The final weeks leading up to the rebirth of Eri were hellish for everyone in the dorms. Ochako's mood swings were out of control going from content and relaxed to literally bringing the heavens down in less than a nanosecond. Izuku was doing all he could for Ochako, with the help of the other classmates he was managing to keep her tempers under wraps for the most part. Granted it was difficult with Bakugou getting on her nerves as well as Mineta. In three weeks those two had managed to almost get killed by Ochako almost 30 times. Needless to say there is now an unwritten rule to keep anything that can easily become a projectile away from Ochako especially when Bakugou, Mineta or Monoma were nearby. One such particular time, Ochako had a headache and had specifically told the others to be quiet. Well Bakugou sneezed which caused Ochako to flip her lid. Everything not tied down quickly became airborne and was then thrown by a very angry Ochako. Nezu has had quite the bill to pay for the several times he has had to reconstruct the dorms.

As to keep his wife from completely destroying the place, Izuku had convinced her to stay in bed for the remaining days of her pregnancy. She wasn't exactly happy about being confined to their room for the next few days or so, but after 'Convincing' Nezu to install a food elevator into the room she was content. Familiarity breeds contempt however and she was getting very annoyed with how overprotective Izuku had been. She was thankful for how much of a doting husband he is but she was a capable, albeit pregnant, woman. This led her to accidentally lash out at Izuku but he understood he was being slightly overbearing. Today however is Izuku's birthday and the day that Eri is supposed to be born. Everyone is doing what they can in preparation for Ochako's water to break and Izuku's secret birthday party. Today was strange for Ochako, she hasn't been getting any contractions all morning so far and Eri seemingly has been asleep for most of the night.

"Izuku! Izuku! Can you help me up!" Ochako asks from the bed with her hands over her large pregnant belly. Izuku pokes his head back from the bathroom while still brushing his teeth and gives an affirmative noise before spitting the toothpaste into the sink and rinsing his mouth out. "Today is the big day, Eri can be born at any second now." She says in a light and happy tone as Izuku helps her out of the bed.

"Yes it is! I get to share my birthday with our baby girl too! You need to use the bathroom this morning or are you hungry." Izuku asks as he gets her to her feet.

"Bathroom then food." She replies with Izuku walking her to the bathroom. After a similar routine she exits the room with bed head on the side of her face giving izuku a smile before showing him she got the brush stuck in her hair. He chuckles a bit before helping her brush her hair.

Izuku heads to the kitchen and begins cooking breakfast for himself and for her, the others in the class have been curiously absent this morning in the dorms despite having the summer off for the most part. Despite this he prepares a simple Omurice breakfast for himself and for Ochako before placing it in the little dumbwaiter beside the kitchen and sending it to their room. He makes sure he grabs some of the mochi he had made a day prior and heads back to his and Ochako's room. Upon getting back he sees Ochako had already cleaned her plate and is looking at Izuku with a red face being slightly embarrassed about how much and how fast she ate. He simply smiles at her before taking his spot in their bed and handing her the mochi bun he had made the previous day. The two relax and enjoy their calm morning eating their food and watching Saturday morning television. Meanwhile unbeknownst to them the class was actually down stairs and they were preparing for Izuku's surprise birthday party.

"Alright, listen up. I'm only helping with this because Preggo round face is going to destroy the dorms if her husband isn't given a proper birthday. Deku might not want it but she does and I don't want to anger her again. They're going to be down here who knows when and we have an unknown amount of time to get this set up. You know your jobs so get to it bitches." Bakugou says, pointing to several groups in the class.

"You didn't ask them nicely Bakugou. That wasn't very plus ultra of you." Todoroki says slurping from a bowl of soba he seemingly manifested out of nowhere.

"I don't care what you think Half n Half. All you've been doing the past week is eating that damn soba. How you're not as fat as a whale is beyond me. Get off your ass and help set up, I don't want to strike the ire of the pregnant black hole or her secret love child of a husband."

"Since when are you scared of Midoriya? You've been saying how you're better than him for the past 2 years." Mina asks, setting up red, white, blue, green and black streamers on the ceiling.

"Since I saw him single handedly defeat a Noumu in two blows. Enough with the chit chat fuckin get to work you bunch of magots!" He shouts like a drill sergeant causing the Bakusquad to salute their commander.

"YOU BETTER NOT BE YELLING AT MY FRIENDS BAKUGOU!!!" Ochako shouts from two floors up. Bakugou shudders knowing not to retort to her and simply says Yes Ma'am to her for his own good.

