Ember couldn't see a thing. Everthing was pitch black. If she could put her hand over her face she wouldn't have seen it in the darkness.

After leaving the high chandler castle, shadow dragon took her down to a cavern.

Ember felt the presence of a keystone nearby but she never felt one quite like this one. The energy seem to be like fireworks bursting with power.

It comfort and scared her to think about the high chandler ' s plans of making her activate it. She didn't want to know the secrets beyond its appearance.

Shadow dragon was the only true reason why she was guided through the darkness. He was able to see in the dark.

His dragon like hand was rough on her shoulder. He would push her foward every so often if she slowed down. He would laugh at her if she fell down or tripped.

" So how do you think of this cave?" Shadow dragon asked out of random.

Ember remained quiet. She heard cries from bats that were waking up from their naps.

Ember wanted to scream, or call for help or even DNA digivolve so she could get away from the dragon humanoid but she knew if she did anything wrong, that Wolfamon would pay the price.

Shadow dragon rubbed her shoulder. "So Ember how do you feel, can you sense the power from the keystones. " He whispered into her ear.

Ember knew that he wanted her to attack him, he knew that I wanted to hurt him.

Light started to appear in front of her. The light was gold. As Ember walked closer to the light she could see pictures of digimon she have never seen before, some were humanoid animal while others looked like humans. The digimon looked like they were in a war.

"So you are interested in the war between the legends and the ancients. Some digimon think it was rather sad, that children fought against their own parents. But they couldn't kill one another. So the legends forced some of the achients who didn't join them, into a keystone, the keystone of power." He exclaimed.

Ember eyes grew wide as she realized what she was about to do. She started to shake as she realized what she was about to do could cause another war. "You want me to activate the keystone the one the acheients were trapped in..." She whispered.

Shadow laughed as as he rubbed his scaly hand through her black hair. " You are one clever girl. But don't worry even after you activate the keystone a few things must happen before the achients return.

For one the Earth must be destroyed along with the digital world. A sacrifice from a royal king who took over, and the recarnation of the elements will room free." He inform her as he continued to rub his hand through her hair.

Ember still didn't understand most of what he said. A royal king must sacrifice his life, does that mean Azulongmon. He wasn't really much of a king, he was a royal pain but not really someone would be part of a war.

And what did shadow dragon meant by the elements will be recarnaitied and run free? Elements don't move or think, do they? Ember was a little confused, she scratch the top of her head with her free hand.

Shadow dragon forced her into the opening, the opening was quite small. And it was dome shape. In the middle of the room was a large gold like rock, and behind the stone written in blood is.

The rose shall bear the burden alone as the world disappears into darkness. Light is born out of fire, lightning cracks across the skies, life withers away, water plows through as blood as pure life is destroyed. Ice shall be the most hurtful element, it freezes towns and cities until no heartbeat is heard. The wind blows down civilization, the night will be no more as the world comes to a close.

The tamers heart shall become one as the rose and iris heart will become one. The elements will be changed forever as they our freed from their prison.

Ember seem to read the words in blood twice. She didn't understand it at all. The rose? Could this be something like a prophecy? She thought to herself .

Shadow dragon must have looked confused as Ember but he didn't care about his confusion or what the prophecy said. He pushed Ember towards the glowing gold keystone.

Ember sighed as she put her hand against the cold smooth keystone. Ember closed her eyes, as she concentrated. Keystone please listen to me. (I don't know how Ember activates keystones so XD yeah, also the prophecy was made by ChristineNighstone, I did made some edits and added a few things but thanks amiga!)

Ember started to see images of humanoids, her skin started to burn. She started to cry out in pain. The burning felt so hot that her skin felt like it was melting. Finally after a while she was pushed back as a blast of energy pushed her back.

She hit against the cave wall. She open her eyes to see the golden keystone was cracked and the keystone was started to lose its golden color.

Ember started to feel lightheaded a flash of pictures appeared in her head of something that look like a grim reaper, primary village in ruins, and the high chandler laying dead on the ground. Ember shake her head as she realized the first stanza. The rose shall bear the burden alone. Her last name was rose, and because she activated the keystone she has the burden of visions.

The next few moments were hazy. What looked like a tornado plowed into shadow dragon sending him flying across the room.

The next moment, Ember realized that someone was holding her hand rushing away from the humanoid. "Wait if I leave, Wolfamon will die.." She whispered she felt dazed from the vision she just had.

The voice that whispered back to her sounded familiar but she couldn't put her finger on it. " I got Wolfamon earlier don't worry he is waiting for us. We have to find the tamers from the prophecy they are all in danger."

Ember finnaly realized who the man was, she thought he was dead. She thought she would never see him again. The man who held her hand was her father.

(Zen's P.O.V.)

I was tired, I awoke in the midst of night. I couldn't sleep for the past couple of days. Reymon would always be in my dreams. I missed the fox digimon. Reymon would always be kind around the group and it's just seem completely different without him.

Once the sun came into the sky, the others started to wake up. " Gosh I just had a dream, of a nice hot shower. That was a weird dream but being in the digital world I guess that would be a luxury." James mumbled as he rubbed his eyes, and fixed his goggles on top of his head.

I would have laughed at James but being so depressed as I was, I couldn't find the energy to do so.

