P.O.V. [Name]

I was currently walking towards Ozpins office. He suddenly asked me there. Glynda said that it was important so I of course went. When I entered the room I said Ozpins looking at me. "Please take a seat," he asked looking at me. I nodded and sat down in front of him.

"I heard what you were saying the other day. You know about the legend of the Shadowlord," he said looking at me. 

"Oh, I see," I said looking at him.

"Tell me, what do you think of legends like that. Things that become such common knowledge that they eventually become nothing more than children's bedtime stories," Ozpins asked looking at me.

"I think every legend no matter how ridiculous has a small amount of truth in it," I said looking at him. He smiled hearing this and then looked at me.

"Indeed, that is what I believe as well. So tell me do you believe that the Shadowlord is real?" He asked looking at me. I was bit shocked to hear him ask me a question like this.

"Yes I do," I said looking at him. He once again smiled hearing this and looked at me.

"You know, the way you were talking you sounded like you were speaking from experience," he said looking at me. I was quiet for a moment hearing this and he stood up from his chair. "Believe it or not I also believe that the Shadowlord is real," he said looking at me.

"You do?" I asked looking at the male a little shocked to hear this. When I asked this he turned around and nodded.

"Indeed however I'd like to know everything you know about the Shadowlord," he said looking at me.

"I know about as much as everyone else in my hometown," I said looking at him.

"So you know about the vessel?" He asked looking at me. I became a little upset hearing this and nodded. Because of our reckless actions all those years ago I now know that I'm the the perfect vessel for him. I managed to escape the first time, I don't think I'll be as lucky the second.

"Yeah, it's said the the Shadowlord would find a body that's compatible with his magic. When he finds it he's going to force his magic into the body and take over," I said looking at him. When I said this he nodded and looked at me. 

"Indeed," He said looking at me. 

"Sir if you don't mind me asking why did you call me here?" I asked looking at him. Ozpin sat down when I asked this and looked at me. 

"The Shadowlord is real, but I think that you somehow already knew that," He said looking at me. 

"How did-" I began only for him to cut me off.

"You're aura, it's been corrupted a small part of it at least. I'm not going to lie I wasn't sure at first but being around you this long has put any doubts that I may have had to rest. The stain on your aura it's the Shadowlords magic isn't it?" He asked looking at me 

"Yeah," I said looking down. 

"If that's the case then that means that you're the vessel that the Shadowlord is looking for," [Name] if you don't mind I'd like to show you something. Ozpin said as he reached under his desk. When he did he pulled out a small vile of dust. 

However this dust kept changing colors. "This is a new type of dust that has recently been invented it allows someone to see into the future for a short period of time. There's no telling what or when it will show someone but if you are the vessel then I don't think it'll matter when you see. It should tell me all I need to know," He said looking at me. 

"How does it work?" I asked as I picked up the vile. 

"Well open the vile and it'll turn to a gas, breath the gas in and it should take effect," He said looking at me. I nodded and opened the vile, like Ozpin said the dust slowly turned into a gas that looked more like mist than anything else. I then breath in the dust and I suddenly felt very light headed. 

I then suddenly found myself in a familiar void . I waited a few moments not seeing anything however I then heard some low growls. I then turned to where I heard the growls coming and watched as several Grimm started to appear in front of me. 

I reached for my side only to find no weapon. The Grimm's eyes seemed to be different than most the eyes that I've seen. I then watched as the Grimm ran towards me and I covered myself preparing for an incoming attack only for the Grimm to disappear just before they reached me. I then saw a metal pole rise from the ground.

I then felt my body start to move towards the pole as if I was being pulled towards the pole. I then felt chains wrap around me and my body was suddenly in a massive amount of pain. After a few seconds the pain stopped.

The pole then disappeared and I saw a new figure appear in front of me. He looked like me, well almost like me the white of his eyes had been turned black and his nails were longer than mine. He also had two massive wings coming from his back.

I then watched as the figure disappeared. "[Name] what happened to you? Why are you attacking us?" I heard Jaune's voice say.

"That's not [Name] at least not anymore. His bodies been possessed by the Shadowlord," I heard Ozpin's voice say. I was a bit shocked to hear this and sighed. 

"[Name] come on snap out of it," I heard Yang's voice say. 

"I know you're still in there, we'll set you free," I heard Ruby's voice say. I then saw two figures appear in front of me. It was me and Pyhrra however she was wounded and bleeding. She also looked extremely weak. 

She looked like she barely had enough energy to stand let alone fight. I then saw the Shadowlord smile as he looked at her and dashed forward. 

"NO!" I found myself screaming as I found my body raising up off the ground. I guess the dust wore off. 

"What did you see?" Ozpin asked looking at me. 

"It's . . . It's not good, if that's what the future holds then we need to do something," I said looking at the male in front of me. 

"Okay, calm down and start from the beginning. Now what did you see?" Ozpin asked looking at me. I took a deep breath hearing this and looked at the male. We need to stop that from happening. 

I then started to explain what I had seen to Ozpin. If this is really what's going to happen then I need to change the future and I'll start by telling Pyhrra and the others the truth.
