KURA'S POV

There was a bright light as I walked through the doorway. Once the light finally dimmed I moved my arm out of my eyes and I was at the Takashi Manor. I said,"The Takashi Manor?"

I looked around and everywhere I looked some things were kept the same when I was growing up in the house but I knew somethings were different since this is my Ancestor's time. I was about to open the main doors but then I heard someone singing from the gardens. I walked to the gardens at the back and I saw a familiar figure it was my ancestor, Kagome Takashi.

She was sitting on a stool and she was painting some flower bushes while singing. I walked over to the side so I could look at her face she looked at bit like me and mother it was definitely her all right but she was more beautiful than me and my mother. Just then one of the servants came over and said,"Miss Kagome, you have a visitor."

"Oh! It must be him, tell him I'll be over to see him in a minute." Kagome-sama said as she stood up from her stool and then two male servants came over and they helped to take some of her art stuff away.

I thought to myself,"Kagome-sama has a visitor? is it her lover maybe?"

I followed her and when she walked into the living room a tall man with long white hair stood up and he said,"Kagome-sama, it's an honour to see you again."

He said as he bowed to her. Kagome bowed back and said,"It's always a pleasure to see you again as well, Karl-sama."

My eyes widen at his name I thought to myself,"Karl?! Does she mean, that this guy is THE Karlheinz that Sai told me about?"

The both of them sat down and then Karl-sama said,"Kagome-sama, I came here to ask you if you would like to visit my castle again, you enjoyed it last time my sons loved you to bits when they first met you."

"Of course I would love to see them again, especially little Subaru, he could some attention not even Christa could give him." She said in a concerned tone.

Karl-sama placed his hand on hers and he brought it up to his lips and kissed it. He said,"On that note, I will see you at my castle tomorrow."

He said with a smile which gave me the creeps. Karl stood up and then he bowed to her and he left the room. Suddenly the room got brighter and I quickly covered my eyes. Once the room dimmed I looked around and I wasn't in the Takashi Manor anymore I was at some kind of castle one that I recognised, it was the castle that belongs to Karlheinz-sama.

I walked around and then I saw my ancestor and this time she wasn't wearing her dresses she was wearing a vampire hunter's outfit. I recognised the symbol on her jacket it was the same vampire hunter's symbol on my jacket as well. I thought to myself,"So my ancestor was a vampire hunter too? That's the first time I've seen and heard of this."

Just then three boys that looked so familiar came running over to her and they said in unison,"Kagome!!"

She knelt down to their level and said,"Hello boys."

The little Kanato said,"Kagome did you bring the usual sweets?"

Kagome giggled and said,"Of course how can I forget? Here you go remember to share with your brothers."

She said as she gave her the sweets that she made. Kanato then ran off with them and Laito and Kanato chased after them leaving Kagome-sama laughing. She mumbled,"They're the same as always."

Kagome-sama then walked around the courtyard until she saw little Shu, Reji and a woman with ocean eyes and orange-blondish hair like Shu's. Shu had a puppy in his arms and he walked over to Kagome-sama and said,"Takashi-sama, look what my friend gave me."

Shu said happily as he showed the puppy to Kagome-sama. She petted he puppy's head and said,"Aww, it's so cute, be sure to look after the puppy really well they need a lot of care and attention."

Shu blushed and smiled as she ruffled his hair. Once she was finished talking to Shu, Kagome-sama looked over at Reji and he tried talking to his mother but she just ignored him. Kagome-sama sighed and then she walked over to Reji and said,"Hello Reji."

He saw Kagome-sama and said,"Miss Kagome, welcome back."

She smiled and said,"It's good to be back as well, I see you're studying hard as always as well."

"Yeah, I just finished about a hundred pages of this book but mother doesn't care." He said with a disappointed look in his eyes.

Kagome smiled and then she petted his head and said,"That's a good accomplishment, not a lot of kids your age could do that, keep up the good work."

Reji nodded and he turned his attention back to the book with a hint of blush on his cheeks. Kagome-sama then looked up at one of the rooms and when I looked up, Christa was smiling at her and then she walked away from the window. Kagome-sama was about to walk inside but then she heard some one crying.

I quickly followed her and there was a boy I recognised. It was Subaru and he was crying his eyes out. Kagome-sama knelt down to his level and said,"What's wrong Subaru?"

"*sniff* my mother *hic* asked me to kill her because of how ugly she is." Subaru said.

I wanted to comfort him so badly but I didn't existed in this time but it broke my heart just standing here and watching this. Kagome-sama hugged him and said,"Everything, is going to be fine Subaru, I'll always be here for you just think of me like a second mother to you, don't tell Christa I said that."

Kagome-sama said as she puts her fingers to her lips and she winked at him. Subaru stopped crying and then he smiled. I thought to myself,"Aww~ my Subaru is so adorable right now."

I thought as I placed my hand on my cheeks while blushing. Just then someone came over and it was one of servants from the castle he said,"Miss Takashi, Lady Christa wants to see you."

"I'm on my way over now." She said as she stood up and the  she went to see Christa.

Kagome-sama and Christa were having tea and they were chatting away happily. I watched the two of them and I thought to myself,"Christa and Kagome-sama were friends at one point, close friends I should say, I cam see why Christa treated me with respect like before."

