystal wasn around the area to get hers stolen.

"I hope our friends are okay." I said to Miragemon.

Miragemon was looking around at the small town. The town houses were made out of small twigs, and sticks. The houses looked like small nests with windows and doors. On our sides right now where wooden desks where street venders were selling their merchandise. The rat digimon looked at me now. "You know they are okay, we all survived worse than those four digimon." She exclaimed.

I sighed I knew this was true but still. "I just wanted to know that they weren't hurt or if they are still alive."

Miragemon nodded. "Don't worry, if we know them for who they are. They are okay."

We continue walking until we found a well near the back of the town. We also found a small wooden bucket next to it. We put the bucket into the well and pulled it back up when we started to pull on the ropes. We grabbed the bucket which was full to the tip with water. 'I think this will be more than enough." I said aloud.

Miragemon nodded.

Once we came back, Gaomon had already set up the tea leaves, he used the water to add to the leaves and started to use a small fire he had set up earlier to start to heat up the water.

"Now we wait.'

James came back with Phemon with a bag filled with bread. "This is the only food that is not edible to birds.' He mumbled and set down the bag.

Phemon was eating from a small bag that seem to be labeled bugs.

Miragemon look disgusted. "Are you eating bugs?" she asked.

Phemon shrugged. 'Don't knock it, until your try it.' He said with his mouth filled.

Miragemon rolled her eyes. "I will just believe what you say." She mumbled.

Gaomon had finished with the tea and handed each of us a cup of tea.

I took a sip and found that the liquid was very sweet and had a hint of lemon to it. My eyes widen. "Whoa Gaomon this is very tasty" I whispered and took another sip of the tea.

Gaomon smiled and rubbed the back of his neck with his gloved paw. "Thanks."

James nodded. 'You did a great job with it."

Thomas hummed a little as he put his hand on his chin.

Just then a loud crash was heard. An explosion was seen near the entrance of the village. Bird digimon started to flew in different directions.

James turned towards me. "You don't think?" he asked.

I shrugged. "I don't think he would be able to find us so easily." I shouted back.

Just then Phemon raised a feather finger in the sky. "Blackwargreymon is coming get ready!" he shouted for the whole group to hear.

Agumon grinned. "Don't worry, boss and I got this." He informed us.

Marcus nodded and pulled out a device that looked about the size of a voice recorder. On the center of the device was three buttons. All three buttons were orange. Above the buttons was a small green screen. His device was black and orange. On the right side of the device was a small red scanner like thing. "Let's do this Agumon."

Marcus held up his fist and orange data started to appear around it.

He held out his device in front of him and words started to appear on the device. Ultimate digivoultion was quickly written across the screen. Orange data surge all around Marcus, he held up his right fist and started to spin around in a 360 and slammed his fist over a small button on the top of the device. "DNA charge! Overdrive!" he shouted.

AN orange spiral of data soured out of the device, which I guess must have been his digivice. And the data started to spin around Agumon.

"Agumon double warp digivovle too..."

Agumon started to spin around the cluster of data. A figure started to appear from the center of the data. A humanoid figure appeared, it was covered in red and white amour, wearing a golden helmet with three horns and red markings on the helmet mask and tips of the two horns in the back. Its frontal horn in the front is shaped like a blade. It has golden braces on its wrist and ankles, three golden claws are located on its knuckles near the back hand, and golden talons located on its feet. It had six red golden armored which open quickly. It also had a sun symbol at the end of his tail. Fire zoom across him when he stood up. "Shinegreymon!" he roared.

Shinegreymon flew towards Blackwargreymon. "Come on and fight!" the warrior shouted. As Shinegreymon flew towards the dark warrior a ball of fire formed in the warrior's gloved hands. "Glorious burst!" he threw a huge ball of fire towards the dark warrior.

Blackwargreymon must have seen the ball of flame heading in his direction. The dark knight put his hands toward one another. A huge dark blast of energy started to form in the center of his palms. "Terror destroyer!" he roared and sent back the blast of dark energy at the ball of fire.

The two blast of energy collided to one another and it caused smoke to fly through the air.

Shinegreymon held up a ball of fire in his palm of his left hand and looked around for the dark knight.

"Dramon killers" a shout in the smoke was heard. The warrior appeared behind Shinegreymon and he started to get attacked by Blackwargreymon with fast and quick strikes with his claws.