Phemon stretch his body as he woke up. " their is something I always wanted to do." He whispered as he flew up into a tree.

The bird digimon coughed. "On earth most birds sing in the morning, so now I will wake everyone up with my beautiful voice." He said happily. The bird open his beak and started to sing off key Fireworks by Katy Perry.

James and I were already both prepared as we covered our ears with our hands.

The others quickly awoke to Phemon terrible singing. Miragemon looked like she wanted to rip Phemon into tiny prices. " Phemon shut the hell up!" She shouted.

Phemon stick his tongue out as everyone started to complain about his singing. " Everyone is just jealous that I can sing better than them." He said proudly as he continued singing.

Crystal groaned as she got up from where she slept. I knew from looking at my friend, she didn't really get a lot sleep last night.

Cody put up his hands and a gush of wind knocked Phemon out of a tree and into a boulder.

Wormon started to clap excitedly. " if we're lucky he could be dead and we don't have to deal with him singing ever again. " He cheered happily.

Chicamon rolled his eyes. "You do remember that he is the king of all legends and that he is needed." He mumbled.

Wormon sighed. "If only we didn't need to have him around." He cried

I walked at the back of the group watching my friends talking or holding their digimon closly. I felt jealous, the same kind of jealousy I felt before I started dating Jason.

I missed Jason as much as Reymon but Jason wasn't missing. So I felt more depressed over Reymon.

The morning sky was bright blue, white puffy clouds filled the air. A gentle breeze blew through the leaves of the trees. Bird digimon of all kinds flew above us. Ariomon, Egaramon and Phemon decided to stretch their wings and flew above us as well.

I looked over at Fanny who always seem depressed lately. More than me. The girl even seem completely bored when Jeffrey and Amanda went missing the other day.

Spadamon who was started to look up Fanny with a smile. "Fanny how are you holding up. How did you sleep?" He asked happily.

I watched as I saw Fanny bit her lip. She didn't respond back to her Digimon. I could see her necklace around her neck. The emblem that was attach to the string was a moon.

On Amanda's shoulder was Aztecmon he was holding on her shoulder with his hand. He blinked as he watched the wilderness go by us.

Elizabeth smiled back at me. " Hey Zen do you want to talk with James and I? " she asked with a smile that seem to help me feel a little better but I wanted to stay by myself for a little while longer.

I waved at them as I shake my head. " No I am completely okay, don't worry about me. I was just thinking." I said with a fake smile.

Elizabeth gave me a soft smile and continue to walk.

I knew that my friends were only worrying for my well being but I also knew that I had to watch out for myself.

Jiwon skipped along the path in front of me. " hmm why is some of the grass here a gray color?" She asked herself picking up a few pieces of of what to look like gray grass.

I kept on walking in the back of the group. I could only stare at my friends who seem to be having fun.

I only wished Reymon would appear out of a bush and apologize for his actions but wherever I looked their were no signs of the ghost digimon anywhere.

A sudden gasp from the front of the group caught my attention. Miragemon was looking out in the distance.

I could see nothing but gray feilds. The sun did not seem to shine in the area. All plant life seem to be dead, their was a dried up lake not to far away. And everywhere I saw was cracked eggshells or plain old white ones that seem to collect dust.

" What is this place?" Jeffrey finnaly asked, looking around at the eggs that seem to be everywhere.

Ariomon flew down and seem to be displeased by all of the dead life here. " this used to be primary village, a place where baby digimon are born or recreated after they die." She whispered sadly as she looked as well through the open fields.

" it wasn't always like this, their used to be huge open feilds were baby digimon played or slept. It was beautiful sight to see, and their used to be a keeper of baby digimon. If I remember correctly his name was Elecmon." Egaramon informed us.

I bit my lip but I had finally had enough. I couldn't imagine anyone doing a terrible dead in killing off baby's. " who did this?" I asked, I already knew the answer before Aztecmon even said it.

" the sovereigns, a long time ago he was looking for all of us legends. He wanted to keep as captive until, we all turned back into our past selves. So he could make a huge deal killing all of us in public." He exclaimed.

Amanda shake her head. " Azulongmon is just a big meanie, we have to stop him before it gets any worse." She growled as she bawled her fist.

I noticed Crystal holding the necklace that Gatomon gave her. The medal was glowing a dark purple. " Reymon!" I shouted as I raced through the open feilds.

Jiwon voice was heard behind me as I ran through the old primary village. "Zen wait for us! We don't know what kind of digimon could be hiding here! She shouted after me.

I didn't listen to a word that she said, the only thing I could think about was Reymon and that I wanted to find him before he ran away from me again.

" Reymon!" I exclaimed as I ran through a clearing of giant blocks that rose into the sky like skyscrappers.

I was surprised of all the stuff that was in primary village. Their were toys from soccer balls, kick balls, pirate ships etc. I couldn't believe that baby digimon used to live here.

I couldn't imagine what life would be like, when digimon were born here. I ran past a group of white eggs which I was half expecting baby digimon to hop out but that didn't happen.

When I looked up to see the sky, all I could see was a dark gray color, the sky wasn't a bright blue anymore. The clouds were a pitch black and the sun was nowhere to be seen.

" how could Azulongmon even do something like this? How could he do this to a village where baby digimon are born?" I asked aloud as I continued running.

