2:00- Friendships and Shopping Sprees
"Yui, we were not prepared for your arrival so you will have to make due with a guest bedroom. Tomorrow we will all go out shopping in order to get your necessities and anything else you might want." Reina stated.
"Thank you...but..." Yui hesitated.
"Is something wrong?" Reina stops in front of a room and turns to look at her.
"Why are you letting me outside the manor?" Yui asked quietly.
Reina sighs before answering, "Don't tell me those fools called the Sakamakis never let you outside their mansion..."
Yui looked away nervously, answering Reina without speaking.
"I see..." Reina spoke with a motherly tone of understanding, "Komori-chan...I hope you know that we are not like them...we will be your friend and sister not because Lady Christa asked us to, but because we want to. It will take time but I hope you will warm up to us." Reina turned to the door, "If the room is not to your liking then we can find you a different one, but if you need me I am down this hall and the second to last door on the right. Each of us have our names above the doors so you will be able to tell which is which."
"Thank you..." Yui walked into a nice and neat looking room with a light pink bed with sheer white curtains tied with pink bows on the left side. The room walls were a variation of pale creme and pink. There was a large pink bean bag chair in the corner of the room with a TV. A personal bathroom and a large walk in closet was facing opposite of the bed. A large window with a couch attached stood beside the bed. Fluffy pillows sat comfortably while paintings of valleys and flower fields hung off the walls. A mini chandelier stood in place of a regular light as it illuminated the room.
Yui gasped at the sight, "This room is wonderful!"
"I'm glad you like it, I will go grab an extra night gown for you to sleep in and then leave you be for the night..." Reina left to go to her room.
Yui stood in awe at the wonderful room. She couldn't believe that it was just for guests. A few moments past and Reina knocked on the door frame quietly so as to not scare Yui with her sudden reappearance.
"Here you are," Reina handed Yui a long pale creme night gown with small ruffles on the end of the sleeves that reached her elbows, the bottom of the dress, and the square neckline. It had a small pale pink bow in the center and was very loose, perfect for sleep.
Yui took it gladly, "Thank you so much...I can't express how much I am indebted to you and your sisters for doing this."
"Not at all, we already consider you a friend. I just can't believe that you were sent to that hell..." Reina sounded irritated but switched back quickly so that she didn't scare Yui, "Feel free to ask any questions and don't be afraid, also goodnight Yui...I will be back to check on you in the morning..." with that Reina left to sleep.
Yui dressed in the personal bathroom and found it was a pale rose and brown color scheme, the only things that were a different color were the sink, bath tub, and toilet which happened to be a sparkling white.
Slipping under the covers Yui felt safe for the first time since meeting the Sakamaki brothers. Her final thought as she drifted off into slumber was why she was sent to them instead of here...
The next day Yui awoke to sunlight seeping through her curtains. She jolted up in alarm but calmed down when she remembered where she was. There was a knock at the door.
"Yes?" Yui called to the person, she wasn't used to so much privacy, usually if one of the brothers wanted her for something they would just barge in.
"It's Reina and Shane, we wanted to check on you..." Yui heard Reina's calming voice from outside the door.
"Oh! Alright, come in!" Yui called back.
The door opened to reveal Reina in the nightgown from last night, maybe she just got up, and Shane wearing her usual oversized hoodie and headphones, "Good morning!" Reina said as they stepped through the threshold.
"Good morning, did you need something?" Yui asked.
"Breakfast..." Shane stated plainly.
"We wanted to let you know that breakfast is ready downstairs and that when you are finished and dressed for the day we will take you out to town for shopping. It has been a while since we went out together so my sisters are rather excited." Reina elaborated.
"I see, I'm afraid I only had the outfit I showed up in with me..." Yui looked upset.
"Don't worry, we can lend you some clothes!" Layla popped into the room with a happy skip.
It seemed that all of the Sakura Sisters had just woken up because soon enough all six were in Yui's room still dressed in their pajamas.
"Alright everyone, we will figure everything out later, let's head down to the dining hall and eat before Yui faints, she hasn't eaten much as of late...am I right?" Reina asked.
Yui just nodded silently. All of the sisters got quiet for a moment before they nodded.
"Come on Yui," Kaneko held her rabbit with one are while stretching the other in Yui's direction, urging her to take it.
Yui hesitated for a moment, a flash of Kanato's face crossed her mind before she shook it off. Kaneko was nothing like him, she was sweet and kind to her instead of cruel and sadistic. Yui took her hand and smiled, letting the young looking girl lead her to the dining hall.
As she entered she found the rest of the Sakura's standing around the room. Yui was confused, usually when she would come into the dining room the brothers would already be eating and pay her no mind.
"Good morning sisters," Reina smiled.
"Good morning!" The rest chorused.
They all sat down, but chatted happily instead of eating right away. It surprised Yui because she was used to silent meals.
"Yui?" Reina looked at the human girl with kind smiling eyes, "Is everything alright? Do you know where you want to sit?"
Snapping out of it Yui looked at Reina with confused eyes, "Oh umm, I don't mind where I sit..."
"Then you can sit by me!" Ayano smiled flashing her fangs.
"But I wanna sit by Princess!" Layla cried in protest.
Sighing, Reina gently grabbed Yui's arm and sat her down in one of the empty chairs before taking a seat herself, "Stop arguing!"
