KURA'S POV

The time for the lunar eclipse was ending soon. Meaning that there was a chance that the founders are going to attack us soon so we had to be prepared for the worst. Akira, Ayame, Falis and I were practising non-stop. I was starting to get the hang of Kagome-sama's attacking spells including the one where those strange marks appeared. We were out in the forest and then there was a loud bang I used a attacking spell while using my sword. I was panting with exhaustion and then I heard Ayame said,"Whoa... That was amazing."

Falis got out from cover and said,"Amazing?! I call that a death trap!! Are you trying to kill us!?"

Akira brushed off the dust off herself and said,"Stop exaggerating Falis I think Kura has done a good job so far even it mean that she almost killed us in the process." 

I turned to them and said,"Oh shut the hell up!! the three of you are exaggerating!! It's not that bad!"

Ayame crossed her arms and said,"Oh yeah? Look again genius!"

I looked at the damaged I caused and it was a big one too. I said,"OK may be it's a little bit bad, but it could've been worse."

"How! Can this be any worse!?" Falis shouted.

Akira rolled her eyes and then she whacked Falis over the head with her fist. Akira said,"Oh be quiet! You're giving me a headache! Anyway I think it's safe to assume that you mastered that sword technique, and quickly as well."    

Ayame said,"Yeah I'm surprised Kura you really do have you ancestor's blood running through you."

I smirked and said,"Heh..Well it's not that hard once you start to get the hang of it."

I said as I sheathed my sword and then Akira said,"Well I'll clean this mess up you guys head back to the castle."

"OK, Akira." Falis said.

Ayame and I put our jackets back on and we waved goodbye to Akria and left. After training for a while I was about to take a quick bath until a certain pervert said,"Hey little hunter~?"

I frowned and I turned around and I saw Laito lying on my bed and he said,"Are you about to go for a bath?"

"I was going to until a certain pervert walked before I could take one." In a disgusted tone.

Suddenly Laito pinned me against the wall and he said,"Don't mind m, go ahead and strip I would mind seeing that perfect body of yours."

Laito whispered in my ear. I looked over his shoulder and Subaru had a mad look in his eye. I said,"Subaru get this guy off me!"

Subaru grabbed Laito and he pulled him off me. Suabru shouted,"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING TO HER!? YOU PERVERT?!"

I grinned at poor Laito and he said,"You knew he was standing right there all along!?"

"Hehe, actually I had a feeling that you were in going to sneak in here so I asked Subaru to come along with me in case you showed up." I said as I smirked evilly.

Laito said,"You're evil!"

"I know, Subaru you know what to do with him." I said as I walked into the bathroom leaving the beat up to Subaru.

I giggled myself as I started to get ready for my bath. I heard Subaru beating the crap out of Laito as I was rinsing out the conditioner out of my hair. Just I heard someone knocking on the door and it was Suabru he said,"That's Laito dealt with I don't he'll be trying to get a sneak-a-peek at you any time soon."

"Thanks Subaru." I said.

"You're welcome, I'll wait in your bedroom once you're done." Subaru said as I heard his foot steps go faint.

After I was finished taking a bath I wrapped a towel around myself. I put my night gown and my robes on and when I walked into my bedroom Subaru was fast asleep. I quietly walked over to him and he was sound asleep. I smiled and I blushed at his sleeping face and I then remembered watching Kagome-sama comforting a little Subaru. I thought to myself,"It's hard to believe that small child I saw in Kagome-sama's memories is actually my Tsundere."

I stroked Subaru's hair and it felt soft. Just then Subaru grabbed my wrist and he said,"What are you doing?"

"Oh, sorry, did I wake you?" I asked him.

"No, I woke up on my own, come here." Subaru said as he pulled me down to his chest.

Subaru had his arms wrapped around me which made me blush. I looked at Subaru and his cheeks were a bit pink as well. I said,"Subaru, what's gotten into you? I don't think I've seen this side of you before."

"I..want to hold you like this for a while." Subaru said as he was adverting his eyes from me.

I forced myself on top of him and he was blushing bright red this time and he said,"W-What are you doing?!"

"All right, spit it out, What gotten into you? you've never been this romantic around me before." I said as I leaned closer to him and Subaru kept looking at my face and then to my chest a few times.