Marcus bawled his fists. "Come on Shinegreymon you got this!" he encouraged his digimon loudly.

Thomas looked towards, Yoshi and James. "We should help him." He instructed.

Thomas and Yoshi held out similar devices that Marcus had used, while James held up his wrist to show his new upgraded digivice.

I would have helped out too but Thomas must have remembered that, I am having trouble digivovling Miragemon.

Thomas held up his digivice which was black and blue colored digivice. There was three blue buttons, below the green screen. Thomas snapped his fingers and blue data started too circulated around his hands. Ultimate digivoultion was wrote across his screen. Thomas had blue data that now surged around his body. He did a three sixty and slammed his hand on the top of his digivice. "DNA Charge! Overdrive!" he shouted. He held out his digivice for blue data to circulate out of his digivice, which went towards Gaomon.

Gaomon started to spin while the blue data started to spin around him. "Gaomon double warp digivovle too..." He formed into the same digimon that Gaomon's mega form looked like. 'MIrageGaogamon!" he shouted and threw his claws out.

Yoshi held out her digivice which was a mix of white and pink. Three pink buttons where in the middle of the digivice. Ultimate digivoultion was written across the screen now. Pink data swarmed around Yoshi. She did a three sixty and slammed her hand over her digivice. "DNA charge! Overdrive!" she shouted.

Pink data circulated out of her digivice and started to spin around Lalamon. "Lalamon double warp digivovle too..." The small plant like digimon started to spin around the pink data swarm. A figure appeared from the swarm of data. She was a tall women. She had a green cape that tied around her elegant neck, tied by a glowing pink orb. Green vines wrapped around the women's arms and body. Covering her eyes and led up to her face was a dark red rose. Blonde hair flowed gently passed the edges of the rose. It was tied by three red roses. "Rosemon!" she cried out.

James held his digivice close to him. "Correction digivoultion start!"

A red sphere of light engulfed him and Phemon.

"Phemon correction evolve too...Kratomon!" he shouted.

The three mega digimon flew off to help Blackwargreymon.

I watched closely in the battle.

Rosemon held out her vines and shouted in a commanding voice. "Ivy hug!" The vines that wrapped around her arms extended and wrapped around Blackwargreymon. The vines were seen started to crush his body.

MIrageGaogamon disappeared in midair and reappeared in front of Blackwargreymon. With his claws extended out. He started to quickly slash away in the air. "Double crescent mirage!" he called out as yellow slashes appeared and started to strike the warrior.

Blackwargreymon eyes narrowed. He started to tense up and started to spin rapidly in the grasp of the vines. When he was freed he held out his claws in the air. "Black tornado!" he spin rapidly towards Rosemon and MirageGaomon who both got hit by the attack.

The two of them flew back some from the g force from the attack but still look okay.

"Okay let's do a double offense." Marcus shouted towards Shinegreymon and Kratomon. The two digimon nodded and flew towards Blackwargreymon.

Shinegreymon held back his fist as golden light started to radiate around it. "Shine hammer!" he slammed his fist into the dark warrior's stomach.

Kratomon right behind Shinegreymon held out his sword. Fire started to swarm around the blade. He held it up in the air as a huge ball of fire started to appear. "Sun's wrath!" He slashed quickly in the air and the ball of fire slammed into the dark knight.

Blackwargreymon once again narrowed his eyes. Like lightning he slammed his body against both Kratomon and Shinegreymon causing both of them to slam into the ground.

I held my hand over my mouth. "I hope the two of them were okay." I thought as I saw both of the two mega digimon still slamming into debris from houses and vender booths.

Miragemon looked at me pleadingly. "Elizabeth we have to correction evolve to help out." She shouted.

I ignored her and continue to watch the fight.

Rosemon started to glow a dark pink as she turned into complete pink light. She held out her glowing palms and a rose appeared in the center of it. "Forbidden temptation!" Thousands of tiny blades of roses strike the warrior several times.

MirageGaomon chest laser open up and a dark yellow laser started to form in the middle of it. "Wolf blaster." A blast of dark light slammed into the warrior.

Blackwargreymon looked like he took no hits at all throughout the whole battle. He even had wounds on his body but he continue to fight, like nothing was happening to him. He acted like he wanted to fight no matter how much pain his opponents gave to him.

