It's been a week since I've seen the one and only... Shawn Mendes. Once in a while, he comes to the cafe I go to, to order his muffin. He doesn't know I exist of course. And I want it to stay that way. Don't get me wrong, I love his songs. He's cute too. But he's a famous singer. He wouldn't be able to even go on proper dates. Now I'm not saying I even have a chance with him. I don't and I know that for a fact.

I continued to drink my hot chocolate until a voice suddenly popped up.

"Erin, HELLO? You there?!" the voice said. I looked up and saw my best friend, Mackenzie.
She's so pretty. Even with a lot of freckles, she looks amazing. She suits it anyways.

"I'm here. What's up? Is anything wrong?" I frowned.
"Look over there! Isn't that Shawn Mendes?" She pointed to the counter where a young boy around my age (17) was standing. His brown hair was on point and his smile was the most fascinating thing in the world. His eyes were the type of eyes I've always craved for. He's so perfect.
