Did you know? 

Thorn was one of the first bad guys that I made up, and for the first few attempts at my series, he was the main enemy. 

When I first made up Dark Magic, Thorn was the first bad guy that I thought of. He was the main bad guy, the most powerful one, and the one that all of my characters always came neck and neck with. He was always a smug, arrogant, rather crazy guy - and yes, in the original story (the first try!), he was a Shadow that took over Shintaro's (Brethren's) friend's body.
