Itachi and Sasuke were having an EPIC fight outside the base.

Fighting for who is the most fabulous Uchiha.

They fought and fought for hours which made them tired.

And after some awesome fight with Sharingans and Fireball jutsus, Itachi ran out of tricks and guess what?

Itachi used his triumph card.

THE CLAW OF DANGOS.

Because Sasuke was allergic to dangos, so he had no choice but to surrender and let Itachi win.