I heard a crumbling sound as I ran and I slowed down to see what I steped on. It was the size of a poster and the words were dark blood red.

This is what happens if you believe in the legends return. This is what happens when you teach the stories of the legends. This is what happens if you help the rebels. If you find any of the legends or their tamers please contact the sovereigns or your village may suffer the same faith.

I was a lost for words. Just because a certain group of digimon believed in the stories of the legends, he killed them for it? I couldn't imagine the dragon knight killing animal baby like digimon.

It was horrible to imagine, it made me sick to my stomach just to think about it. I crumbled the paper into a ball and threw it away far from me. I started to run again.

I could see a log cabin not to far ahead. Smoke bellowed out of the top of the chimney.

I looked down at the medal in my hands it seemed to be flashing with purple light. I started to sprint towards the cabin.

Tears streamed down my face at the thought of be reunited with my Digimon. I didn't even know what I would say to Reymon once I saw him again.

Maybe I could ask why he ran away from me, or where he traveled to. But I wouldn't be asking any of those questions anytime soon. I wanted to hug Reymon.

I missed the ghost digimon so much. I wanted Reymon to know that I did care about him. I also wanted to make sure that Reymon would never run away from me ever again.

I nearly tripped over an log but I was able to keep my footing. As I got closer to the cabin I could see the wood that made up the house was maple oak. The windows seem to be polished clean, their wasn't one spot of dirt on the glass.

Toys of all kinds littered the front yard. A path of rocks led to the front door. The smell of cooking fish filled the air and started to cause my stomach to growl.

I was hungry.

I slowly walked over to the window to see a fire place with a small flame burning inside, a small fish hung above the top of the fireplace slowly turning as it cooked.

Chairs filled the room, a small green bed lay in the corner of the room. A figure slept on the bed. In closer a expection, I could see Reymon sleeping on top of the bed.

I started to tap on the window. " you better have a good reason why you are tapping on my window." A angry voice said angrily.

I slowly turned around to see a lion cub digimon. He was standing on his fours. His fur was red and purple. He had pointy like ears with purple fur on top of his ears. He had seven spiky tails.

My digivice beep and a similar hologram appeared above my watch. The mechanical women voice was heard.

Elecmon is a very protective digimon, these rookie digimon mostly spend their whole life's protecting others or working at the primary village. With another beep the mechanical voice stopped.

I held up my hands in defense. " Hey I am not here to hurt you or anything, I came here looking for my digimon Reymon. He is the ghost digimon in the cabin." I exclaimed as I pointed a finger at the ghost fox Digimon.

Elecmon tilted his head. " You are Reymon ' s tamer? " he asked looking at me closly.

I nodded and showed him my digivice. "Yes Reymon is my Digimon, I have been looking for him for so long now. Please allow me to see him. He is one of my greatest friends." I pleaded.

Elecmon sighed. "Fine come on in, I don't really have a lot of fish but I bet you can share with Reymon." He exclaimed as he led me into the cabin.

I rubbed the back of my neck with my hand. " Well I am traveling with other humans and Digimon, I bet they will be here shortly. " I laughed.

Elecmon seemed to be excited by this news. A huge smile crossed his face. " I haven't had this many visitors since, the time I used to take care of the baby digimon in primary village." He exclaimed sadly now.

Elecmon seem to be reliving something in the past. He stared off into the distance.

I walked over to the side of the bed where Reymon slept. The ghost fox digimon had his eyes closed, his tail whip back and forth as he slept. His breathing was calm, and short.

I brushed my hand through Reymon 's gray fur. I could barley believe I was touching Reymon. The dog that been out of my life for almost a week. " Reymon." I whispered trying to shake the digimon awake.

Reymon didn't wake up, he continued to breath and sleep as if I only poke him.

Elecmon walked over to me. "I wouldn't try waking him, the first I saw him he was in his champion level form, he had been in the form so long it was draining his energy. He has been sleeping like this for days." He informed me with a smile.

I brushed my hand through Reymon' s fur once more. " I am sorry buddy, it was all my fault, I don't know if it was truly mine though, I guess not helping you digivolve to ultimate is causing you not to like me anymore." I whispered as I rubbed Reymon stomach.

Reymon let out a yawned. "Zen I miss you." He mumbled as he slept. Reymon rubbed his noise with his left paw.

I moved over to sit in a open blue armchair. " So what do you do for fun here?" I asked looking over at Elecmon who still seemed to be dazed and looking off into the past.

Elecmon shake his head and walked over to me. The lion like digimon scratch his head. " Well like I said before, or what your digivice said. I used to be the protector of primary village every since the time of the legends, the legend of electricity made me herself.

She was very kind, I would be so upset with what she would think of me. I want to apologize for failing her, she told me I was a strong digimon and that I would be able to watch over the babies of the digital world but their all dead." Elecmon started to burst out into tears covering his face with his paws.

I slowly got up and started to rub Elecmon's back. " you could tell her soon, she will be coming along. But it know for sure she will understand. She doesn't really remember all of her past but she will understand." I exclaimed.

There was a sudden knock at the door.

"Zen are you in there?" Crystal's concern voice asked from behind the door.

Elecmon wiped his eyes and answered her question. " He is in here, the door is open." He yelled.