I felt dark energy radiating off of him. This energy felt completely evil. It gave me the chills and this energy felt similar somehow. It felt like the energy that surged through me, when I was being controlled and forced Urielmon to digivovle into LadyDevimon.

"Elizabeth! Please try we need to help!" Miragemon shouted pulling on my paints.

I looked at her and nodded and held up my wrist. Please work. "Correction digivoultion start!"

I waited for the pink energy to surround Miragemon and I but nothing happen.

Miragemon sighed and held her forehead with her paws. "It's hopeless there is nothing we can do." She cried.

I looked at Miragemon in worry and I was about to say something but stopped when I heard the tone welcome to the jungle.

I looked up to see Wormon and Chicamon happily walking into town.

I held my hand out. "Wormon, Chicamon get out of here!" I screamed towards the worm and chipmunk digimon. I didn't want neither of them to get hurt.

Wormon slammed his hand over his face and shake his head from the far distance. "How did I become such a party popper?" he asked sadly.

I watched Blackwargreymon start to create a ball of darkness in his hand. "Terra destroyer."

I bawled my fist. What did Yoshi say, if I worried about people getting hurt, don't fear it. Use it for your advantage! I need to protect the people I care about! I Have to protect James, my friends and even if it is Wormon. I have to help." I thought. Light started to swarm around me. The light felt smooth and inviting. I slammed my hand over my digivice and a blaze of rainbow light started to engulf the digivice. When the light faded away my digivice had changed.

My digivice was now bigger like James' was. The screen showed some new apps which I had no time to check out right now. Four buttons on the right, while there was two on the left. On the top of the digivice was the symbol of the crest of light. My digivice was now Pink and a bright white. I held my wrist up. "Let's do this Miragemon!" I screamed.

Miragemon nodded and pulled her sword out of her holster. "Right behind you."

I watched as Blackwargreymon sent the ball of dark energy towards Wormon and Chicamon in horror. I have to do this now and fast.

"Correction digivoultion start!"

A pink sphere of light surrounded Miragemon and I. Like James said, this digivoultion was different. The energy that surrounded me was graceful and more inviting then it once was.

"Miragemon correction evolve too...Gnoweemon!"

(Gnoweemon's P.O.v.) When the pink sphere flashed around me. I took one looked around the battle field before I flew quickly towards Wormon and Chicamon.

I stopped right in front of the blast of dark energy. I held out my sword Miracle in my hand and cut right through the dark energy.

Wormon gapped up in front of me. "When did James and Elizabeth unlock correction digivoultion?" he asked dumbstruck. "And where is the others?"

I had no time to answer any of his questions when Blackwargreymon flew towards me with his claws extended.

I held my sword high out in front of me. "Sword of faith!" I cried. I flew towards the warrior. We meet with a quick flash of metal on metal.

Blackwargreymon held back his right fist. "Dramon killer."

I dodge the blow and flew in the air. I quickly put my sword back in its holster. Tears started to stream down my face. "Weep of love." I sobbed. Tears started to fly away from my face and started to stab the dark warrior.

Blackwargreymon snarled and came back with dark energy surrounding him. "Mega destroyer!"

I waited for his attack to leave his palms of his hands before I covered my hand over my heart. "Death's wish!"

I removed my hand from my heart and threw it out towards him. A dark blast of dark energy and light slammed into his attacks causing it to burst in a blast of energy.

Thomas blinked. "What is going on?" he asked aloud.

"I don't know, Gnoweemon might be testing him." Chicamon whispered. The chipmunk digimon has been eating away on an acorn.

Yoshi tilt her head in confusion. "What do you mean she is testing him?" she asked.

Wormon shrugged. "No one really knows, how the queen of all digimon tested digimon. She never told another soul. I don't even think her husband knew."

"Ivy hug."

Blackwargreymon was about to pounce at me but stopped when vines wrapped around his body. Rosemon appeared behind him, holding on the edge of the vines.

I smiled and flew towards the warrior. I place a delicate finger on his forehead and closed my eyes. "It's all up to you know Elizabeth." I whispered. "Mind dwell."

(Elizabeth's P.O.V.)

I slowly open my eyes to find that I was in a middle of a desert.