I thought that when I looked at the bracelet that Christa gave me. I looked back and when Christa turned her back to get some more cookies Kagome-sama removed her bracelet and placed it on the table. Kagome-sama stood up and said to Christa,"Sorry, I gotta go now take care of yourself."

She said as she waved goodbye to her. I thought to myself,"Kagome-sama left her bracelet here on purpose, why?"

As I thought about that I was suddenly in the middle of a battlefield I turned around and I saw Kagome-sama fighting against the level Es. I saw a man and was holding a baby in his arms. After Kagome-sama sliced the level E's head off she was panting with exhaustion.

She walked over towards the man and said,"Ivan, get our daughter to safety I'll stay here and put an end to this fight once and for all but I might not make it look after and cherish her."

She stood up and as she walked away from Ivan he said,"Kagome!! Don't do it!! Don't sacrifice yourself for nothing!! It's meaningless!!"

Kagome turned her head and she closed eyes smiled at him and said,"My sacrifice won't be meaningless, it means I have made the vampire hunters proud and I protected the ones I love."

Suddenly, she dropped her sword and then she placed her hands together and strange marks appeared on her face, arms, shoulders and legs. She said,"vampire hunter slaying secret art!! Hunter's force!!"

Suddenly she grabbed her sword and the level Es were all defeated and they were blown away by her powers. I was shocked at what I was witnessing I thought to myself,"Whoa! So this must be one of Kagome-sama's powers I didn't think she was this powerful back then."

Once the dust settled I noticed that Kagome-sama was panting with exhaustion and then a gigantic Level E appeared. I was shocked that such a creature even existed I thought we got rid of them years ago it seems I was wrong. Kagome-sama sighed and then she said,"Looks like this is it for me, I love you, Ivan, Nina."

I was shocked at that name Nina was my great great grandmother if I'm not mistaken. I looked at Kagome-sama again and then she spread her legs apart and she had her arms crossed over. Suddenly there was a bright light surrounding her and then she shouted,"Purifying light Explosion!!"

Once she spread out her arms there was a bright light and all of the level Es including the large one were all defeated by a single attack. Once the dust settled I saw Kagome-sama and her body was turning into dust.

She was smiling as well as she was disappearing. She turned to Ivan and said,"I'm sorry, Ivan, I wish I could stick around and be with you and Nina but I made everyone proud didn't I?"

Ivan was crying and he said,"Yeah, I will always remember you my love I will tell Nina all about you I promise I will keep the Takashi name!"

Kagome-sama smiled and said,"Thank you, my love, do me one more favour for me, tell Karl-sama about what happened and tell him I died while protecting the ones I love, goodbye."

Those were Kagome-sama's last words and then her body turned into dust completely. Ivan cried and shouted her name in grief. I too was also crying that Kagome-sama died a hero knowing that she has saved her lover and her daughter.

I wiped the teas away from my eyes and I looked around and I was back in the Takashi Manor. I saw Ivan and he said,"Make sure the archives are never to be open again Kagome's powers need remain a dark secret, I do not wish for my daughter to learn about this otherwise she'll suffer the same fate Kagome did."

He said as he watched the servants locking the metal gates in the library and they placed a restricted area sign on the metal gates. I thought to myself,"The restricted area was actually the archives to Kagome-sama's powers now understand why my parents didn't want me to go in there."

I frowned and I clenched my fists. I said,"I promise here and now I will learn more about my ancestor's powers and I will awaken them within me."

As I said those words the world around me turned bright and I remembered where the archives were before I headed back to Akira.

"Hey...wake up.." a voice said.

I slowly opened my eyes and I was back in the dimension world and I saw Akira above me as she was kneeling down to me. I said,"Akira...?"

I slowly sat up while clenching my aching head. Akira sat up as well and said,"Are you all right? You've been gone for a very long time."

I said,"Apart from having a headache I'm fine."

"Did you see Kagome?" Akira asked me.

I nodded my head and I explained to her about what I saw. Akira said,"I see so the Karl-sama and the Sakamakis knew kagome-sama as well."

"But it's so weird, if they knew my ancestor then why didn't they recognised me as my ancestor I mean I maybe her descendant and all but surely they would have mistaken me for her like Christa." I said.

Akira thought for a moment and said,"I don't know maybe it's because a lot of time has passed since her death and the Sakamakis have forgotten all about her or maybe it's because they haven't heard the Takashi name in a long time since you wanted to keep quiet about your real name, I don't know."

I sighed and said,"You could be right, I keep forgetting that time stays still for you vampires."

"That's true, anyway about the archives you mentioned earlier." Akira said.

I said,"Yeah, the archives contains some information about Kagome-sama's powers but the problem the archives in the library in the Takashi Manor."

Akira said,"Well that's not good, who knows when  it'll be a matter of time before someone gets in there."

I said,"I doubt that besides last I checked nobody was allowed in there I mean it's not called the restricted area for nothing you know."

Akira smiled and said,"You're right, well let's get going, you do want to know about those hidden powers you've got within you don't you?"

Akira said as she offered her hand and I took it. She pulled me back on my feet and then she teleported us back to the place where I was born.