Crystal and the others walked inside.

Elecmon could only stare at the other digimon dumbfounded. " all of the legends, are in my house. I remember meeting all of you before." He muttered he looked over at Phemon.

" The legend of love and fire, also the king of all legends, he was foretold to defeated his father Blade by himself." He whispered. He was about to continue until he looked over at Egaramon.

The eagle Digimon titled her head as she watched Elecmon started to burst into tears.

He raced to the eagle feet and started to kiss her talons. " Legend of electricity, I've failed you. I am so sorry. I was trying my best but the sovereigns heard of my teaching of the old stories of the legends to the baby digimon and Azulongmon had them all killed." He cried.

Egaramon looked completely stunned. The eagle Digimon coughed. " umm I don't really remember much of my past self but I forgive you." She said in a whisper as she hugged him.

I watched as Egaramon looked over to Jiwon and mouth the words "Help me"

Jiwon giggled as she watched Egaramon being hugged like a giant teddy bear.

" Zen? Is that you?" A whisper asked from behind us.

Twenty two eyes looked off from where we saw Reymon staring at us. A look of worry across his face. " Hey guys." He whispered as he waved his paw at us shyly.

I walked over to the side of the bed to get at closer look at Reymon. I couldn't think of anything to say. Reymon just looked at me shyly. I could tell the digimon thought i was upset with him. I finally wrap Reymon into a tight hug. " I miss you." I whispered.

A couple of minutes went by of Reymon telling all of us where he went.

Reymon told us about going to the tree of friendship. He said he felt like he had a memory of his past. He spoke of the memory that he relived when he spoke to the legend of ice about the war against the achients.

Elecmon looked over at us. " So is anyone hungry?" He asked looking at all of us.

Phemon raised his winged hand as he rubbed his stomach with his other hand. " I am" He shouted.

Crystal sweat dropped and smiled at the lion digimon. " we are completely okay, you don't have to feed us. We were only looking for Reymon here and be on are way." She exclaimed as she rubbed her neck with the back of her hand.

Jiwon nodded to agree with her. " that's right were not really hungry." She whispered.

Elecmon seemed to look hurt by their comments. I watched as Elecmon kick a pebble around on the ground. Akward silence filled the room.

Fanny shivered at the silence. Spadamon looked up at her and rubbed her hand.

I smiled at the two of them but it changed to a frown when I saw Fanny gave Spadamon a disproving look.

I couldn't understand what her problem was. Fanny never really talked to anyone, she used to talk to Jiwon all the time but that was mostly because Egaramon being Spadamon mother.

Elecmon finnaly broke the silence with a cough. " That wouldn't sit right with me if I allowed my old mistress to go hungry, so I must ask again. Would it be okay if I feed you all?"

Wormon rolled his eyes, before anyone could say a word. The bug digimon shouted. " Yes we are all very hungry!"

Glaciamon gave him an angry stare.

I could have laughed but my emotions were all mixed up with finding Reymon, I didn't know if I could laugh without crying.

Elecmon finally looked over to the fireplace where the single fish was cooking. " Well I don't have enough fish for all of us. So I would need a group of four to come with me." He exclaimed.

Jiwon raised her hand. " We will go, I mean Egaramon and I are little tired of resting." She gigled,

Spadamon raised his paw excitedly, Fanny tried to force his paw down but it was to late. We were looking in his direction. " We would also like to come along." He said happily.

Cody shrugged. " I guess Panthemon and I could help." He suggested.

The tiger Digimon looked like he got an idea. His green eyes were open wide, and a huge grin appeared on his face. "We could make a huge game out of this, the team who gets the most amount of fish first wins." He chuckled as he rubbed his paws together almost evilly.

Reymon raised his paw, which I somewhat expected to happen. "I would like to come along as well, you help me get back to normal health so I would like to help." He whispered as he started to levitate into the air.

James looked at us before we walked to the door. "Remember to stay together, one of the sovereigns attacked us already. We don't know if they will do it again anytime soon and remember Biamon and Okenusmon are still out there." James reminded us.

Egaramon nodded. " Don't worry, If we get into any kind of trouble we will contact you first thing." She said waving her winged hand at him.

Elecmon stopped at the door to look at the tamers inside his house. " please take care of my cabin, go ahead, one of you could eat the fish when it's ready, and anything in this cabin you may use." He inform them.

Miragemon nodded. " Thank you for allowing us to stay here, it's probably mostly are fault for all the baby digimon being dead. We know it must be hard for you to allow us into your home." She mumbled sadly kicking the ground.

Elecmon shake his head. "Not at all, I don't blame any of you. In fact I think you can bring the digital world back to the way it used to be originally." He said proudly.

I walked by Jiwon side. I watched as she gigled at Egaramon walking next to Elecmon.

" Egaramon my mistress it's been so long since the last time I have seen you. Are you pleased of my offering of fish?" He asked.

Egaramon was about to answer but Elecmon suddenly looked frightened and continue to talk. " I am sorry my mistress if I mispleased you." He said sadly his ears slowly dropping.

Egaramon looked like she was ready to tear him limb from limb but the eagle Digimon sighed and regain her happy expression. " I am very pleased with everything you are doing for me, and my friends. I don't truly remember you but you are a good digimon." She said as she rubbed her winged hand on top of his head.

