At StudionD, the Aesome Ones were hard at work training. For less than twenty four hours the brawl against Dia would be upon them. The brawl would be a five against one. The five of them would face off against Dia. Pyrus, Aquos, Ventus, Haos, Darkrus would all battled against Diamond Leonidas. Despite it being a five verus one brawl, Dia and Leonidas were formidable opponents. A rare faction bakugan who has attacks from all factions. Not to mention the mysterious powers that the Diamond Faction possesses.

They needed to win this brawl if they wanted to gain forgiveness. For all they put her through, they need to absolutely win this brawl. No matter what!

"Think we really can beat them?" Lia asked when they paused for a break. " Dia seems to have gotten stronger"

JUST WHAT HAPPENED IN THAT FOREST?! IT COMPLETELY TURNED THAT SWEETHEARTED FAN TO ONE WHO EMITS A COLD AURA!!!

"Could she have been trained by someone? It reminded me of someone. I can't remember who though" Dan tried to remember who it could be. It was in the back of his mind, yet he couldn't remember who.

Probably no one important if he was easily forgotten.

"Leonidas may have trained her. After all, I learned alot about brawling from Hydorus" Shun recalled the lessons he got from his partner. Way back when he first met Hydorous.

It could be the same case for Dia. Especially since the video would may everyone stay clear of her. To be an outcast that no one would bat an eye at.

Not like a rival of theirs would train her. That would be ridiculous!

"Just one of us has to be Leonidas" Wynton looked down, recalling all the things he put Dia through. He would make up for it all. "If we all work together to wear him down, then even if he defeats most of us. The last one who is standing can defeat him"

"That may be the only stragety we can go by" Lia sighed. "We only ever brawled Dia a few times. Barely seeing all of Leonidas attacks. He could have attacks that could take out multiple bakugan" Lia shivered at the thought of an actual attack like that.

"Well we won't know till we brawl them!" Dan encouraged his friends.

It was an all or nothing type of situation for them. One where the stakes matter alot!!

Dia herself was preparing for the brawl. She would not go easy on them! NOT AFTER EVERYTHING SHE AND LEO WERE PUT THROUGH! IF THEY WANTED FORGIVENESS THEN THEY HAD TO EARN IT!!!!!

"Uh...Dia are you okay, sweetie? You've been excerising all day..... How about some snacks, or I can start up with dinner" Jasper suggested as he came to check up on his niece.  Frightened by the intense aura that came from her.

Could she have snap?! Did she need his support? Was he not giving her enough attention?! Should he cut work hours to spend more time with her?! Was she going through a rebel phase?!

HAS HE FAILED AS UNCLE?!

"I am fine. I hunger for revenge. I shall feast on the humiliation of those who have wronged me" Dia looked at him with the most fiercest look he ever seen on her.

"Does that mean you don't want any dinner? Sweetheart, you need to eat" Now Jasper was teary eyes. Drying his sorrow filled tears with his apron.

"Oh...yeah I'll have some" She smiled as she return to her normal self

Leonidas had to prepare as well. It's been exactly one month since he faced those "Worthy Opponents". It's true that Nillious training had doubled his strength, yet whose to say that they had not grown stronger either.

Truly tomorrow would not only be a fight of forgiveness. It was also to prove that he was not a monster or a scientific modified weapon. 

The morning came and Dia for once was fast getting ready. She wore a white shirt with a grey leather jacket that had a giant diamond emblem on the back. She put on black fingerless gloves. White pants with small tears, her grey sneakers. Her hair put into a tiny ponytail. Despite how short her hair was.

Leonidas could not help but feel a bit taken back. He thought that he ever be scared of Dia.

"Let's go!" Dia made her way down the stairs. Out the door to the awaited brawl.

Brawlers beware! GET READY FOR JUSTICE AWESOME ONES! "DIAMOND JUSTICE"!!!!!

