Jackie made her way over to where her boyfriend was standing, waiting for her. When she finally managed to get through the crowd, she met up with a young man with orange hair with yellow streaks in it, emerald green eyes, and wears a dark grey jacket over a yellow t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers. His name is Ryan.

He's my boyfriend. He's so sweet and caring to me. And since he was on vacation all of spring break, I was looking forward to finally spending more time with him.

"Ah, there's my beautiful princess in shining midriff." Ryan smirked as he saw her walk his way.

Jackie instantly pushed herself into his arms and looked up at him with a pouty face as her cheeks were puffed out. "I missed you, you idiot." She said, trying not to look too excited.

Before you say anything, no. I'm not a tsundere. I've been told that I get excited too easily and it freaks out my friends and Aunt sometimes. Harmony even said that I'm like a puppy who just got adopted or a kitten on catnip. So, this is how I manage to keep my composure.

Ryan chuckled. "Oh, you're so cute when you act like this." He said.

"It's not my fault." Jackie pouted more. "I freak my friends out when I get too happy. It's weird."

"Well. . . you're loved by me, no matter what." Ryan said with a smile. "Plus, you deserve to get excited. It's something we all feel at some point."

"Yeah. . . I guess." Jackie said with a small smile. "Anyway, how was your vacation?"

"It was nice." Ryan said. "But you know what I didn't like?"

"What?" Jackie asked.

"That you weren't there with me." Ryan said.

"Oh, you." Jackie said with a smile, before going in for a kiss.

The two of them locked lips for a little bit and spent some time kissing each other in the hallway.

"Barf!" The voice of Zoey said, causing the two lovers to stop and look over at her.

"Zoey!" Jackie said, sounding annoyed.

"Sorry, but I'm not about to watch you two swap saliva in the school hallway." Zoey said. "That's what your bedroom is for."

Jackie blushed a bit from that comment. "Not cool. . ." She said.

Suddenly, another young man came up to them. He had short brown hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a grey shirt, black pants, and black boots. His name is Tristan.

Tristan is Ryan's best friend. They're bros. He's cool.

"Hey, Ryan. Jackie. . . Zoey. . ." Tristan said. "How's it going?"

"Sup, my dude." Ryan said, giving his best bro a hug. "How was your vacation?"

"It was great." Ryan said. "I had a fun time."

"Hey, Tristan." Jackie said. "Did you do anything fun?"

"Meh. . . it's was kind of boring." Tristan said.

"Boring? Don't you have, like. . . three different girlfriends?" Zoey asked. "How is that boring?"

"I actually broke up with one of them." Tristan said. "And I ghosted the other two."

"Don't they go to this school too?" Zoey asked.

"What is this, an interrogation?" Tristan asked, sounding defensive. "My life is my life. I don't have to tell you everything about what I get into."

"Calm down, Tristan." Ryan said. "It's okay. Those girls weren't good for you anyway. They were weird."

"You could've let me meet them." Zoey said with a smirk. "I'd have a good time with them."

"Nah, get your horny ass out of here." Jackie said, in a joking manner.

Zoey just smirked and let out a small giggle. Tristan also smirked as he chuckled a bit at Zoey's comment.

"You know what? You're cool." Tristan said. "I may have to take you out later."

"And I may have to accept." Zoey smirked.

"Girl. . . no." Jackie said.

"What? You know I like to sleep around." Zoey said. "It's just me."

"You're a weirdo." The voice of Marshall said.

The four of them looked over and saw Marshall, Michael, and Harmony walking up to them.

"So, we're all reunited after a long spring." Michael said with a smile. "Well, maybe except for a couple."

"Yeah, we have to meet up with Grayson and Sarah later." Marshall said. "Then, it'll be a true reunion."

"So. . . we still have a few minutes before class." Jackie said. "Shall we head to our spot?"

"Yeah, let's go." Zoey said.

I'm sure you can relate to this. There was a special table that we reserved in the outside lunch area of our school. We would always go there and hang out before class and during lunch. It was our special spot.

When they got to their table, they all took a spot around it as they waited for their classes to begin.

"So, how do you see me in a relationship?" Zoey asked. "Like, genuinely?"

"Well, you act like a whore on the daily." Harmony said. "You may have a shot to become a stripper."

"Or a twitch streamer." Michael joked.

"I bet you'd be a good partner." Jackie said. "Or maybe a gold digger. . ."

"You guys really don't believe that I'm good?" Zoey said, pretending to sound hurt. "I'm offended."

"Well, it all comes down to whether or not you can even get a partner." Marshall said.

"You guys suck." Zoey said, but with a smile.

Everyone laughed as they had fun making jokes and hanging out together.

But at that moment, Zoey caught someone walking passed them. It was a young man with light brown hair and grey eyes.

"Zoey? What are you looking at?" Jackie asked.

"A beautiful specimen from heaven. . ." Zoey said, still locked on to the guy.

Suddenly, the boy looked over at her, and Zoey blushed and quickly looked away. The boy smiled a bit and continued walking on his way.

"Ah. . . my bestie has a crush!" Jackie said happily.

"N-No. . . I don't." Zoey said, still blushing. "Shut up. . ."

"Ah, you totally do!" Jackie squealed happily.

"She likes to flirt with a lot of people." Harmony said. "How can we be sure a new crush is real?"

"Don't be mean." Jackie said. "That face she's making. . . it's the face of a girl in love. I would know."

At that moment, the bell rang, which meant that it was time for class.

"Well, I'll be seeing you guys later." Tristan said, getting up and walking away.

"Aw man. . . I don't want to go to class." Zoey said. "It's so boring!"

"Don't worry, Z." Jackie said. "It'll be over before you know it."

"And then we can all hang out after school." Michael said.

"Yeah, see you all at lunch." Marshall said.

With that said, everyone got up and headed to their classes. Jackie and Ryan stayed by and gave each other a kiss before they both split and headed to their classes as well.

Now, it may all seem normal now, but trust me. This is when everything will begin to go downhill. And it all starts with a very special surprise during first period.
