Chapter 13

Baekhyun's POV

When I woke up it was light out. I stretched but actually felt great. This had to be the best sleep I have had my whole life.

I have never woken up bursting with energy and in the best mood. This is definitely a great day.

"What happened last night?" I asked myself as it all slowely came back to me.

I sprung up from the bed when i remembered meeting the man of my dreams and he...he was my mate and he...he bit me.

I jumped out of bed and ran to the full body mirror and thats when I saw the mark on my neck. It was a tattoo of a strange colored wolf howling at the moon. It hurt a little bit but it was beautiful. I loved it.

'Our mate marked us last night' Fred said also admiring our mate mark.

'He is the most handsome man I have ever seen' I said as i blushed thinking about how he held me last night. How he kissed me.

'Wait until you see his wolf' Fred said also going through his own fantasies.

Then it clicked. I have never seen that color before.

I looked back at my reflection. It was no longer in black and white but they were a bunch of mixed colors around me. Even if I knew i was wearing  white t-shirt and black pants they still looked different.

I turned to look at my room and noticed all sorts of bright and dark colors.

"What's happening?"

I turned back to my reflection and looked at my eyes. They were a bright color I could have never imagined.

Purple. I though.

Mom was right. They are beautiful.

"MOM MOM MOM..." i screamed all the way downstairs to find everyone settled in the kitchen having breakfast.

"What's wrong my little butterfly?" she asked with a smile. I took time to take her appearance. She looked so much more beautiful in color. I looked at her eyes and remembered she said they were blue.

"I can see" I said with excitement.

"Of course you can see honey" she said with a laugh.

"No mom. I mean I can see...I can see colors" I said and she screamed.

"OH MY GOSH" she ran up to me and hugged me.

"Mom how is this possible?" I asked.

"It's the mate mark" Mark responded.

"It is known that when a wolf marks their mate any sickness or disease they have is immediately healed" he explained.

Then I remembered my mate.

At that moment i caught his intoxicating scent. I ran towards it to see him walking out of a car.

Before he could prepare himself I launched myself onto him sending us both to the ground. He just laughed at my excitement but let me tell you it sounded like a sweet melody.

I sat up on his waist as I admired my mate. I couldnt believe this man was destined to be mine.

"Someone is happy to see me" he said and his deep voice sent a slight shiver through my body.

"Thank you. Because of you I can finally see the colors around me" i said.

"Anything for you my love" he said and i blushed at his words.

"What color is your hair? Its the same color as my mark which hurts by the way" I said holding the mark.

In a flash he stood up with me in his arms. He had now placed me on the hood of his car.

"My hair is a dark shade of red along with your mark. It hurts because we have been separate for too long. I'm sorry for that" he said before i felt his tongue glide against the mark.

"Ahhh..." I couldnt help but moan at the soothing feeling I got from his ministrations.

"How does it feel now?" he pulled back and looked into my eyes.

"All better" I said as I gazed into his red eyes. I guess that was his color. It suits him well.

"Welcome your highness" Mark and Jackson said as soon as they got outside and bowed to my mate.

"Who are you?" I asked him realising I didnt even know his name.

"I'm Park Chanyeol. The eldest Prince of the werewolves and this kingdom. Your mate and also heir to the throne" He said and i was speechless.

My mate was a freaking prince. Not only that but the next King.

"And you Baekhyun, you are my mate and Queen. The missing piece of my puzzle" he said before he kissed me.

I just wanted to fit in but now I have discovered that my existance is more important than i believed.

Unknown POV

I was so close to finally getting rid of that purple eyed freak. Now all our plans will be ruined.

I hope that stupid she wolf did what she was supposed to do. If the prince marks her then the little omega wont be a problem anymore.

We will be one step closer to getting what we want. To getting back all they took from us.

You cant expect a dog to rule a kingdom. Power belongs to the vampires and thats the way its always been and the way it will be again.

We are not equal creatures. Those dogs have ruined everything spreading words of unity and equality. We are the true rulers and any other species deserves to be our slaves.

They also encourage mixed breeding which is disgusting. Now they are hybrids living freely within the land. We used to kill such abominations.

They have ruined everything but there is no problem. I will enjoy putting them all back in their place.

As soon as I kill that stupid wolf prince we can take everything back and no one will be able to stop us. That stupid myth will remain as just a myth which will never come to pass.

The oracle told me that their child will be invincible and will bring a new world order that cannot be altered.

I refuse to let that happen.

At that moment i caught a familiar scent.

"My lord" the she wolf bowed her head as she knelt before me.

I walked to her and without asking questions i checked her neck for any marks but to my disapointment they were none.

I slapped her so hard that she was coughing out blood.

"Why are you here if you haven't completed your mission?" I lashed out. She could never do anything right.

Originally she was the one who was supposed to make sure the omega was killed that night but she failed. I gave her another chance to get the prince to mark her since everyone believed his mate was dead and even got her in good favor with the King but she kept failing me.

"I'm sorry my lord but..." she said but stopped to take a deep breath as i glared at her.

"He has met  Baekhyun and... he has marked him" she said and a few seconds later I had ripped her head off her body.

Useless. They were all useless. Now my plans were ruined. I should have killed that old woman when I had the chance. I know she is behind all this. She is the one who hid the omega from us in the human world.

And now she has brought them back together again.

"Whats our next move?" My beloved asked as she wrapped her arms around my waist.

"We move according to plan. Now we just have a few more people to kill but that wont be a problem" I said before i turned to kiss her.

"Soon we will reclaim everything we lost my love" I said before kissing her again.

No one. Not even that stupid omega will ruin my plans.
