Like every father before him, Izuku is incredibly anxious for the birth of his daughter. He had been in the room for not even 5 minutes and he could already feel his heart pounding out of his chest. He was clamped to a chair by Midnight but his right arm is free to hold Ochako's hand as she experiences the labor. Unfortunately it seems that her labor is going incredibly fast and she doesn't have enough time to get accustomed to the contractions. Ten minutes ago her water broke and she had already started dilating. In order for her to be able to begin pushing her cervix has to reach a 10cm dilation. With how quickly her labor is going that time is coming quick as not even 15 minutes into the labor she's already at 4cm dilated. Poor Izuku may have a few bones in his right hand being crushed by Ochako with each contraction.

"You're almost halfway there Ochako. You're at 5cm dilation now when you get to ten then you can start to push. Would you like me to administer some pain killers?" Midnight asks from behind a surgery mask before grabbing a needle from the tray next to her.

"Y-Yes!!! It h-hurts so much..." She says through pants as another contraction hits her. She tightens her grip on Izuku's hand and feels a crunch. Izuku tenses up and holds his breath while she squeezes his hand but he bares with it, having gone through much worse many times before. "I... I think I just broke Izuku's hand." She says as RG walks over to Deku and kisses his hand, healing it.

"To be fair Ochako. That was the third time something broke in my hand. Just breathe and be calm this will be over in due time." Izuku encourages her before wincing at her crushing his hand again due to another contraction seeing as the painkillers have not set in yet.

In the waiting room:

To say that the remaining eighteen students of class 2-A are going nuts is an understatement. While they may not show it in appearance, their minds have been going at thousands of miles an hour and finally some of them can't take it anymore.

"I-I'm scared.. What if something bad happens? What if something goes wrong?! I've rewatched Clannad so many times I know where this can lead!" Tooru panics through hasted breaths biting her invisible nails nervously which doesn't really help the class's overall mood.

"It's gonna be fine Tooru, Uraraka is a strong girl, she'll pull through!" Ojiro tries to cheer up his girlfriend just before another scream and a crunch is heard, making everyone cringe slightly again.

"I'm definitely going the C-section route when Eiji and I have kids..." Mina mumbles, burying her face in Eijirou's neck and hugging her abdomen.

"This entire thing is giving me a whole new level of respect for my parents, especially my mom. I was a chonky baby..." Kaminari jokes with a slight chuckle as everyone else nods in agreement.

"Same here dude, my mom was in labor for twenty eight hours with me.. When I can I'm taking her and my Dad on a well deserved vacation." Sato joins in right as rushed footsteps approach the entrance of the waiting room and the door is slammed off its hinges from the green haired woman who opened it.

"WHERE ARE MY BABIES?!" Inko shouts, scaring the crap out of the more easily surprised students and even making Mineta faint from fright.

In response to hearing her voice the door leading into the delivery room is slid open slightly and Midnight pokes her head out. "Inko! Thank goodness you're here! Ochako is nearly at 7cm dilation! C'mon!" The pro hero informs as Inko practically teleports into the room and the door is locked behind her.

In the Delivery room:

The medication had kicked in for Ochako and almost all pain had been alleviated from the labor. She still felt her muscles tightening and felt slight discomfort from it but there was no pain thanks to the medicine she was given by Midnight. Inko was allowed inside having almost knocked the door down to get in. she was aiding in the delivery in place of RG who was tending to Izuku's broken hand. Poor Izuku had almost all 23 bones in his right hand crushed by Ochako who increasingly gripped it tighter and tighter as the contractions increased in duration and number. For some reason however despite having his stamina drained a few times to heal his hand, Izuku refused to allow himself to pass out from the tiredness. He excused himself from the room and bolted to RG's coffee maker to combat the tiredness. He will not fall asleep and miss this.. If All for One attacked right now he wouldn't even be able to finish monologuing in time before he was already defeated by the father. Ochako's dilation increased from seven to nine and it was almost time to start pushing. Inko says that she can see the head of Eri and all that they're waiting for is for her body to finish dilating. Her labor was just under ninety minutes and now she is at the full 10cm.

"Alright Ochako you need to start to push she's just about to crown." Nemuri says with Deku polishing off the rest of the coffee and bolting to her side.

"Remember to breathe Ochako. We went through classes for this. It's almost over." Izuku encourages her as he makes sure to grab her hand.

"It's all downhill from here, push." Inko says as Ochako follows suit.

"Aaaagggghhhh!!!" She says as she pushes with all her might with Inko explaining that Eri is starting to make her way out of Ochako.

With each push Eri begins to crown inside Ochako, when she pushes she crushes Izuku's hand more and more. Another push and she's coming along more, another one and Deku's hand makes an audible crunch as she breaks a few bones in his hand. She takes a break to catch her breath and have Izuku switch hands and have his right hand healed again. This process was the longer part of her labor for over an hour she was pushing. At one point Deku had grabbed the armrest of the chair he was in and crushed it in pain from Ochako squeezing his hand with the force of 10 black holes. Each push she got closer and closer to giving birth to Eri and with each push she was getting more and more exhausted. RG lost track of how many times she healed Deku's poor hand but it had to be in the 20s now. During this Ochako's parents manage to arrive followed by All Might who passes out, at the sight of Izuku's hand. face planting on the floor with a thud.

"Alright now her shoulders, once that is through she will come out. It's almost over Ochako." Nemuri says aiding Inko with some forceps to help the process along.

