~Your P.O.V~

I wake up remember that today is Kou's birthday aka my boyfriend I take a shower then change and head downstairs (btw reader-chan is a vampire) I head towards the kitchen and begin to make Vongole Bianco as I add the finishing touches I feel someone grab my wrist and turn me around

I focus my vision and see that it's Ayato "what the hell do you want Ayato" I say irritated "well I'm just thirsty" he traces his finger down to my collarbone then he moves my head to the right and bites my neck "AYATO! GET YOUR FANGS OUT! RIGHT NOW!" I exclaim as my fangs begin to show he then pulls away

"you piece of shit!" I feel myself about to fall so I grab onto the kitchen counter "you better help me with the party otherwise next time I'll make sure you dont get anything and I wont make anymore takoyaki" I say frustrated, he picks me up bridal style and takes me to my room "go to sleep I'll tell the others to help while you're retaining your strength" says Ayato, I nod my head and fall asleep

~Tine skips~

I wake up and walk downstairs and see thar everything is almost ready  all thats left is for the guests, I text everyone to come to the Sakamaki mansion

~more time skips~

"Happy birthday Kou!" we all say in fusion "its time for the gifts"I say excitedly he opens all the gifts except one which is mine, he opens it and see a positive pregnancy test his eyes widenand he drops everything and comes to me then picks me up on the air "I cant wait" he says "me either " I say he then kisses me and pulls away to breath

"Happy birthday Kou" I smile "the best birthday I have ever had" he says
