It's Mid-Autumn Festival today, you are walking in the garden when suddenly you saw a bright, orange light flickering among the trees.

Your heart thumped,and you're scared. You wanted to run away but your legs wouldn't budge.

"Shu........." You whispered his name, hoping that he'll appear in front of you suddenly and comfort you.

"... What is it?..."

"E-Ehhh!!????" You screamed with the top of your voice.

"......... Tsk, it's so troublesome, don't scream beside my ear," Shu complained as he stood beside you calmly, "So, what is it?"

"S-Shu san!" You hugged him tightly.

"...Oi!"

"There was a light in the forest, it was floating among the trees..." You explained and pointed towards the dark forest.

"... Ah, really? Tsk, it's so annoying, come on," Shu offered his hand and you placed yours on top.

He led the way while you are following him, at his back. Both of you walked towards the forest, trying to find out what's that floating light.

*Rustle rustle*

"Ahhhhh!!!" You screamed and hugged him tightly again.

"?! .... Sigh, it's alright, it's just---"

"Oh look, are they some kind of couple that do inappropriate stuffs behind the bushes?" A short boy asked as he walked out from the bushes, holding a cute pink bunny lantern in his hand.

"What-- Who's doing inappropriate stuff!!!" You yelled, and your face is bright red.

"Ah, (Y/N) is right, w-we are not doing inappropriate stuff-- Right?" Shu looked away as he said, you could see his face was pink.

"Ohhhh, he's blushing!! Hahahaha!!!" He laughed innocently.

"Tsk, shut up," Shu turned to him, then he stared at the bright lantern the boy was holding. "What's that?"

"Haha-- Eh?! Hey big brother, don't tell me that you haven't seen, or heard of-- a lantern?"

"....Ha? Lantern?" Shu frowned.

"Ah, so this was the orange light that floated among the trees. Can I take a look at it?" You asked politely.

"Sure, big sis!" He handed the lantern to you and you looked at the bunny lantern for a long time.

"................."

"Say, if big sis likes to play with lantern, I can give one to you. Here," The boy offered, and he took out another lantern from his backpack.

"Wow! A kitten lantern!" You exclaimed, it's been a long time since you've played lantern with your friends., so you're pretty excited about it.

"................."

You accepted the lantern happily and the boy smiled and waved at both of you.

"Haha you're welcome, I have to go now, my brother is waiting for me to play with him at home," He explained and zipped up his small, blue backpack.

"Oh that's too bad, I thought we could play together!" You sounded a bit disappointed.

"..............."

"Yea too bad. But what you need to do is to light a candle and put it into the lantern, and you can play with it! Well, nice to meet you! Gotta go now," He wears the backpack and turned around, "Happy mid-autumn festival! Bye bye big sis, bye bye big brother!"

"Bye! Thanks for the lantern!" You smiled and waved goodbye to the boy. "Now, let's light a candle and try to put it in! Come on, Shu san!"

"................."

".... Shu san?" You suddenly realized that he didn't speak a word just now.

"....... I can buy you one," Shu murmured.

"One what?" You tilted your head in confusion.

"..... Lantern, are you stupid?" He looked at you with a strange look in his crystal blue eyes.

"Oh, but we already have one, don't we?" You hold up the kitten lantern which the boy just gave you.

"...............Right..........." Shu said nothing more but just looked away.

"---Shu san? Could there be any chance that, that you're jealous of the boy?" You asked cheekily and tried to look at Shu's face.

"---!" You saw Shu's face starting to turn red.

"Ahahahahaha~~~" You can't help but to laugh at his cute behaviour.

"Tsk! Shut up, you're spoiling the music!--- I just want to--"

"Ha-- Want to what?" You stopped laughing immediately.

"....... Want to celebrate Mid-autumn festival with you-- only with you, but not with some random kids..." He confessed and sighed.

"Pfft! Hai hai~ Come on, we're going back to get the candles and let's play with the lantern together later, okay? Oh, and Reiji san has bought mooncakes too!" You smiled.

"..... Let's go," Shu holds your hand in his, and both of you walked back to the mansion to celebrate a sweet, sweet mid-autumn festival together.
