 Price:

 The message came rather quickly, and Jas read it just as fast. We all leaned in closer to listen to the message.

 " I doubt that we'll get a cure in this world. It's not that advanced." Rik reported as he tapped his hooves against the wooden floor. Rik's tail twitched in annoyance.

 The four of us stood up. Well, Ash, Jasmine, and I got up. Rik was still having so trouble as he grabbed a hold of my arm and nearly toppled over when he realized he only had one malleable hand. 

 " I want my hands back!" Rik growled as I helped him stand up. 

 I patted him on the shoulder with an awkward smile as he sighed, " How do you even live like this in the game Price?" Rik questioned as he started to gather materials for our journey to central server."

 " I honestly just do Rik. I'm so used to using one hand that I just forget about the hoof." I told him as I gathered my wrench, sword, pickaxe, and anything I may need into my inventory. The two of us sighed.

 Ash let out a yawn, " So, how long will this journey take to get to central server?" they answered as they fixed their glasses. I pulled the map up on my inventory as Jasmine and Ash gathered some of their stuff.

 The map showed the hermitcraft server and far off in the distance a small spiral symbol: The Central Server. 

 I lowered the map.

 " It's a few hours walk. We should reach the portal by nightfall." I told them as all three of them groaned loudly.

 " I wish we still had our horses. It would make the journey waaaay easier." Ash sighed as we all headed out the door. 

 We all started to walk. I had to hold Rik's hand a couple of times when he would fall back due to his lack of being used to pig legs. I occasionally wobbled as well due to the peg leg, but it's honestly easier to walk with a peg leg then the legs of an animal.

 " At least this new world is beautiful. Open plains, wild animals, and flush green landscapes. It's way better than the previous worlds." Jas mused as they crossed their arms. 

 The three of us nodded.

 Rik crossed his arms, " What about when the Alabastors find us, or when we discover a dead corpse of me?" he questioned as we all looked at each other. 

 " That was one time Rik." I told him as he shook his head, " It was twice. You guys didn't tell me about the second time, but I know what I saw when we ran away." he looked down with a frown.

 Jasmine put their hand on Rik's shoulder, " That's the past though Rik. We're shaping our own new future, and besides, we got the hermits to help us out now." they grinned. 

 Rik sighed. We all went silent after that with small quips of Jasmine pointing out baby animals, and Ash laughing about how weird it is to hear himself gushing about the little things. 

 I decided to lead the way due to how I was the one with a map.

 The sun had started to go down now, " We should make camp here before the monsters come out." I looked around and noticed a zombie crawling out of the ground.

 The other three nodded and we all quickly worked on building a house around us with enough room in the center for a fire. 

 " Price, can you light the fire? You have my power after all." Rik questioned as his tail twitched. I kneeled down to the ground in front of the logs that were set in the center of the hole.

 I raised my hand as Rik instructed me on what to do, " First, feel the fire course through your arm from your heart." my arm started to become warm as I let out a shaky breath. 

 " Aim your hand over the fire." Rik's voice got become low and calm as I opened my hand to the log. A bunch of embers left my hand as the log let out a small blaze that turned to a calm, relaxing blaze that lit up the room. 

 I shoved my hands back into my pockets after I set my bed down into the corner. I crawled into the bed, " That was pretty good for your first time Price!" Rik mused as he set down glass into the windows. I nodded at him.

 " The thing is now that you three did to get use to each other's powers. We need to be ready in case a mob comes at us." I told them as they each nodded. I watched as the others put their beds down.

 Ash yawned, " We'll get to work on that in the morning Price." they laid down and curled up after putting their glasses into their inventory. Jasmine let out a sigh, " Ash is right. I don't think we need lightning burning this place down." they laughed as their expression turned to a frown when they looked at their own hands. 

 The two soon fell asleep against each other. I looked towards Rik as he stood near the window. 

 " Rik?" I whispered as he looked back at me. Rik crossed his arms and looked down. His tail twitched.

 " What if we can't get swapped back? What happens then?" he asked as he walked over to his bed and sat down. 

 I crossed my arms, " Don't think about that Rik." I told him with a frown, " We have to have hope man. You're the most optimistic person I know. Just please, have some faith."

 Rik got under his bed covers as I watched him, " I'm trying to man, but you know those feelings when something bad is coming?" I thought back to the odd dream I had earlier. I shook my head.

 " I get those feelings too, but we can't dwell on those said feelings. That's how we fail Rik." I told him as he rolled around until his back was to me.

 Rik let out a sigh, " I can't get rid of the feelings Price. I feel like the world may end for us.... the moment..... we go through that....poooortal...." Rik fell asleep with a small snuffle.

 I stared up at the ceiling. Rik wasn't much of a worrier. Heck, that was my job half the time.

 Maybe some of my own personally was still in my own body?

 That was probably the answer. I yawned and fell into a restless slumber.