Elecmon looked like he was completely unworthy by this. He was hyperventilating, until finally he caught his breath and he face was completely pink. He was blushing. " Thank you mistress." He cried as he hugged her.

Jiwon and J started to burst into laughter as the eagle Digimon was sent to falling to the ground by Elecmon. Who started to apologize like crazy.

Reymon looked over to me with a smile across his face. " So Zen, did you miss... me? He asked somewhat sadly.

I nodded. " Yes I did buddy, I felt so depressed without you." I whispered as I hugged the ghost fox Digimon.

A nice breeze flew threw the group. The color seem to start appear back into the world. The grass changed from a dark gray to a nice bright green. The sky started to turn into a chilling blue, and the sun was in the middle of the sky.

Cody and Panthemon were running far ahead of us. Both of them laughing and yelling out jokes at each other.

"Your so fat, that frigemon look thinner than you." Panthemon teased as he hopped out of the way, of Cody trying to tackle him.

Cody laughed as he got up from the ground and dusted himself off. " Oh yeah, your fur is so dirty that you make Sukamon look clean." Cody yelled.

Panthemon stopped and turned to face Cody. " No one, I mean no one makes fun of my fur." He shouted angrily as he pounce onto Cody. Both of them fell on the ground.

Panthemon and Cody looked at each other and started to laugh.

Jiwon smiled and looked over at me. "They are such good friends, no matter what they say to each other they are best of friends." She gigled.

I nodded. " Just like me and Reymon here." I laughed as I rubbed Reymon on his back.

Reymon nodded. " Yep the best of friends" He chuckled as he got onto my back for a piggy back ride. The dog digimon wrap his ghost tail around my stomach.

I started to laugh at Reymon. I missed him so much but I slowly stopped as I looked back at Fanny who was trailing behind us.

Fanny seem to be in her own little world. Her head was down looking down at the ground. Spadamon in her arms. That girl always been sad around us. I wanted to talk to her but she wouldn't say a word to anyone anymore.

Chicamon hopped around her shoulder trying to cheer the girl up but the chipmunk Digimon wasn't really changing her attitude.

" Fanny aren't you excited we are going to go fishing?" Spadamon asked looking up at her with his gold eyes.

Fanny didn't even answer him. She felt like she didn't even know he was there. She just payed attention to the ground.

After a while we all reached a small light blue crystal lake. Small colorful fish jumped from the water. They range from orange, pink, green their were almost every color from the rainbow.

Elecmon walked over to a small box that lay under some rocks near the lake. He open the box to revival a box of wooden fishing rods.

Their were one for each one of us. Panthemon chuckled as he grabbed one. " Remember the rules Cody, the person or Digimon to catch the most fish wins!" The tiger Digimon shouted as he raced towards the lakes edge and cast out.

Cody raced by his side and casted out as well.

Jiwon and I sweat dropped. " Those two really like to compete against each other." Jiwon chuckled rubbing the back of her neck.

I nodded to agree with her. " I know they always have to be competing against one another about everything." I laughed.

Reymon nodded. " Why don't we just join on in and fish. " He suggested grabbing a fishing rod.

It was a few minutes until any of us could catch any fish. Piles of fish started to surronded us. I looked at the colorful fish behind me and the others.

Panthemon cheered for joy as he caught another fish. " I am winning Cody, how are you going to be able to catch up with me, the fish master!" He shouted loudly.

Cody rolled his eyes. " I am catching up, your rain of terror is coming to an end. " Cody teased pushing the tiger Digimon slightly on the elbow.

I looked back over to Fanny who instead decided to sit on a stump and looked down at her digivice. She would scroll threw information and read some of it, sigh and scroll some more.

Chicamon and Spadamon played a game of tag around her. The lion cub stopped immediately when he notice Fanny cry. " Ah Fanny are you feeling okay? Why don't you fish, I mean some digimon say that fishing can help you feel less depressed about whatever your feeling about." He whispered patting her hand.

Fanny put her hands on her shoulders. " I don't think anything will help me, my father doesn't love me. My grandfather almost gave me away to a soverign. And I feel so useless in this team! I can't help you digivolve to ultimate because i don't know anything about justice." She sobbed covering her eyes with her hands.

We all seem to grow quiet, even Elecmon who kept on jabbering away talking to Egaramon stopped.

The eagle Digimon looked somewhat relived and concern with Fanny.

I got up and placed my fishing rod on the ground. I walked over to where Fanny was sitting and sat next to her. I placed a hand on her shoulder, which cause her to jolt and look at me.

"Hey don't cry, I know how it feels for a father who doesn't like their child. My dad doesn't really like how I am gay. Yeah its sad that your grandfather tried to hand you over to the sovereigns but you are really helping this group out. We all work together, okay?" I said as I smiled at her.

Fanny slowly nodded and smiled back at me. "Thanks Zen, maybe I thought you guys hated me or something. I am sorry for the way I have been acting. You guys are actually fun to hang out with." She whispered.

Silence crossed the air until Fanny surprised me by hugging me. " Thank you." She said quietly.

I patted her on the head. " Don't worry about it, where on a team now, if you are ever feeling depressed again. Just come talk to me or Jiwon. We will help you feel okay again. " i inform her.

Fanny nodded.

