CHAPTER TWENTY-SIX: TWO FIVES IT'S TOO MUCH

Energy was thrumming as wind was howling and electricity was sizzling while the energy force kept getting stronger.

Diego and Allison looked at each other as they had their heads leaned forward while the energy blasts kept getting worse and stronger.

Mitch and Andy tried leaning their head back on the desk as if their head was going to go any farther into it.

"We have to find a way for her to stop!" Mitch said "You guys have any plan?" Andy shouted as the twins looked at the others.

Allison cried out as the electricity was sizzling.

"Vanya's in the room at the end of the hall" Diego said out loud over the sound of the energy cracking around them.

"How do you propose we get to her?" Allison asked "I haven't figured that one out, yet" Diego said "You can count me out" Klaus said "Klaus!" Allison shouted as she turned her head to him.

"What? You guys should save her. You're great at all the hero shit" Klaus said "Oh, Klaus" Allison shouted again as the two turned to him "Listen, listen. Vanya would understand. Cause she has realistic expectations of what I am. And what I am, is sexy trash" he said "You're a big pussy, that's what you are" Diego said to him "Guys, now is not the time" Allison said "Why? Because I don't wanna die? Who does? And martyrs aren't around to enjoy the victory party cause they're dead!" Klaus said "You are going out there.." Diego said and grabbed his shoulder "I'm not! Go away!" Klaus said "...Or I'm gonna beat you, and not the way you like it" Diego said as he moved around Allison "Guys stop fighting" Andy shouted at them while Mitch covered his ears with his hands as he closed his eyes 'cause he was scared. 

"Maybe Mitch and I should go" Andy said "No, if you two get hurt, Five and Lara will beat my ass" Diego said.

"That's my cue" Allison said before she moved around the desk "Hey! Allison!" Diego shouted as he lunged his arm to where Allison was, trying to stop her "No! Allison!" Klaus shouted.

Allison got down on the floor and started crawling towards the room while grunting as the energy kept crackling and the wind kept howling.

She started bleeding out of her nose as she came closer "VANYA!" she shouted, her voice was hard to hear as there were more energy blasts "Vanya!" she shouted again trying to make her way towards the door.

But then she was push back by a wave, throwing her backward before she slide back and hit the desk, knocking her out.

"Okay, our turn" Andy said "No, you will get killed" Diego said "We can handle it, we have the powers" Andy said "You kids are staying here" Diego said before he took a deep breath.

"All right. I'm going" he said but then Klaus grabbed him "No, wait, wait, wait, wait" he said "What?" Diego asked as he looked at him.

"If you don't make it back, there's one thing that I need to tell you" Klaus said "I don't have time for this" Diego said "Please" Klaus said "What?" Diego asked "You look like Antonio Banderas with long hair. I just thought you should know" Klaus said to him "Thanks, man" Diego said before he got out from behind the desk and started walking towards the room.

Diego grunted as the wind continue howling as he fought his way forward with a groan as energy surges.

Diego felled to the floor, but he pulled out two of his knives before he but the blades in the floor as he used them to get closer.

He let out another groan as he used all his strength to move forward, using the knives to stop him from going backwards.

A loud rattling was heard as Diego looked back to see Allison laying unconscious.

"KLAUS! I'M NOT GONNA MAKE IT! IT'S UP TO YOU, BUDDY! YOU GOTTA SAVE THE WORLD!" Diego shouted "NO, DIEGO, THAT'S A TERRIBLE IDEA!" Klaus shouted.

Diego then crawled his way over to a firehost that was on the wall. He lifted his hand before he pulled the handle making the long hose to move all the way down to the other end.

Diego let out a grunt before he was slide back, unconscious.

"Okay, Klaus. You can do this. You fought in Vietnam. You survived a family of seven. And you once wore a sarong to a fraternity party and got a shitload of numbers" Klaus said "Klaus let me and Mitch do it" Andy said "No, you two will get hurt" Klaus said while the wind kept howling and the energy kept crackling.

