Moon was started off as Ruby's adopted older sister, but for several attempts, she was just a crazy Dark with mind-bending abilities.

When my sister first made Moon up, she started out as Ruby's older sister who was adopted by Sky and Lucy (who has remained the same, except that she was changed into a human in the AU.). When she was older, she bargained with a Dark who gave her her abilities. For several attempts, she was neutral; but for a bit, she became a madwoman created in the Abyss who toyed with people's heads and made them play her games.