The girls silenced their childish bickering.
"I will sit by her today since you can't figure it out calmly, she will choose which seat she wants to sit in permanently today and then we will figure out a day for each of us to sit by her. Is that fair enough?" Reina held a stern tone so that no one would argue. They each nodded. "Wonderful! Now who's hungry?" Reina had a bright smile once again.
They all looked at her with pleading eyes for food, she laughed lightly before disappearing off into what Yui assumed was the kitchen. A few moments later Reina wheeled in a large breakfast cart filled to the top with various foods and beverages, "Here you all are!"
Cheering, the sisters plus Yui grouped around the cart and filled their plates with eggs, bacon, pancakes-anything and everything breakfast related. Yui sat down in her spot gazing at her food, tentatively and trying to have manners she began eating quietly while the sisters talked, joked, and laughed throughout the meal.
"Would you like some tea? Maybe some hot chocolate?" Reina offered the quiet girl in order for her to join the conversation. At the word tea Yui tensed before calming herself, Reina isn't Reigi. She is too kind and motherly.
"Some hot chocolate would be wonderful if it isn't too much trouble." Yui gave a small smile.
"Of course not, here..." Reina poured some into a cute polka dot mug before reseating herself and eating.
Yui grasped the cup and took a sip, smiling at the warmth and sweetness of the drink she hardly ever got.
"You should smile more..." Suzuka said suddenly. Yui looked up, startled at the youngest sister's comment, "It makes you look more alive and happy..."
"Thank you..." Yui gave Suzuka a smile before she returned to eating.
After breakfast, Yui went up to her bedroom in order to get ready for their outing. Reina said that she should go take a bath and by then they would have found some clothes for her to wear. Stepping lightly into the bathroom with a fluffy white towel she started a bath, adding lots of scents and bubbles, before undressing and soaking herself in the warm water.
There was a knock in the door, "Hey~! Princess, I got you some clothes!" Yui heard Layla speak through the door.
"Alright! I'll be right out," Yui timidly called back. Yui heard melodic giggles from her room.
"Don't worry about it! I'll just leave them on the bed, come out when you're ready! See you downstairs~!" Layla called before disappearing through the door and down the hall.
Yui smiled lightly, then while drying herself off, she peeked her head outside the bathroom door to see that her bedroom was empty with the door closed. She sighed in relief before fully stepping out in a towel so that she could change.
She wore a black ruffle tank-top with high-waisted white shorts, black boots, and a purple cardigan. Her hair was down with her usual clips and she smiled in delight at the outfit, it was just right for her usual style.
Making her way downstairs she noticed that all of the Sakura sisters were patiently waiting for her, "Sorry, I didn't mean to keep you guys waiting!" Yui apologized.
"It's not a problem, we just got down here ourselves," Reina looked up from a book she held with a smile. Her turquoise locks were in a high ponytail with a few strands framing her face. Her glasses sat on the bridge of her nose shielding her silver eyes. She wore a simple purple button up skirt with high waisted black dress-shorts. She had black thigh-high socks and turquoise combat boots, and had a tight black vest on.
"Yeah don't worry about it!" Ayano gave a half-smile. She had a crop top that read 'Like a Boss' and a jean miniskirt. She wears striped black and red leggings with heeled black sneakers. Her curls hung loosely in a side pony tail.
Layla nodded and gave a flirty wave. She had a black ruffle skirt with a tight hot pink tank top. She had a black cropped leather jacket and heeled sandals. She wore her usual black slouching hat over her straight hair and a small pink ruffle handbag could be seen on her arm.
Kaneko smiled at Yui in greeting before snuggling into Peter. She wore a pale creme colored skirt, white stockings with pale pink ribbons, and pink mary-Janes. She had a white t-shirt that said 'I wuv u!" in bright pink letters and a pale creme colored hoodie with bunny ears and a face on the hood.
Shane was lounging on the couch wearing checkered skinny jeans and black sneakers, her usual oversized sweatshirt, and headphones.
She opened one of her eyes lazily and waved.
Suzuka stood by the wall with her startling eyes closed. She wore black shorts with chains, black fishnets, silver combat boots, a black tank top with a loose crop top over it that read 'BITE ME' in bold black letters. She had various chain necklaces, but one stood out from the others. It was a long necklace on a silver chain, the charm looked to be a rose encased in resin.
"Are we just going to stand around or are we going to go?" Suzuka opened her eyes and looked at Yui when she said this.
They each nodded so the group headed out to a black limo that was parked outside the Sakura Mansion.
Together the six Sakuras and Yui went around the town shopping and buying whatever they wanted. Yui felt cared for, which was something she hadn't felt in a long time. By the end of the shopping spree she was smiling and laughing like she used to before meeting and living with the Sakamaki brothers.
As they all stumbled through the mansion door weighed down by bags of clothes, shoes, music, books, movies, video games, etc. they all went to their respective rooms to drop off their things.
After they had rested, Reina cooked a delicious dinner and they each decided it would be fun to have a giant sliver party in one of the larger rooms. They picked the game room which also had a tv. When everyone was settled and in pajamas they had fun hanging out and binge watching movies and tv shows.
By the time all of them fell asleep, they didn't even notice the six pairs of eyes that watched them from the darkness.
Something was coming...
