A/N- I couldn't stop thinking about this scenario so I just had to write it down. If there's anyone American reading this, a jumper is a sweatshirt - I think.

"Ngh...." A small moan could be heard from Azusa's bedroom. What is... this? He asked himself. Whatever it was, it was painful - and not the good kind. He stood up and wrapped his jumper around his waist, so his front was covered, then he walked down the corridor to his older brother's room.

In his room, the oldest Mukami was reading his favourite book and wasn't aware of the fact that Azusa was outside the door until he finally heard the soft knocking. Azusa is the only one of his brothers who is polite enough to actually knock on the door before entering.

"Yes?" Ruki called out.
"R-Ruki... There's something... wrong with me..." Azusa replied timidly, his voice shaking more than usual.
"Are you ill? Come in my room." Ruki ordered. He wasn't particularly in the mood to have to deal with his brothers. Gingerly, Azusa walked into Ruki's room and shut the door behind him.

"Why are you wearing your jumper in such a ridiculous way?" Ruki asked the younger boy.
"There's something... wrong with... me and I'm... scared." He was close to crying, out of embarrassment and pain.
"Azusa, I can't do anything to help you if you don't show me what's wrong. Take the jumper from around your waist and come closer." Slowly, Azusa walked closer and took off the jumper. It was rather embarrassing but he trusted Ruki the most out of his three brothers.

"Oh Azusa. If you don't know what this is, then you are too innocent for this world. I'll help you, but it will be slightly weird." He warns Azusa, making sure he was prepared for what was about to happen.
"It's... okay, I... just want... it gone." He was then surprised when he was pushed up against the wall. "What... are y~mph!" His mouth was silenced by one of Ruki's fingers. "Don't talk, just let me do this." Azusa nodded and let him do what he wanted.

Slowly, Ruki unzipped his brothers pants, and pulled them down. There was a large tent like bulge in his boxers. Azusa reached down and tried to cover it up, only for Ruki to remove his hands and look up at him sternly.
"Do you want me to help you?" Azusa nodded back. "Well, keep your hands away. It'll feel better soon, I promise."

Ruki pulled down Azusa's boxers to reveal his hard member. "What were you doing to cause this?" He poked the erection, making Azusa shiver and flinch. "I wasn't... doing anything... I had a nap,... and I woke up... like that."
Ruki smirked in response and wrapped his hands around his shaft. "R-Ruki!" He moaned out when he moved his hands up and down. Azusa had never felt this feeling before, he'd never felt such pleasure. Not even when he was cutting himself did he he feel this good.

"Does it feel good?"
"Y-yes! Please... more!" He bucked his hips up into Ruki's hand.
"Ah, ah, ah, no. I'll do all the work. You just relax." Teasingly, Ruki kneeled down to lick up his shaft. "Ngh! Ruki! It... feels... weird... but good!" Instead of answering, Ruki took Azusa's full erect length into his warm mouth causing the youngest Mukami to groan quietly. Bobbing his head quickly, he sucked on his member, pleasing the other male very much.

Soon Azusa was close to his limit, and his pants and moans became uncontrollable. Not knowing what he was doing, Azusa grabbed a handful of Ruki's hair and thrusted his hips into his mouth; his member was twitching manically. "I feel... like I'm going to... e-explode! Nguh!" Azusa moaned out loudly when he came.

Ruki swallowed it all with a smirk and then licked all around Azusa's sensitive shaft, leaving him mewling and gasping for breath. "Is that better?" He asked the smaller boy.
"Yes... Thank you... Ruki." He didn't really understand what had made him like that in the first place, or what made it feel so good when Ruki did those things to him, but he decided not to ask. He felt that Ruki had done enough for him.
"Good boy, you can go now. I have to get back to my book."