Spadamon gave her a thumbs up. " now that your feeling better, why don't we both try fishing now?" He asked.

Fanny smiled as she wiped away her tears. "Definitely." She shouted happily racing after the lion cub and the chipmunk Digimon.

" Oh how cute, now everyone are friends again." A voice laughed out of no where.

We all stopped moving. I noticed Reymon started to snarl. His fangs were barred and his eyes were glowing a blood red.

"Reymon?" I asked a little frightened. Reymon was acting similar to the time he almost attacked me.

Suddenly Biamon erupted from the ground. She was smiling at us brightly. Her muscles were bulging with power and strength. Her long orange hair was fizzled and a huge mess.

Biamon smirked as she watched Reymon pounce in her direction. " Looks like the legend of death wants to play." She chuckled.

Darkness started to surround Reymon. " Nightmare terror!" He snarled. Reymon started to turn into darkness and tried to slam his body against Biamon.

Biamon smirked as she watched as Reymon get closer to her. She slam her fist into the ground. " Pure strike." She roared. The Earth seem to tremble until a boulder appeared from the ground.

Biamon slammed her fist into the boulder, which hit Reymon.

I watched as Reymon slammed into the ground but not a second after he started to levitate in the air once more. The dog was snarling, saliva dripped from his fangs.

Spadamon raced foward with his sword drawled. "Aurora Blazer." Spadamon shouted as he held out his sword in front of him. A blast of rainbow light flashed out of his sword, hitting Biamon square in her chest.

Biamon snarled as she raced foward to the lion cub.

I watched as Panthemon flew up into the air behind the muscled digimon. Beside the tiger Digimon was Egaramon. Green wind started to form in his paws. "Wind destiny." Panthemon roared throwing the blast of wind.

Egaramon followed after the wind, as electricity started to appear around her beak. " Thunder beak!" She shouted.

Biamon laughed as the attacks seem to do little to no damage to her.

Jiwon barred her teeth. " Okay I think it would be a good idea if we all make our Digimon digivolve!" She suggested holding up her wrist.

I nodded along with Cody and Fanny.

All four of us held up our wrist and shouted in unison. " Digivice!" Individual beeps came from the watches.

"Shadow charge! I shouted as darkness started to appear around my hand. I slammed my hand over my digivice and darkness blasted out of my digivice.

Cody started to change into green data, he started to yell loudly. " Soul charge, hall of fame!" Cody yelled. Cody slammed his hand over his digivice and green data flew out of his digivice.

Fanny put her hand threw the cloud of gold energy above her digivice. White and black energy started to appear around her hand. "Night charge!" She shouted. She slammed her hand over her digivice and watched as the blast of energy flew towards Spadamon.

Jiwon started to scream as she started to turn into silver data. " Soul charge, burn!." She yelled. She slammed her hand over her digivice and the silver data blasted out of her digivice.

"Panthemon soul charge digivovle too... Banchotigremon." He roared as he appeared from the green data.

" Spadamon night charge digivolve too... Fairlymon." He shouted as he stretch his wings.

"Egaramon soul charge digivolve too... Shinemon." She chuckled as she took flight into the air holding up her spear.

" Reymon shadow charge digivolve too... Kitsunemon." When the champion digimon appeared from the darkness, he didn't look like what he usually does. He had about twenty red eyes on his face. His fangs were barred, and were sharp as knifes. The ghost that were caught to his chains were ghostly white. The ghost looked like they faced deadly ends.

Kitsunemon laughed as he raced foward to Biamon. His tails started to glow a dark purple as he raced foward. " Eight tail surge. " He whispered blasting out a blast of purple light.

Biamon was sent flying back as the blast of energy pushed her back.

Fairlymon flew into the air, he didn't really get why Kitsunemon look so different from. What he usually does. " sparky rejuvenate." He yelled as electricity started to race around his wings. The winged lion sent a blast of energy at Biamon.

Banchotigremon and Shinemon watched as Biamon fell to her knees. " this is the best time to finish her. " The tiger humanoid roared. Blast of wind started to form in his hands. " Hurricane Mayhem." He exclaimed throwing a blast of wind.

Shinemon flew into the air. She covered her mouth with her hand. "Kiss of static." She giggled. She sent the blast of energy at Biamon.

Instead of the attacks hitting the ultimate level Digimon. Kitsunemon jumped in front of the blast of energy.

Smoke covered the field. When it disappeared Kitsunemon was snarling viciously. " She is my kill, no one interrupts me. " He shouted.

Biamon took the time as he wasn't paying attention to wrap her arms around his neck and piledriver him into the ground.

Biamon laughed as Kitsunemon slowly got up from the ground. " earth tremble." She growled hitting her fist into the ground.

Kitsunemon dodge her attack and slammed her into the ground. He sinked his fangs into her shoulder, brown data started to appear from the cuts from her.

Biamon was screaming causing me to feel sick to my stomach. " someone stop him!" I shouted at the top of my lungs.

Jiwon nodded. " Shinemon you and the others, have to snap Kitsunemon out of this trance he is in. " Jiwon exclaimed loudly.

Shinemon nodded as she followed after Banchotigremon who was flying towards Kitsunemon.

Fairlymon following after them, electricity started to appear around his wings.