I looked around the whole area but only found sand. "Where is the others?" I asked aloud.

The last thing I could remember was turning into Gnoweemon, and then saying something about a mind dwell. I was going to look through Gnoweemon memories about mind dwells but I didn't have time to.

What are they anyways?

"Where did you send me?" a voice asked me angrily behind me.

I turned on my heels to see Blackwargreymon standing tall. His yellow eyes seem to pierce right through me.

"It's called a mind dwell." I informed him.

"Why did you send me here?" he asked again.

"I was sent along with you because I am here to test you."

He tilted his head in confusion. "What do you mean test me?" he asked

"I can sense darkness radiating off your body, but I can also sense light in you. You do have good in your heart." I exclaimed

Blackwargreymon shake his head. "How do you know for sure?" he asked.

"Because I used to be just like you."

"How do I know if you're telling the truth or not?" he asked.

I clicked my fingers and if on instant. A small scene appeared in front of us.

A small younger version of me was shown in a small min van. I had a small black pony tail, which was held up by a small pink ribbon. I wore a pink dress and white dancing shoes.

My step mother was driving the car. "Elizabeth, when we get home, I want you to pack your bag. You will be sleeping at your grandparents the next few days." She whispered angrily.

Tears streamed down my younger self's face. "But...I thought...I could stay with you...Because of daddy" the younger me stuttered.

"What you thought, you could stay with me because your daddy died?" she asked between a laugh coldly.

The scene shifted to show my younger shelf, in a dark room.

"I just want everyone to die." The younger me whispered. "I just want everyone to leave me alone. "

The younger me then threw a glass vase against the wall and cried in her lap.

The image slowly faded away.

I turned towards the warrior. "I let my father's death to plague my thoughts, I allowed negativity to control me. I never allowed my light to shine through the corners of my being, I always shielded it and never allowed it to show itself. It wasn't until I meet James and all my new friends. That I finally released the light that I tried so hard to hide. "I informed him.

"How do you know I have light in my heart?" he asked.

"I can feel it, don't ask me how but I just feel that you can be a great person if you released it." I whispered.

Blackwargreymon looked down at the sand under his feet.

"What does your heart desire, Blackwargreymon?" I asked.

"To...To protect someone. To be cared by others." He whispered.

It was strange to hear the dark knights words. I smiled and nodded.

The next things I know, darkness covered my mind.

(Gnoweemon's P.O.V)

Blackwargreymon had once again broken out of the vines grips but instead of attacking, he flew away from the group. "I will consider more of this." He shouted towards me.

I smiled and landed on the ground.

Marcus ran towards me with complete anger on his face. "Why did you let him get away?" he asked bawling his fists.

"Because Marcus, he was no longer a treat. He is now a comrade." I whispered.

Marcus didn't look convince. He walked off to sulk.

With a bright pink Flash I turned back into Miragemon and Elizabeth.

(Elizabeth P.o.V)

"Well what now?" I asked.

James came over with Phemon on his shoulder and Agumon walking alongside him.

"We wait, and see if the others appear on the map." He suggested.

We returned to the picnic where Thomas and Yoshi were picking up some of the supplies that had been broken during the battle.

Wormon and Chicamon had walked over.

"So what did we miss?" Wormon asked.

Phemon sighed. "Oh boy, their back."

I looked down at my watch as the two of them started to bicker about who was, more annoying.

I clicked on the map app, and I was relieved to see that I could see James' and I location. When I look towards the desert portion part of the map. I notice two blinking lights. Light blue, and black. That must be Zen and Crystal. I thought.

"James I think I located Crystal and Zen on the map app." I informed him

James smiled and checked. "I think your right, but we should rest up before we go." He instructed.

Zen- Next time on digimon correction

'"Run towards the forest!" James shouted from a distance away.

I ran towards the forest with Reymon holding on for dear life.

I didn't care that twigs were slapping me across the face or not, I ran like there was no tomorrow.

....

"Who is there?" Crystal asked as she stared up at the figure.

"Oh he was a Leomon back when I met him. He helped out James, Cody and I when we returned to the digital world that one time to look for Jeffrey and Amanda." I informed her.

...

"Is there ever a moment when you're not happy?" Reymon asked.

"Momentai Reymon, Momentai."

....

"Puppetmon will play with his new toys, in his toy box."