"Klaus, we can do it, let us" Andy said "No. If the two of you get hurt, Five and Lara will kill all of us" Klaus said before he grabbed the hose and as he got up his nose started bleeding while he grabbed the hose with both hands.

He cried out as he use the hose to get closer to the door at the end of the hallway.

He fought his way forward while grunting as the energy force wave kept getting stronger.

He let out a gasp as his ears also began bleeding.

When Klaus was close enough, he jumped forward before he press his body up against the door.

He put his hand on the handle but as he opened the door an energy force was push towards him, throwing him backwards before he slide back, laying with Allison and Diego.

"It seems like we are the only one left brother. Let's do this" Andy said "No" Mitch said as he squeezed his eyes "I'm scared" he said "Hey look at me" Andy said as he went into front of his brother "Brother, look at me" he said and Mitch opened his eyes to look at Andy.

"I know you are scared, so am I. But mom taught us to be strong even when we were scared. 'Cause she wanted us to live" Andy said as he had his hands on Mitch's shoulders "It's time to be the heroes now. We did it in the theater, we can do it again" Andy said.

Mitch let out a small sob "We are in this together. Us against time" Andy said "Us against time" Mitch said "That's it. Let's do this. We will mimic Vanya's powers, okay" Andy said and Mitch nodded "Don't worry, I will be there beside you just like you will be there beside me" Andy said and Mitch nodded again "Let's do this" he said.

The two took a deep breath as they closed their eyes and they mimic Vanya's powers causing their eyes and skin to turn pale.

The twins then jumped out of cover but they weren't blow back 'cause they had mimic Vanya's powers. Mitch and Andy glance at each other before taking a deep breath and they took each other's hands before they created a shield of Vanya's energy around them so they weren't blow back.

"Ready?" Andy asked out loud over the sound "Ready" Mitch said out loud "Remember what ever happen. We don't let go of each other's hands, okay" Andy said and Mitch nodded.

The two then started walking closer to the door were Vanya was behind.

Luther was walking next to older Five across a bridge that was built over a train line while Lara and teen Five was walking behind them.

Lara didn't really know which of the three men she was surrounded by was acting more stupid. It was very close to think it might have to be a tie.

Luther was walking next to older Five who was actually really calm.

While teen Five, god he was a mess. He was acting crazy, yelling at almost every person that had even just look his way.

Lara have not told Five anything she have figure out now. Not about who she once was, or about that Mitch and Andy was his kids by blood, she didn't want to tell him at this moment, knowing that it was really bad timing.

She was actually wondering if she was ever going to tell him.  She don't really need him or does her sons. It took them years to get over him. And now the kids have finally stop being so obsessed in finding out who their dad was.

Yeah he have being kind towards her sons and her. Mitch and Andy even like him and they have kinda seeing him as a father while Five have treated them like his kids even so none of them knew the truth. 

And yeah she actually like him a lot and have feelings for him, but now after realizing who he really is, it was like something changed in her. She was still really mad at him for treating her like that, for betraying and lying to her, for just leaving her alone to raise their kids. Turning his back to her like she was nothing. Him breaking her heart, for having her spend years trying to pick up the pieces he broke.

No matter how much she tried, a part of her still loved him, but the other part actually hated him, but maybe the twins deserve to know who their dad is and Five deserve to know that Mitch and Andy are his by blood. But she was scared that he would break their hearts, that he don't want anything to do with them. That he will refuse to be their dad and want nothing to do with them, just like she was told and she don't believe that he have changed.

"All right, just be cool till I finish the job on the grassy knoll. We'll get the time math and I'll ice the squirt" older Five said "What about Lara?" Luther asked "Leave her here" older Five said.

"I just wish there was another way, you know?" Luther said "There isn't. Look at him" older Five said and Luther turned a bit to look at teen Five behind them.

