When Tsuna walked into the dining room to see his guardians sitting in their respective seat without making any sound or mess around them, he immediately got suspicious.

With a kind smile, he slid into his seat at the head of the table and cast his eyes on them. He could see the subtle flinch and the tensed muscles on his guardians, making him even more suspicious.

When he started eating and his guardians followed suit without maiming or throwing insults at each other, Tsuna was more than sure that they had done something.

When they finished dinner, Tsuna smiled patronisingly at them. "You are all remarkably well behaved tonight," he started, "what did you do?" He questioned sharply.

This time, all of them flinched visibly.

When no one answered, Tsuna raised an eyebrow. Even Gokudera was silent, which was saying something.

"Alright, you have two choices." Tsuna offered. "The easy way," he raised a finger, "or the hard way," he raised another finger as his eyes narrowed.

Two seconds later, Chrome hesitantly held up her hand. Smiling at his only female guardian, he motioned her to continue.

"W-well... can you promise not to get... m-mad?" Chrome asked with wide, brimming eyes.

Tsuna raised an eyebrow at that. Chrome had stopped stuttering when she officially became his guardian and she never liked to show herself being weak. Chrome being like this meant that something that he would not be happy to deal with had happened.

"Depends on what kind of troubles you guys have caused," Tsuna answered her.

Fidgeting a little, she looked at her fellow guardians before taking a breath. "Well... we might have... probably... maybe... actually... most definitely... destroyed... a famiglia." She admitted. "...by accident." She added. "um... by making it look like an accident." She ammended.

Tsuna could say nothing at that. Taking a deep breath, he slowly let it out and faced his guardians again. "Why." He demanded.

"Because they were plotting to kill you." Gokudera answered in controlled anger.

"And planned to kidnap Lambo." Ryohei interjected seriously.

"And tried to ambush us." Yamamoto added with a frown.

"And had plans to 'play' with Chrome-nee." Lambo informed in disgust.

"And had even attempted to re-create those bastards' experiment." Mukuro narrowed his eyes.

"And dared to even try and harm us." Hibari growled murderously.

Tsuna could only blink at the unexpected replies from his guardians. When he looked at Chrome for a confirmation, the female mist only gave a nod with a grave face.

Staring at his guardians, Tsuna can't help but smile at the protectiveness they were displaying, because what else would being angry for others mean except being protective of them?

"You know, as much as I hate killing, I hate bastards who tries to harm my Family even more than that. So I will never be mad at you for that." He declared with a warm smile.

All of them immediately relaxed at that, relieved to know that their Sky will not hate them.

"Now, tell me. Did you or did you not get all of those on video?" Tsuna inquired.

He was answered with a vicious grin from his Family, making him grin viciously in return.
