As Sunset stares at Guilmon, she tries to figure out what he meant.

"Made you?" She asked.

"Yeah! He thought of me, and some how I was born in his digivice." Explained Guilmon. Though his answer seemed understandable to him, Sunset was still baffled. She turned to Takato, who looked scared about what she'd do with the information she had so far. Noticing this, she giggles.

"I won't speak a word of your friend, Takato." She said for the young man to calm down. However, her face goes stern. "However, I have some questions I guess only you can answer."

Sighing, Takato nods. But before they could get to that, Guilmon freezes as his eyes go feral. He growls even, which startles Sunset.

"Uh, Takato? What just happened to Guilmon's mood?"

Before the boy could answer, the dino rushes towards a patch of fog apparently appearing near the edge of the park. An edge next to Sunset and her friend's favorite bakery/cafe: Sugarcube Corner.

Sugarcube Corner
"Oh come on, Pinkie. Sunset'll be here soon. She must'a just got held up." Says Applejack, trying to cheer up her friend. While everyone else was there, only Sunset was still absent. Pinkie was upset also because Sunset said she'd be there to celebrate her achievement of culinary artist of rookie Sugarcube Staff. Rainbow Dash looks outside and gives a look of being slightly creeped out.

"Uh, girls? Did you know we were having fog today?" She asked, clearly surprised. At her explanation, the rest of the Rainbooms (their band name) gathered close and we're confused. Pinkie shivered as she felt odd.

"No, but I am getting the jibbies from that fog." Exclaimed the pink haired party girl.

"It's a bit...scary to me...." Timidly replied Fluttershy.

Though a few people in the area put it off, it was no regular fog. That much was certain.

"Pyro Sphere!" Yells Guilmon, shooting a fireball at whatever he was facing. Takato pulls out a device Sunset didn't see. It looked like a phone and compass mixed together. She is startled when a image shoots up from the screen, showing whatever Guilmon was facing.

Opposite corner of the bakery...

"T-Takato! What is Guilmon doing!?" Yelled a slightly exhausted and worried Sunset. She clearly was concerned about running into anyone who'd be the wiser and be able to tell Guilmon was no cosplay. The teen doesn't look back, but his words carried enough of a tone to make her more concerned about the fog.

"That's no fog we're going to. It's a digital field! A digimon is coming through!"

As they got closer, a lot of commotion is heard already. Soon lights are seen flying at a smaller light.
"Pyro Sphere!" Shouts Guilmon's voice, then another red ball of light goes towards a yellow orb. It doesn't seem to do much, but the orb grew for some reason. Seeing this, Takato pulls out a device that looked more like a compass than anything to Sunset.

"Let's see what we're facing." Takato says in a matter-of-fact kind of tone. That's when the screen expanded out of the device, surprising Sunset slightly. Soon, a small fireball looking creature with bright blue eyes appears.

"DemiMeramon, a In-Training level data type digimon?" Takato looks up, confused. Sunset then looked closer at the battle and seen the Fire Sprite looking smug as each fire attack from Guilmon hit. Then something came to her.

"Takato, tell Guilmon to stop using his Pyro Sphere!"

The sudden order surprised Takato, but Guilmon did one final attack before he could tell him. The DemiMeramon seemed pleased as it begins to glow.

"DemiMeramon double digivolve to....."
The light gets blinding as the Sprite takes a humanoid form now, orange red flames blazing intensely.
".....Meramon!"

"Uh oh..." Mumbles Guilmon, feeling like he goofed. However, he didn't have time to simply sit as the now Champion level rushes him.

"What just happened!?" Yelled Sunset. She was clearly confused. Suddenly, several screams are heard. Ones she knew too well. Looking in the direction the battle was heading, Sunset and Takato see Twilight, Fluttershy, and Rarity hiding as Rainbow Dash and Applejack stood in front of them, staring at something that could incinerate them instantly. Pinkie rushed somewhere inside for a hose, but was having trouble with the sink.

"Girls!" Yelled Sunset. Suddenly, Takato's device glows and seven beams shoot from it's screen. Six flew over to the girls in direct danger and one floated down to Sunset.

"Magma Blast!" Shouts the flaming humanoid, unleashing several burning projectiles at them as Guilmon stops to protect them. However, not one fireball made it as a field surrounds them. It wasn't of magic either as it had no aura. However, it did seem a barrier of energy surrounded Guilmon and the others. This surprised Takato as each of the Rainbooms looked at the lights descending to them, each a color like them slightly. Soon, the lights fade and they all held a device similar to Takato's.

"You girls got digivices? And from mine!?" He states, clearly not expecting this. But that wasn't the only thing that happened. Soon, lights shoot out of the digivices they had, something flying out of them. All the strange lights converged on Meramon, pushing it around as if he got hurt. However, the lights soon spoke.

"No one hurts our partners!"

The light in front of Twilight dims, revealing a purple and white creature that seemed like a fox, but had a similar body structure to a T-Rex. It then took a stance of defense and spoke in a young male voice.
"Dorumon!"

In front of Applejack, a creature with a hard shell that seemed similar to some desert animals stood on four legs, smirking as it's green eyes showed determination.
"Armadillomon!"

Fluttershy stares in awe at the pink light before her. It then reveals an orange little mass that had small feet and legs. But what made it interesting was that it was flying by it's ears.
"Patamon!"

The azure glow before Rarity soon dims, revealing a more bipedal creature that looked so identical to the Kitsune. This figure was also very womanly as her stance showed, but her voice carried her will to defend.
"Renamon!"

The bright red glow in front of Rainbow seemed to be spinning until it landed. In a flash, the light fades and reveals a dog with boxing gloves his 'fists.' He did show he was a veteran though.
"Gaomon!"

The bright blue glow lands, soon revealing what seems to be a candle. But it spins and yells excitedly (like a certain party planner LoL).
"Candlemon!"

Finally, the auburn red glow descends in front of Sunset. Somehow, she could feel a determination to pursue miracles coming from the glow. As it faded, a blue bipedal figure that had a v highlight on his forehead and antenna-like ears smirks and he glares at the Meramon, wiping his nose with his thumb.
"Veemon!"