"Pile driver!" Banchotigremon roared. He flew from the sky and wrap his muscular arms around Kitsunemon stomach, he lean back and slammed Kitsunemon into the ground.

Shinemon was being covered in electricity. " Thunder drop" she cried out as she slammed her body against Kitsunemon who was still on the ground.

The area was covered in dust.

Shinemon flew out of the dust as Fairlymon reeled back. His golden ring around his tail started to glow bright with energy. "Nightingale" He called. Golden energy left his body and went through the dust.

A roar of pain was heard.

I bit my lip. I didn't want Kitsunemon to get hurt but something was wrong. I had to snap him out of whatever trance he was in.

Shinemon tried looking down through the dust from above. " do you think we got him?" She asked Banchotigremon.

The tiger humanoid was about to answer her but Kitsunemon jumped from the dust slamming his body against her. Sending both of them into the ground. He started to tear into her wings with his claws.

Shinemon started to scream as her wings were being rip apart.

Banchotigremon roared as he flew to the ground. " Pile driver" He shouted as he got closer.

Kitsunemon hop off the screaming humanoid eagle women. Kitsunemon faced the tiger humanoid who was getting closer. The chains that held the ghost were freed. Kitsunemon voice was grave and ghostly. " ancient spirits. " He laughed.

The spirts flew from their prisons and flew towards Banchotigremon. The ghost slammed him into the ground holding him to the ground.

Fairlymon flew towards Kitsunemon. The winged lion held out his claws as he neared Kitsunemon.

Kitsunemon tails started to glow dark. "Eight tail surge." He roared. Kitsunemon made a stand, roared and let out as blast of purple energy.

Fairlymon was slammed with the blast of energy.

Cody barred his teeth. " What is wrong with Kitsunemon? He is not acting like himself." He yelled at the others.

Kitsunemon turned at Cody's voice and pounce towards him.

" Kiss of static!" Shinemon voice shouted behind him.

Kitsunemon snarled as he turned slowly to face Shinemon.

Jiwon bawled her fist. " I don't get this Zen, you didn't force Reymon to digivolve but he is acting in the acting that you did. This doesn't make any sense at all." She muttered.

I watched in terror as Kitsunemon let out another blast of purple energy but at this time at Shinemon. The humanoid eagle screamed as she fell to the ground.

Elecmon who was hiding behind a bush ever since the battle started. He was shaking with fright. " Mistress please don't give up. Why is the legend of death acting this way." He sobbed.

Fanny shake uncontrollably. " Why is he doing this, we're his friends." She whispered.

Kitsunemon laughed at her worry. He walked over to her slowly. " Don't worry about it Fanny, I am not going to hurt you. I just want to talk." He chuckled as he started to creep up on her.

His fangs were barred. His claws were extending as he drew closer to her. " I hope you are still my friend after all of this. " He chuckled as he pounce towards her.

Fanny screamed as Kitsunemon jumped at her. " Sparky rejuvenate" Fairlymon shouted. His body was completely covered in electricity as he slammed his body against Kitsunemon to get Fanny out of harm way.

Kitsunemon laughed as he notice it was Fairlymon who attacked him.

I couldn't handle this anymore. I walked out in the middle of the battle field. I didn't want anyone else to get hurt. " Kitsunemon why are you doing this? Were your friends. Tell me why you want to do this?" I asked with concern.

Kitsunemon grinned. " I want to see your pain. I want to see death, I want to see other legends dead. I am the true king of the legends. I will kill the legend of fire and love. " He chuckled. " if only if you could digivolve me to ultimate maybe this wouldn't be a problem. " He laughed.

I bit my lip. " Kitsunemon I am sorry for not being to help you digivolve to ultimate yet. It's all my fault. I don't want you to run away from me anymore. Your one of my greatest friends in the world. I don't want to lose you again. " I cried.

Kitsunemon blinked and the twenty eyes started to disappear until two eyes are left. The deadly ghost that were holding down Banchotigremon started to change into the calmer spirits. They flew back to Kitsunemon who chain them back up.

Kitsunemon started to whimper. " Zen I couldn't control myself again, what's wrong with me?" He asked terrified.

I put my hand on Kitsunemon forehead and started to rub the champion level digimon head. " It's all in your head, whatever you are allowing to take control over you is just taking advantage of you not doing anything about it. You have to keep in focus with the true you and don't forget about who your friends are. " I exclaimed as I hugged Kitsunemon around the middle.

Biamon emerge from behind some bushes were she must have fled when Kitsunemon started to change into a beast.

" I will not let the legend who I am destined to kill, defeat me. I am the minor legend of strength, and warfare. And now that I am at my true potential their will be nothing that will stop me." She snarled as she walked foward.

Biamon stepped foward with her right foot. She acting like she was going to punch someone and a boulder appeared in her front of her. It turned into brown data and she shouted. " rock shot!" She punched the digital boulder which was then sent flying towards Kitsunemon.

Time seem to slow down. I could barley make out what anyone or any words.

"Zen, Kitsunemon get out of the way!" Jiwon voice shouted.

" Banchotigremon do something!" Cody screamed loudly at the tiger humanoid.

"Fairlymon stop Biamon" Fanny exclaimed pointing to the ultimate digimon.

