Alec slept at his sisters place who was really mad at him for not treating Magnus like he promised on their wedding but she saw that he really regretted it and let it pass. After all he was her brother and he wanted to make up for everything. “Is it okay if I pick Max and Rafe up? I´ll still have to bring them to you tho…I planned something and it isn’t really something children should see.” Alec answered while he got ready for the things he planned today and Izzy nodded drinking a sip of her coffee. “Sure...they wait at the parkspot that is a few meters away from the big tree in front of their school…pick them up at the right time or I´ll kill you.” Izzy knew her brother was really serious about saving his family and she was glad he didn’t make the same mistakes their dad did because she would have kicked his ass if he did. “Sure thing, Iz…and please don’t tell Magnus anything. I really want to surprise him.” Alec told Izzy yesterday about his plan but also about his worries which Izzy gladly informed him are all dumb because Magnus loved him. Alec knew Magnus was working till 6pm today and Alec really needed that time to get everything he needed for his surprise and he would still have time to pick up his sons at 1pm.
The school would only finish in 10 minutes but Alec was already waiting for his sons at the parkspot like Izzy told him and he couldn’t wait to see their faces when they saw him. He felt terrible guilty that it was so special that their Dad would pick them up today but he would make sure to make that a regular thing. Today he was in exactly 4 shops and he was really glad about the last minute tickets he got. His sons would have vacations in two days and he planned something amazing but he still had to make a few calls to really make it a save deal. Alec heard the school bell rining and he was a little nervous about the reactions of his two sons because he thought they had all reasons to be mad at him. They should have been his first priority together with Magnus and they actually were but he didn’t really show it the right way. Alec got out of the car looking through the crowed of children to see their children and he finally saw the two boys walking next to each other chatting with a big grin on their faces. Alec couldn’t say how happy it made him to see how they came along with each other and how Rafe was the best big brother Max could have. Both of the boys stopped dead in tracks when they didn’t see their Auntie but their Dad and both blinked a few times not believeing that their dad was there. “Daddy!” Max exclaimed running towards Alec almost tripping over because his bag was so heavy and Alec quickly picked him up from the ground. “Blueberry…I missed you.” Alec said hugging Max tightly who giggled happly but Rafe didn’t seem too happy with his dad being here and just got in the car. “He is a bit grumpy…don´t take it too serious. I´m happy you pick us up.” Max said with a big grin and Alecs heart melted when he saw that huge grin in his sons face. “I´m happy I could and I promise to do it more often, alright?” Alec would really keep that promise already only because the face of his son lit up and Max hugged him tighter than before. “That would be amazing, Daddy.” Max was over the moon that his Dad finally made time for him and he was really excited to go with his dad now. “Where are we going?” Rafe asked confused as he realized this wasn’t the way to their loft neither was it the way to his aunt and Alec smiled at his older son quickly looking back to the street. “We´re going to eat ice cream.” Alec announced seeing how happy Rafes eyes shone before they turned careless again and Alec was sad but he knew he had to earn the forgiveness of his sons. They all went to eat ice and Alec explained them his plan before he brought them to Izzy so he could prepare everything at home for winning his husband back…//tbc ohhh doing things kids shouldn't see🤔🤔🤔 what do you think so far? 💜,
