Chapter 3: Valentine's day

P.O.V. [Name]

I woke up and looked at the calendar. It was Valentines day. Probably the only holiday that I don't like celebrating. The main reason was because of what Beacon did.

They took the holiday very seriously and every year it was a well known fact that they would give several people a small envelope with a picture inside of it.

If you got an envelope then whoever's picture you had was who you were supposed to make happy. You didn't have to be their Valentines but you were supposed to give them chocolates and flowers and stuff of that nature.

I got dressed and opened the door when I did I was praying that I didn't have an envelope either on my door on the floor. I looked down and there was nothing.

Halfway there and so far so good. I then looked at my door and saw that there was nothing there. I smiled at this looks like I don't have to waste my day with something stupid after all.

I was walking down the hallway until I was stopped by a familiar redheaded female. "Hey Pyhrra what's up?" I asked looking at her.

She then held up a red envelope in one hand and my picture in the other. "I got you," she said looking at me.

"I . . . see," I said looking at her. "Listen you don't have to if you don't want to. I'll just fill out the report and make up some stuff saying that you did it," I said looking at her.

"I can't allow that. I was trusted to make your Valentines day something to remember and I'll be sure that I fulfill that part perfectly," she said looking at me.

I sighed hearing this I didn't want someone following me around all day. Then again her aura seemed really excited about the idea. So I guess it couldn't hurt anything.

"Alright what do you want to do first?" I asked looking at her.

"Well first I want you to be my Valentine," she said looking at me. I was a little shocked to hear this then again it seems a little weird to do all this and not be her Valentine.

"Okay I'll be your Valentine," I said looking at her. When I said this she smiled and took my hand.

"Well then follow me I know the perfect spot to go for our first date," she said dragging me behind her. I blushed slightly hearing the word date.

"Alright well where are we going?" I asked looking at her.

"Well I knew that I was going to get you. So I spent all of last night making the perfect picnic for the two of us," she said looking at me.

"How and why?" I asked looking at her.

"I was told by one of the teachers and you seem like you could use some love in your life to drown out the pain," she said looking at me. She wasn't wrong. I knew I was in pain but was it really that obvious to others?

As we walked to her dorm she stopped me for a moment and went inside the dorm. When she came back out she had a small basket in her hands and looked at me.

"Alright now we can start," she said looking at me. As we were walking she grabbed my hand. I was going to say something but her aura seemed embarrassed and happy about this so I decided not to say anything.

As we came to the top of a small hill she smiled and started to set up the picnic she had prepared. I looked at everything that she pulled out and saw just how much effort she had put into this. She had even made a few pieces of cake.

Once everything was ready she sat down on the small piece of cloth and singled for me to come sit next to her. I did and she seemed happy about this.

I at this point was starting to get a little nervous. Not because of what she had planned I'd have to be an idoit not to see it but her aura started to project the same feeling towards me that it had shown towards Jaune.

I knew what this meant and I was both happy and scared. She was in love with me. She leaned her head on my shoulder as we looked at the city.

This was one of the very few spots in town where there was wildlife and it wasn't Grimm. So hearing the birds and seeing all the couple's on the streets of Vale was rather nice.

I wasn't sure how to feel about this at the moment. Most people would probably be in a world of happiness. After all they have a beautiful girl beside them that's put all this effort into a romantic setting and probably wouldn't mind I kissed her.

Then again they're not me. They don't have that thing watching their every move and they don't have a secret like I do. However I felt how happy her aura was so I wasn't going to ruin the moment.
After all she put a lot of effort into this what kind of jerk would I have to be to not appreciate all of this. I went to reach for a piece of the cake she had made however when I did she looked at me.

"What?" I asked slightly confused.

"I know this is an unusal request but . . . can I feed you?" She asked looking at me. When she said this I felt my face heat up. I nodded and handed her the plate.

She smiled and gave me several small pieces of cake. I smiled at the flavor I don't how she knew what my favorite flavor was but I wasn't going to question it. This was a nice moment after all.

Once I had eaten the piece of cake she looked at me and giggled slightly. "What?" I asked looking at her.

"You've got some cake on your face," she said pointing somewhere on my face. I blushed at this and was going to wipe to wipe it off until Pyhrra got a little closer and smiled.

She then licked right at the corner of my mouth and I felt my face heat up. When she moved back her face was as red as her hair and she looked a little regretful.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that. I should have-" she began only for me to cut her off. I placed my hand on her cheek causing her to become silent.

"It's fine mind if we . . . try again?" I asked looking at her. I know it didn't really make much sense but she nodded seeming to understand what I meant.

Her lips then drew closer to mine and when we finally kissed it was much more amazing then I could have ever imagined. However as we continued the kiss became much more heated and passionate.

I soon found my tounge going over her lips requesting enterace. I waited patiently and when she finally opened her mouth I slowly went in our tongues meeting in the middle. Neither one of us fought for dominance.

However we finally separated when that need for air became to great for us to handle. She smiled at this and then looked at the ground a little embarrassed. "Does this mean that you and me are . . . you know . . . a couple now?" She asked looking at me.

"That's up for you to decide," I said looking at her. When I said this she smiled and kissed me again. "I guess I can take that as a yes," I said looking at he? When I said this she giggled and then nodded slightly.