I knew their would be nothing that my friends could do. I knew for one that I didn't want to lose Kitsunemon again. I knew i would never be able to do, what I was about to on Earth but I swallowed my fears and raced in front of Kitsunemon with my arms outstretched.

I closed my eyes. Waiting for impact but it never came. When I open my eyes it was like a forcefield of darkness was surrounded me. The boulder that was trying to break through was ripped into small pieces of data.

I noticed my necklace was glowing but that wasn't the only thing that was new. My whole body started to become orange and black data.

I turned on my heels so I could see Kitsunemon, who was also turning into the same color data. " Well buddy ready for this?" I said with a smirk.

Kitsunemon nodded happily as he nudge his nose into my chest. Black and orange data surrounded us. Darkness whipped around the bright orange light.

Suddenly the others could hear me start to yell loudly. " Digivice." Two beeps were heard through the storm of data and darkness. "Soul charge, Titanium." I shouted. Data and music busted out of my digivice which hit Kitsunemon.

" Kitsunemon soul charge digivovle too...." Kitsunemon started to stand on his hind legs. He started to change into a humanoid fox. His eight tails started to form into one. Darkness started to wrap around him until an Egyptian black ropes appeared around him. Part of it was open to show white clothing underneath the robes. His eyes open to show bright yellow and green eyes. He open his right paw and a scythe materialized in his open paw. The chains that still remained on his wrist and legs vanished and the ghost that were attached to the chains sink into the ground. The figure stared at his scythe with a sleepy daze. He looked almost bored with the battle that unfold in front of him. " Grimon." He whispered gravely.

Biamon stared at the newest ultimate level Digimon. He seem to pay no attention to anyone on the field. He was staring at the scythe closly like it was something that was the most amazing thing in the world.

I fell out of the darkness to see Grimon. I was amazed to see him look like this. " He digivolve. " i whispered as I stared down Grimon.

Biamon jumped foward to strike Grimon. She tried to hit him but Grimon seem to fade into darkness and reappeared right behind her.

"Shadow grip" Grimon whispered holding out his other paw outstretched. Darkness started to surronded his outstretched paw. Darkness blasted out of his paws and wrapped around Biamon.

Biamon was thrown back by the energy. Biamon jumped back up brown data leaked from open wounds. Biamon strike the ground with her fist. " Earth tremble." She shouted.

The Earth started to tremble uncontrollably. Grimon jumped above the shaking Earth. Grimon ' s scythe started to be covered in darkness. He slashed out with his scythe and a moon darkness cut was slashed out. " Deadly scythe" He said gravely.

Biamon got hit square in the chest. Brown data flying everywhere on impact. She got back onto her feet after she was able to regain her breath. She pounced onto Grimon who wasn't paying attention and started to strike him repeatedly across the face, his chest and his stomach.

I bit my lip while I watched this happening. I wanted more than anything for my digivice to stop playing the soul charge song that accompany my Digimon digivoulation. So Grimon could reach his full potential.

" You can do this Grimon!" I shouted courageously.

" Don't lose courage!" Jiwon and Cody yelled in unison.

Fanny watched somewhat as she held onto Fairlymon. She couldn't watched Grimon being hurt like this. She wanted this to end right now. " Grimon please don't give up we need you." She cried.

Biamon snickered at our comments. She couldn't believe they all still thought that he could beat her. She held back her arm. Allowing brown data to swarm around her fist. " Pure strike! She shouted.

Before Biamon could hit Grimon, he smirked up at her and faded away into darkness. He reappeared right behind her. His scythe in his paw being charged with darkness. He slashed out with his scythe and a blast of darkness flew from the blade. " Deadly scythe." He whispered.

The darkness slammed into Biamon ' s back causing her to fall to her knees. " How did this happen? I was supposed to win, the legend of light and prediction even predicted that I would kill the legend of death. How could have I failed?" She asked out loud.

Grimon shake his head. " Biamon I pity you. Just because the future is told doesn't mean someone can't change their faith. People change their faith all the time but I won today because I have friends who care about me. Also I know my faith. I will reprogram the digital world back to its original way it used to be. To bad you won't be there to see it. " He whispered.

After Grimon said that I notice the music stopped playing. I bawled my fist and shouted. " Make her pay for all she has done. Make her feel the same pain she has made for the digital world. " i shouted.

Darkness started to surround Grimon. His eyes turned black as he started to stretch out his paws in front of him. The scythe in his paws faded away into black data. A huge opening in the Earth open up. " Hell drag." He whispered gravely.

Skeletons started to climb out of the opening of the hole. Biamon tried to run for safety but it was to late. The skeletons grabbed her and started to drag her down into the hole. " It wasn't supposed to end this way. I was supposed to be queen of the digital world." She sobbed right before the Earth swallowed her up.

Brown data flew from small cracks from the Earth. It traveled around the air until it went inside my digivice.

I looked over at Grimon and smiled.

Grimon returned the smile and started to walk over to me. Grimon walked majestically, darkness seem to follow him like a cape. Grimon stopped right in front of me. " Thank you Zen, I am one step closer to my pastself but I wouldn't be able to do this alone." He said happily.

I hugged Grimon until orange light flashed me in the eyes and Flamon sat in my arms. " So did i do well?" He asked happily.

I nodded. " You definitely did buddy." He shouted petting him on top of the head.
