He took me upstairs, and I brought the pillow I had managed to grab from my house.
A few more tears escaped my eyes, as we entered his room.
"Jade, it's ok. He's been taken by the police, and he can't get you here. I'll keep you safe."
I held him again, he smelled nice.
I set my pillow on the floor and was about to grab a spare blanket. Andy stopped me, he insisted that I take his bed.
"No, it's yours. You're doing so much for me already."
Yet he wouldn't be satisfied if I didn't accept.
It was cozy though, and kinda smelled like men's perfume. I have to admit,it was way better than sleeping on hardwood floors.
When it was finally morning, I sat up and rubbed my eyes. At first I thought it was all a dream, but Maya, Andy's dog hopped onto my lap. I scooped her up, and carried her down the stairs.
Andy sat at the table, eating two bowls of cereal?
Oh silly, why would he eat two bowls of cereal? I'm so dumb..
"Hey, I uh can't cook so, I got you cereal instead."
I smiled at him, it soon turned into a laugh. I took a seat across from him and started spooning lucky charms into my mouth.
"What happened last night anyway? I mean, he broke in but, what did you do?"
So I told him everything that happened, even about how I my sobbing sounded like a dying cat.
"I knew you were strong." He said, smiling.
I laughed.
"Yeah right, I hid in the bathroom. I mean why would I fight him?"
He kept smiling.
"Gosh, I was just trying to be flirty."
We both ended up laughing, and I threw a red marshmallow at him.
I noticed the house was quieter than normal. So I asked where the rest of his 'fam' was. He laughed at my choice of words.
"My parents are at work, and my brother's at another friend's house."
I nodded. It seemed like he was home alone alot. We talked some more, and when we finished eating I asked if he was able to play a few video games.
We headed upstairs, but ended up playing with Maya for a bit.
Finally when Maya deccided to leave is alone, we sat on the floor watching TV. We leaned against Andy's bed, and he put his arm around me.
I leaned my head on his shoulder, it felt so calming.

My eyes fluttered open, realising I was still leaning on Andy's shoulder. My body felt warm, his arm was still around me.
I looked around, the TV was still on.
He must've felt my movement, because it was then that he spoke.
"Ah, you're awake."
He smiled.
"Mmhm"
He rubbed my shoulder, as if to say he were happy I could talk to him again.
We were silent again as the commercials ended, and the show he was watching came on.
My mind flooded, it was a good time to think about things. Well, the best time to think that I've had in a while.

It's been a few days since Andy confessed his feelings . What did mean? Does he want our relationship to be more? I mean, it's not like I don't. He's pretty cute..

"Jade?"
I shook my head, realising I had zoned out.
"Sorry, just thinking. What did you say?"
He smiled, knowing this happened alot.
See, he gets you.
Ugh, since when did Tessa live in my head?
"I just wanted to know if you want any snacks." I shrugged, telling him I was a vacuum, and could probably eat even if I wasn't really hungry.
He chuckled at my remarks. When he was finished I spoke again.
"Hey.."
He looked at me, and lowered the TV volume.
You know a guy loves you when he pays more attention to you than the TV.
"Remeber I told you I'd make up my mind?"
He nodded, and I knew he was holding back exitment. I could see the curiosity in his eyes.
"I guess what I'm getting at is, do you want our relationship to be...more?"

He used he hand that wasn't around me, to scratch the back of his neck.
"I won't force you into it. I'm just letting you know, that I would...Uh- like that." He flashed a half smile.
I leaned my head back on his shoulder.
"Alright then, and don't think your forcing me. You know..I um...I really like you"
I could feel my cheeks burn, and somehow knew Andy was blushing too.
I looked up to him, and met his stare. Our eyes locked, both smiling. Until we were just a centimeter away.
I closed my eyes waiting, knowing this time I wouldn't lunge away.

His lips met mine, and it was a bit awkward, seeing as he probably didn't do this much. Though it was nice.
He broke off after a bit. As if to see weather I liked it.
"Jade.." He whispered.
I smiled at him, almost to say thank you.
He embraced me in a hug, and we sat that way for a while. I nearly dreaded the moment he had to get up.