After avoiding another dorm demolition for the morning, the other 18 members of class 2-A make sure to go about decorating the dorms for Deku's birthday. It was decorated like him and his mentor with Deku themed and All Might themed decor all around the room. Sato had even made a custom cake for the party. It was a cartoonish Izuku in a All Might costume but it still had his ears from the costume atop his head. Some of the students didn't notice the resemblance but Bakugou and Todoroki did. Todoroki smirks seeing the cake and Bakugou face palms seeing that the successor styled his costume after his master to be as obvious as possible. Despite this everything was in place for the surprise for Deku all that was left was for Momo to finish making some gifts and for Toru to wrap them. Even then the gifts didn't take long to wrap and finally they were ready to surprise Deku on his birthday.

"Alright! That's the last one wrapped up. All we need to do is get him and Ochako down here so we can get this party started!" Toru exclaims trying to get the tape off her fingers.

"Go ahead and text Ochako *kero* I'm sure she wouldn't want to miss out on Midoriya's birthday." Tsuyu adds picking up the last gift and setting it on the counter.

"I got it, she's been texting me talking about how today may be the day the baby is born too." Momo says, pulling out her phone and messaging Ochako.

"Eri was so cute when she was 5, I can't wait to see her as a baby. I wonder if my kids will be as adorable as she was." Kyoka says with a blushing face.

"Who knows, maybe you already have one inside you. You're quite loud during your and Kaminari's 'Study Sessions." Mina teases.

"Ochako said that she and Deku are heading down the elevator right now, quickly! Close the blinds and turn out the lights. Grab a confetti confetti too!" Momo says pulling the blinds closed and handing aa few of the students large handheld confetti cannons.

Izuku walks out of the elevator with Ochako floating in the air behind him covering his eyes with her hands. He walks aimlessly from the elevators to the front room taking slow steps as he goes. He ends up walking into the wall causing Ochako to laugh at him before moving his head in the direction he needs to walk in. Soon the two walk into a dark common room. The blot out curtains were drawn shut and the lights were off drowning the room in darkness. Ochako let's herself down then pushes Deku further into the room. As he gets to the center of the room he kicks the couch with his leg, instantly the lights come on and everyone pops out of their hiding spots. "SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!" They exclaim before setting off the confetti cannons. Neither of them expect the confetti however and jump at the sudden bang.

"Ah!!!" Izuku and Ochako screams but suddenly Ochako let's out another scream. "AHHH!!!" She says doubling over and holding her stomach.

"OCHAKO! WHAT'S WRONG!" Izuku shouts crouching down next to her.

"Iz-Izuku...M-my water broke... Th-the baby is coming!" She says looking up at him.

Before anyone else can react Izuku had picked up Ochako and vanished from the dorms, he had moved so quickly the door didn't even open but it was clear that it had been. The handle of the door had been torn completely off the door frame. The others look at each other then look at Kirishima with a scowl on their faces due to the fact that it was his idea to have confetti cannons. After glaring at the red head the class scrambles to get out of the dorms and make it to the campus where they're sure Izuku is heading. Judging by the cracked concrete from his shoes it's a safe bet to say that he was heading to the UA infirmary to Recovery Girl. As they are running, Aizawa and All Might try to catch up with them, All Might falls behind but gets on his trusty segway and chases after. The class explains that Ochako went into labor and Deku vanished from the dorms heading to the infirmary. From there they continue sprinting to the main campus.

Deku had gotten to the infirmary in less than 10 seconds from the dorms, he was moving so fast he broke the sound barrier. He tried explaining that Ochako went into labor but no words left his mouth. Only after a sonic boom was he able to explain that Ochako went into labor. Recovery girl contacts Midnight and Inko to head to UA to help with the delivery and get Ochako changed into a hospital gown and onto the bed. Midnight gets everything prepared for the labor and even prepares some numbing agents to alleviate her pain through this. Izuku however was freaking out, he was pacing back and forth outside the room waiting for his mother and father to get there. He was pacing so much and so fast he was starting to carve a trench into the tile flooring. His muttering was filling the hallway with physical kanjis that bounced around the walls and all over the place. By the time the class got there they were having to push the little kanjis out of the way to get to Deku. Unfortunately for them they were too late as a cream from Ochako happened and Izuku vanished into the room leaving an after image of him giving his friends the prideful smile of a father to be.
