Lachlan POV

I woke up bright and early, although it being a Saturday I wanted to get up early anyways,

I walked downstairs and looked at the date, fun today I have to meet my 'friends' at the mall with their girlfriends, me being my own happy gay self I had no interest in them,

But none of them knew I was gay they just thought I was not matured enough to like them, usually I just rolled my eyes at them and continued doing whatever I was doing to entertain myself,

I won't lie Vik is the most cutest and caring person I have ever met, I wouldn't mind dating him, if only he like me,

I smirked, and started to go to my closet to pull out a plain black shirt with black skinny jeans and put some black vans on (DAYM LACHY BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH THE BLACK VANS!) I shook my head not wanting to talk to the author again she's annoying,

I quickly rushed into the bathroom, and combed my hair letting it flop back on top of my head like a mop,

I grabbed my phone from the bedside table and ran to Vik's hoping he was awake,

I stepped up to the front porch, looking to my left to see the curtains open,

I rang the door bell, waiting for a few seconds before I heard feet coming to the door,

He slowly opened the door,

"Sorry Vik, did I wake you up?"

I mumbled

"No, I've been awake for a while, I have trouble sleeping, what do you need?"

He gave off a happy smile,

"I want advise."

"You want advise from me?"

I nodded

"About?"

"I want to tell my 'friends' that I'm not there slave anymore."

"Well come on in, sit down while you can, I mean don't you get tired."

"No, not until I go places with them."

"What do you mean?, like tired of them?, tired of what?"

"Tired of running, I don't get tired usually, but they use me, they make me steal things for them."

"What???"

"You know that 99 karrot gold necklace, Peters new girlfriend got."

"Yeah the one she was boosting about."

"I stole that for him."

"Why??, you could of said no."

"They were my only way to semi fit in, I didn't have any other choice it was my only way of acceptance."

I looked down a few tears brimming in my eyes,

I felt two arms wrap around me, embracing me in a hug,

"You know, my powers aren't the only reason I was rejected, I'm bi so it just added to it."

He laughed a little,

I felt my heart spark up a bit, he can like guys in a more complex way, my dreams aren't crushed yet.

"But Vik what should I do, I want to separate myself from them."

"Well I will tell you as we go, I guess I'm coming with you."

I smiled and hugged him,

"Thanks Vik."

"No Problem Lachy."

He stood up to ruffle my hair,

I stood up also, even though I was taller than him, he didn't really care he just walked to the front door,

Opening it letting me go first, and he happily followed me out,

He walked over to the neatly parked car, buzzing the keys to open it,

I rolled my eyes,

"Vikky your not thinking I thought you were smart." I said taping my head

"You vs me Lachy."

"Pfft like that is a competition." I remarked

"Okay then let me get my car on the road."

I smiled,

How cute, he thinks he can beat me,

Finally he got his car on the road, and rolled down the window,

"3...2..1 GO!"

I took off running not a full on sprint but enough that I was going faster than a car at least,

I stopped in front of the large building which I knew as the mall, I sighed

"This will be fun." I said starcastily to myself,

As Vik's car pulled up, I walked to the door,

"See I told y.."

He cut me off by putting his hand over my lips,

I sighed into his palm,

"I will be right next to you the whole time got it."

I nodded a bit confused,

But all my questions got answered when Vik started turning transparent,

Right he is smart and invisible,

"Okay go find them."

He whispered in my ear,

I nodded, walking into the mall soon spotting them next to a jewellery store, pacing around,

Probably waiting for me,

Peter soon spotted me, and called me up,

"Freak why did you get here so late, I thought you were fast not a snail."

I walked up to them my head hung,

"Sorry I overslept."

He walked up to me, and slapped my face,

That will leave a bruise,

I just hoped that he didn't hit Vik with me,

"STOP WASTING TIME, SARA IS WAITING." Dave yelled,

"What do you guys want this time?"

I sighed

"Freak you see that diamond necklace in the window, that has here name on it."

He said looking back at Sara *cough cough female Satan*

"Well what are you waiting for go get it or do you want me to give you a beating, worse than your dad gave you."

Dave retorted

I jumped at him, not caring anymore,

I threw several punches at his face in slow motion,

"DON'T TALK ABOUT THAT AWFUL HUMAN BEING AGAIN, HE US NOT MY FATHER."

I stopped, I felt a hand on my shoulder,

I didn't have to even think twice before I knew it was Vik,

I stood up looking back at they boys,

"Well I guess you won't be getting that necklace for Sara I guess, since I'm not your stupid little salve anymore, why did I even stay with you bullies."

I looked back at them and walked away nothing else needed to be said,

Until I heard Peters voice in my head,

"He will pay that freak of a human being will pay, I will kill him if I have to, Lachlan Freak Power will die by my hand no doubt, why not do it now."

"Vik.." I whispered

"Yeah.."

"Where are you?"

"On your left."

I waved my hand to the left side, feeling a arm,

"Lachlan what are you doing?"

"Running."

I said as I took off, hearing Peter scream behind me,

"HOW DID HE KNOW, IM COMING FOR YOU FREAK!"

I didn't look back just forward, Vik becoming visible again and carting him bridal style down the street and back to his house,

I opened the door, and he walked inside,

"I'm so sorry Vik."

I said as I turned back ready to run home,

I felt a grasp on my arm,

"What are you sorry for?, it's all fine?"

"I'm sorry for being me."

I replied shakily

Vik let go of my arm and I ran as fast as I could to my house,

I opened and slammed the door behind me,

Continuing to run up the stairs,

"Why do I have to be different?"

A even longer chapter for ya'll hope you enjoyed! I'm coming home from Queensland and decided to write a chapter or maybe even two as I'm in the mood, or a may be going to finish pre-writing Powered who knows? 1237+ words!