"What are you looking at?" teen Five said asked a woman as he walk up to the bridge "See something funny?" he asked aggressive and Lara rolled her eyes. The paradox psychosis was getting worse since Five had gotten more paranoid.

"Worst case of paradox psychosis I ever seen" older Five said and Luther glanced back at teen Five as he kept walking "What's wrong?" older Five asked "Well, I...feel bad for him. You know?" Luther asked "Mind your business! Or I'll give you something to stare at" teen Five said to a woman that walk past him.

"Five. She's not even looking at you" Lara said to teen Five "She was" he said aggressive.

"He's just a little guy" Luther said "Everybody's a little guy to you" older Five said "You wish you could pull of these shorts!" teen Five said aggressive.

"Stop looking at me" teen Five shouted at a guy that walked past them.

Lara rolled her eyes before she grabbed Five's shoulder "Now that was real mature" she said as she pulled him to her side.

"You look like King Kong and the Hitler Youth had a baby. Luther, I...I don't have time for you to tuck and squeeze here. Can I count on you to keep him under control?" older Five said "Yeah, I'll do my best, yeah" Luther said "All right" older Five said before he walk up ahead.

"I don't like the way she looked at me" Five said as he itched his cheek.

"Get it together. You're acting worse than a child" Lara said "I'm not" Five argued "You are and it's embarrassing" she said "She was looking at me funny" Five said "You're the one yelling at random people where some of them isn't even looking at you. The only person who is looking at you weird is me. I know you are not handle the psychosis very well. Beside those people are hardly looking at you" she said.

"I'm not in psychosis right now" he said "Sure" Lara said sarcastically.

Five itched his neck before he looked at Luther and his past self "What are they talking about?" he asked "I don't know. Maybe they are not even talking" Lara said "They are talking and it must be serious, 'cause they look like it" Five said "You're always serious" Lara said "That's right, but I'm serious about you" he said "Stop flirting right now and focus on this" Lara said "What is the matter in flirting" he said.

"Five, are you drunk?" she asked "You wish I was" he said "You know maybe you are drunk, maybe I should talk to your other self, he at least act normal" Lara said which cause Five to snapped his head at her.

"You don't mean that?" he asked and she gave him a small slap at the back of his head.

"What was that for?" he asked "You will find out later. But right now it was from being a raging asshole" Lara said.

"You know what Lara. I'm not liking the attitude you're giving me" Five said "Attitude? What kind of attitude. You're the one yelling at random people where some of them isn't even looking at you. The only person who is looking at you weird is me. I know you are not handle the psychosis very well" Lara said "I'm fine" Five said.

"No, you're not--" "Fuck off Lara. I'm not liking your mood. Leave me alone" he said "Fine. I wouldn't stop the other Five from killing you then" Lara said before she took two steps in front of Five "Are you leaving me now!" Five shouted but she just gave him the finger "I can leave you whenever I want, Five. Especially, when you're being a raging asshole" she said.

Luther then slow down a bit so he was walking next to Five "Hey, brother. How you doing?" he asked Five with a small smile "He's gonna kill me, isn't he?" Five asked "I would" Lara said while Luther let out a scoffing laugh "What?" he said and Five looked at him "What, him?" he asked as he pointed on older Five "He's gonna kill you?" he asked and let out a softly laugh "Yeah, right. That's ridiculous" he said as the three walked down from the bridge.

"You know, you're terrible liar, Luther" Five said and he put his hands in his pockets as he turned to look at Luther "You're a worse liar than you are a spotter" Five said and Luther snapped his head to look at Five "Okay, whose fault is that? What good is having a spotter if you won't even listen to him?" he asked.

"So you admit you're conspiring against me?" Five asked "Do...Do you admit that you're suffering form paradox psychosis?" Luther asked "All I'm suffering from is bracing clarity about you and your murderous intentions" Five said aggressive as he was itching his chest before looking forward.

"Look, it's not like he's gonna 'kill you' kill you. He just wants to kill a, um...version of you" Luther said "What? That don't make sense" Lara said in confusing.

