Valt was always clingy towards me. He also looked up to me a lot. He insisted I come to BC Sol as well because he cannot live a day without seeing me. I thought it was pure friendship. But what if it was something else all along?

What if this something else was love?

Everyone, even Lui, was looking at me with concern. They all know me and Valt were besties in our whole life. Imagine our whole relationship changing now. But I can't back off from saving my soulmate just because of some crush my friend has on me.

"We will still continue the plan. I'm sure Valt will have a soulmate as well. He can't just go loving someone he thinks he will love his entire life. Soon, both of us will suffer because we don't have the charm of our soulmates by our side." Suddenly, something which wasn't even in the topic came to my head when I looked at Ethan's eyes.

"Ethan, you and Toko have the same hair and eyes..." Toko's eyes widened, and for the first time since I have known him, Ethan blushed. Lui and Nya looked confused for a moment, but then their eyes widened as well.

"YOU GUYS ARE SOULMATES!?" Lui said a bit too loud in his excitement. Nya looked so so so so so so happy. Ethan cleared his throat nervously.

"Not exactly...We are supposed to be a throuple, so there would be one more person, but we still haven't got who it is..." I widened my eyes. Wow, there can be throuple soulmates too?

"I'M SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS!" Nya hyper-said. We all laughed at her cuteness. And then I realised something.

"You don't have to hide it anymore, Ethan, Toko! Hold hands and kiss all you want. The only limit is to not have sex in front of us, especially innocent Nya."

"HEY!" Toko snapped and we all laughed.

And the planning resumed.

Ethan, unsurprisingly, was a very considerate and gentle boyfriend. If Toko made a mistake, he would brush it away and decide to leave him be for a while. I really want my soulmate to be the same. Hope our hard work won't go to a waste.

And then, Toko got a phone call.

"Hello?" Toko said, putting it in speaker when he saw that the caller ID was of Valt's.

"Hey, little bro. You know, I got some very serious news from Ranjiro. But you would already know that, right?" My heart sank. And by the looks of everyone else in the room, they were terrified as well. If Valt had found out...

"NIKA AND AKIRA ARE SOULMATES!? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME TOKO!"

I nearly laughed in relief, which Toko did on my behalf as cannot make any noise with Valt just one call away.

"Oh, I'm sorry I forgot to tell you. Yes, Nika and Akira are soulmates. I'm so sorry my Valkyrie brother. I really forgot to tell you!"

I heard Valt huff. "Ok, but don't forget important things like this again. And Toko, I think I got your soulmate."

Silence.

I knew what Ethan and Toko would be thinking. What if it will be their third half? We waited in silence for Valt's answer.

"Toko, I think your soulmate is...

...Naru Akabane."

I know this chapter is so weird, but I just can't help it. I'm weird too, so...
