PART ONE:
STARTS EPISODE TWO IN SEASON FIVE

"I believe I know the person to help us as it's shown the chances of God helping us are quite null," Castiel urged to the two Winchesters and Bobby Singer. They were discussing a way to defeat Lucifer...in a hospital. Bobby was currently recovering from the latest demon attack.

Dean didn't seem impressed in the slightest. "Yeah, and who would that be Cas?" He looked at the angel expectantly.

"A girl," Castiel informed gruffly. "She can help us...that's if she's willing to."

Bobby chimed in, "So lemme get this straight: we're currently relying on a girl who could only possibly be helping us, depending on how willing she is?" Bobby asked rhetorically.

Castiel sighed and simply said, "Precisely."

Dean brought his arms up and then let them fall to his sides dramatically. "Well, Cas, you wanna tell us what 'she' is?" Dean asked as he air-quoted the word "she." This girl must've been something special if she could defeat Lucifer.

"They call her Diana. She can kill God himself, much less Lucifer," Castiel said.

The Winchester boys and Bobby all exchanged wary glances with each other at this piece of information. How had they never heard anything about this girl before? Surely, there should've been something about her in the common lore.

Sam's head perked up as he realized the familiarity. "Wait, do you mean Diana as in the Roman mythological version of the goddess Artemis?"

Castiel nodded his head. "She harnesses similar powers to what you've read but she's going to be nothing like you'd imagine."

Dean frowned. "Yeah? And how's that?"

"You'll see," Castiel responded simply in his low tone. "When and if I find her." With that Castiel was gone, leaving no further argument from the three men.

Bobby shook his head and Sam was simply intrigued and then there was Dean who just muttered unhappily, "Well, that's just friggin' great."
