A Ride Home

I smirked back at him while taking my seat that so happened to be behind the raven haired vampire. Well this shall be fun. I thought as my train of thought was suddenly interrupted from a loud crashing noise.

My attention was drawn to a clumsy girl that was now picking up her books off the ground.

She had jaw length raven hair that was slightly spiked on the edges and had round spectacles propped on her nose. She had a small figure like Yui except this girl seemed different.

Hearing snickering from a group of boy students that just entered the room I quickly stood up and marched my way over to the girl.

Picking up random books from the floor I noticed the girls arms seemed to be shaking. If this girl was timid she most likely be shaking of nervousness because of the unwanted attention. Or she could just be angry and is trying to control her temper.

"Thanks." she mumbled as I gave her the last book that was left. She quickly stood up and speed walked over to her desk that was near the front without another word.

Leaving me to now get up and head to my desk. Students started to pile into the room while the bell rang indicating that class was starting.

"Alright class today we are going to work in pairs for today's assignment. The person behind you shall be your partner." said the teacher as I quickly looked behind me.

And of course no one was there. I slowly turned around to be greeted by the raven haired vampire who didn't hesitate to turn his seat around and sit down so he could face me.

"I didn't introduce myself the other day. My name is Ruki Mukami." he explained with a smirk plastered on his face as I rose an eyebrow.

"Kasumi." I replied as he seemed to wait for me to say more.

"Just Kasumi." I explained as Ruki seemed to study me.

"Your living at the Sakamaki Household correct?" he asked as I grew suspicious with his friendly behavior.

"Yeah." I replied.

"I must say the Sakamaki's must have a good amount of patience to deal with a handful like you." he said while coldly smirking.

Ignoring the insult I replied "Not really. I mean they already are angry at me for this morning."

Ruki's face quickly became interested.

"Oh really. What did you do?" asked Ruki.

"Be a handful." I replied while Ruki now seemed to just stare at me like I was some type of rare species. Well you don't really see Genie's everyday so I guess you can say I'm like a rare species.

"So are we going to do this assignment or are you going to stare at me like an idiot all day?" I asked as he now seemed to be broken from a trance.

"Of course." he replied.

~

After a whole day of boring classes I ventured the halls towards the limo where the brothers awaited. I continued to dread the thought of doing homework, but something catch my eye and stopped me in my tracks.

A book. And not just any book it's one of the books I picked up earlier for the girl. I walked over to pick it up, as I glanced around the area to find the owner. The girl seemed to be no where in sight, as I now flipped over the book to read the title.

To my surprise the cover said Genie in fancy gold lettering. I grew curious, as I opened the book to find out it was a book containing information about Genies.

Remembering about the limo and the impatient vampires I quickly decided to give the book back to the owner tomorrow, as I now speed walked towards the parking lot.

But I was to be greeted by an ugly surprise. There was no limo.

I scanned the area for any type of gloomy looking limo or for Yui, but I saw nothing.

Reality hit me like a ton of bricks, as I realized I was left here.

On purpose.

By the Sakamaki brothers.

Apparently, I made them angrier then I thought.

Well I can play 'let's be a total douche bag game' just as well as they can.

They think leaving me here is giving me pay back, but honestly all I need to do is teleport to the mansion.

"Looks like your ride left you." said a cold familiar voice that interrupted my thoughts. I turned around to be greeted by the one and only Ruki.

"No it's right here in the parking lot." I sarcastically replied.

"Look it's the little feisty chipmunk we saw at lunch the other day.~" said the blond haired vampire that seemed to randomly appear with his three other brothers from the shadows.

"Right." I responded while giving a suspicious look at Ruki.

"Well then I'm off." I finally said while turning around and walking through the parking lot once more.

Once I get a far enough distance away I'll just teleport to the mansion. I thought as I continued walking.

Those four vampires seem suspicious and I don't think it's a good idea to reveal my identity of being a Genie to them.

"Hey now, a girl like you shouldn't be walking alone." said the blond vampire who appeared by my side.

"Yeah I probably shouldn't because I'll get stalked by a weirdo like you." I responded while a random limo pulled up in front of me and catch me off guard.

"Come on we'll give you a ride home!~" exclaimed the blond vampire while I have him a hard stare.

"My mother told me never to get in cars with strangers. In this case I'm bound to be dead by the side of the road tomorrow if I do go in the car with you." I replied with sarcasm leaking in every word as the blue eyed vampire just chuckled.

I quietly laughed to myself knowing that these vampires couldn't just kill me. They defiantly weren't aware of what I am capable of and hopefully they won't for awhile.

"Well you know my brother." shot back the vampire as I knew he was referring to Ruki.

"Hardly. And to be honest I don't want to know him." I responded.

The blonde vampire opened the door to the limo and quickly pushed me in, as I tried to process his sudden actions.

I ended up landing on the cars floor on my knees. Without having enough time to jump out of the limo the the four vampires got in as I sighed and readjusted myself to sit on the leather seat.

I placed my school bag and the book on my lap, as I realized the limo was now moving. I decided instead of teleporting I would allow the vampires to take me to the Sakamaki Household.

I was curious on why they where so persistent on giving me a ride, but if they tried anything funny I'll just damage their family jewels and teleport.

"You know this is pretty much kidnapping. I mean I don't even know all of your names." I said while glancing at all the vampires.

"The blond one is Kou Mukami. The tall one is Yuma Mukami and the youngest one is Azusa Mukami." explained Ruki while never ungluing his eyes from his book.

"I see." I commented as I felt their stares on me.

"Say what do you think about the Sakamaki brothers?" Randomly asked the talkative vampire other known as Kou.

"Why are you asking?" I questioned.

"No reason." replied Kou.

After a moment I decided to reply "I think they are pains." the vampires just responded by having smirks creep onto their faces.

"Say Chipmunk-Chan would you like to stay with us instead?" asked Kou as I gave him a weird look.

"Yeah sounds tempting, but no thanks." I answered. The atmosphere seemed to grow awkward and heavy which didn't bug me much, but made the vampires even more suspicious.

After awhile the car jolted to a sudden stop, as I quickly looked out the window to see the Sakamaki Mansion in full view.

"Thanks for the weird ride." I said as I opened the door and exited the car.

"Bye Chipmunk-Chan see you at school." is all I heard before closing the door and walking towards the Manor's front doors.

Once I entered the doors I quickly stalked towards Reiji's room where I found him creating an experiment or whatever.

"Hey I'm home no thanks to you guys." I snapped while Reiji remained silent.

"I had to catch a ride with your weird other vampire buddies." I added as Reiji turned his head and gave me a disgusted look.

"Those other vampires aren't our friends." He replied harshly while going back to his experiment thing.

"Whatever." I said as I turned around, made my way out of the room, and down the hallway.

Realizing I still had the book still in my hand I decided I was going to read it and see how mortals view Genies. I had to admit I was very interested on what type of fake information these humans told about my species.

Turning the corner I suddenly came in contact with a stone body, as I stumbled backwards trying to catch my balance.

Knowing I wasn't going to get an apology anytime soon I decided to give whatever vampire that ran into me a piece of my mind.

"Hey watch where your go-" I stopped once I saw the one vampire I wasn't really looking forward running into.
