Kanato Sakamaki is my best friend. At the age of four we both met and I grew to love his childish behavior.

"Kanato come on let's go play!" I yelled running down the stairs.

"Wait for me (Y/N/N)!" He yelled happily.

I kept on running until we made it outside and to the grave yard. I stopped for a moment and Kanato bumped into me. We both fell and his lips smashed onto mine. He pulled away and looked at me shocked.

"I am so sorry (Y/N/N)." He said getting off me.

"It's fine.... ouch!" I yelled trying to stand up.

I moved my skirt a little to see that I was bleeding. I looked up at Kanato to see him staring at my leg.

"Kanato are you okay?" I asked confused.

"(Y/N) I'm thirsty...." he whispered.

"We can go to the mansion to get something to drink." I said going to stand up.

I was pressed to the ground and felt a pain in my neck. I screamed as I felt Kanato but into my neck. It wasn't long before I passed out and woke up in a bedroom.

"Good your awake." Reiji said as he set beside me in a chair.

"What happen where is Kanato?" I asked confused.

"He is down stairs hating himself..... he drank from you something he didn't want to do." He explained.

"Is he okay?" I asked trying to stand.

"You are the one who lost almost all of her blood and you are asking if Kanato is okay..... you humans are so strange."

"Is he okay!" I yelled angry.

"Yes he is except he tried to take his life when he realized that he left you on the brink of death."

I went to stand but Reiji stopped me and had me lay down. He told me that he would get Kanato for me and then he left the room. I waited until the door slowly opened to show Kanato and Teddy.

"Kanato are you okay?" I asked sitting up.

"I'm fine..... I'm sorry I didn't want to hurt you." He whispered.

"I'm fine I was worried..... that you had got hurt." I said sitting back.

"I nearly killed you and you worried about me why?"

"Because I'm in love with you silly." I said smiling at him.

I saw his eyes go wide for a second before he kissed my cheek and hugged me. We fell asleep with me in his arms.
