Yuma *WARNING*

A/N - So, this is a little different to what I've done before. I couldn't really think of what to put the title as, but the main character is Yuma. All his brothers are in it as well though. It is sad at parts and there's a lot of screaming and swearing in this. But I do kind of like this. And yet it's just a little thing I wrote at lunch time so it's probably crap. Based off of roleplays with Nakura_Sakamaki Also, thank you so much for 1K reads on this book. It means so much to me 💗

"I'll make dinner tonight. What do you want?" Yuma asked his brother.
"How about lasagna?" Kou suggested.
"Sounds good. Come on. Come to the kitchen with me." Both of them went into the kitchen and Yuma went to the cupboard then pulled out the sufficient ingredients to make a lasagna, including a jar of tomato sauce and pasta sheets.

"What are you doing Yuma?" Ruki asked as he walked into the kitchen.
"I'm making dinner for all of us. Kou suggested lasagna so that's what I'm making."
"It's okay. I'll do it." Ruki stepped forward and grabbed the jar of sauce away from him.
"No, I want to do it." Yuma said, grabbing it back.
"Yuma. Stop being difficult. I do not trust you in this kitchen after last time."

The last time Yuma had tried to bake anything, the food had ended up all over the floor and non of it on the plates.

Ruki reached forward and grabbed the jar of tomato sauce from Yuma's hand again.
"Why won't you just trust me? I'm making dinner. I'm trying to help you!' Yuma grabbed the sauce back.
"Because you'll just mess up my perfectly clean kitchen. I don't trust you." Ruki's voice was calm but Yuma was starting to shake from the anger burning in his stomach.
"Just trust me Ruki. I want to make dinner."
"No! You will not!"

"YOU KNOW WHAT?! I'M FUCKING SICK OF THIS! YOU'RE ALWAYS BREATHING DOWN MY NECK BECAUSE YOU THINK I'LL MESS UP YOUR "PERFECT" THINGS! WHY DONT YOU JUST LEAVE ME ALONE AND FUCK OFF!?" Yuma shouted, throwing the jar of sauce onto the floor in a fit of rage. It smashed and the sauce went everywhere.

"Yuma. Get out." Ruki's voice was low and dark.
"You have no fucking rights to kick me out."
"Of course I do. It's my house. Now get out right now."

As soon as Ruki said this, Azusa walked into the kitchen, Kou clinging to his arm. "Why are you... fighting?" There were tears rolling down their cheeks, obviously hearing the fight that was going on.
"It's Ruki. He just doesn't trust me!"
"But there's.... no need... to fight about it. Please... make up." Azusa pleaded, Kou was burying his face into Azusa's chest and crying hard while Azusa was trying to calm him down by stroking his hair and covering his ears ((;_; Mah bebeh!!!))

"Azusa, don't get involved. It'll just make it worse." Yuma warned while clenching his fist.
"I'll tell you one more time. Get out."
"And how will you make me leave, huh? I'm stronger and taller"
"And I'm older. I have authority."
"So what?
"Just get out Yuma. GET OUT!"
"Please Yuma..." Kou detached himself from Azusa's arm to walk over to his brother. He tried to grab his arm gently but Yuma pushed Kou away hard, causing him to stagger back and hit his head on the wall.
However, Yuma no longer cared. He stomped out of the kitchen, pushing Azusa out the way and into the woods. He gave one last look into the kitchen before he left. A look of sadness and anger.

"Good riddance to him." Ruki scoffed then set about cleaning up the mess.
"How could you?" Kou cried from the wall he had hit his head on. "Why didn't you just trust him with the food?"
"Not you too." Ruki sighed, trying to regain his composure. "Look, I just didn't want him to mess up the kitchen. But of course he's already done that."
"He... was only... trying to... help." Azusa protested quietly as he helped Kou up from his fall.
"Don't say you're on his side too Azusa..."
"Well... I'm not... on yours." The two made their way out of the kitchen into the woods. Ruki was left on his own.

Meanwhile, in the surrounding woods, Yuma was crying. Yes, he really was crying. Fighting with Ruki had made him angry but hurting Kou and Azusa had made him feel like he was a monster for doing so. Surely they won't want me to come back? He asked himself. Not after what I've done to them all.

Yuma sat next to a large tree on his own, his head forward in his hands. Every part of him felt awful. He wanted to scream out loud until his lungs collapsed, but all he could manage were small yelps clogged with tears. I'm sorry Azusa. I'm sorry Kou. He repeated over and over in his mind.

"Yuma?!" A small yell could be heard from the other side of the wood. It sounded like Kou. But Yuma ignored it thinking it was his imagination... Until he heard it again, closer this time. He lifted his head slightly.
"Kou?" Yuma stood up and started running from the trees.

"Yuma!" Azusa's voice could also be heard echoing through the tall trees.
"Azusa, Kou. I'm here. I'm right here." Yuma could finally see their smaller bodies coming into view and they could see his. Opening his arms out wide, Azusa and Kou ran into his embrace. "I'm so sorry. I honestly didn't mean..." Kou cut him off by tacking Yuma to the ground and hugging him tightly. "We were worried. You didn't have a jacket so we thought you'd be cold and get ill on your own." Azusa nodded in agreement and kneeled down to hug Yuma's neck.

"Kou, I didn't hurt you, did I?" Yuma asked, sitting up on his elbows.
"No, I'm okay. But please don't do that again."
"I promise I won't." He brought his brothers in for another hug and a kiss on the forehead each. Then they started to make their way back to the mansion. Hopefully Ruki would let Yuma in.

"Yuma... I'm tired." Azusa tugged on the bottom of Yuma's shirt. Gently, Yuma picked him up and placed him on his waist while Azusa held onto Yuma's torso. "Thank you." Yuma smiles down at his younger brother, it felt nice that they'd made up. Just Ruki to tackle now.

When they finally got home, Ruki was sitting at the table in the kitchen with his head in his hands. There was a pool of water in front of him where he had been crying and he'd not bothered to wipe them away with the tissue he was clenching in his fist. "Ruki?" Yuma said softly, to not disturb the now sleeping Azusa who was cuddled up in his jumper like a little koala.
"Yuma. You came back." He seemed to brighten up a little bit at seeing his brother.
"Yeah, Kou and Azusa came to find me."
"We all fell out. They were on your side."

"I've realised that I've made a mistake. It isn't my right to kick you out. Especially as I am the one who caused the argument. I need to truest you more and think about my cleaning less." Ruki confessed and looked up at Yuma, his eyes full of regret of what he had said earlier in the evening.
"It's okay Ruki. I forgive you. I'd hug you but I don't want to wake Azusa."
"Maybe it's best if you take him up to bed first. Just let him sleep in his clothes instead of trying to change him.*

After laying Azusa down in his room, Yuma went back downstairs to see Ruki. "Yuma, I am so sorry for our argument today."
"It's okay. I'm sorry too." Ruki stood up and hugged Yuma (which is easier said than done) and he later his head against his chest. "You're a good big brother." Yuma suddenly said, breaking the silence of the hug.
"And you're a good 'little' brother." Both of them laughed slightly at their joke and Yuma planted a kiss on the top of Ruki's head.
"Isn't that the big brothers job?" Ruki laughed.
"It's my job now. Hey, Ruki...?"
"Yes...?"
"Can you help me make lasagna?"
