Chapter 24
The next day Maggie woke up to a vase of flowers being placed next to her. She rubbed her eyes and looked over to see Draco.
" Draco?" Maggie asked as she sat up.
" I uh, want to apologize," Draco said as he pulled up a chair. " It was my fault that you got attacked."
" Maybe you should have not assaulted the Hippogriff as Hagrid advised," Maggie stated.
" I'm too much of a stubborn Slytherin to listen," Draco shrugged. " Are you alright?"
" I am fine," Maggie answered. " I am good for classes today."
" Maybe you should rest some more," Draco advised as he took her hand, Maggie began to feel a bit uncomfortable.
" So how's Pansy?" Maggie asked.
" Annoying," Draco said.
" That is because she likes you," Maggie answered. " Maybe you should give her a chance."
" Are you sure?" Draco asked.
" Positive," Maggie smiled. "You two will be great together."
" I guess you are right," Draco sighed as he stood up.
" The flowers are extremely beautiful," Maggie complimented. "Thank you."
" I'm glad you like them," Draco smiled at her before leaving the room

After Maggie was released she went to the Great Hall where Hermione had her sit with them at the Gryffindor table. Hermione told them everything that she had heard.
" Thank god Hagrid didn't lose his job," said Maggie.
" Yes, but Draco's father is furious," said Hermione.
" Why? He's not the one that got hurt," Harry reminded them.
" That doesn't matter, Draco's father would do anything to get Hagrid to lose his job," said Hermione.
" He's been sighted! He's been sighted!" shouted Seamus as he ran over to them.
" Who?" they asked.
" Sirius Black!" he answered, everyone, gathered around him.
" Dufftown?" Maggie asked.
" That's not far from here," Hermione added.
" You don't think he will come to Hogwarts, do you?" Neville asked in fear. " There's dementors at every entrance."
" Dementors," Maggie began.
" He's already slipped past them once, hasn't he? Who's to say he won't do it again?" Seamus questioned.
" He's right. Black could be anywhere, it's like trying to catch smoke, with your bare hands," said a Hufflepuff.

Maggie now stood in a classroom for Defense Against Dark Arts. Lupin had them doing a lesson with a shaking wardrobe, it was violently shaking.
" Intriguing, isn't it?" Lupin asked. " Would anyone like to venture a guess to what's inside?"
" That's a boggart! That is!" exclaimed Dan.
" Very good, Mr. Thhomas," said Lupin. " Now can anyone tell me what a boggart looks like?"
" No one knows, " said Maggie.
" When'd she get here?" Justin asked.
" Boggarts are shapeshifters. They take shape of what particular a person fears most. That's what makes them so-" began Hermione.
" So terrifying," Lupin finished. " Luckily a very simple charm exists to repel a boggart. Let's practice it now. Without wands, please. After me. Riddikulus!"
" Riddikulus! " The class repeated.
" This class is ridiculous," muttered Malfoy, Maggie glanced back at him, before looking back forward.
" Very good, well so much for the easy part. You see, incantation alone is not enough, What really finishes off a boggart is laughter. You need to force it to change the shape you truly find amusing," Lupin explained. " Let me explain. Neville! Would you come up here please?" Neville froze, he nervously looked around the class, Maggie gave him a push, and he stood in the front with Lupin. " Neville, what frightens you most?" Neville mumbled something. " Sorry?"
" Professor Snape," Neville answered; the class laughed.
" Professor Snape. Frightens all. And I believe you live with your grandmother?" Lupin questioned.
" Yes, but I don't want the boggart to change into her either," Neville pleaded; the class laughed again.
" It won't. I want you to picture her clothes, only her clothes. Very clearly in your mind," Lupin instructed.
" She carries a red-hand-bag," began Neville.
" We don't need to hear it," Lupin cut him off. " As long as you see it, we'll see it. And then when I open the wardrobe, here's what I want you to do." He then whispered something in Neville's ear. " Can you do that?" Neville nodded. " Wand at ready!" Neville shakily took out his wand. " One...two...three." Lupin waved his wand, and the wardrobe opened, Snape then stepped out and made his way toward Neville.
" Riddikulus!" Neville shouted. Snape was now wearing an old woman's clothes, and everyone laughed.
" Wonderful Neville! Wonderful!" Lupin congratulated. " Now form a line!" He pushed Neville towards the back as everyone formed a line.
" That was great," Maggie told Neville as she got behind him.
" Thanks," Neville smiled. " It felt really good." They watched Ron turn a spider into a spider on roller skates. Pavarti then walked up and the spider turned into a snake, she turned the snake into a clown.
" Scary," Maggie breathed.
" It's a clown," Neville told her.
" I don't like clowns," Maggie breathed.
" That's your biggest fear?" Neville asked Maggie nodded. Harry then walked up to the clown. The clown rocked back and forth before changing into a Dementor.
" Ahh!" Maggie silently cried, she put her hands on her head and tried to block out the scene in her head. Professor Lupin jumped in front of Harry, the dementor changed into a full moon. " It hurts." Tears were slipping down her cheeks.
"Are you alright?" Neville asked as she looked back.
" It hurts," Maggie repeated herself. He then patted her head and gave her a piece of chocolate.
" Riddikulus!" Professor Lupin shouted. It turned into a balloon, deflated, and went back into the wardrobe, and the door closed and locked. " Right well, sorry about that. That's enough for today. Collect your books go back to class, that's the end of this lesson! Thank you! Sorry, can't have too much of a good thing."
" Aweee," coursed the class. Maggie turned around as everyone started to leave, she did not want anyone to see her crying.
" Ms. Diggory," Professor Lupin said as soon as the whole class left. " Is everything alright?"
" You are a werewolf," Maggie breathed.
" What makes you say that?" Professor Lupin asked he sounded a bit nervous.
" You are one of my paintings, and then there was a moon," Maggie answered as she slowly turned around. " It all makes sense now."
" Dumbledore told me about you," Lupin nodded. " You must never understand."
" I understand, sort of," Maggie said. " I don't want people to know that I am a seer."
" Anything else?" Lupin asked. She looked at him and observed.
" You had a lot more hair when you were younger," Maggie said before leaving the class.