There at the battle arena near Studio D, the five members of the Awesome Ones awaited her. The shocked expressions of Dia's appearance was just the warm bite of cake.

"D-Dia?! Is that you?!" Wynton felt the color drain from her face.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUTE GIRL THAT FAINTED FROM BEING WITH HER IDOLS?!

"You wanted to gain the "Demonic Brawler" forgiveness? Then I might as well look the part! Enough words! I clearly said brawling! Not chatting! SO DROME UP!" She called the drome while the others still processing this new Dia.

Did she call herself the "Demonic Brawler"?!

Leonidas was brawled out as awaited his foes. He seemed like he would not go easy on them. His glare nearly made them freeze up like they been turned to solid ice.

Soon the five of they brawled out their partners. Dia was using her guardian Bakugan, it seemed fitting if they did the same.

The five of them shared a glance. They would go with their plan! Wittled him then defeat him. Time to slay the Diamond Demonic Dragon winning streak!

"Let's start this off, Drago! Twisting Inferno!" Dan and Drago did not hesitate to make the first move.

"Evade!" Dia ordered. Tone serious yet cold in a way.

Leonidas obeyed then processed in the plan the two made beforehand.

Humiliating them as the two were!

"Wing Cutter!"

"Aquos Hurricane!"

Pegatrix and Hydorous tried to double team Leonidas. Just as they predicted.

Dia grabbed a Haos bakucore and hurled it towards her partner. "Time for them to chill! White Quartz Melody!"

"How about some shut eye?" He  evaded.

His diamonds held a faint white glow as he begin to let out a soft supersonic soundwave. Like a hypnotic effect on the two bakugan as they fell to quick slumber.

"Pegatrix!" Lia face filled with shock. Did Leonidas just put her partner to sleep?!

"Hydorous! Wake up!" Shun voice didn't seem to free his partner from the spell of sleep casted upon him.

"Oh isn't that sad! That attack can only be undone if bakugan are called back" Dia smirked. "Guess you both can only call them back since they won't be helping you brawl"

Dia must have prepared this ahead of time. That must how she planned to counter their plan.

This gave Lia and Shun no choice but to call back Hydorous and Pegatrix. That only left Lightning, Wynton, and Dan left to win this thing. Worse is that Leonidas hadn't inflicted any damage yet.  If things don't change then they can kiss their chance for forgiveness goodbye!

"Dia, why are you doing this? Brawling like this?" Wynton couldn't believe that this was Dia stragety.

Her stragety are usually facing the opponent on equal terms. Such ad if Trox couldn't fly than She wouldn't let Leonidas fly at all.

Now that all changed. All because of them. She was NOT making this easy for them.

Trox managed to ram Leonidas while Howlkor bombarded him with several physical attacks. They managed to get him to 300g.  Though they became careless.

Getting to close for Leo to unleash a powerful counter attack. That he did without hesitation.

He held Howlkor down by stomping hard on his back. He used his tail to  keep Trox from interfering.

"Isn't this embarrassing?" Dia laughed then she looked at them with a serious yet amused smile. "Five bakugan can not beat one. Sad part is that we haven't gotten SERIOUS yet. Waiting for you all to finally apologize to him" She looked at Leonidas sadly.

"You already forgave us after that outburst....didn't you?" Wynton asked, looking her in the eye.

Dia eyes held that answer. "Maybe, though you will only find that answer at the end of this brawl! I plan to show you all what we had to go through. Well me.... I have sadly gotten used to it. Had nine years to go numb. I won't lie saying that what you all said did not effect me, but this is no different" Leonidas looked at her as she spoke those words.

A brawl to see if they can gain the one whose forgiveness that they truly get.

"Time to reduce their numbers again, Leo!" Dia threw a Ventus bakucore at him.

"You got it Dia!" Leonidas smiled then used Emerald Earthquake.