"YOU'RE NOT PUTTING SALAD TONGS IN ME!!!" Ochako shouts seeing the forceps.

"It's to help if she gets stuck on the way out. One or two more pushes Ochako. She's almost here." her mother encourages as ochako screams letting out another push.

"Aaahhhh!!!" She screams followed by several pants from being out of breath.

"Breath and this should be the final one!" Midnight shouts with Ochako letting out a final push.

When the shout leaves her lungs and a breath returns to fill it, in the silence left in the air the cries of a baby girl are heard. Inko collects Eri in her arms with Nemuri cutting the umbilical cord shortly after. The newborn girl with a tuft of white hair wails her first cries as she is being cleaned by Nemuri. She's quickly wrapped up in a towel and cleaned before being calmed by her grandmother as Inko helps Ochako. Ochako isn't paying attention to what Inko is doing and is more focused on watching RG and Nemuri run the tests they need to run on the infant. She smiles seeing her baby girl kicking about and being put into a diaper and swaddled in a blanket. Suddenly another pain shoots through her body and she turns to face Inko who looks shocked at what she is seeing.

"Chiyo? Nemuri? Hand Eri to her grandmother or grandfather you two need to come back here. Now." Inko says as the two hand the baby off to her grandmother and rush back to Ochako

"What's wron- OH MY GOD! THERE'S A SECOND HEAD CROWNING?!?!" Chiyo shouts in her old grandma voice seeing a second baby's head with the same white hair as Eri's.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S ANOTHER ONE?! I JUST HAD HER!!!" Ochako protests before feeling the impulse to push on this child.

"NOW'S NOT THE TIME FOR QUESTIONS WE NEED TO GET THIS ONE BORN TOO! KID FIRST ASK QUESTIONS LATER!" Nemuri shouts as Ochako repeats the cycle with this unknown child.

Learning of the fact that a second kid is coming out of Ochako was a bit too much for Izuku's brain to handle and he slumps forwards in his chair having feinted. Ochako laughs seeing him fall over like All Might did before pushing hard for this second child. In less time than Eri this new baby is born in 15 minutes of pushing rather than over an hour. Inko cuts the umbilical cord with this infant as she screams as loud if not louder than her older sister did. She is taken and cleaned up by Chiyo and Nemuri while Inko tries to resuscitate both Izuku and Toshinori. Ochako manages to get the after birth out with no issues and is cleaned up before being moved to a clean hospital bed and rests as Chiyo, Nemuri and Inko care for the twin newborns. Izuku's father in law douses him with a bucket of water waking him up before breaking the news that Eri had a twin sister inside of Ochako.

Almost an hour later Chiyo comes back with Inko and Nemuri in tow holding the twins as they finally calmed down and fell asleep. Chiyo explains that she ran a test on the twins and found out something interesting. This child that seemingly appeared out of nowhere is Eri's mirror image twin sister. She goes on to explain that she believes that before Eri was born the first time she had a twin sister was absorbed in utero with no visible side effects. She thinks that when she rewound herself prebirth it brought back that twin sibling which developed naturally this time around. To say the new parents were shocked was an understatement they believed that Eri was just well Eri and weren't expecting in a million years that they would be giving birth to her and her sister. After they calmed down the two were asked what the name of the twin of Eri should be. An idea pops into Toshinori's head, After he woke up and was told the news, One is named Eri and he rearranges the Kanji of her name to spell out a new name.

"Eri and Rei Midoriya. Welcome to the world, little ones." Izuku says taking his daughters from RG's and his mother's arms. Ochako gazes over tiredly at the two infants and reaches her hand over to brush the tiny faces of the new borns.

*Crash* The door is knocked off the hinges as the class falls from their leaned position listening up against the door. The sudden noise causes the two infants to begin crying having been startled by such a loud noise. The culprit was once again Kirishima who had been pushed up against the door as the entire class tried to lean in and listen for the moment Eri's cries filled the air. Izuku glares daggers at the class as he tries to calm the two infants in his arms. All of them are gobsmacked that Izuku is holding two babies, everyone except for Todoroki however who walks over to Deku and looks at the faces of Eri and Rei whom Deku gets to stop crying. He places a hand to his chin in thought for several moments before snapping his fingers and making an "Oh!" sound.

"Eri and Rei are your secret love children." He says getting the class to smack their foreheads.

"Half n half, you're a fu-" Bakugou says before seeing the look of death in Ochako's eyes as she is levitating several scalpels all aimed at him. "-udging idiot." He says wincing expecting to be stabbed by a scalpel only to hear them being put back down.

"Two babies! Explain! Now!" Mina says before having another scalpel pin her shirt collar to the wall behind them.

"No. Shouting." Ochako threatens the class causing them to gulp a lump of saliva in their throats.

"C-c-can I-I hold one?" Toru timidly asks walking over to Deku with her arms outstretched with her wearing a long sleeve shirt and gloves.

"Ochako?"

"Let my parents hold them for a bit then you guys can. If one of them cries because of something you did... You won't live to regret it." She says threatening Mineta the most. She smiles contently before turning over in her bed and quickly falling asleep.

"Absolutely precious." Katsuki says looking at Eri's sleeping face in Izuku's arms. "I'm Uncle Kacchan, little one. What? Did you seriously expect me to call her Deku's brat?" He asks, glaring at the class.

"I kinda did actually." Izuku says getting Bakugou to sigh deeply before asking if he can hold her.