"But I am that version of me" Five said "Hey, I don't love it either, but he's actually got a pretty good plan" Luther said.

 "Yeah, it's a good plan to kill me. Gee thank you" Five sarcastically.

Five glanced to the side, itching his chest again before turning back to Luther "What plan? The one where you guys going to off me and Lara and then jump to 2019 to save the world" he said and he pushed the palm of his hand against his forehead as he learned his head back uncomfortably while Luther looked at him.

"Yeah, wait, how did you know that?" he asked as Five ran his hand through his hair while he started looking more aggressive and he pointed to his past self who was ways in front of them "Because he is him" Lara said "Yeah. Because I'm him, and that is exactly what I would do if I were trying to kill me" he said as he turned to Luther while he he raised his voice.

Luther put his fingers up to his temples, pointing to nothing in front of him "Okay, all I know is we've got one Five too many and you're the one acting like a maniac" he said and Five snapped his head at Luther "Luther, you have seen nothing. If you want a maniac, I will show you maniac" Five said threatened and aggressive causing Luther to furrowed his brows while backing up slightly as he got in his face while Lara rolled her eyes.

"And Lara, I can hear your eyes rolling behind me. I'm still not done with you" he said "I will find a brick and punch you in the face with it" Lara said aggressive as her hormones was swinging like crazy now and she was really mad at Five after finding out the truth.

"Okay, as your spotter, I think the best thing I can do for you right now is put you out of your misery" Luther said "Be my guess" Lara said.

"Okay, Luther, listen" Five said and grabbed Luther's shoulders causing them both to stop and Luther turned to face him.

"I know your feeble mind only responds to age and authority, so listen very closely. Yet again, your are experiencing daddy issues" Five said, poking his fingers on Luther's chest before putting both of his hands in his pockets.

"This time with your own brother, which honestly is making me a bit crazy" he said before he inhaled while fixing his blazer "But remember this: I'm 14 days older than him" he said as he pointed at his past self "I have seniority here. So it is me you should be listening to, Luther" Five said as he pointed on himself with his thumbs.

"I'M THE DADDY HERE!" he shouted out loudly, making the pedestrians on the street to look at the three of them before they started whispering.

"Is it wrong that I find this really funny?" Lara asked, trying not to laugh "Are you two done. You are both being embarrassing" she said.

"How's it going?" Luther said with a forced laugh while smiling to some people walking past them.

 Luther then put a hand on Five's back as he crouched down to his height "Five, please, you're being unseemly. Look at you" he said as they started walking again older past Five.

"I admit there is possibility that I may not be in my fully...right mind right now" Five said as he was holding his right hand on his chest "No, really?" Lara said sarcastically.

"I admit there is possibility that I may not be in my fully...right mind right now" Five said as he was holding his right hand on his chest. "Okay, good" Luther said "But whatever I've got, he's got it too" Five said, looking at his past self "What?" Luther asked.

"Quit grab-assing. We're here" past Five said as they arrived at the place.

"Flatulence. Stage four" Luther said as they heard past Five farts.

"See? What's your plan, now, bucko?" Five asked as he rubbed his hands together before he let out a fart causing Luther to look at him "That was just lunch, all right? Shut up" Five said as he looked away from the two.

"I need to pee" teen Five said before blinking away. 

"Two Fives it's too much" Lara said as she let out a sigh "I can't believe that he is the father of my twins" she whispered so quite that you couldn't hear her.

But Andy's personality and attitude remind her a lot of Five's so it makes more sense now than it did before.

"Are you gonna stop him if he try anything?" Luther asked as he looked at Lara "That's your job. Right now he annoys me" she said "From a scale from 1-10, how bad do you want to kill Five right now?" Luther asked "I'm guessing somewhere around a nine but if it continues like this it will be high 30" Lara said "Are you angry at him?" Luther asked and Lara nodded "Why?" Luther asked "None of your bushiness" she hissed and Luther nodded in fear before looking away.