Leonidas diamonds were now a dark green as the ground under the three Bakugan rumbled. Then sharp crystal pillars of jade emerged. Directly hitting Howlkor and Trox since they could not escape.

Leaving Drago as the only one standing. Their only hope to winning this brawl.

"Then there was one" Leonidas looked at Drago. "I always knew that this brawl would end up with the two of us" Leonidas couldn't help but feel happy.

"It would seem so. Leonidas, I am sorry. It was because of our views on you that we accused you without question" Drago had to say this. He may not get another chance in this brawl.

"That was not what hurt me. The way you all treated Dia was this unbearable pain. I see what you meant by the bonds of being partners" Leonidas than got into a fighting stance. "Let's see if you can defeat me and my partner" Then he and Dia shared a smile.

"WE WILL SHOW WHAT TRUE PARTNERS WE ARE!" The both of them said in unison.

This caused Dan and Drago to gasp a bit.  Then Dan grinned from ear to ear.

"Then let's brawl! Show us how powerful the two of you gotten as partners!"

"TWISTING-"

"PRISMIC-"

This would be the attack to decide the brawl. All would be put into this final attack. Would it be their saving grace or a lost chance to win back a friend? It all be put into this sole moment.

"INFERNO!"

"HURRICANE!!"

The two attacks collided as dust clouded the two brawler's vision. The sound of a bakugan becoming a bakuball could be heard.

Leonidas or Drago? Only once the dust cleared would they get the answer.

All eyes were on the figure silhouette. Once the arena became visible, everyone's eyes widen. Drago was left standing. He only had 25g but his attack had defeated Leonidas.

THEY WON....THEY WON!! THEY HAD GAIN THE FORGIVENESS!!

Above them Monarus held Drogo in her hands as they observed the brawl undetected. Monarus still recovering from her brawl with Leonidas, that did not meant that she was not well enough to scout.

"Le0 missed on his target just enough so he would lose" Monarus looked dumbfounded. "WHY WOULD HE-"

"He wants another chance with them. To show that he is like them. Do not be naive though. They may have gain the two's forgiveness, but it will take much time before they can be friends again. It seems that we haven't completely closed off his heart. The diamond girl may have unlocked her power but only just the surface" Drogo sighed before putting his mask back on.

"Shall you brawl her? I know that Brontes is excited for a chance. Helios is curious to see if he is the powerful weapon that Marduk made him to be" Monarus offered. "I would gladly brawl him again if-" Drogo raised his hand to stop her mid sentence.

"Not while you are still recovering. I will not further your injuries as my partner. Brontes is assigned to a special task. His character will not be useful for this kind of brawl. He is best use for cover ups for now, more of keeping up appearances. Just till we find a fighting style that both he and I can be in sync to. Helios as powerful as he is loyal may not be the best option. He would not allow me to see the progress that they made. He always did crave victory over anything else" Drogo practically claimed that none of Bakugan would be useful for this upcoming brawl.

"Then that leaves....." Monarus hands softly trembled. Keeping herself together, all just not to drop Drogo one hundred feet from the air.

"Yes. The bakugan whose hatred of the council breaks out his power. Marduk second powerful bakugan and one who no one in the lab wants to face. The pitch black dragon  whose name brings shivers down the spines of even the strongest will men. "The Chaotic Dragon, Dharak", a Diamond Faction dragon whose bloodline kept the two overseers and guardians safe for generations. The last member before the faction was slaughtered like cattle. Only he and Vladator know our true motives. He will help see the "Diamond Queen" progress." Drogo watched as Dia was chatting with the other brawlers.

"I wished that fate chose another instead of her" The last words he whispered. Clutching his the black string around his neck.

"As do I, my dear "King of Traps" Monarus turned back to return them to base.

Soon Dia will faced the one that not only framed her, but also the one who harmed a dear friend. Drogo verus Dia! What figure lies behind that mask truly? Just who is this Drogo which works for Marduk? All shall soon be revealed.
