Okay this one isn't really too big of a deal, but the changes in the age are very annoying. while this might not seem like a big deal and might have been done to appeal to teenagers rather then younger kids, it kinda ruins the story line.

we all know that the final prophecy is that Percy will face Kronos at the age of 16. the fact that he is 16 in the film means that, that age must change and doesn't give the same feel of imminent danger that the demigods are exposed to. 

while this might not be the biggest change i think that we can all agree that it would have been better leaving them the original age.