When his eyes were looking at my chest I said,"Hey! My eyes are up here."

I said as I pulled his chin up to look at me and he sighed in defeat. He said,"All right it's because, the lunar eclipse is going to end soon and not only that the founders will be coming soon and I wanted...to spend..much time...with you..as possible."

He said as his cheeks turned bright red. I laughed and he said,"Oy! It's not funny! I'm being serious!"

"Hehehe, I'm sorry, I think that's actually sweet of you to say, to me it makes you even cuter." I said as I rested my head on his chest.

Subaru blushed a darker shade of red and then he rolled so that I was underneath him. It was my turn to blush and Subaru said,"Don't say such things about me Kura, if you do I don't think I can..control myself.

Subaru said as his face leaned closer to me but he wasn't aiming for my lips he licked the side of my neck making me squirm in the process. Subaru held me down and when I noticed that he opened his mouth he was going to bite me I couldn't bring myself to stop him. Just when he was about to bite my neck he stopped himself I confused at first but then Subaru buried his face in my shoulder.

Subaru hugged me tightly and he said,"Sorry...I'm so sorry, I just couldn't bring myself to suck your blood."

"Ssh..It's OK, if you don't want my blood I understand if you want some..well, just don't tell the others." I said as I stroked his hair as I felt him tremble a bit.

Subaru sat up and said,"I'll...leave you alone..you must be tired after training all day."

I grabbed Subaru's wrist and said,"You don't have to leave on my account, you can stay if you want."

I smiled softly. Subaru blushed and then a rare smiled appeared on his face. He laid down next to me and I scooted closer to him and he wraps his arm around me. Subaru rests his head on top mine and says,"Thanks for letting me do this Kura."

"You're welcome, I didn't feel like sleeping on my own any way." I said as I leaned in and we kissed.

I buried my face in his chest and closed my eyes and I drifted off to dreamworld.

SUBARU'S POV

Once Kura fell asleep I kissed her forehead and said,"You're sleeping already?"

I ran my fingers through her hair and I said,"Now that I think about it...I haven't seen her sleeping face yet."

Kura looked so peaceful the way she was sleeping like that. I stroked her face and said,"I promise when you wake up, I'll still be here, night Kura,*Kiss*."

KURA'S POV

Dreamworld...

I saw a 5 year old version of myself and I was sitting next to my mother but she didn't have much time to live. She said,"*Cough!* *Cough!* I'm sorry...My little Kura...I'll be going to heaven.."

I was crying and I said,"Mummy! Don't leave me...*Sob*"

My mother wiped away the tear from my eye and said,"Don't cry sweetie...Mummy will...always love you..."

She weakly held my hand and then she gave me the necklace with the family crest on it and then she said,"Keep it safe...it's a late birthday present from mummy...take care of..yourself and your father...Kura...I love you....."

Her hand went limb and then her eyes closed and I shouted,"Mummy!!"

DREAM ENDS...

"Hey! Are you all right?! ...I said hey! Are you all right?!" A voice said.

I shot my eyes open to see Subaru with a worried look his face. I panting and I said,"Subaru...Did I wake you up?"

"No I was awake the entire time so don't worry, I thought I was going to watch your sleeping face...but you were whimpering and crying in your sleep." Subaru says as he wipes the tears from my eyes.

I quickly wiped them away and said,"Just a bad dream I had."

"What happened?" Subaru asked me as he strokes my hair.

I rested my head on his shoulder and said,"It was just a memory about when I last saw my mother and then she died right in front of me, I was still five years old when she died."

Subaru held me tighter in his arms as he listened to me about the dream I had. Subaru then said,"I see, that must be heartbreaking for you."

"It was, losing your mother at a young age like that...it still brings tears pouring out of my eyes." I said as I buried my face in Subaru's chest.

Subaru petted my back to comfort me and he said,"I can't imagine the pain you went through back then let me hug like this that way those nightmares will go away."

I smiled and said,"Thank you, Subaru."

Subaru kissed me on the lips deeply. He rolled so I was on top of him and then we pulled away. Subaru pulled away and then he pulled me down to his chest and I closed my eyes while listening to heartbeat.
