I looked over the edge and saw this tiny trampoline. I breathed in and out. I threw myself out and off the ground......before plummeting to the ground. I flapped my wings as much as a could but it was no use. I must've jumped out too far because I hit the ground. Hard. Instead of laughing there came groans of sympathy from my class mates. Ronald came over in a rush to see if I was alright. I could barely lift my head. The teacher had to take me to the school nurse. She was a bright orange budgie who flapped her wings in astonishment at the sight of me. "Golly gosh!" She squawked. "Come inside here and have a seat. Ronald came by and sat beside me. I'm very sorry if you were looking forward to a longer entry or at least a picture. The budgie was fussing over me too much and I didn't have any time to write in my diary.
